Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using saving account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this.

I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited

    I have a kochi metro card when i check with customer care what's the replacement fee for kochi metro card, each and every one from the customer care will say different answers.

    If i send mail to axisbank regarding the replacement card fee, they are sending reply "please check with any of the metro stations"

    2nd question - when will the old balance will get transferred to new card - the reply — please go to nearest axis bank show all the proof and get transfer to new card.

    One more funny reply — go to any metro station, and they will transfer the balance.

    No one from back office, doesn't know what answer to provide to customer and i am waiting for 25 days to get all this answer.

    When i send a mail, there is no sla and they will send stupid reply.

    Just now i had a call with kochi metro customer care, they mentioned that the balance is not in process, when i had a call yesterday the executive mentioned that it's in process. — what a good performance to tell lie.

    This shows the lethargic style of Back Office, When you are unable to provide customer support,

    Better learn from HDFC bank, how the customer support is working and get the style of work to be done in time.

      Hello this is with regards to the car loan which i hold with axis bank. Almost 2 years before i had requested the bank for an emi holiday due to my bad financial condition. But the bank was of no help. There were 2 emis pending which were unpaid. The bank gave the collection department the dutch to collect the same. The person used to come and collect the amount. Later i started putting in the loan account directly an confirmation from them. Few months back i have cleared all the pending emi. Now i am getting calls for clearing the bounce charges etc. The staff not guiding properly has put me such a situation. Now the representative who used to coordinate regarding the emi do not take calls nor revert back. I am helpless because there is no point of contact. Please get this sorted out

        I have using axis bank neo credit card from last 1.5 y but from the date of purchase till this date i have not received my e - statement of credit card many times i contacted to you customer complaints but my issue is not resolved when my instalments were due bank personnel calling me again and again and when iam asking for my statement they will only assure but not providing me stament if this issue is not resolved quickly i will took legal action against axis bank.

          This is bring it into your notice that, i could not able to pay the credit card bill in last few months due to my bad financial situation and i have bean shifted out of country due to some family issue, the minimum due is rs 50000, one persona form north recover team is threatening the family members and he clamed that he is "advc s. Mahajan" (Using fake identity (Mobile : [protected]) working for north recovery axis bank.
          Instead of doing settlement with customer he is threatening and he is share confidential details of family member so easily. Like passport number. I am affair that axis bank sharing the personal details with third party.

              I have a salary account and on 12th september, an amount of rs. 669 has been deducted.
              Earlier also some amount of approx rs. 150 was deducted in the month of may under consolidated dp charges.
              This is highly unfair on the part of the bank to deduct money without the knowledge of the customer.
              This is completely cheating and gauging money from innocent customers. I would also like to close my account.

                      My name is avadhesh kumar my mob no.[protected] This and my credit card card no.[protected] This was offered to me free of cost and when I requested to make the credit, I imposed Rs 1500 joining fee and 1500 annual fee, then I refused to pay for the credit card or I stopped it, then my 500–500 was cut in 3 months, then I took the Complain. It was closed, but after 6 months I got a bill of 3500 rupees
                      For a complimentary connection, I get 300 rupees.
                      Sir, I request you to earn 600 rupees a day, pay bills
                      If the common man does this, then he is blown away in front of the media.
                      I didn't do any shopping and nahi only card
                      Axis Bank has done fraud with me
                      So sir, my money will come back chahiye

                        I got calls from axis bank yesterday that my fraudulent case has been approved and i should expect a refund and told me to call customer service senior executive to escalate to fraud team to process my refund fast. So i contacted sandeep kumar singh senior customer executive and he told me that i will get refund today morning on 11/09/2019. But i did not got the refund. They are saying now 5 days. My case is approved and they are delaying payment.

                          On the home page of axisbank their is an ad for clayton watch cost 2499 can be claimed by paying only the shipping charges. Subscribed to this and got an code from axis bank and paid the shipping charges (499 inr) on 31.05.2019 but the product is not yet delivered till now. Called the axis bank no proper response, saying it is a merchant issue.
                          Called the flatworld rewards, it is always switched off. Emailed but response. Looks like this a scam and i see one more member affected.

                              Hi,

                              I raised a concern on 13th August about misbehavior of an Axis employee, Assistant Manager at Axis bank, Shanti Park branch, Mira Road. I was late by 5 mins and wanted to rush to inquire about a cheque related issue which was kind a urgent for me. When I started asking her, she had so much courtesy o[censored]sing words like below.

                              "1. I did a favor by allowing you getting in the bank."
                              "2. Even if it is 5 mins late, I do not give assistance."
                              "3. When I am talking, fully ignoring and not addressing to the issue I am discussing. "
                              "4. Instead of query resolving was directing towards customer call center. Extremely rude behavior.
                              "5. Asked me to come back tomorrow before the time and even if it is 5 mins before will help, else will ask to come back again. "
                              "6. When I mentioned that I will put this on social media, she was so upfront that go an put where ever you want to."

                              I am really surprised with this face of Axis bank. I am holding this account since, September 2015, and trust me, I have now decided to discontinue my account with Axis. Not only mine, but I hold 5 more accounts at Axis.

                              I am annoyed with this event and now have decided to discontinue all the 6 accounts existing with Axis and with the core reason of this is the abrupt behavior from an "Assistant Manager".

                              Surprisingly, if an AM is like this, I can just imagine, how the ground level employees would be and how they would treat people from lower segments. "I am now putting this event on social media platforms on a serious note as till date I haven't received any update that any action has been taken on my case. Despite I raised a complain at customer care and informed everything in detail".

                              Thank you Axis for not assisting and mastering rude behavior towards customers. This is showcase the true face of Axis employees towards customers.

                                  But today is 10 sept 2019 and not got amount pls look into it its taking too much time i need money urgently and axis giving very poor service. I have faced this since i opened account in axis i have been not getting any transaction money on time by neft please make sure to this complain make axis service better and customer will happy after they do perfect job.

                                    Hi,
                                    My name is k. Bharath. I have applied for an axis bank credit card a few months back. I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. And one day i received a sms saying that the card had been returned back giving no reasons why. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the customer care but the line never gets connected.

                                    Now, its generated bill for last january to april. Its affected my credit score. Can anyone help me through it?.

                                        I applied credit card for few months back. Till now I didn't receive my credit card to my permanent address.
                                        My Account was closed on 11th August, 2019 and message came that available balance would be return via Demand Draft in 10 working days. But still I haven't received the Demand Draft. When will i receive my money back and who will bear the interest lost???
