मैं अंतिम दो से तीन वर्षो से AXIS BANK में अकाउंट को इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूँ

लेकिंग जब तक मेरा अकाउंट साकीनाका के ब्रांच में था तब तक मुझे कोई प्रॉब्लम फेस नहीं करना पड़ा जैसे ही मैंने मेरा अकाउंट ओशिवारा के ब्रांच में शिफ्ट किआ अगले २ महिने के बाद से ही मेरे अकाउंट से कंसोलिडेटेड चार्जेज के नाम पर मेरा बैलेंस कट होने लगा, अब मेरे अकाउंट से हर महीने कुछ न कुछ पैसे ऐसे ही कम हो जाते है।

जब इसकी शिकायत मैंने ब्रांच मैनेजर को किआ तो मुझे सिर्फ अस्वाशन मिला उसपे कोई प्रक्रिया नहीं की गयी

मैं इस्सलिये अपने अकाउंट में पैसे भी नहीं रखने लगा फिर भी अब जैसे ही मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस आता है वैसे मेरे अकाउंट से पैसे डेडक्ट हो जाते है

कस्टमर केयर पे शिकायत करने के बाद मेरी एक भी कम्प्लेन नहीं रजिस्टर की गयी और जैसा की मैंने सामें उसे अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से @एक्सिस @एक्सिस सपोर्ट को ट्वीट किआ लेकिन उसपे भी मुझे कोई रिवर्ट नहीं आया, ऐसा ही इनका ईमेल सपोर्ट भी है ऑफर्स तो डेली भेजते है लेकिंग कस्टमर्स के प्रॉब्लम का रेसोलुशन इनको नहीं करना है.

मेरे अकाउंट से अब तक 1318 रूपये तक काट चुके है जिसका

10/08/2019: Consolidated Charges : 100/- + GST 18%
14/09/2019: Consolidated Charges : 250/- + GST 18%
15/06/2019: Consolidated Charges : 500/- + GST 18%
09/11/2019: Consolidated Charges: 267/- + GST 18%

एक्सिस बैंक अगर नहीं चाहता की मैं आपने अकाउंट एक्टिव राखु तो डायरेक्ट मुझे कह दे की आप अकाउंट क्लोज कर दे ऐसे मुझे परेशान न करो

Your excutives and call centers and your branch managers not responding to us. I tried on call center call my call get connected and I ask him to raise complain about my problem they did not raised my complain/request my call time aproxmate 1 hour but they disconted my call upfront. I also called your branch manager they only ask "me sir main check karke karti hun" after that she didn't reply me. And your app complain system is so wrost. Pls help me or clearyfi me why you charge every months if you not able to reply so i can do my work.

    I hold 3 current account since last 2018 year i opened current account in axis bank as i found other bank were charging me exhobirantly. I asked them to quote me usd exchange rate and than they took 7 days to tell me the rate when the dollar was at its peak, they think we r fool and wait for them. I decided let me recive call as after doing so much followup no response from them.. They least bothered for year and after that when my bank don't had balance for them to charge. They started messaging ur account is charged with minimum balance charges that too after deducting 3 times.. When i asked i want to close account he said u have to pay negative balance.. When i am calling u, ur least bothered of business and when someone come decide not to suffer more u want them to pay for ur inefficiency.

      I am having one credit card for which i tried to give closing request at branch many times since year no one is accepting and customercare numbers dont receive call at all. I received msg of dispatching new card on[protected] but i have nt requested the same.3 rd time in last two years issuing new credit card at addres withought my request. I want to close my credit card.
      At time of ossuing of card it was wrongly promised that this is lifetime free card no annual charges will be taken but charges are been debited every year.

        Hi, i have saving account in axis bank and when i checked my balance they have deducted 3600 from my account as consolidated charges and they made -6500 in bank balence. I gave written mail communication to axis bank but there is no communication from them. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples

        Axis bank is deducting very high charges Rs.4418+ 326 as consolidated and Rs.795 GST on my account. they are charging it randomly and with increasing amount. I am losing my money. I want my money back. I talk with customer service center but i m not setisfing. i want my money back now.

          I am kaviyarasu i have a axis asap savings account my account number [protected] my account was debited every month rupees 65 for consolidated charges but this month nov 2019 debited only 16 rupees and it shows account balance is -743 rupees what is the consolidated charges please resolve this issue quickly otherwise i need to deactivate my bank account

            I have an salary account in axis bank. Suddenly 1936 rupees deducted from my acount as consolidated charges for a/c.               Axis bank have debited around 900 rupees from my bank account in the name of consolidated charges. What is this? What is the breakup of these charges? They are clearly extorting huge money from innocent people like us. I want my money back. Similarly, for the previous month also i got debited around 800 rupees. Now, when i call they say our customer care executive is busy.

                Without any information they have deducted 6000 as consolidated charges, before dat dey have made - minus balance had already deducted 700 as maintenance fee, please review, 6000 is not a small amount. If it has to be deducted can send out text at least as to maintain sufficient balance not directly deducting, any how dey are not informing before deductions better close the account can't rely on such bank (Axis bank).

                Per RBI dey this never charge any charges for salary account converted to savings, n I have statement given by axis Bank itself as "In response to an email sent by TOI, HDFC Bank said it “does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance“. The statement added that there are no charges for reactivation of the account in future. Axis Bank said that it does not accumulate charges for non-maintenance of balance. An ICICI Bank spokesperson also said that it does not create negative balances in savings accounts." So please look into this ASAP

                  I have account with axis bank since more than a 2 years.
                  From the date of[protected] to[protected] total consolidated charges deducted from my account is rs. 6455/- and [protected]@ 18% of rs. 1162/-. Within this priod total credited amount in my account is rs. 8, 12, 163/- how can u deducted huge amount from any saving account under the name of consolidated charges? I do the transaction continuously in my account. Can you please help me to short out this matter??? Plz return me the whole amount 6455+1162 without delay. Otherwise i will take legal against your bank.

                      Hello, i was charged with amount of 1510rs as consolated charges and 271rs as gst charges by axis bank. It's very ridiculous charging such a huge amount on savings account, and i need my money back or else i am going to get rid off this axis bank

                        Axis bank today took consolidated charge of 4007.1 rs from my account without notifying me. I am sure none of my cheque were bounced or any non mentainance of balance was there.in case i had filthy enough balance in my account to honor any taken loans or planned debits. My account is a salary account so didn't expect this. Please help me get my hard earned money back.

                        Now after taking so much Consolidated charge for auto payment bounce, you again today took 590rs as bounce charge, what the purpose of you so called consolidated charge then? Why the double charge? I need refund of my consolidated charge then. It's my hard earned money.

                          Axis bank is deducting very high charges as consolidated and gst on it to every month. It is not regularised amount, they are charging it randomley and with increasing amount. I am losing my money. I want my money back. I searched for customer service number from website of axis bank but i am not getting it. How can they charge on sanvings account.

                            Axis bank is charging too much consolidate charges, on 8th of november was 616 rs. And again next day bank charged 3727.69 rs as consolidated charges for a/c plus 670 rs deduction, i got 5014 charged unnecessary amount, we earned money really hard and these bank deduct in one shot, i want explanation, do we need to put our money at home in cash form.

                              My limit marged suddenly and my credit card has limit but can't use and my bill per month generated up-to 1.50lakh i can't pay bill all card few card bill i have already paid. And many harassment call coming and also coming call egra branch axis bank for payment. I have already give complaints rbi. But they continue call for payment. Now i want to settlement please help me.

                                I can't use card. I have 9 cards. When upgrading card no one tell me about limit marged. After 1 year suddenly limit marged and per month bill up-to 1.50 lakh. I can't pay so I want settlement only principal amount 20%. Bank never give me income proof. And tell customer care agent you have limit you use it, never told any time get marged so this is bank mistake. Now I want settlement principal amount of 20%.my register number [protected],

                                  Axis Bank deducted an amount of Rs. 4*** saying BRN-PYMT-CARD-999***7. I checked in the bank and they said it's a fraudulent transaction please call customer care.
                                  The customer care agent said it's because of the credit card charges and told the exact amount that got deducted while I don't use any credit card. And the call was forwarded to credit call services and got disconnected.
                                  Tried calling again and they said the server is down, call later and gave an address to write an email and it was www.axisbank.com/support/cc-attchmnt and it'll open a mailbox. But, this page was not found.

                                  Extremely unhappy with this. My mobile app shows no credit card is linked to this account but the agent says this is for the credit card.

                                    I am pradeep kumar from delhi. I am having my salary saving account in axis bank sector 110 noida branch. My account details are as follows:

                                    And also having two credit cards which are:
                                    1:- [protected]
                                    2:- [protected].
                                    And a personal loan account which is:
                                    Account number: ppr[protected].
                                    My concern is that i have outstandings in my both credit cards due to have some family crisis. So i started doing my payments in minimum dues.
                                    After some time they marked lean on my account and started showing balance in minus. Later one of your representatives contacted me to do minimum payment of both cards and promised me regularise my saving account. But after taking a 2 debit note from me for each card they debited all the payments from my account to only one credit card dues and did not regularise my account. Again another representative contacted me to suggesting that i should settlement with axis bank of 1st card and do the payment in 2 emi’s and sent me a settlement letter which is attached in this mail. I paid the 1 st instalment quickly and ask to regularise the account. This person also promised me to regularise my account but at till date my account is regularised and there is showing -75000 in my account.
                                    No one of your customer care helplines guiding me nor the person involved in this matter picking my call.
                                    I am already facing crisis in my family and having mental harassment from axis bank side as all your representatives are unresponsive, false promising. I am having this account from 2017. I am not so happy with axis bank services at this time of period.
                                    I want to raise a complaint to please look into this matter and have some better solution which would leads me to having a good experience with axis bank. And please regularise my account so that i can use that money in paying all your dues.
                                    I assure you to pay all my dues earlier and i am expecting the batter response from your side.
