Since November 2018.i have noticed the theft.
I have attached a few letters written to the various axis bank branches wherever the frauds/theft happened.But the managers are busy heating up their chairs and enjoying fat salaries.

I have asked clarifications for deductions but no body replies properly. I have never ever deposited over and above the prescribed limits for my account type. I us 4 times a month an/or Rs. 2 Lacs cash deposit allowed (whichever earlier then charges are applicable) I have made the managers sit and verify the days and timings which were all correct but these corrupt creatures are not refunding my funds. Making me run between branches, saying that ATM/CDM does not belong to our branch. Contact the correct jurisdiction. Making me loose on lots of funds apart from already looted by Axis branch. I request to provide me with all details since 15/11/18 to 15/09/19 whenever I have been charged along with full details for the charges stating the timing of transactions and days of transactions for which charges are levied. I want these things in writing / email. Axis Bank is at No. 3 since many years and will not be able to crawl up the ladder because of these corrupt and lazy creatures who are not taking efforts even after tens if written applications submitted to them. I have attached a Few Samples that has acknowledgement from Bank officials.

    I transfer money for rent and money is still pending from date 18 sep till now date 20 sep. No messages no notification no money return in my account from axis bank. And reciver not received till now. What kind of service is this in order to talk to support they are charging for phone call how much money bank people want us to spend. To resolve the problems to talk to customer service we need to spend money why? What kind of service provider is this? In top of that axis bank is the one who put my money on pending. Instead of giving compensation to the customer axis bank want us to spend money to resolve my problem which axis bank make for me. Why?

      Hi madhusudan,

      There is an email chain going on regarding my personal loan.

      I'm glad to say u that i got the personal from axis bank and i'm using axis bank as my salary account since 2016. I'm working in hcl technologies

      Now i planned to take loan and i contacted a person marie and she promised me that she will give loan with intrest 10.49% with 0 processing fees. Once the loan got credited to my account then i can see the loan message as 589360 was credited with 14.99% intrest. I tried reaching her but she is not responding now. Initially she said she is checking with the same issue and after the she is not replying my call.

      As i'm new this loan process, here are the things happened :
      1. She didn't gave any pre documents before sactioning a loan.
      2. I didn't got any email confirmation from axis bank so that i can check the email details including the intrest rate and all.
      3. I didn't signed any axis document before getting my loan.

      Kindly chek who worked with marie to get this loan credited and let me know why the team confirmed without my confirmation/acknowledgement.

      There is a email chain going on but they are unable to assist me as they are saying me that intrest rate given or they are asking me to contact nearest bank.

      But here i need to contact with the person who approved my loan and who and all worked on this request without my confirmation. I asked for the call back as i'm unable to reach the toll free number to clarify and to let the team know exactly what the concern is.

        I balachander, hold my account with axis bank. I had reported a fraud transaction on 6th of july 2019 for inr 6500 complaint number 53080511.

        On the first call, customer care informed me that the amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 days as i've filed the complaint.

        When i followed up on the issue after a few days, the customer care now informed me that i need to submit paperwork for the same and only then i will receive a refund. I was now frustrated by the wrong information that had been provided earlier by axis bank and informed them not to provide wrong information with customers.

        I went to my home branch ganapathy, coimbatore tn and submitted the paper work informed on 11th of july 2019.

        When i called customer care again they said on the 11th of august the amount will be refunded (I have a call recording of this from axis bank)

        I waited till then and when i called again on 13th i was told that there is still processing on going and paper work has not been submitted. I connected the customer service with my branch and the bank employee had mentioned that the paper work was submitted, but it wasn't done accordingly to their internal process, and was requested to mention that i have submitted the paper work on 11th of july so the request can be processed.

        I waited again and followed up many times with customer care, and every time i call they told me paper work was not submitted and when i call the branch they said paper work has been submitted.

        I was being bounced around between branch and customer care, and the complaint 53080511 was rejected and the reason that was given is that my paper work was not submitted.

        When i called the branch and asked them to re-submit the paper work and i requested the branch to add a letter stating that i have submitted the paper work, the bank refused to give me acknowledgment it.
        Unacceptable behavior that when a customer requests their information and axis bank doesn't have the courtesy to address it.

        I had to travel from bangalore to coimbatore to my home branch and i had to ask them to re submit my complaint with a new complaint number that has been generated 54344672 and submitted on 7th september 2019

        The branch had informed me that they will update on monday, there has been no calls from the branch till date.

        I called customer care and they have informed me that the request was rejected due to non submission of documents within the required 20 days time period. My letter to the bank has a clear date mentioned that i have given the paper work on 11/7/2019 which is just 6 days from when the transaction happened, even this 6 days wouldn't have been delayed but that happened because of wrong information given by axis bank customer care.

        This kind of treatment of customers makes it so that axis bank has failed in any due diligence, the marketing department calls us for credit cards and investments in stocks but when i requested the customer service to specifically put someone on my cause they said they can't do that.

        There has been plenty of customers that might not be getting their money back due to this kinda behavior from axis bank and they might not follow through or report the issue.

        I have escalated this issue because axis bank only seem to drag the case or reject my application when i have followed everything in accordance with their request and as per regulations laid out by rbi for banks.

        The issue with axis bank

        - lying to customer on several occasions
        - failure at branch to process the paperwork on time (Had processed the paper work almost after a month)
        - false promise that the money will be refunded
        - wasting customers time
        - failure to assist in providing paper work at the branch
        - forcing customers to visit branch when it was initially a failure to process paper work on time
        - lack of responsibility and provide proper resolution
        - avoiding calls when i tried calling axis bank branch employees
        - no follow up from axis bank on the incident

        I have the call recordings of the incident from axis bank for the above. Please address this issue.

          I done a single transaction of rs. 484 from credit card but right now i got. A statement that amount due is rs. 3000 i dont understand why it has happen.. Asix bank branch has told me that you did not have to pay any charges till 60 days of transaction.. Please resolve my issue otherwise i will file a petition.. I don't want to degrade my credit score please help me out it's nor fair

            regarding fraudulent transaction from bank account

            Dear nodal officer (Axis bank prv. Ltd.),

            As i informed you previously that some unknown person had withdrawn rs.139998 (Rs.49999, rs.49999 and rs.40000) from my bank account on 27th august 2019 without my knowledge and approval. Being a responsible and faithful cutomer i reported it immediately to the axis bank and register complaint.
            Now i want to know what action have you taken in this fraudulent transaction matter...

            I have done one transaction on 10-may-2019 on dx.com site and amount of rs. 5824.67 got deducted from my account.in my statement, it said that ecom pur/mobile phone/+/100519/00:37.
            On 11-may-2019, my order got canceled and i got the refund of the same amount.
            After around 4+ months, today (18-sept-2019), the amount of rs 5593.66 got deducted from my same account and when i spoke with axis customer care they said the same retailer has again deducted the above amount as this transaction wasn't successful on 10th may. I don't understand how is this even possible? How can some retailer deduct any money from my bank account without my confirmation?
            Funny thing, this time in my statement retailer's info is reflected as pos/mobile pho/dt.11-may-19
            I know what is the difference between ecom & pos. My question is after all these things, how axis bank authorized this transaction? And now they are saying we can't do anything from our side, please talk to retailer : (

              unauthorized debit card deduction from ecom pur/google

              I had fraudulent transaction happened on my debit card without my concern or otp as below on 18th september, 2019.

              मेरा saving ac. Axis bank etawah u. P. 206001 में मई 2016 से है। में 2000 पर महीने sip के लिए बैंक गया जहाँ विवेक जी (जो may i help u desk पर बैठते हैं) ने sip न करके maxlife की पालिसी 25000 पर साल कर दी जिसमे 500000 का बीमा कवरेज की बात कही। पर बाद में पता चला बीमा कवरेज 5लाख का न होकर सिर्फ 3 लाख का ही मिला।। इस तरह से axis bank के एम्प्लॉई अपने ग्रहक से झूठ बोलकर और धोखाधड़ी करते तो निश्चित तौर पर एक्सिस बैंक से विस्वास खोना ही है। इस सम्बन्ध में विवेक जी पर उचित कार्यवाही करें।।

                Myself shrijit ganguly, an axis bank account holder. My account number is
                [protected]. This account was initiated when i used to work in pune in the year 2016 on salary account basis. Later i moved abroad and the account was changed to savings account by default.in this year (2019) i shifted to bangalore and and joined a new company from 13th may 2019. I was asked by my company to provide them with a bank account detail. I have provided them with my axis bank account. When i was credited with my salary axis bank deducted around 7k. I was informed that as it has got changed into savings account, therefore they have deducted. I have approached to the concerned person (Mr. Jeevan) who has promised me that the account will be changed to salary account within 7 working days. Till date nothing has happened and every month axis bank is deducting an amount of 500 + as a consolidate charges or else they state as maintanance charges. I do not understand why axis bank people fool loyal customers with fake commitments.

                I have deposited cash 35500 in machine but due to syatem error cash was not deposit in my account after raising my complain i got my money 25800 in my account but bank says now in 25800 still 2000 rs was wrongly add so they lien my 2000 rs in my account without my consent

                  I have been charged 300 ruppees as a late payment fees on my axis credit card and it's just 7 days over. I wanted wave off on the late payment fees as.

                  1. I couldn't get any reminder calls for making credit card payment as i couldn't read the messages alone. So it was miss.
                  2.in this credit card i thought auto payment happens if the bill is not paid within last date so i thought this might have happened.

                  I spoke on their chargeable customer support number with supervisor and the manager but no results found they are saying my card is temporarily blocked as i dint make the payment and also they said wavier cannot be given.

                  I find axis bank is a non customer friendly bank and they block the card without even calling u and telling that they are blocking it, they think we are thief or defaulter.

                  I don't understand in our country why common man is always suffered. If the similar thing they can get the money back from those who looted the bank by not paying the bank loans taken on tym i would appreciate but for people like us their behaviour is not acceptable. I want waveoff on my credit card bill

                  Today I saw 171.82 ruppees was additionally charged has debit interest and GST along with 300 rupees late payment charge. Total of 471.82 additional charged for me. Axis Bank is looting inncocent customers. I spoke for more than 2 hours with different executives in Axis Bank via call im extremely unhappy with the call . As they couldn't help me Finally those unwanted charges applied on my credit card. I had to pay. I Argue people never open a Axis Bank account and especially never use Axis Bank credit card .As they are looting Bank organization.

                    On 16th sept. I called at least 5 times but not attended phone received & kept aside, once a lady said she is officer took my cust. Id and said she will call back but not called till today.
                    I wanted to speak br. Manager but i could notin spite of westing 1 hour on phone.
                    Secondly, recently i have opened a r d a/c for which rs.50+gst was deducted as consolidated charges same was not informed while opening r d a/c. Hence you are requested to refund the amount deducted and stop my r d a/c. R d a/c. Was opened on line why i can"t stop on line? What type of logic? Since bank agreed on lineopening of r d a/c. You have to agree to stop on line it is customer's right
                    I am a sr. Citizen 76 year old and at present i am living out of city it is not possible to come to mumbai my wife is attending her mother who is a paralysed pationt she needs 24x7 attendence.

                        I have opened axis asap account on jun 2018. But my account has been closed from the bank's end on may 2019 with a reason of non kyc.
                        But i have visited several times (More than 3 times) to my nearest location branch for kyc / re-kyc, and everytime i have received a message that my kyc / re-kyc has been successfully completed, but still my account has been closed.
                        Please let me know how to re-open the account.

                          rs 118 debited from my a/c couple of times

                          I tried calling axis bank on given number n. Of times but no response. I dont know what's wrong here. I need proper clarification.

                          I had sent an application for a personal loan from axis bank.
                          They took much time for actual processing of my loan.
                          The earlier interest rate was agreed to be 11.75 but again they said your company doesn't qualify for that interest rate and then interest rate was revised to 11.99.
                          Also, it was committed to me that insurance charges would be waived off. However, when i receive the loan disbursement i observed that the insurance amount was deducted.
                          I have already sent an email to the concerned team but i haven't received any reply from them.
                          I would request intervention in this matter.

                          I did not wish to opt for an insurance. No bank can make it compulsory.
                          Also, I have not provided nominee details to bank, not sure why they have deducted money from me.
                          I would want reversal of insurance charges.

                            I have open an account in kalyani branch axis bank on 4/9/19, as told from branch i deposit rs 2 lakh cash, but 3 day after my account hasbeen blocked, from 11/9/19 to 17/9/19 every day i am going to bank, but no response from them, every day they are telling today i will b able to transaction but after 4 pm, but the bank closes, same thing happens again and again, but no response from them, kindly help me.....

                            9th september[protected]/- transfer to other account imps but still 16 not refennded amount in my account, i will call after 16th axis officer said 7days more time to transferred, axis call service chargeable always one complaint noted time 20mins all most 50rs charges this unfair to customer paid charges, pls look in to matter for chargeable servi

                            Amount debited but still not credited to concern account and still unable to use account since last month.customer care and nearest branch staff says it is in process.

                              Today i got sms from bank that all my funds have been debited BRN-TO ACCT CLOSED IN FULL AND FINAL SET
                              called customer care they said account is closed reason unknown
                              called branch they also said the same thing...
                              i dont know whom should i contact now or why this happened with me. how can a bank without any notice do this to there customers and my account is like 7-8 years old

                                I already pay the all outstanding of creditcard i have settlement letter. But date of[protected] i received legal notice of lok adalat for credit card outstanding. But i already paid the amount of 5th march 2019. To till in between no body come to me for outstanding but date of 5th i recieved the legal notice. Next day i was gone but before meeting axis bank mananger tell me give me outsatnding amount but i already paid i will give the statement for transfer in 4 parts last part i will give the cash in his axis bank executive but he is denied he told me not received payment. I am shocked. I already given the all amount but axis bank denied my request.

                                Cash not dispensed from ATM but account debited.
                                Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted too much unessesary charges from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples. I already lost my too much money . Can you just help me out
