Sir/madam,
I have saving bank/ salary account account with axis bank. Recently due to overdue and payment delays in my credit card, my bank/ salary account account was put on lein.
Axis bank cerdit card division person has called me to clear the dues. As i was not in position to pay the complete due i have asked him what is the minimum amount i can pay. So he has asked me to pay 35, 100/- such that this block can be removed.in total i have paid 10, 000 + 35, 100. Against total outstanding my credit card of 1, 39, 313/-.
After paying now they come back and say that we have mail to the concern person and it is upto them.
Axis bank is not looking at the customer profile as whole. I have 13 lac pl with them and have prompt payment happening through ecs.
If they block my account all my ecs will get bounce there by putting me into more trouble.
They are only interested in collection once collection happens they do not response.
Please do something on this.
