I am pramoth, i have got legal notice from axis bank to pay credit card bill overdue. Is there any option to get time to pay a bill. I have got lots of loss in business. I need to know is there any option to get time. They called to pay, but i am in suffer got loss in business. I am ready to pay now, but i need some time. I couldn't pay at a time whole amount, but i can pay in 3 dues. So please consider my things....

I have visited today axis bank tagore nagar branch, raipur. Staff behaviour is so rude name of the staff is krishna she is female, & the manager of bank also supporting, anytime i visit the bank they tell me the server is down & doea not deposit my money & all the staff watching each other and laugh. I think manager of bank is also tied up with her for performing these activities because she is doing this activity in front of him....

I balachander, hold my account with axis bank. I had reported a fraud transaction on 6th of july 2019 for inr 6500 complaint number 53080511.

On the first call, customer care informed me that the amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 days as i've filed the complaint.

As i informed you previously that some unknown person had withdrawn rs.139998 (Rs.49999, rs.49999 and rs.40000) from my bank account on 27th august 2019 without my knowledge and approval. Being a responsible and faithful cutomer i reported it immediately to the axis bank and register complaint.

I have opened axis asap account on jun 2018. But my account has been closed from the bank's end on may 2019 with a reason of non kyc.
