credit card,excess payment refund

I paid excess amount in my credit card ([protected]), which is already blocked and i am not using last 4 years. As of now there is no outstanding in my credit card. One payment i made it on[protected] amount 15466.00, reference number:-qici[protected] and another payment was made on[protected] amount 15467.00, reference number qici[protected]. I raised request to refund amount, but they said we will not refund we adjust this amount to...

I have a ppf account and a savings account with axis bank. The ppf account used to show up on internet/mobile banking. A few months back i got my ppf account transferred from mg road main branch to hsr layout branch. My ppf account number changed and it has disappeared from internet banking/mobile banking. I have complained several times for over a month now. They said the account has to be linked to customer id again but do nothing about it. Should linking account to customer id take more than 1 month? Is it rocket science or axis bank simply does not care about customer complaints?? I have written to their nodal officer as well but there has been no response or resolution.

    I have not received any solution on my complaint. Still your executives are torturing me. They are coming regularly to my home & entire amount connected to my bank account, because of this my credit report got down. Kindly let me know the solution for this issue. I am out of money, i tried to get loan but it was rejected due to my credit report. Need sometime to recover it.

      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected] with axis bank. I recently checked my credit report wherein a bill of amount rs. 8083 is reflecting on the current balance and status showing as written-off status.

      This card was opened on 01/10/2010 in mumbai. Post expiry date of my card i had contacted nearest branch borivali branch, mumbai to know my outstanding but could not get the amount payable as the card had expired and bank personal were unable to fetch the details from credit card department of their bank and hence as per them paid the outstanding which they asked me as per the previous due they could figure out from their system since last 2years i have shifted to pune and one fine day in the month of feb 2018 got a call from the bank that an outstanding amount of rs 6000 had accumulated since my last payment made post card expiry. Although they still not sure of the exact amount i decided to pay the amount in 2 installment and paid rs 3000 on 23/02/2018 and requested them to check on appropriate outstanding and let me know before i pay my next installment and post which they never turned up with the requisite details after the month of feb.

      Now yesterday again when i checked my cibil report this amount has now again creeped up to rs 8083 at an interest rate of 35% and rs 900 interest is getting levied month on month since then till date.
      I have another hdfc credit card and if you check the history i had been very prompt in the payments. To maintain a good credit history i have always been prompt with payments.

      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

      I can be able to give 25% of my debts i. E rs2000. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

      Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

        Card bill payment. My credit card number is 4514 5700 *8919 i recently received a bill of amount rs. 67000.

        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

        I want to inform you that I am a customer of your Axis bank past 3 years. The last digit number of my credit card is 8919. From the beginning (since 2 years) I have deposited all the payments of my credit card on time. But since February 2019, I have been suffering from very huge losses in my business also my family is suffering from several financial crisis, due to which I have unable to make payments in some months it’s causing me mentally stressed too.

        I am requesting you, please provide me to give some relief in my outstanding bill for my credit card.

        If you appropriately solve this problem of mine, I will to make my entire payment in one go. I will wait for your positive reply.

          My account was debited by rs 1899 in the name of one assist services by axis bank.
          I don't remember signing up for this service and would like it to stop and my money refunded.
          Card number ending in 5073. Please look into the matter at the earliest possible.
          There shouldn't be such services and there is no mention of this service on the website, or how to cancel it and get a refund. This is a fraudulent service meant to scam people.

            I bought a product using axis bank my zone credit card from amazon.in in the month of may with no cost emi and canceled that before the product will get delivered.

            They add emi around 3k
            They added write off principle emi 10k+

            Now they are not responding to me over the call.

            I have canceled my product of 15k after that they are charging.

              My debit card stopped working last august (2018) all of a sudden and i have reached out to axis bank customer service. That was a basic debit card with no annual charges. Then axis bank sent me a new debit card after explaining about the benefits of the card (Blah blah). I used for a year till august 2019 and surprisingly they deducted 590 rupees as annual charges which were not communicated properly to me a year back.

              I called axis customer support to check about this. They told me that i they have notified me about the annual charges which are not. Moreover seems like this card has been selected by themselves to me as per my profile out of tens of debit cards they provide. The benefits i get from this card are discount on bookmyshow and air travel accident insurance. I never used my card or internet banking for either of these; then how come this card has been chosen for me by axis? They have no answer about this.

              They told me that they sent annual charges details along with the debit card details. I checked the envelope and couldn’t find any details about charges on the kit they sent which has benefits only. They have no answer about this too.

              I have asked them to show the proof of call recording that i agreed for the annual charges. Again, they have no answer about this too.

              I didn’t receive any email about this where i receive emails about useless schemes. Again, they have no answer about this.

              My colleagues who are using the old basic debit cards have been receiving the calls to upgrade to premium debit cards. When i asked about this, they have no answer on this too.

              After so many nos, they said big no to refund my amount which i haven’t approved or aware of. I told them i will apologize to the bank if i myself went for this card, but they refused to share the proof (They don’t have one but they claim they have)

              Blocking the customers’ debit cards and trapping them to premium debit cards is the scam at axis. Selecting a card with benefits which i don’t actually claim as per my years of card usage tells the whole story of their scam.

              What’s most insane thing is, axis customer support charges 1 rupee per minute for their word-class worst customer service. It took me 3 days, 7 persons and 100 minutes and 100 rupees to escalate this issue and getting an indirect answer from them that they have looted me.

              Thanks for confirming this SCAM officially once again.

              Just because you have mentioned the card charges at one corner of your website, will you loot customers by issuing unauthorized new cards by making their old cards non-functional? When a card stopped working and customer reported with a request, why don't you just provide the same card? But you are taking advantage of critical situation and making money by selling useless premium cards. Seems like you don't have an answer for any of my above questions or new questions. Let me check if I proceed legally.

              No reply yet. I came to know debit card issue charges also have been imposed to me. Better you close the bank shameless. You make the card non-functional and issue the card with issue charges and annual charges. I think I need to take multiple threads on this. Worst bank ever.

                  Today i got a message regarding sign verification charges rs 118 to a/c 367161 why like this and what is this simply, why ur bank is charging unnecessary. Without any disturbance we are using the account. But still why u people are creating such disturbance with our account, this charge that charge don't u people have shame unnecessary debt amount from our account please stop such nonsense and let us live, all banks are frauds now a days....

                    I was provided with salary account. I deposited 10000 rs on 18/08/2019. Made a transaction for 2000 rs. After that i was unable to transfer money. And today there is a deduction of rs 500 as initial funding, which i was never of and no i was not noticed about this.

                    please make sure that the money gets back into the account

                      Sir, i visited my bank branch lambra on 19th aug, 2019 to deposit my check of hdfc bank. I dropped it in the box as usual. I expected the amount to be credited on 21st aug but it wasnt transferred. I visited the branch again on 22nd to know the status of my cheque. Bank staff told me that the clearing of my cheque had done on 20th aug.in order to confirm, i called the axis bank customer care and they had no status of my cheque in their server, it means that the clearing hadnt done till 22th aug. My complaint was registered on the same day after 2-3 attempts. I didnt get any call or message from the branch or from the customer service even after my complaint. I am still waiting for my amount to be credited till today. Some of the staff, slackers try to make fool and lies to the customers.

                        I have created axis bank asap account, i have been paying charges and all the consolidated charges are taking... As well it's fine.

                        Today, early morning while i was doing my transactions to my frnd. Complete 600 rupees has been debited for some what axis anniversary closure - kyc not completed. Here that i have been given the required and necessary details of mine and i had been using debit card for one year.

                        Why is this charges have been applied without an intimation?
                        Why all the amount has been deducted?

                        Here i'm able to use the account it casually or not?


                        Will my money will be refunded or not?

                        I requested my Axis bank branch to close my current account ...they received the filled closure form..and cheque book and debit card...2 years before ...but they still sending me the message of negative balance of 21000/-...

                            I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 28th may 18

                            I lost inr 588with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
                            Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
                            And i dont want this again in future.

                                I have used axis bank credit my actual credit limit is 75000 and outstanding amount is 86000.. I paid complete outstanding till may’2019 after which because of my health condition i missed out paying june month generated bill. Customer care agent called me and said if you are not in a situation to pay complete amount pay minimum due and i paid the same in july month. After which payment got generated for the month of july, one collection agent visited my house he started threatening me if you are not paying the entire amount we will mail and it effect your cibil and he said pay to 10k on aug 12th so that he will give me 1month to clear off the entire outstanding because my bill will generate after 12th of every month. After that he promised that if you pay 10k your oustanding will reduce from 86000 to 76000 and you can easily clear off 76k, i agreed and paid the 10k amount and today i. E., aug 24th 2019 he came again for payment i said 10days ago only i paid 10k and again you came for payment at least i have 1month to pay august bill.. He is not listening at all he started threatening me and because of him my hypertension got high and iam 8months pregnant. He started troubling me with his words. I asked his supervisor number i called him he is talking irresponsible. I have time to clear the due till mid of sept to clear actually because my bill got generated on aug 12th. His supervisor was reckless so i asked his senior supervisor number he is asking me to visit the office i said i cannot come in this situation let me talk to ur manager on call i requested he is not listening at all he cold heartedly disconnected my call. I asked is this is the way to handle the customer moreover a pregnant lady? His answer was weird. I don’t care if you are pregnant or not we want our payment.. Until we receive payment our agent will come visit your home and threaten you. So i want to complaint on both collection agent and that supervisor also.

So my request is you tha please do mo calls from ccall centers number.. Wjich is call me to continuesly.. I promise i will pay outstanding amount witjin a week. So do not calls from your sude. I really mentakky harrase right now because in my famuly one is serious now so iwant please try to undesrtand my situation.

                                    I have opened axis asap account by filling online details at app of axis bank & also deposited 10000 for account opening but next day i have received a message that your account is debited by 10000 & amount transfer to “closure proceeds to dd acct”. Please refund my money i did not expected it from such a big organisation to do such frauds. Please let me know how will i get my money back.
