Dear sir,
I had brought few things from amazon india app and had to return it because of some personal reasons.
Upon receiving the returned item, amazon had initiated the refund to my axis bank but the many is not getting reflected into my account.
When checked with amazon, they had given the reference number : [protected]. With this reference number, i had also raised a complain (Complain no:[protected] with axis bank but still i have not received the amount of rs. 349, and its almost six months now.
Recently, i had returned one more item in amazon and that money was not processed properly by axis bank and i'm still yet to receive rs.784 in my account. Refund reference #[protected]
Seek your intervention to resolve this please

Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, as per service request number 52484659, there is no debit reflecting for this particular transaction in our banking records. We request you to help us with the deduction date and amount for us to check and assist further. Regards, Team Axis Bank.

1. Amount of Rs. 349/- was transit on 13th April '19. Refund reference number : [protected]
2. Amount of Rs. 784/- was transit on 1st Oct '19. Refund reference number :[protected]
I guess your need to looking it up under "charge dispute".
Amazon had clearly told it is the problem with the bank, reference numbers are generated only after the refund is credited & confirmed.
Amazon had also told clearly that, the refund needs to be processed under "Charge dispute" on this transaction.
