I am an account holder of axis bank since 19 years. I have experience a fraud transaction from sanfrancisco and debited a sum of rs. 1904 from my credit card on 6.8.19. I got sms for that transaction and talked to customer care and blocked the card. I lodged complain via email by filling up cardholder dispute form with an application. But did not received any response till 19.8.19. Please help me to solve and credited back the amount deducted.

Today I have got a call from [protected] saying he is from Axis Bank to help me to resolve my issue. The case is settled and they want the debited amount back to my savings account. I need to do these steps while he hold the phone. First download quick team viewer app then activate it after that download quicK support app and activate it. So he can link my account and if I open the app the said amount will be credited to my account. When I asked him my complain id, he was unable to answer. I was sure then this is a fraudulent call. Actually he wanted to link my mobile with his computer and collected information from me.Beaware of this type of fraudulent call.
I had been charged for multiple times of consolidated charges in every month of my axis salary account. one time it's charged 450+ and monthly now charging for more than 50. why it's been happening..? kindly reach my registered mobile no : [protected]

I have a saving account in axis bank. Last night they deducted around 6000 rs from my account.this is very disappointing.please help.i need money back asap. Previously i paid consolidation charge which axis bank app shows in minus amount.but they again deducted this big amount.

    I have a account in axis bank in year 2012. Its my salary account.in this time i use credit card of this bank.in 2014-15 i leave this job and switch to another company. I was already submit my clouser form to bank. After some time a credit card received by my brother at home. After that i called to customer care and ask for this card, because i dont order any card, i already close my account. So why i want this card. Customer care told me that, your account is not close. But we process for cancel this credit card. After that i dont received any massage from bank. But after some time. Bank massages are start with low balance instructions. And now 2 days ago, in my home received a lowyers notice. For pay 8525 rupees in 7 days. Please suggest me. What can i do. I did not purchase any thing with this credit card. So why i paid this amount. Please suggest sir.

    Am having AXIS bank account at Silpara Branch. received SMS rom AXIS bank on 11.08.2019...BNA Convenience fee Rs. 50 deducted excluding GST without any intimation to me. I want my money back. Please note AXIS bank not yet intimated the reason for deduction. Please do needful.

    Bank debit consolidate charges 260 Rs. Every 2-3 months without informing to me.
    These charges very high why bank debit many times in one year it, apart from it for sms & atm maintenance they debit separately.

      Dear sir

      I booked ticket from indigo airlines app on date 16 the aug from bankog to nagpur amount rs 41968.
      Same time amount was deducted from my account but not credited to airlines.
      Kindly help me i want to book tkt by 24th august as i am having time limit up to said date only as i select hold and pay option which valid only till 24th aug.
      I also registered complaint through telephone banking but not get any mail or message regarding this complaint status. I am having axis account from last 11 years but never face such problem.
      Kindly help me at earliest.

        Hello sir/ma'am my name is chanchal lakhotia and i am from kolkata i registered my. Name with quicker id jobs, and i got an interview call in banking sector for back office executive jobs i therefore visit the interview place in webel more, satlake, opposite to twin tower buildings, and they chrged 300 for verification and 1000 for security deposit and next i go for my 2nd round in philip more, satlake on 27th of august 2019 in ambuja building and again they chrged 6500 for online training and assured me to get job my 11-13 august in this year it been 22 days but they are not on there word i am not im good position this is the reason i need this job please help me i am having an evidence of contract papers and a money receipt

          I got demand draft No. ..85 on 9/08/2019 from Axis Bank for my college fees but college has changed their policy for deposit money so there is no need for demand draft . I want to cancel my DD so I reached the nearest branch but they apply condition that you need stamp on dd from tahsil
          This is wrong.it does not written anywhere about stamp for cancellation of DD . I want my money back urgently otherwise I have to close my account
          Because this is not a good approach.Axis bank charge high amount for service but not provided as per the cost

              Online purchase somebody done purchase with out my knowledge.
              On 17/05/2019 total 4 times online purchase done at midnight after 12.00pm, i given complain in bank on 23/05/2019, after again remind them, they added to my account on 04/06/2019 after again they are deducted same amount in my account on 08/07/2019 again i remind to them, but until now they not added back my amount totally i loss 2200 rupees and 1 credit card, 2 debit cards, at present i'm not india. I'm very worry about this issue and why bank peoples not solved this issue

                  I have applied for axis my zone credit card 2 weeks ago... I received only pin number today through post... I didnt received card... Wht should i do with that pin number...                       I have a axis bank credit card. The card is overdue last 1 year due to financial problems. I am paying minimum amount monthly. But this month i have not received salary due to deduction of medical policy.
                      Axis bank collection agent mr. Vinod yata (Mobile number [protected]) calling and harassing for payment. I am asking some time for the payment. But he is coming to office regulars and harassing for payment....

                      Firstly i contacted with google domain service executive they said we didn't found any transaction on our side. Please contact with your bank. I lost 860rs in this transaction.

                        axis asap account is closed without my consent

                        Hi,

                        I was trying to open an axis asap account on 11th april 2019, but during final page, it asked me to deposit 10k or 20k, so it was mentioned as a zero balance account but it asked me to deposit 10k, so i discontinue my registration.

                        On 12th april, i got a call from axis bank and i got an explanation regarding the account details and finally, i opened my account through aadhar and i added an initial deposit...

                            Bank has debited my savings account by -1521 rs for not maintaining minimum balance.
                            I am 100 % sure that no other bank is putting balance to negative
                            I have accounts maintaining from 5 years to 10 years in SBI, UBI, PAYTM, KOTAK but they only deduct my money if I not maintain minimum balance only after my deposit
                            But it's too much hesitating bank they are putting balance to negative -1521/-rs
                            And now they are asking me to pay the amount when I already told to close my account before.
                            TOTALY CHEATING AND TO MUCH IRRITATING BANK OFFICERS
                            ONLY KNOW THEIR TARGETS BUT NOT HELPING IN DIFFICULTIES

                            2 YEARS BEFORE THEY SUDDENLY DEDUCTED 3850 /-RS AND MADE INSURANCE POLICY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
                            WHICH THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED YET AND NOW -1521 RS
                            ITS JUST NOTHING JUST FULLFIL THERE DEMANDS BUT THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU WHEN U WILL BE CHEATED
                            EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICES GIVES WRONG INFORMATION.
                            SO I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO OPEN ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK
                            ALL OTHER BANKS R BEST...

                              I have my car loan ecs running in my Axis bank account. My ecs date is 20th of every month. For the month of Jul'19 my ecs is debited as scheduled, which shows in my statement too, yet Axis bank has charged me 1200 rupees stating cheque return charges!
                              Called customer care twice, first executive tells me - sorry for inconvenience your money will be refunded in 2 working days. Another executive tells me sorry this amount can't be refunded. Utter nonsense! Don't know what's wrong with Axis bank services this days, frequent deductions in the account for something or the other only causing stress day by day.
                              I have the proof of statement (attached) which shows my ecs cleared as on ecs date i.e 20th Jul'19.
                              I need the refund of my money at the earliest.

                              There are no steps taken by the company as such. No one called me. As mentioned in the previous message, I called customer care twice on number 18605005555, first some executive told me my money will be refunded in 2 working days, second time some other executive told me money can't be reversed. That's it. Have no further update from the bank.

                                I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                                I also had made a payment of Rs. 2430 by Phonepe to MSEB QRCode scan to [protected]@icici id on 12/07/2019. The same was debited from my account, but as per MSEB records, it has not been credited to their account. I have raised a complaint to by Bank also.
                                Please help if you can.

                                  I opened my mother account with axis bank in jan 2019 at kopar khairne branch navi mumbai, my mother account is deducted with approx 29366 rupees till now. No msg from axis bank till yet, since last 3 days i am trying to contact customer support they are telling to visit the branch and branch is telling to lodge a police complain. We have opened account in your bank you people should be responsible for our money. I need this to be solved asap
