Hello, I am a customer of axis bank. ([protected]) is my bank account number.
My contact number is [protected].
My account balance is negative 1500rs because of non maintenance of minimum balance. But you can't make account balance as negative as per rbi rules.
I contacted customer support, they said there is no rules like that and, if there is some rules like that, they don't have any need to follow that.
I want either my account to be closed or, my negative balance should be waived off.
I am just tired of arguing with your ### customer support.
Rbi support is pathetic, email never goes to them.

Before saying your ### rules, just go through the rbi rules HTTPs://m.rbi.org.in//Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=9343 point 6.
Rbi rules are for every banks, axis bank is not an exception

    Hi,

    I am getting worst service from Axis bank. I want to issue new debit card as my previous card was missed. But the axis bank branches, Indore doesn't have debit card to issue to their customer. I have visited two branches till now but nobody has having it. Even the customer care number is chargeable. Called them many times but not getting proper response.

    Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir / Madam, I had done IMPS transaction on[protected] at 16:42 but the transaction got failed. I immediately called customer care and spoke to Ms. Sunanda (Assistant Manager - Operations) and asked for reversal of the deducted amount Rs.13005.90 for which they took complaint (Complaint No:[protected]) and asked me to wait for two working days. Now at this time two working days are over but deducted amount is not credited yet. I called up customer care again and now they are asking me to wait for another seven working days. This is completely misleading as according to RBI guidelines, if IMPS transaction is failed then the amount has to be reversed to customer's account within T+1 working day and if bank is unable to reverse the amount then per day Rs.100 has to be given to customer as a penalty. Axis bank has worsen it's services nowadays. Most of the time their Mobile banking app is not working, Unnecessary charges taken on the head of Consolidated charges. I would humbly request you to look in to the matter and serve justice to me. My contact details are as under.

          Dear sir,
          Im having my account in this bank since it was uti. Its my saving account.
          I got 3 fd's done in this lokhandwala branch.
          Just 3-4months back i came to know tht my fd's amount was automatically transferred in my account without any prior intimation (Thou fd's were in auto renewal)
          They said my account was inoperative coz of kyc. Though is gave kyc to a girl called divya n now sh is transferred to some other branch.
          In march n april when i went to lokhandwala branch and spoke to rajshri/shruti regarding this issue.. I even spoke to branchhead and request him to make me aware about why my fd money is transferred in my account... But they have nothing to say.. They did not even give my interest on these fd's.
          Even my ca mailed tgem but they did not bother to revert.
          Today i went to close my account ms. Shruti gave me a form and said i wil be getting my pay ordered with in 7working days..
          Is this the way axis provides services...
          Easily asking to close account..
          Please help me in this matter.

            I have an account with axis bank since last 6 years. Due to some scenarios i wasn't operating my account from last year.

            Last month i had visited your hiranandani powai branch office to get the details as i needed to continue the account however they have said that i have to pay only due amount of 434 rs as it was not operatable, so i decided to go ahead and paid the dues amount as confirmed by the executive.

            Last month when my salary get credited, the amount of 10, 000 rs got deducted without any intimation. I want to get the refund for the same. I have visited the andheri midc branch (Mumbai) last week but no one is giving me a satisfactory response there. It's like a proper fraud has happened with me.

            I cannot afford to loss such a big amount hereby i would kindly request you to take necessary action on it.

            Appreciate your kind response on this.

                Service request has been raised for the reversal of amount deducted for dp charges on 12/09/2019. And it has been promised that amount will be reflected within 10 working days. Till now reversal has not been processed. Post that several other service request has also been raised but no resolution has been provided till now. I contacted customer care again and again but they didn't provide any resolution moreover they also send blank replies to my mail.

                  Sir/madam,

                  I have saving bank/ salary account account with axis bank. Recently due to overdue and payment delays in my credit card, my bank/ salary account account was put on lein.

                  Axis bank cerdit card division person has called me to clear the dues. As i was not in position to pay the complete due i have asked him what is the minimum amount i can pay. So he has asked me to pay 35, 100/- such that this block can be removed.in total i have paid 10, 000 + 35, 100. Against total outstanding my credit card of 1, 39, 313/-.

                  After paying now they come back and say that we have mail to the concern person and it is upto them.

                  Axis bank is not looking at the customer profile as whole. I have 13 lac pl with them and have prompt payment happening through ecs.

                  If they block my account all my ecs will get bounce there by putting me into more trouble.

                  They are only interested in collection once collection happens they do not response.

                  Please do something on this.

                  I haven't done any txn using axis bank on 17 or 21 so not sure why the charges applied without my consent. I am priority bank customer so any charges otherwise also not applicable.

                    My name is aadarsh bhanawat, living in viman nagar, pune.
                    I have reported police complaint regarding a fake account opened in your axis bank, dhawari phata, pune branch
                    A/c no. [protected]

                    This account is opened with using forged document using my identity details such as pan no. Name, dob
                    However, i have submitted the complaint in dhawari phata, pune branch to branch manager sneha siddharth oswal and she confirmed it is fraud and fake account using forged documents.
                    And it may be intentionally verification was not done correctly and someone involved in that.

                    Now, i am want a clean document or noc to take me out of this and my name from this fake account as this account is not belong to me and i never approached to open account in axis bank in current past.
                    Also immediately inactive this account.

                    Just because of your weak verification process and verification department mistake i faced massive bother.

                    Would appreciate immediate response.

                      Dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected]xxxxxxx issued to ashish securities pvt ltd with value 25000 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx3212.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

                      I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screenshot of the sms is attached herewith.

Which will give loans for shopping, education and cash etc. As per their agreement for auto pay related mandate taking confirmation from account mapped with that application(earlysalary).

                        My axis bank account has been locked because of the lien amount.
                        I moved to us and i have been trying to access my account but i haven't received any help.
                        I had deposited money for wedding expenses but i was not able to withdraw my own money from the account.
                        It has been frustrating to contact anybody from axis bank.
                        I had sent forms for account closure but still i didn't get any response from axis bank branch

                          I withdrew cad1000 in canada from an atm through the multi currency forex card. We were told that atm fees would be cad3. Instead we were charged cad103. That's outrageous and completely ridiculous! I demand a refund of the money and only an appropriate fee to be deducted. Also i would like to see where it was mentioned that charges are going to be this exorbitant.

                          Hi, I am have been using Axis bank account (salary account) since may 2017, day before yesterday[protected] i received msg that 300 is deducted for closing final settlement following my account was closed and debit card was blocked. I still wonder how they will close account without customer knowledge. I didn't send any request from my side, .

                            Hello sir/madam
                            I faced a fraudlent transaction through by debit card of axis bank. I was purchasing a product online from a website www.uieoi.top that showed the amount of 216 rupees. The payment option was debit master card but as i entered the card number cvv and validity my account got debited by an amount of 4541 against ecompur/chinagpay*riv/beijing/290919/10 without a generation of an otp or asking of a password or atm pin. This raises a question on the security of the system as without an otp or password the transaction should have not been done.
                            I have lodged a complaint with the bank and blocked my card too. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              I tried to transfer money from my axis bank acc through google pay and phonepe. There was an error every single time - cannot initiate transaction, bank server not available.

                              I have also tried transferring money through google pay to an axis bank acc. The transaction has never been successful.

                              Also, unable to log in to axis bank's bhim upi app because it cannot verify my phone number for some reason.

                              Nothing works with axis bank.

                              I was shopping online on amazon and while paying online through debit card Amount was being debited but the amazon is showing the transaction was not successful.
                              It's been 3 working days amount is not credited back.

                                This is to bring to your notice that penalty charges apply by axis bank on below mentioned account number credit card is unauthentic and not communicated while giving the credit card but show in bill statement.
                                Hence in the name of min. Due amount, charges cut and add as per banks benefit.

                                The actual spent through credit card - 71484.85
                                Payment done - 59304.97
                                Diff - 12179.88

                                But total due show including all unauthentic penalties - 26488.87

I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. Today i received the pin no. Through post.                                   Respected sir/madam,

                                  This is to kindly bring to your notice that i richa kumari opened this account in 2015 when i was working with hcl, noida. After that i have had many transactions through this bank. I have received money, transfered, withdrawn, i took loan amount also i had credit card with you. I never wanted to close my credit card with you but whenever i was trying to pay the balance to clear my bill they used to deduct some amount and after getting frustrated due to that i had to close the credit card. Now this is the same happening with my debit card. Customer care is telling that they are deducting fine charges for the year 2017. I cannot understand this. I must say good morning to them as they woke up so early to remeber the fine charges for 2017 in 2019. They too are not clear about what type of charges they are deducting. Either it's fine for loan amount which i have cleared and i have got noc from the head branch in cp. I have also cleared my credit card bills and closed it. If there was any fine or balance, bank would not have closed my loan account or credit card. So now i need an answer that why they are after me in deducting amounts from my account. I want refund for all the charges they have deducted after my loan account closure and credit card closure. Nowadays, i am bit busy with my work and schedule, but sooner i'll be closing mine and my relatives account with this bank.

                                    I have applied for name change and bank account change, signature verification through funds india. After submission of all the requisite documents in jan'19 funds india updated in all the other mf except axis mutual fund. They said axis bank needs closure letter of the old bank (Standard chartered) i have given the same but they said axis bank is not accepting the closure letter as it not the format shared by them. Post this i have informed them that closure is not requested by me and hence the format given cannot be given by bank as said by bank manager. After several mails from my side in absence of proper response from axis team, funds india asked me to contact them directly. After this when i have raised a complaint in axis customer care they said it is pending with back end team from last one month. Request you to look into this on urgent basis as funds india account got blocked for all other mututal funds

                                      Couldn't receive the card after 1 month also. Received the pin 3.5 weeks back. Worst service from axis bank. Hate axis bank. Inefficient employees (Phone banking officer - ravi, mamta, afreed, kailash, phanidra etc.), they misguided me like hell. Sometimes they say it has been despatched but there is no tracking no., sometimes they say it has not yet been despatched but has been issued on 6th september, 19. But are unable to tell me what is the problem, why it isn't getting despatched. I am listening to their recorded dialogue since last weeks now. Very bad service. Please send my card within 2 days or else i will be left with no other option but going to customer court.
                                      May refer to my previous complaint:
                                      'awaiting credit card since last 3.5 weeks. Received pin long back. No proper help from customer care executives!'
