दिनांक २१-०9-२०१९ मुझे एक लड़की से फोन आया है जिसमें उसने कहा है कि वह एक्सिस बैंक लिमिटेड से है, जिसमें उसने मुझे अपनी क्रेडिट कार्ड की सीमा बढ़ाने की पेशकश की, उसने मुझे is number [protected] se कहा, उसके बाद उसने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि वह मेरी कार्ड सीमा को उसी समय बढ़ाएँ जब उसके बाद उसने कुछ जानकारी के साथ-साथ मेरे ओटीपी को भी दो बार पूछा हो, ओटीपी के बाद मुझे तुरंत मेरे लेन-देन के 2 संदेश मिले हैं कि मेरी राशि मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से 52500, 5250 द्वारा डेबिट कर दी गई है।

मेरा कार्ड एकदम नया था, जिसे मैंने आज तक इस्तेमाल नहीं किया है, मुझे नहीं पता कि उसे मेरी निजी जानकारी कहाँ से मिली।

कृपया इस संबंध में मेरी मदद करें ताकि मेरी डेबिट राशि मेरे खाते में स्थानांतरित हो सके। कृपया इस व्यक्ति को पहचानें जिसने मुझे विवरण के लिए बुलाया है।

आपकी मदद की बहुत सराहना की जाएगी।

    I have raised sr 54249625. I received a mail saying phone call not answered. Please contact vishal with his number. He asked me to sms the request number and i did it. Then next day i sent sms asking him for status. No reply. I made a call.. No response. Next day again i made a call... Again no response.

    I called customer call center[protected] and explained my issue to customer support agent rangitha. She tried to transfer the call to next level. She did it for couple of times. For the third time she told the new request number sr 54249625. Over it took around 22 minutes create a new request.

    Since it's my salary account i has to be with this bank or else i should i moved to other banks with good customer service.

    Still my concern has not be resolved. I will wait and see how this will end.

      Have received a call from axis bank. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription. It has been noticed that the money (1399) already been charged from my account hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 189779. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money.

        Even if i am entering correct login i’d and password i am receiving error that incorrect credentials on axis mobile app. Same credentials works on internet banking. Not able to use mobile app. After entering mpin it only shows me account balance, but when i try to do any transaction it asks me for login id n password, but it doesn’t go through. So not able to use axis bank app for any transaction.

          Have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 2517. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same today.
          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deactivate of this service and refund the money @1899

            My credit card number [protected]. name - shambhu nath suman contact no [protected] ( [protected]). there was a due amount to be paid rs. 19000 approx suddenly without intimation to me lien was done for full amount of 108, 000 and my axis bank account being debited with my balance amount of 33000/- total.
            My complain was registered and asked to provide a mail for deducting minimum amount of 6500 and un hold the balance amount in my debit card.
            After three days of mail there is denial of processing the same.

            Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your bank. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 16th Aug and till today haven't got the reply. Spoke to Durgapur as well as Kolkata people and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance.

            I personally went to Durgapur branch and again there also no response and they ask me to call kolkata Shymal dey.

            I have asked to send a mail for deducting of minimum amount of 6500 and unlock my salary account.
            But that mail has no use...

                I have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc.
                My account got working on the first day (20-aug-2019) and i was supposed to pay rs 10000- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account,
                All went fine. But, the next day (21-aug-2019), while i'm trying to check the axis bank account for transaction statements, there i found my account has been closed, showing this message in the transaction page "account closure proceed to dd acct". I have called via telephone to axis bank customer care.
                They told that there may be a chances that i had previous axis bank account that may be the reason this account got closed and i need to wait for 9 working day to check if dd is delivered to my home address.
                This reason seems true as there was a previous salary account which was not operative now.
                I asked to provide dd number details so that i can track it with bank but they are not able to provide that detail. Secondly i asked to transfer that money to the same account from where i transferred this amount to axis bank new account. They mentioned that this is also not possible.
                I am not sure at which address they are going to send the dd (If they are going to send as per customer support executive). As the address in previous account and new account is different. I have no idea which axis bank branch i need to chaise for this issue.
                I wonder when account open is fully automated then why returns money is done via manual process.

                  I have received a call from axis bank regarding one assist service. I was not at all interested in that so i didn't took that service. After disconnecting the call, within seconds, they have debited rs. 1899/- from my account. Immediately i have approached axis branch near my place, but they are not aware of the same and were helpless! I also tried to call the toll free number (Not even toll free) provided by them, but was of no use. They are just transferring the call within the team.
                  Very pathetic service from axis bank, and i'm really disappointed!
                  I need my money back!!

                    I get call from this number [protected]

                    They said once your policy is done you will get your od kit at your home address.

                    I have made my policy payment and get the policy now they are not pickingup my call. I want to ask axis bank customer service what kind of fraud is this. And what is benefit to them by this kind of fraud. I thank axis bank should resolve this issue.

                      Hi I have applied loan for emergency reason in axis bank with application id 10697413 loan already got sanctioned still it is not been credited, unable to get a response on when the amount will be credited to my account..

                      Still not yet credited to my account it's already more than 48 hrs check was given to the bank... Please understand the customer situation and do the needful...

                          I was applied for ppf account in axis bank which is present in kormangala 7th block, near to gramin hotel, 2 month before, first month deposit i paid via cash, second month onward money not deducted as per given date, i'm trying to reach out with bank manager, few days before she told i have send mail for respected branch, i'm waiting for response, now a day nobody is picked up call, i didnt like a service and behaviour provided by bank stap members.

                          I am holding Axis Bank ASAP Account, since from 4 months my account deducted Some amount of money in the name of consolidated charges. But I don't know why this is happening from recent months. I have this account since from 2 years, but I don't know why it is happening from recent months.
                          Please do the needful for the issue.
                          Hi i have a/c on axis bank. They deduct my balance a consolated charge.
                          And also cut a GST on just Rs 2069 on 18% . And i have no atm card
                          I have comlaint on bank many time
                          But they did not respond

                            I have not authorized any transaction from my debit card. Also i have not subscribed for any services.
                            Still my account has been debited for rs. 3250/_ on 19 aug 2019 for google*agrocom.
                            Pls check and arrange for refund.
                            I was checking for application for measurement services. However it was showing cost rs. 3250 after trial period. I have not applied for trial and cancelled the webpage.

                              I am an account holder of axis bank since 19 years. I have experience a fraud transaction from sanfrancisco and debited a sum of rs. 1904 from my credit card on 6.8.19. I got sms for that transaction and talked to customer care and blocked the card. I lodged complain via email by filling up cardholder dispute form with an application. But did not received any response till 19.8.19. Please help me to solve and credited back the amount deducted.

                              Today I have got a call from [protected] saying he is from Axis Bank to help me to resolve my issue. The case is settled and they want the debited amount back to my savings account. I need to do these steps while he hold the phone. First download quick team viewer app then activate it after that download quicK support app and activate it. So he can link my account and if I open the app the said amount will be credited to my account. When I asked him my complain id, he was unable to answer. I was sure then this is a fraudulent call. Actually he wanted to link my mobile with his computer and collected information from me.Beaware of this type of fraudulent call.
                              I had been charged for multiple times of consolidated charges in every month of my axis salary account. one time it's charged 450+ and monthly now charging for more than 50. why it's been happening..? kindly reach my registered mobile no : [protected]

Its my salary account.in this time i use credit card of this bank.in 2014-15 i leave this job and switch to another company. I was already submit my clouser form to bank. After some time a credit card received by my brother at home. After that i called to customer care and ask for this card, because i dont order any card, i already close my account. So why i want this card. Customer care told me that, your account is not close. But we process for cancel this credit card. After that i dont received any massage from bank. But after some time. Bank massages are start with low balance instructions. And now 2 days ago, in my home received a lowyers notice. For pay 8525 rupees in 7 days. Please suggest me. What can i do. I did not purchase any thing with this credit card. So why i paid this amount. Please suggest sir.

                                Bank debit consolidate charges 260 Rs. Every 2-3 months without informing to me.
                                These charges very high why bank debit many times in one year it, apart from it for sms & atm maintenance they debit separately.

                                  I booked ticket from indigo airlines app on date 16 the aug from bankog to nagpur amount rs 41968.
                                  Same time amount was deducted from my account but not credited to airlines.
                                  Kindly help me i want to book tkt by 24th august as i am having time limit up to said date only as i select hold and pay option which valid only till 24th aug.
                                  I also registered complaint through telephone banking but not get any mail or message regarding this complaint status. I am having axis account from last 11 years but never face such problem.

                                      I got demand draft No. ..85 on 9/08/2019 from Axis Bank for my college fees but college has changed their policy for deposit money so there is no need for demand draft . I want to cancel my DD so I reached the nearest branch but they apply condition that you need stamp on dd from tahsil
                                      This is wrong.it does not written anywhere about stamp for cancellation of DD . I want my money back urgently otherwise I have to close my account
