I had two fraudulent transactions in a span of one week that occurred on my axis bank account without my knowledge.

    Sir / madam this compliant in refers to my credit card no.4514 xxxx xxxx 5704 where the limit was allocated with rs. 115000, having thought i went to purchase a new tv where i came to know the limit does not support. When i enquired with axis bank credit card division they said bank has reduced the limit and there is no chance to enhance the same till six months.

    I received from Axis Bank Customer care asking for Credit Card no. and CVV no. ([protected]) by name Mr. Arjun Tripathy and I gave the details as asked by him and so soon as I gave him I got two messages where My account is debited with Rs.11999 + 5799 I asked him what is this message he said it is gateway message no where it will affected to me and my limit would be the same of Rs.18000 and he was asking for Bank account details which I refused to give. I feel some people working in Axis Bank as fraudsters. I called back to Axis Bank Customer care [protected] spoke to Mr. Mahendra he said he would block the card and take a fraudster compliant

    I am getting Calls from Axis Bank Collections to clear the outstanding of Rs. 26000 for the credit card which I have not used or purchased, where the blunder was done by Axis bank Employee and blame is done on me to clear the amount, few days ago I had spoken with Mr. Shivamadaiah Deputy Manager Axis Manager Credit Cards Collections +[protected] and written 2 mails. I haven't received any mail from the person, Please find the Screenshot where I have written mails. I have asked Axis Bank to investigate whether the product bought online or directly. I extend your support to solve the Issue. I request you to kindly Email Only.

      I have an account with axis. I rarely make any transactions in it and recently converted my account to zero balance account after clearing all the outstanding charges then too the bank is deducting amount from my account stating that they are recollecting amount from the month of june 2018 henceforth. I just don't understand if i have cleared the outstanding then how can they deduct the money without my consent and irony is whenever there is any transactions with my account i receive notifications for same but when the bank deducts the amount i didn't receive any notification. So what should i call this type of services? They r fooling customers in the name of banking.

        We availed an agri loan (Overdraft) on april 30, 2019 from the axis bank, nagercoil branch (Tamilnadu). We had given some of our property documents to them. Due to some reasons, we decided to close that loan. We contacted the manager of nagercoil branch in the first week of october 2019 regarding this. He suggested us to pay all the pending funds. We did the same on october 9, 2019. The manager said that the loan will be closed within two business days and we can get the original copy of our properties on october 25, 2019. We believed the same and kept calm. On october 25, 2019, when we contacted the manager to get back our property documents, he says, we need to pay yet another 3304 rupees. I don't understand. He says he never knows the procedure to close an agri loan. What an irresponsible answer from a branch manager. Then we contacted the officer from rajapalayam branch (Head office). He too says the same. We need our documents. The bank people wants us to pay interest till the end of our life. We didn't expect this from a bank like this.

          I have a dmat account with axis linked to my sb account since 2015 and initially it was a salary account. At time of account opening i was not informed that dmat account opened with this will be charged separately and today when i was checking my statement for april 19, came to know that dp consolidation charges of 914 deducted without my knowledge and without any intimation. I want to close this dmat account and want to transfer my existing sips, otehr investment in dmat of other bank. This is totally unfair to deduct charges without telling the customer.

            I was just notified by the axis bank that my credit card has been deducted with rs 1699 for ecpp assistance service.
            I do not approve the deduction since i had not agreed to any such payment and would like a quick refund.
            I hope axis bank does respond quickly and effectively to my concern otherwise i might have to quit using their services.

              I am vijay sambre. Today i received call from mob no.[protected] regarding credit card payment recovery which my brother may have used sometime back (As told to me by your recovery agent). I told the lady that i have nothing to do with the pending payment still that lady called again on my wife's mobile threatening that we call on your number n keep on harassing you for the payment which has nothing to do with us..
              I hope my subject is crystal clear to axis bank.
              I will lodge a complaint with the police n also with consumer forum if i get one more call from axis bank appointed agency.

                    I paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 29-9-19 with an amount of inr 839/-. Later this order was cancelled and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no. 0r9x0lo90000k0ocouyg on 30-09-19. However, i have not received the refund from your end yet.                     I purchased an item and paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 14/10/2021 with an amount of inr 188.46/-. Later I returned this item and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no # 74056631293129285019215 on[protected] . However, i have not received the refund from your end yet.                         My supercard reward points are not been displayed in rbl reward portal so i am not been able to redeem it so please let me know how to redeem the points since 31st is the last date for redeemtionmy supercard is been issued recently and the fee is also been taken from me telling that it can be redeemed as voucher but the points given is also less which i wont get the voucher for that amount please look into that matter also...

                          I did transaction of rs.500 through phonepe on 12th oct 2019. But unfortunately transaction gt failed and amount gt debited from my account. I hd contacted phonepe customer care bt they informed that the issue is with the bank. I have been trying to connect to axis bank customer care since a week now bt my query is still unresolved and not received any proper response from the bank customer care executive. Request you to refund the amount at earliest.

                              Dear management,
                              I am applied for the forex card in your kathua branch (J&k) on 10/10/2019 with all required documents submitted on that day. But one of your employee which is the head of forex dept.in kathua branch is not taking this process on priority and he haras me from 8 days but at last i visted there and ask for the reason of non activating my card in front of branch manager then his reply in cool words "your documents misplaced in our branch and he dont know where is mine document", this is so big shame of your branch in front of customers. After 2 hrs the same documents found on table easily and card activation processed. I am using 4 accounts in axis bank and i never seen this type of negligence in any branch but today i feel so bad that your kathua branch did this type of things with customers. It is not good for customers.

                                In june 2018 i opted for credit card settlemnet and axis bank said that they will not mark my account in lien and without my signature they setlled for my 90000 sttlement amount. They said multiple number of times that my account will not go in lien.
                                This resulted in close to 11000 account chares and close to 5000 personal loan charges as ecs got bounced because of lien.
                                In january they frooze my account and converted that in to savings giving an explanation i did not deposited anything in the account and so it is converted from salary to savings account.
                                Now they are charging every month as account charges.
                                Could you please ask axix bank to waive of all my account and extra perosnal loan charges for last 2 years.

                                  My balance from axis bank got deducted for the second time i. E 1050 rupees as i am not using any software or applications that charges in monthly basis, but this is the second time deduction from ecom pur/google* front[protected]/191019/9:56. And if it was from my previous account or somewhere else than i have lost my previous email i'd and phone numbers. And for your information i am not using any chargeable software or applications. And if happens to charge monthly than please stop. And help me to get my cash back to my account no [protected] jikmi bhutia axis bank phone number where you can see my account details of axis bank.

                                    I want to close my credit card but none of their email ids are valid. I sent emails to [protected]@axisbank.com and premium. [protected]@axisbank.com as per the internet. But i received a reply saying the email ids are invalid now.
                                    Next i tried calling the customer care multiple times. When you call the customer care, the call is heavily charged. Even after waiting for long on the call and spending money, a couple of times i wasn't able to speak to any executive as they were all busy. Finally i was able to speak to an executive who said she'll connect me to the credit card department. Despite waiting for 3 mins after that during which i was charged of course, no one spoke to me. I am frustrated with the axis bank customer service. I want to cancel my credit card. I need immediate resolution.

                                      My company created salary account in axis bank to which salary never got created. Without my information account got converted into savings account. Now post creating new savings account, i got to know that older account is having balance in minus 7000 rs. I tried closing the same account however bank is asking me to pay the charges for account which i never used.

                                        I talked with axis bank customer care & ordered 1 debit card for me.
                                        But i received 6 debit cards on different dates in starting of current month.

                                        I request that it should not charge me as it is not my mistake.
                                        I have activated debit card ending with 7180 for my regular use which arrives first via blue dart. Please deactivate all other 5 cards & don't charge for it.
