I am dipti vohra as i was using insta easy card of axis bank and i was using it for long period and at end i paid all dies of it and later when i asked bank for noc they said i dont know and they are still asking me for minimum dues and its still in my cibil. So kindly provide me with my noc as its duty of bank for giving me that when there is no settlement

    Spouse used card no ending 9729 that also failed

    After some time all the three transactions spent messages recd

    How? Some technical snag at your end contacted namma seva trust they informed me amount not recd

        Sir myself rakesh singh bidhuri and i having a saving account in axis bank as well as credit card from the last 3year. I was always making the payment timely but due to some financial crises i had missed 3 payment and they had lien my account and had blocked my credit card permananetly.

        I started with axis bank personal loan for 3, 77, 000 for 5 years emi. 2 years till now got completed. Axis bank making my account to negative balance every month from past 1 year. Also not granting me an option to stop the cheque bounce charges if 8000 and consolidated charges. I went to head office in chennai and they said they will stop but after month again they are not making any of my requests accepted. Its not bank for customers it is something giving personal loan and making customers suffer. Three months ago they charged me 23, 000 consolidated charges and last month 14, 5000. I work hard and being helpless without anybody and any money and being cashless for months now. If i looose this job only then this bank account can be solved as it's my salary account. Axis bank making my salary account this worst then i am being default for other bank loans too. My civil history got torn down is because if axis bank. I will soon close my loan but i never recommend anybody to do banking with axis bank because they are not supporting customers and stay as their safe and from their side. Right now my bank account balance is minus/negative 24, 550. I will get my salary 32, 000 then money left with me is 7, 000 which i also gave to other bill's and emi. I request axis bank or its authorities to help me remove negative balance from my account. Axis bank have no option to find where does this consolidation charges goes. That's so pathetic to know. My family is suffering alot as i cant give them my salary. We are being restless and not paid for rents for many months. I cant take up this much insult and shame for begging. I better end my sel[censored]r i keep suffering with axis bank.

        Useless axis bank. I gave updated my mobile number email address and they have not reached me yet over the complaints I raised. Axis bank never care for customers and they want to offer loans and harrase customers or having customer stranded on road without money. I personally recommend all to get loan from all other bank but never ever get loan from axis bank. It's a death trap for you all. They will make thousands or lakh rupee penalty if there is any cheque bounce. I am not sure how axis bank got chance to run a bank with this pathetic concept in banking. They are not accepting any customers request and there is any consolidated charges they have no option to view why there is and from which bank consolidated charges are from. I am leaving my job now and my salary will not and never be credited in axis bank ever again. Goodbye for pending loan of 2.60.000.

                I received from Axis Bank Customer care asking for Credit Card no. and CVV no. ([protected]) by name Mr. Arjun Tripathy and I gave the details as asked by him and so soon as I gave him I got two messages where My account is debited with Rs.11999 + 5799 I asked him what is this message he said it is gateway message no where it will affected to me and my limit would be the same of Rs.18000 and he was asking for Bank account details which I refused to give. I feel some people working in Axis Bank as fraudsters. I called back to Axis Bank Customer care [protected] spoke to Mr. Mahendra he said he would block the card and take a fraudster compliant

                I am getting Calls from Axis Bank Collections to clear the outstanding of Rs. 26000 for the credit card which I have not used or purchased, where the blunder was done by Axis bank Employee and blame is done on me to clear the amount, few days ago I had spoken with Mr. Shivamadaiah Deputy Manager Axis Manager Credit Cards Collections +[protected] and written 2 mails. I haven't received any mail from the person, Please find the Screenshot where I have written mails. I have asked Axis Bank to investigate whether the product bought online or directly.                   I have an account with axis. I rarely make any transactions in it and recently converted my account to zero balance account after clearing all the outstanding charges then too the bank is deducting amount from my account stating that they are recollecting amount from the month of june 2018 henceforth. I just don't understand if i have cleared the outstanding then how can they deduct the money without my consent and irony is whenever there is any transactions with my account i receive notifications for same but when the bank deducts the amount i didn't receive any notification. So what should i call this type of services? They r fooling customers in the name of banking.

                    We availed an agri loan (Overdraft) on april 30, 2019 from the axis bank, nagercoil branch (Tamilnadu). We had given some of our property documents to them. Due to some reasons, we decided to close that loan. We contacted the manager of nagercoil branch in the first week of october 2019 regarding this. He suggested us to pay all the pending funds. We did the same on october 9, 2019. The manager said that the loan will be closed within two business days and we can get the original copy of our properties on october 25, 2019. We believed the same and kept calm. On october 25, 2019, when we contacted the manager to get back our property documents, he says, we need to pay yet another 3304 rupees. I don't understand. He says he never knows the procedure to close an agri loan. What an irresponsible answer from a branch manager. Then we contacted the officer from rajapalayam branch (Head office). He too says the same. We need our documents. The bank people wants us to pay interest till the end of our life. We didn't expect this from a bank like this.

                      I have a dmat account with axis linked to my sb account since 2015 and initially it was a salary account. At time of account opening i was not informed that dmat account opened with this will be charged separately and today when i was checking my statement for april 19, came to know that dp consolidation charges of 914 deducted without my knowledge and without any intimation. I want to close this dmat account and want to transfer my existing sips, otehr investment in dmat of other bank. This is totally unfair to deduct charges without telling the customer.

                        I was just notified by the axis bank that my credit card has been deducted with rs 1699 for ecpp assistance service.
                        I do not approve the deduction since i had not agreed to any such payment and would like a quick refund.
                        I hope axis bank does respond quickly and effectively to my concern otherwise i might have to quit using their services.

                          I am vijay sambre. Today i received call from mob no.[protected] regarding credit card payment recovery which my brother may have used sometime back (As told to me by your recovery agent). I told the lady that i have nothing to do with the pending payment still that lady called again on my wife's mobile threatening that we call on your number n keep on harassing you for the payment which has nothing to do with us..
                          I hope my subject is crystal clear to axis bank.
                          I will lodge a complaint with the police n also with consumer forum if i get one more call from axis bank appointed agency.

                            Your credit card xxxxxxxx statement of rs. 68435.03 with due date 07-nov-19 is generated and will reach you shortly. Min amt due rs.11418.

                            Actually due some family problem i cannot afford this much to pay.
                            Its my humble request to please provide me solution tell me the minimum amount so that i can pay and block my card pls.
                            I am not having job as of now please do needful.

                              I lost my 7600 without my involvemnt., i never deal with this site before.

                                Dear axis bank team,

                                I paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 29-9-19 with an amount of inr 839/-. Later this order was cancelled and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no. 0r9x0lo90000k0ocouyg on 30-09-19. However, i have not received the refund from your end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible

Later I returned this item and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no # 74056631293129285019215 on[protected] . However, i have not received the refund from your end yet.                                 In Zomato my order is cancelled and amount refunded by Zomato team but in my account it is not reflecting yet please take as high priority and make it asap
                                I cancel my Amazon delivery they credits the refund but i didn't get my ₹444 in my bank account

                                    My supercard reward points are not been displayed in rbl reward portal so i am not been able to redeem it so please let me know how to redeem the points since 31st is the last date for redeemtionmy supercard is been issued recently and the fee is also been taken from me telling that it can be redeemed as voucher but the points given is also less which i wont get the voucher for that amount please look into that matter also...

                                      I did transaction of rs.500 through phonepe on 12th oct 2019. But unfortunately transaction gt failed and amount gt debited from my account. I hd contacted phonepe customer care bt they informed that the issue is with the bank. I have been trying to connect to axis bank customer care since a week now bt my query is still unresolved and not received any proper response from the bank customer care executive. Request you to refund the amount at earliest.
