Its been more than 15 days that i have lodged a complaint for operational issues in my credit card with this bank but to my amazement despite of several requests and complaints regarding unnecessary deduction in my account but i haven't got my complaints resolved yet.. Made several calls on customer care numbers to lodge fresh service requests and complaints a number of times but all in vain, i have not been given any solution to the problem yet.
I am really fed up with the mismanagement and bad treatment of the customer care officers and the employees of this bank.

    I am trying to return one touch device. I am giving written application but branch head not support well. And after one month he calling me and say that. U r device is not return by bank policy, how is it possible that, i dont need and i dont bye the product but i pay charges for that.

      I am holding salary saving axis account past 3 years. Axis bank is disclosing my account details to others if they holding my account details. And they are saying that those guys are the relatives or family members. Please kindly don't provide any information about my account details like transactions and my salary info or others. It is highly unsecured. Unless we authorized. Please ensure all our branches not to provide such details.

          This is reetu sharma. An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank a/c [protected] without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with the company. Bajaj finserv has given me emi card saying its totally free and amount will be deducted only on usage of this card. I have never used this card and taken loan only through offline procedure and have cleared every loan by paying all the installments on time.

            Axis bank is the worst bank i ve ever experienced. Worst behaviors from the collection i ve take n. V a pl of 2lacs in 2016 for 20% interest which is very high and now for the past 6 months due to my health issues and financial situation i was not able ti pay my emi regularly. My file moved to several agents all were very worst they were verbally harassing me and now recently one guy from collection dept chennai kodambakkam was very polite and when the time of payment he also started behaving worst. I ve already written a e mail to customer care, nodal offucers and also to ombudsman it us very disappointing that i dis not get any response im still under so much of pressure upon dat these guys are torturing me if i din pick tge call they are calling my mom who is 50 yr old and scolding her ffg or no reason.. I dont know whim to complaint pls help from this mental pressure

              About 15-20 days back i received a call from the bank regarding the offer i had on my zone credit card stating that the card could be availed by me at that time free for lifetime and so i applied through their app. After a few days i receive the call that due to some problem in document verification, either an executive from bank will visit me or i can visit the bank for document verification. At that time i asked that if i do so then will the card be availed under that offer or not and i was given the response that it will be under lifetime free offer and so i went to the bank for documentation. After a few days from the documentation process when i receive the call that my card has been approved, i was told that the card is chargeable. I mean what the rubbish is this. I asked to clarify the same and i was told that i would be called again regarding this matter but got no response. I asked for the status on live chat and i was told that the application has been declined but on august 31, 2019, i received the message that card is approved and that too is chargeable and will receive the card in a few days.
              This is shear misleading of customers by their employees to sell the products and earn money.
              Kindly look into the matter and either make the card free for lifetime as was told to me earlier or cancel the application without charging anything.

              I received the credit card parcel yesterday and in the bank app under the section of Credit Cards, it is showing Rs. 590 as credits utilized. I have not opened the credit card parcel yet.

              I received a mail from the bank yesterday stating that the details of charges had been sent to me early via SMS on[protected] at 6:32 PM. Even considering this time, it is after the documentation process was complete and Credit Card was applied. They even mention that they tried calling multiple times but at work we are not allowed to keep phones and calling them back doesn't work either and now they are asking me to call Nodal officer in case of dissatisfaction from their response (Screenshot of mail is attached). This means that due to problems at back end of bank, it is the customer who has to suffer in all ways because of that. Now I feel like cancelling the credit card but would end up paying them charges for their misleading. Please help.

              I received a call today from Axis Bank not regarding the issue of Credit Card but to give me a new festival offer on the card which I refused straight away.
              Regarding the card bill of Rs 590 which was due today, i.e. October 8, I have not paid any amount. Dear team, kindly guide me for what should I do in this matter.

              There has not been any update on the complaint. The bank claims to have called me but haven't. I have been facing many personal problems already and now as per the rules of bank, I have to pay the fine as well for not making the bill payment till due date. The amount of Rs 590 has now increased to Rs 945.24 (nearly 70% more). I mean what is happening. It seems that the bank just makes fraud promises to provide best possible services to customers rather what they are doing is just mislead its customers to make them pay for nothing. I am not even getting any resolution for my problem from the Consumer Complaints team.

                credit card bill and noc letter

                I ashish singh from new delhi. I have issued an credit card. The bank had made an settlement for my outstanding amount of rs 1, 95, 927 and after the settlement it made up to rs 65000 which should be paid by 25th june. As per the agreement by the bank i have paid the amount by 25th june. But the bank didn't send me the noc letter and they have freezed my saving account.
                I kindly request you to please send me the noc letter and release...

                I have applied to open an bank account with axis bank on 01/07/2019. Its been 2 months now & they still haven't sent me the details of the opened account. I still await as promised that my account details shall be provided to me with 2-3 working days. I am loosing alot of opportunities cause of their delay and unprofessionalism and extreme rude & stupid behaviour.

                  I had a personal loan running from axis bank (Loan account no. Ppr[protected]. And there are some false charges applied by bank and they are not resolving this issue since jan. 2019. I had registered a complaint to bank ombudsmen regarding this (Complaint no. [protected]). The same has been communicated to the nodal office of axis bank, but today one of their collection agents came to my office and created an embarrassing situation for me. He was shouting at me for emi payments.

                    Hi,

                    I have a nri acc, its been almost 3years being a customer with axis, i have registered several complaints of not receiving otp on my mobile number.
                    Its not solved yet.

                    Netsecure is working after so many compliants, but still yet otp issue has to be solved intially i had those secure code but not even that is not working.

                    I am not able to do online transactions, as i am not receiving otp.
                    I dont even receive emails for statements.

                    Appreciate if the issue can be solved.

                      I already request 2 times for the credit card cancellation on 30th july and 18th august, but both time the told me that bank will call you and ask for the cancellation reason. Still i m not getting call for that after requesting 2 times. And its fraud bcz they gave me card with lifetime free and even it is not used but still getting message that pay the due. And also balance display with charges.

                        On my credit card there were fraudulent transactions on 23rd march 2019 of about 2.66 lakhs and reported the same on 24th march 2019 to the concern axis bank credit card deptt along with dispute forms etc. Bearing complaint no. 50011385. However, after 4 months rs. 1, 25, 689.77 have been reversed to my credit card account out of 2.66 lakhs and axis bank credit card department sent me a text, saying that they have closed my dispute matters. For which i have contacted my home branch, several mails to dispute sections, calls to customer care but turned in to fetal. This dispute matter really spoiled my cibil scores and unable to do least works with other bank. I would like to file this matter in a strong manner to prevail a justice and bank would not repeat the same game with other consumers. Please guide me at your best. Thank you.

I made a prepayment of rs. 30, 000/- on 10-jul-2019 and the same is adjusted in principal amount but my tenure wrongly changed from 240 months to 140 month. Also when i taken the loan than it is decided that principal amount will be fixed as rs. 14, 906/- but in revised repayment schedule it shown variable and also increasing. Already given mail to axis bank and lodge complaint but no response received from them. Axis bank not taken care of its customer. Very bad impression create by axis bank employee as well as axis bank management not to solve any matter in a timely manner.

                              I have a ppf account and a savings account with axis bank. The ppf account used to show up on internet/mobile banking. A few months back i got my ppf account transferred from mg road main branch to hsr layout branch. My ppf account number changed and it has disappeared from internet banking/mobile banking. I have complained several times for over a month now. They said the account has to be linked to customer id again but do nothing about it. Should linking account to customer id take more than 1 month? Is it rocket science or axis bank simply does not care about customer complaints?? I have written to their nodal officer as well but there has been no response or resolution.

I am out of money, i tried to get loan but it was rejected due to my credit report. Need sometime to recover it.

                                  I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected] with axis bank. I recently checked my credit report wherein a bill of amount rs. 8083 is reflecting on the current balance and status showing as written-off status.

                                  This card was opened on 01/10/2010 in mumbai. Post expiry date of my card i had contacted nearest branch borivali branch, mumbai to know my outstanding but could not get the amount payable as the card had expired and bank personal were unable to fetch the details from credit card department of their bank and hence as per them paid the outstanding which they asked me as per the previous due they could figure out from their system since last 2years i have shifted to pune and one fine day in the month of feb 2018 got a call from the bank that an outstanding amount of rs 6000 had accumulated since my last payment made post card expiry. Although they still not sure of the exact amount i decided to pay the amount in 2 installment and paid rs 3000 on 23/02/2018 and requested them to check on appropriate outstanding and let me know before i pay my next installment and post which they never turned up with the requisite details after the month of feb.

                                  Now yesterday again when i checked my cibil report this amount has now again creeped up to rs 8083 at an interest rate of 35% and rs 900 interest is getting levied month on month since then till date.
                                  I have another hdfc credit card and if you check the history i had been very prompt in the payments. To maintain a good credit history i have always been prompt with payments.

                                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                  I can be able to give 25% of my debts i. E rs2000. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                  I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                  Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                                    Card bill payment. My credit card number is 4514 5700 *8919 i recently received a bill of amount rs. 67000.

                                    Dear Sir /Mam,

                                    I want to inform you that I am a customer of your Axis bank past 3 years. The last digit number of my credit card is 8919. From the beginning (since 2 years) I have deposited all the payments of my credit card on time. But since February 2019, I have been suffering from very huge losses in my business also my family is suffering from several financial crisis, due to which I have unable to make payments in some months it’s causing me mentally stressed too.

                                    I am requesting you, please provide me to give some relief in my outstanding bill for my credit card.

                                    If you appropriately solve this problem of mine, I will to make my entire payment in one go. I will wait for your positive reply.
