Very worst bank in india. Many times my account balance deducted without any reason. Many time i have complaint to branch but no action taken till yet. Over call they told me we don't have your correct information that why your amount deducted. Axis bank please look into this matter and tell me the details why you deducted it. Sent email to you.

    Axis bank branch deedwana ने मेरे को बोला है कि इसमें हम आपकी कोई मदद नहीं कर सकते हैं अतः में निवेदन करता हूँ कि में 23जुलाई 2019 को डुगा राम चोधरी को पैसा भेजा था imps rrn=[protected] =40000रुपये, 2 imps rrn=[protected]=40000रूपये।कुल रूपये =80000 है । यह पैसा डुगा राम चोधरी के अकाउंट में नहीं भेजा गया है किसी दुसरे अकाउंट में भेजा गया है ओर दोनों अकाउंट नम्बर संमान है बेक और इफसी कोड अलग अलग है ।डुगा राम चोधरी का अकाउंट राजस्थान मरूधरा ग्रामींण बेक में है जिसका अकाउंट नम्बर ओर इफसी कोड निम्न लिखित है अकाउंट नम्बर =[protected] इफसी कोड =sbinorrmrgb है और जिस अकाउंट में पैसा गलत भेजा गया है वो mr.       I am frequent customer of axis bank but now i don't think i ll continue with you people anymore. My account no. Is [protected]. It's not even a month i have been charged 1000 bucks in the name sake of consolidated charges. For which i was not convinced. Already some of their executive has already provided me a ticket 54269771. Without resolution only they closed the ticket. Today again i have checked my account has been debited 450 bucks in the name sake of consolidation charges. I received the message if i ll not maintain the balance in august then i ll get charges in the month of october. Then why the hell they deducted amount in the month of sep. I don't feel safe to keep my amount in this account at all. Soon m gonna shut down my account and sue this people in instagram fb and twitter.

        There has been an deduction of rs 7069 as consolidated charges and gst of 18% - rs 1272 from my saving account on 14-sep-2019 without prior intimation.

        I have been axis bank customer from past 5 years this time deducted amount was too high, i am extremely disappointed with the way you have treat the customer by deducting the money in the name of consolidation charges and gst.

        Please refund my money and resolve this problem.

            An amount of 8809 was deducted from my account plus 15% gst in the name of consolidated. This is very unfair i am a student, this was a big part of my monthly expanse, this is pure extortion on the part of axis bank to whosoever is reading this please help me to get this amount back. I request axis bank to reverse the charges and explain to me how they reached such a figure.

              Very bad service. Kotak bank is best. Axis bank always charge for little thing and service is very very poor like zero. Even we can not contact direct customer care. We have to wait for atleast one hour. And this time we forget why we ahve called them. And they never took any complaint just delayeing everytime. And after long waiting we just ignoring them and what they want they get.

                  Axis bank deducting illegal consolidated charges every month. It is the worse bank. Every month i have to call the customer care to get a proper ckarifucation regarding consolidated charges. Not a single employee have anynproper clarification. Just mow 100 rs got deducted from my account stating consolidated charges. I need a written proper clarification. Else i will not only bring this matter to social media also i will go to consumer court.. Also recruit efficient employee as customer care executive... Each and everything is worse here in this bank.

                    I have applied for personal loan of rs 1lakh which got sanctioned and i have signed the loan agreement which executive ajay kumar ([protected]) working in noida sec 128 bought and at the time of signing the agreement he informed life insurance is mandatory along with loan which i declined. He then called again and informed that loan will only be disbursed if i agree to purchase hdfc life insurance.

                    If this insurance was mandatory than why did your sales executive didn't informed this to me before loan was sanctioned? He is telling me this thing when i signed the loan agreement which is clear case of cheating and i have never accepted this type of behavior from reputated bank like axis bank.

                    So if you can't disburse my sanctioned loan amount without this hdfc life insurance then please cancel my loan request.

                      I had a fixed deposit with axis bank, i c colony br :borivali west... The deposit got matured in yr 2018... As i was hospitalized for 2 months and i m still bed ridden.. Howeber did not go to the bank for any withdrawal and left it for auto renewal... This fixed deposit was then matured in 2019... When i visited the branch in mar 2019 to withdraw the amount, but to my surprise i was informed that the interest was already credited to my savings ac... But after checking my savings ac there was no credit that was done in the account, later realized that the money was credited to my fathers account where i m a joint ac holder... My concern is that there was no standing instruction that was given for crediting the interest in my savings account and also it was credited to a different account altogether... When discussed the entire thing with the branch manager she told me that it was a systems error and will look into the same... Have requested them to get the money back to me... The person in charge has made all false promises.. Her name is namrata who has now got transferred to gorai branch... She has not even informed me, neither has she given any hand over to any one in d branch... Now the branch head ms nair, nri relation manager ms lemos and rashmi kadam has been lookin d matter … two months already but no action taken so far... Every time same thing we are lookin into it... Please look into the matter as i m unable to visit the branch... My wife pinky gosalia has bn following but has got to help so far...

                        Respected indian consumer form,

                        I want to complain against axis bank.

                        Last week i have activate my account which was dormant from last three years. And axis bank confirmed 10 times their will be no additional charges apart from your negative amount. Which was 978 some around. Now i'm received 2 message deduction for inr 3915 and inr 704.7. It's maintain as consolidated charges and gst on that.
                        I'm not getting why this amount deducted. When it was already confirmed me there will be no charges when you will reopen your account.

                        It's seriously very bad thing done by axis bank, and i want to fill complain against them.

                            Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using saving account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                            If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this.

                            I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited

                              I have a kochi metro card when i check with customer care what's the replacement fee for kochi metro card, each and every one from the customer care will say different answers.

                              If i send mail to axisbank regarding the replacement card fee, they are sending reply "please check with any of the metro stations"

                              2nd question - when will the old balance will get transferred to new card - the reply — please go to nearest axis bank show all the proof and get transfer to new card.

                              One more funny reply — go to any metro station, and they will transfer the balance.

                              No one from back office, doesn't know what answer to provide to customer and i am waiting for 25 days to get all this answer.

                              When i send a mail, there is no sla and they will send stupid reply.

                              Just now i had a call with kochi metro customer care, they mentioned that the balance is not in process, when i had a call yesterday the executive mentioned that it's in process. — what a good performance to tell lie.

                                Hello this is with regards to the car loan which i hold with axis bank. Almost 2 years before i had requested the bank for an emi holiday due to my bad financial condition. But the bank was of no help. There were 2 emis pending which were unpaid. The bank gave the collection department the dutch to collect the same. The person used to come and collect the amount. Later i started putting in the loan account directly an confirmation from them. Few months back i have cleared all the pending emi. Now i am getting calls for clearing the bounce charges etc. The staff not guiding properly has put me such a situation. Now the representative who used to coordinate regarding the emi do not take calls nor revert back. I am helpless because there is no point of contact. Please get this sorted out

                                    This is bring it into your notice that, i could not able to pay the credit card bill in last few months due to my bad financial situation and i have bean shifted out of country due to some family issue, the minimum due is rs 50000, one persona form north recover team is threatening the family members and he clamed that he is "advc s. Mahajan" (Using fake identity (Mobile : [protected]) working for north recovery axis bank.
                                    Instead of doing settlement with customer he is threatening and he is share confidential details of family member so easily. Like passport number. I am affair that axis bank sharing the personal details with third party.
                                    I am unable to pay the dues, requesting you to provide more time to clear all the dues and
                                    I need direct axis bank representative to contact me.

                                        I have a salary account and on 12th september, an amount of rs. 669 has been deducted.
                                        Earlier also some amount of approx rs. 150 was deducted in the month of may under consolidated dp charges.
                                        This is highly unfair on the part of the bank to deduct money without the knowledge of the customer.
                                        This is completely cheating and gauging money from innocent customers. I would also like to close my account.
