Hey team,

I performed a transaction on 3 oct 2019 via phonepay for rs 20000 which was failed in phone pay.

I called phone pay support and they informed that they have the feedback from axis bank that the money was deducted from bank but not forwarded to phone pay due to technical issue

Ideally the money should be refunded and reflected back in my account but it is not the case.

    Sir i am customer of axis bank. I have two account of axis bank which is a/c no.
    1- a/c no [protected] (Individual current account, ground floor plot
    No a 3/296, type a, vishal khand gomti nagar lucknow, ifsc code
    Utib0003980.
    2- a/c no. [protected] (Saving account) add-ground floor
    Plot no 59, mohhamad patti mahuabagh ghazipur
    Ifsc code utib00001160.

    I have applied to close my current account no ([protected]). It was clearly entered in my application form. But after 5 daye (5oct.2019) i received msg alert in registered mobile no [protected] that my another saving account is closed in the place of my current account.
    I dint applied to close my saving account (A/c no [protected])
    But by mistake bank employee (Sonal malhotra, posted in axis bank vishal khand ifsc code utib0003980) closed my saving account in the place of my current account (A/c [protected])
    I called to customer care and they confirmed me that your saving account is closed.
    Again i went to axis bank vishal khand gomti nagar branch lucknow. Sonal malhotra was absent today (9/10/2019). Than i went to richa gupta mamm who was officer in charge at that time.
    I asked her that why they closed my saving account if i requested to close my current account. Than richa gupta shouted and misbehaved me and told me do whatever you can. She told me how can your saving account is closed. You must have requested for close your saving account.
    I asked her to show my application form which i submitted to bank to close my current account than she denied. I went to branch manager but he also do not have any solution.
    I am so tired and disappointed about these kind of service and behavior.
    Pls help me otherwise i m considering to stop taking services from axis bank.

      I'm trying to close credit card permanently for last one month without any outstanding balance. I know only one option that is customer care call. While i'm most of the time call not picked up. If picked also they are asking reason, and they are transferring call to retention department and there will ask again same question. Or else they wont pickup call. I tried almost 20 to 25 times. Still going on. My cars also expired. I have send back my new card to axis bank which came by courier. The worst thing is that the call cost approx rs., 15 for 10 minutes. I have spend almost 300 rs for this.

      The worst service i have ever seen till now. Can any person from axis please contact me. I'm ready to close account also which i'm part of axis for almost 10 years.

        Dear sir,

        I had brought few things from amazon india app and had to return it because of some personal reasons.

        Upon receiving the returned item, amazon had initiated the refund to my axis bank but the many is not getting reflected into my account.

        When checked with amazon, they had given the reference number : [protected]. With this reference number, i had also raised a complain (Complain no:[protected] with axis bank but still i have not received the amount of rs. 349, and its almost six months now.

        Recently, i had returned one more item in amazon and that money was not processed properly by axis bank and i'm still yet to receive rs.784 in my account. Refund reference #[protected]

        Seek your intervention to resolve this please

        Following are the details once again for your reference please. I have given the detail in the already.

        1. Amount of Rs. 349/- was transit on 13th April '19. Refund reference number : [protected]
        2. Amount of Rs. 784/- was transit on 1st Oct '19. Refund reference number :[protected]

        I guess your need to looking it up under "charge dispute".

        Amazon had clearly told it is the problem with the bank, reference numbers are generated only after the refund is credited & confirmed.

        Amazon had also told clearly that, the refund needs to be processed under "Charge dispute" on this transaction.

        Attached herewith is the mail from amazon for your ready reference please.

          Credit card number [protected] i have not done any transaction with this credit card. Please help me to cancel the credit card. Many times i have made a call to axis bank customer care. But that customer care call was extending on hold no one is responding even after 30 minutes. Please help me to cancel the credit card.

          I have not used this credit card but i have paid 2020 rs for past 6 months. Why should i pay money for the credit card which i have not used.

            I had online ticketing on 30 sep 19 to
            book indigo flight but unfortunately without generation ticket and showing session expired during transection, Axis bank debited an amount of RS 6413 as transaction id INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/from my account .I got sms regarding unsuccessful payment from indigo airlines. Indigo confirmed me the unsuccessful payment.They advised me complain to respective bank.for refund of amount.

            So still my refund payment is pending

                  The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                  The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                  Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                  Your a/c no xyz has been debited by rs.12699.68/-on.

                  You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount.

                  I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they do not fool the poor people and if qwe call customer care no one is ready to respond, fraudsters

                    This is sujata kumari. I have applied for an axis bank credit card a few months back in cbd belapur navi mumbai branch. I received credit card approval message but still not received credit card. This credit card is linked to my axis bank account, now its generated bill for this month. How it is possible, please give me response with proper details.

                    I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against this credit card. I tried calling the customer care but the line never gets connected.

                      I dont know how to start and how not to keep quite with out scolding you people. I am surprised that whole axis bank slept to 2 long months and after their wakeup they are doing all sorts of # here. I raised a complaint with servise request number 55746576 here the issue is my money is blocked against to lien amount for my application of sterling welson ipo which was done in aug-19 but you stupid bank hold my amount in october for wrong transaction. Axis bank is such a stupid bank where customers need to pay to speak to customer care even for their # things.                         I am holding priority account. 1st they freezed my account without confirming or letting me know about the transactions. Its like they are playing with their ways. Its my account i can do whatever however i want. Then, j w marriot released my amount of 50000 on 30 sep but still axis bank didnot refunde back. They still holded. On 1st oct i tried upi transfer but it got declined but bank deducted 20000 again and still i didnot get the refund. This is how they harras the customers and make them mad. This bank is so ridiculous i never saw. I have hdfc priority account but they never did it.

                          As im using this account from past two years.It was opened in the year 2017 as a salary account as im working as teacher at Sri chaitanya techno school, Rajajinagar.One year i worked in the same place, In 2018 i left my job and again now 2019 i have rejoined in the same branch.Now my salary account is coverted into normal acc and they are asking me to keep min 10000 as deposit and hence every month around 4000 is deducted from my salary unnecessarily.So my concern is, it was not my request to convert my acc it is from bank's own decision. Please look into the matter and let my account as a salary account only...I have raised my complaint to RBI with regard amount deductions.Kindly do the helpfull need as soon as possible.Thank you

                            I have made 2 upi transaction through axis mobile app by today as attached. Transaction amount was deducted from my axis account and not credited in beneficiary bank account these 2 transactions are showing declined status but still i didn't get refund to my account or credited to beneficiary account.

                            After this transaction i tried to reach axis bank customer care executive through phone or web chat. But unfortunately i could not reach them as axis bank customer care executives are not in earth.

                            Why they are demanding peoples to make calls through premium call service. We are not calling you for time pass. This is our hard earned money and you are having dumb system and our money is stuck while sending to other bank beneficiaries.

                            I called premium paid call service number to reach axis bank customer care executives who are promise to keep my money safe. Is it ridiculous or not.

                            After 30 minutes of waiting time, my call was disconnected. I used my mobile balance rs.45 for this wasted call.

                            So i decided to contact with them through axis web chat. But there also same problem. Customer care executives are not available more than 30 minutes.

                            I am roaming here and there for saving my money. I beg you please dont make people like this pressure.

                                  I lost inr 16400 without my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

                                    I have been a good pay master until a year back when i went through bad time. I was diagnosed with tumor in the abdomen and underwent major surgery. I spent lot of money for my treatment and ultimately defaulting in my payents.
                                    I want to go in for the settlement.

                                    If a settlement is reached, i will try to make payment with 2 months time.

                                      I paid my last month EMI of Rs 5132.64/- at 12.30 am on 3.10.19 using the axis pay android app. The payment was done and the amount debited from my savings account. Now It's 23 hours but in the credit card section still showing Rs 5132.64 payment not done. There is one more day by which I need to pay that amount else I would be penalized.                                       Address: A 3 HAMZA PARK OPP HUSAINI PARK TANDALJA ROAD, Vadodara, Gujarat, 390012

                                      Fraudulent Transactions of Rs 317580 were made from my account without my authorization. When met with the staff they weren't cooperative at all and tried to stall the process by asking bunch o[censored]seless questions and tried to blame it on us. They asked to come later without hearing our problem. They didn't have any registers for complaints either. The staff was not at all helpful and tried to delay the process and maybe hide a few information. We heard them saying, let's leave it we can't anything. They even tried to hide the complaint register
