I have already done the payment of outstanding against my card 2 years back .

But Still they have not cleared my CBIL name on the CBIL portal .

They are asking me to pay 80000 to remove the waveoff from CBIL site .
Is this some type of Joke of paying this huge amount for the CBIL clearance .

not closing account

I tried closing my account twice. Once in Jan 2019 and then on March 2019. Both times I filled the form and submitted but the Bank is not closing the bank. Now they are deducting money (since April) for not having Balance.

I tried to close the account much before April and the Bank is refusing to close it. Now i am being charged for it!!

I have a photo proof of the form I filled 2nd time (March 2019)....

regarding change of communication address.

I have created axis asap account through my laptop, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine. deactivation of one assist service

My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for one assist services without asking my permission and without my approval they deducted money from my account.
So i contact to axis customer care and one assist customer care but didn't get revert. Also tried to sent complaint mail but mail isn't sending at all.
I want my money back.. I want refund as soon as possible.
I am totally disappointed with...

atm power went of while dispersing the money

Used my icici atm card in axis bank atm machine near btm bsnl office. Address of the axis atm is below.

196, 23rd main rd, lakshmi layout, mchs colony, stage 2, btm 2nd stage, bengaluru, karnataka 560076.

Withdraw 500 rupees when the transaction about to complete and the machine about to disperse the money power went of and atm machine also switched off. I am wondering will the atm will be like this without power...

deactivation of one assist service and refund the money debited

Hi,
I am using axis bank account and from last one year i am subscribed to one assist service. I am thinking that i am neither satisfied and nor get benefits from this service.

On saturday (20th july 2019) from axis visa account has been debited with rs.1899 for renewal of one assist service without any notification.

I would like to deactivate this service and kindly refund the money debuted...

balance added but account not open

I have tried to open axis asap account. After all formalities, they have given me virtual debit card.
After that, they said to add money minimum 1000 in that account, after that they will give me account number.

On[protected] i have given the request letter to close the account along with cheque book and atm card to udupi branch. And waited till september. When i asked again with customer care and branch they ask me to submit once again on[protected]. But till today my account is active.

debited by savings account for a credit card that I don't own

Hi

My savings account has been debited 5696.84 rupees with a msg brn pymt card.

One month back i received a msg from axis bank that auto debit option has been activated on my account for credit card ending with 0743. I didnt have axis bank credit card for the last 7 years. bank debited 2700 rs from my account

cancel one assist service and refund my amount

I received a call from axis bank last year. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. fraud upi transaction on fake call
