I have my car loan ecs running in my Axis bank account. My ecs date is 20th of every month. For the month of Jul'19 my ecs is debited as scheduled, which shows in my statement too, yet Axis bank has charged me 1200 rupees stating cheque return charges!
Called customer care twice, first executive tells me - sorry for inconvenience your money will be refunded in 2 working days. Another executive tells me sorry this amount can't be refunded. Utter nonsense! Don't know what's wrong with Axis bank services this days, frequent deductions in the account for something or the other only causing stress day by day.
I have the proof of statement (attached) which shows my ecs cleared as on ecs date i.e 20th Jul'19.
I need the refund of my money at the earliest.

Complaint marked as Resolved There are no steps taken by the company as such. No one called me. As mentioned in the previous message, I called customer care twice on number 18605005555, first some executive told me my money will be refunded in 2 working days, second time some other executive told me money can't be reversed. That's it. Have no further update from the bank.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have a saving account in axis bank. Last night they deducted around 6000 rs from my account.this is very disappointing.please help.i need money back asap. Previously i paid consolidation charge which axis bank app shows in minus amount.but they again deducted this big amount.
