I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 3786. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

    Hi,
    My name is roshani joshi. I have applied for an axis bank credit card a few weeks back. I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. And one day i received a sms saying that the card had been returned back giving no reasons why. Even i have received the pin no. Through post. I don't know what is the use of the pin when the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the customer care but the line never gets connected.
    Can anyone help me through it?

      I hold a current account with the axis bank - burdwan branch (West bengal). I initiated payment via net banking (Imps) for 2 associates on nov 1, 2019 amounting to inr 21, 000.00 and inr 14, 000.00 respectively. Whilst the money has been debited from my account, the beneficiaries are yet to receive it. The transaction status is mentioned as 'suspect'. I have approached the branch and the customer care but this remains to be resolved to this...

      Hello, i am an account holder in axis bank
      I ve axis asap account. I ve done my full biometric kyc within 1 year in which they demande me to show ur pan and aadhar and my finger prints. After thata in nov 2019 i am unable to add any fund in my account then i go to branch and talk to him first they dont understand why i m unable to add money they check my whole kyc detail even they also said to me that they don't know why ur account is unable to do any transaction, so i contacted to axis web support after many attempt i finally talk to any customer care client of axis bank than he told me that ur kyc is not completed ao complete it fast than after 5 (Diwali holiday) days i go to bank again 4 my kyc, than they told me that this is ur digital account qnd know it has been closed due to kyc.
      My question arises
      1) when i ve done my biometric kyc in axis kakadeo branch than why they tell me that ur kyc is not completed
      2) i ve opened my account in december than from that 1 year is not over yet so they have to give me a time why they dont tell me.

        Dear sir,
        I have given a request to open an nre account in the"neeladri road kt," axis bank branch, electronic city on 15/10/2019. I have informed them that it is extremely urgent for me so i need the account opened in a week, as i had to travel to saudi arabia. Every time they are ignoring my calls since then and asking me to open account in some other bank if i dont have time. Later mr. Jawed and ms kusuma of axis bank asked me to give the account number of the insta kit they gave me to my company in saudi as salary account and it will get activated in 2 days. Now its been a long time and my salary is on hold due to this. Kindly do the needful. I am in saudi arabia now without salary because of these irresponsible behavior of axis bank.

          I've a my zone credit card from axis bank. I already know that it has annual renewal fees of rs 500 after 1st year.
          But, i was neither informed before the annual renewal, nor, after the debit of annual fees from the card.
          The fees was debited just 2 days back.
          I didn't received any information regarding this via any medium.
          The issue is that i want to stop the card, but, they are asking to pay the fees which they debited without any information.
          The customers are being charged the fees without any information before and after, this is a huge flaw in the policy.
          I don't want to use the card but stop it.

            Complaint is against axis bank for deducting the amount of rs.1561 without my consent or permission. And there customer care executive is also not providing the proper answer for this fraud. There are more likely deduction done i have asked my friends also for this.               I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 5 th November 2019.

              I lost ₹27000 approx with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

                I have taken personal loan from axis bank, and my emi of this loan is on 5th of eveymonth, , .They dont deduct the amount on the same day, Even the account has sufficient amount, They deduct it on an another day and take extra charges saying that the EMI pending.This issue i am facinng sine 1 year, I have to pay EMI for 5 years, n they will continue this till the EMI complets.So please help me out of this problem.

                    This problem started about 45 days back when i was trying to pay my electricity bill online and was not receiving otp. I called my branch and was advised to call the customer care. I called several times and was told i would be able to get otp, the last executive (Vishnu) assured me that after 10 days the problem would be resolved but till now it has not been resolved. I have also gone to the atm and with the help from bank staff registered but to no avail. Please take time to understand and resolve this issue.

                      Around august 15, i received a call from the bank regarding the offer i had on my zone credit card stating that the card could be availed by me at that time free for lifetime and so i applied through their app. After a few days i received the call that due to some problem in documentation, either an executive from bank will visit me or i can visit the bank for document verification. At that time i asked that if i do so then will the card be availed under that offer or not and i was given the response that it will be under lifetime free offer and so i went to the bank for documentation but after that i received a message that there will be charges for the card. After a few days from the documentation process when i receive the call that my card has been approved, i was told again that the card is chargeable. I mean what rubbish is this. I asked to clarify the same and i was told that i would be called again regarding this matter but got no response. I asked for the status on live chat and i was told that the application has been declined but on august 31, 2019, i received the message that card is approved and that too is chargeable and will receive the card in a few days.
                      This is shear misleading of customers by their employees to sell the products and earn money.
                      The axis bank also sent a message on my previous complaint stating that they tried to call me on september 17 but there was actually no call received or missed on that day. I had registered the complaint earlier as well but there has been no response from many days. For this reason, i am registering this complaint again.

                      I received a call from Axis Bank today at around 1pm, not regarding the credit card issue but for some discount card offers with the My Zone credit card issued to me.

                      It is now November 26. There has been no resolution from Axis Bank regarding the issue nor have they contacted me by any mode for the same. The only call received was on November 19 regarding some offers with the card, nothing else. The charges have increased fron Rs.590 to nearly Rs.1400 as I am not paying any charges to them.
                      I request the consumer complaints team to look into the matter so that a proper resolution can be received. You are the biggest hope for me now.

                      Axis Bank, the name, has to be registered as a synonym of fraud. There was no call, no mail nor any other type of communication since the first time the complaint was posted. I finally had to pay them Rs.2000+ for nothing as there was no help from any side. Waste of contacting the bank or reaching to consumercomplaints.in

                        Pathetic customer service. Not sure this only for this branch or whole Axis bank network. I lost my ATM card, I did not have a check book and I changed my phone recently and in my new mobile (Mobile App was asking my Debit card information for authentication) . I approached bank for withdrawing money and initially they were not ready to provide anything ( Lady in the reception needs to get educated about all the services). They directly said they cannot help and I need to call customer care. I contacted the customer care and it was more pathetic. You will never be able to reach Axis Customer care. I complained to manager and then he arranged one employee to assist me. That guy was very polite and he is the only one I met in that branch who has got some skills on customer care.

                        Even that man could not help me. Luckily he provided an instant checkbook for me and applied for a debit and said I will receive the card within few days in my Address . Till now I have not received debit card in my address. Again I had to go to bank and wait in the Q with my checkbook to withdraw the money. I spent my precious time in standing in Queue.

                        Again I approached the bank after 4 days to know if I can get an instant debit card the associate told me to go to another branch for instant card and they cannot do anything else.

                        Finally they issued an instant debit and still not activated . I has been 4 days . I am with this debit card and each time i call they will reply saying it will be activated within 3 to 4 hours and they will call me back but actually they did't

                          Hello sir,
                          I had a credit card of axis bank and i received a bill from axis bank in dec 2018 and due to auto debit they kept deducting minimum charges. They did not inform me about the charges i was paying. Due to hard time at work at that time i was not able to check my emails or account statement about this. I had a clear history with credit cards before dec 2018. Now i do not have any job. I want to settle the amount and i have called axis bank regarding this. But no fruitful reply has been received. Please help. I can not pay more than 10000 rs. I do not have money with me.

                              This mail is regarding online transaction issues dated on 5th october 2018.

                              As per attached passbook status 10000 rs. Is debited from my account however it is claimed by payee that this amount was not credited in his account.

                              I have directly contacted to near by axis bank branch but they refused saying that they can't provide help since transaction was done before 6 months from date of complaint, however this is not expected from such a big corporate bank like axis.

                              Please suggest necessary steps to be carried out and help regarding this issue.

Till date i am not able to make use of it for the reason my mobile number not registered. Ironically issue of card was intimated on my mobile only.                                 I have applied for an axis bank credit card. but my address has been changed as I got shifted from my native to Bangalore so the credit card which came to the old address went bank to the main branch, so how do I get my credit card delivered to my present address.i tried calling the complaint box number but it never gets connected.

I would like to close the same because the amount is increasing day by day like negative balance. so kindly do needful for me to close the same. I am not interested to use the account anymore.

                                  Sir, in last year i lost my buzz card and blocked card but 0478 was received and used for some days and after received neo card, i blocked 0478 by app and also called axis care number for block and they blocked last year. But this year again annual fees of 0478 card shown of rs 885 +gst. I called axis help line they process for block card and cancel charges. So, credit card dept verification call done. But by mistake again this agent include my both card so request was declined. Again i called them and re request done. But not process my request so automatically charges debited from my account. Again i called and requested. But no solution found. I received message that card is blocked but not refund my amounts. And i called again so they reply that not possible to refund any way. Sir, its very unfortunate to me. I was mentally abused day to day. Due to mistake of axis stuff i am suffering. Its very bad for us. Please take needful action.

                                  I have applied for new saving account at Mansa(Gandhinagar) on 16th October with all the required documents and cheque for Rs 6000.
                                  But till now, I haven't received any message nor any response from the bank side. I had visited so many times, but not a positive response from them.

                                    Hi,

                                    I just recieved call from these number [protected]/[protected]/[protected], they were claiming to be a part of axis bank customer care credit/debit card deptt team, and were asking the debit card details to redeem some points worth 8200inr.

                                    Please check the owner of such fraud call to maintain the decorum of axis bank and the trust of axis bank customers.

                                      Hi my name is v karthik kumar, i hold a credit card and account number in axis bank with registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
                                      Phone:[protected]

                                      I have paid my emi on early hours (Around 12:30 am) of nov 1st 2019. Amount:3051.07, through mobile banking. Later in the day at around 2:00pm the same amount has been deducted from my savings account for my credit card.
                                      Here is the issue,
                                      Payment has been done twice for the same emi, and still my due is shown as 3051.07.
                                      However after the second payment my credt limit has been increased.

                                      Kindly look in to the issue asap
