I had applied home loan in axis bank. initially they charged me 5k for initial processing later charged 9k. the property i had to purchase was 600sqft, but bank did agree to give the loan for 600 instead sanctioned it for 500sqft. as a customer i am not satisfied with 509 as it would be a problem for me in future so i decided to take loan from other bank where they were ready to consider 600sqft. now, the charges i paid to axis bank is just wasted. if they would have told me in the initial stage that they would provide only for 500 i would have not moved forward. hence i need refund of processing fee paid which they are not agreeing to do.
Susheel was the agent name who had agreed to provide me refund but later said he cant. please dont take any loans from him.

    On dated 16th july, 2019 i have opened an axis asap bank account through online form filling and providing my adhaar and pan details. I have also deposited rs.1000.00 in this newly created account.

    Now, today dated 17 july, 2019 i suddenly received a sms from the bank as "your a/c xxxxxx is debited by rs.1000 on 01 july 19. Avbl bal :rs.0. Info : account closure proceeds to dd acct."

        I have never approved any credit card for my account with axis bank, but without my permission they have activated one credit card about which i got information through an sms and an email after the activation.

        I don't think this is legal to activate any credit card on my account without my permission.

        Additionally, their customer care support is actually not supportive at all. None of their customer care executive were able to help me on the online chat. Their customer care phone numbers were not reachable most of the times and even when i got connected once, the executive was not able to help me with the credit card issue.

        Worst experience with their customer support till now!

        I have a very similar issue, please update if you have any resolution, I did not even get an alert when the credit card is opened with out my permission, I only got the alert when payment is made from my account for credit card bill. This is fraud. Illegal.

          I have been deducted rs 1000 twice while trying for its zero balance asap account however haven't got any account details yet. Approached the nearest branch at basavanagudi, bangalore but disappointed with the bank professional. He asked me to fill some form with details, informed that account got closed & the account number he gave - "[protected]" when submitted the form. I again was diverted to the same website to try it again, i had no options left hence i tried it but failed with rs 1000 deducted. Called to bank customer care they said that my amount will go to the aadhaar link address in 10 days & there is no zero balance asap account as its closed. Isn't this cyber crime to deduct people's money for something that doesn't exist. Isn't this customer policy violation. Isn't this under indian panel code 420. Why will they use my money for 10 days? What if they say that there is no money only or what if axis bank planning to elope with all the poor peoples saving! Beware people. I wish i can translate it in hindi or kannada so that it reaches max indian crowd. Shame on axis bank & its personnel sitting in the branch with poor customer service attitude.

            Moreover i tried to toll free number-[protected] but unable to make the call due to 0 balance. When customer care number is toll free then why it is chargeable?

                This is a defence salary account. Today my account is deducted at 50 and 9 rupees as consolidated charge, now i want to know why it has been cut?
                This account is my defence salary account, which is zero balance account. Now my account is deducted 50 and 9 rupees as a consolidated charge. I repeatedly wanted to go to the nodal bench axis bank but did not get any reply. And i have not done any cash deposit so that this charge may be imposed. Now i'm drawing attention to the authorities.

                    Rs 1965/- I have visit Mansarovar Jaipur Branch so they suggested me to go Ajmer home branch but sir i am living jaipur
                    and jaipur to ajmer distance is 120 KM so not possible to visit ajmer branch so i called customer care they told me this
                    is a consolidated charges has applied in your account but sir i was not aware these type charges will applied in my
                    account and that time i opened account the Sales person Mr Gaurav Mudgal is Ajmer Branch not told me for these type
                    deposit charges will happen i am limited salary holder and bank has deducted these hug amount so how i will survive

And was paying my emi on time but now I am between jobs and couldn't pay my last 3 emi. These days I am getting lots call, sms and WhatsApp and I am under constant pressure due to this I am unable to focus on job search. I was trying to explain every one that I will start paying as soon as I start working and I will pay all the amount by the end of October. But they won't listen and I was thinking how can axis Bank so rode, but today I came to know that they are third party recovery agent. I tried reaching axis Bank for this but was not so much of help. Know I feel like committing suicide because they have started to come to my house which is full of embarrassment. Now they are threatening to come day after tomorrow. Please help.

                          It is unfair that 590 rs is charged per month if we dont maintain 10000 in axis salary account.
                          We dont even get any notification/warning/alert that we have less than 10000rs in account.

                          When we withdraw, there is no alert which its going below 10k. Even 1 day if its 9500 rs in account, they deduct 590 rs.
                          Absolutely corporate fraud.

                          Why do they charge 590 even if 1 day its 9500 in a month

                          I have returned a product from myntra. they have processed the refund to my axis bank account on 3rd of july. But it has not been credited to my account till now.
                          I am attaching the reference number shared by the myntra for the transactions.
                          I have my Salary a/c in Axis bank . My current issue is related to my Pre approved card dicline & timely paiment of my two installments of PL.

                          But no body is answering & many fake agents r miss using my documents.

                          I created my asap account on 6/7/2019 and credited it with 1000 rs. And on 8/7/2019 I received a message that your account has been closed to kyc not done.and my account has been debited with 1000 rs. How is that possible?? How I will get my refund??

                            I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screenshot of the sms is attached herewith.

                              Hello dear axis team,
                              I created axis asap account on 13 july 2019.
                              There i got vcc which wasnt working properly even after deposit amount. Then i go to branch and they said came after 2 days they also mentioned that account isnt activated. I call to care again they saying to recreate account it will be okay. I recreated and re deposit amount but still same issue. Vcc isnt working either and bank also not activated.
                              Branch is far from my home. Its hard to go again and again.

                              I expected that my account might active within today. So i call to care again they saying kyc required and i told bank about kyc. They saying they can do that after account got active.

                              So please either active my account or give a callback to me

                                Hello,

                                Please find the attached screen shot. I have been trying to contact customer care service to enquire my randomly generated credit card bill. From last 2 weeks. But call was not able to connect the concerned person.

                                Today fortunately, i got connected after waiting 50mins.

                                So once your person from credit card department took over my call. His name was shrinath (Or srinath).

                                The call was started at 8.48pm and he answered me at 9.40pm. And he was not able to answer my queries and disconnected the call. I was called from [protected]

                                Is this the way you people are giving the service to our queries?

                                Do you people really think, that you can snatch the money from people by putting irrelevant charges?

                                I am expecting the reply soon. And the queries for my credit card bills

                                Axis account opened last week as AXIS ASAP online, account was verified functional with 1000 rs balance today morning received
                                AC no 964319
                                it was credited on 6th july 2019 with 1000
                                it was debited with the same amount for no reason on 8th july 2019..stating "Account Closure proceeds to DD Acct.'

                                  सर मैंने चेक बुक अप्लाई की थी जो मुझे समय पर प्राप्त नहीं हुई
                                  बैंक में कंप्लेन करने पर कहा गया की 30 अप्रैल को दे दी गई है
                                  जबकि मुझे प्राप्त नही हुई थी फिर बैंक अदिकारी ने कहा की आप होम ब्रांच जाकर इंस्टेंट चेकबुक लेलो
                                  ये बात 11 जून की है
                                  मतलब मैंने 1 महीने से ऊपर वेट किया
                                  फिर मै होम ब्रांच जाकर दूसरी चेकबुक ले लिया 19 जून को सुबह । आप बैंक की सी सी टीवी चेक कर सकते हैं
                                  फिर मुझे दोपहर में 19 जून को फ़ोन आता है की चेक मिल गया है, मैंने बोला नहीं चाहिए मैंने इशू करवा ली अब
                                  तो बैंक से बोला गया की ले लीजिये ये भी काम करेगी
                                  तो मै करियर वाले के पास जाकर लेलिया और साइन किया
                                  अब सर मेरे अकाउंट से दूसरी चेक बुक का पैसा काट लिया गया जो की बैंक का फाल्ट था
                                  मैंने तो एक ही मांगी थी
                                  और चेक बुक इतनी करूँगा भी क्या
                                  लास्ट चेक बुक भी कई वर्ष पूर्व ली थी
                                  अतः मान्यवर से निवेदन है की मेरा पैसा वापस करें और अपनी एक चेक बुक वापस लें
                                  मैं सभी के प्रूफ संलग्न कर रा हूँ

                                  Sir they refunded 60 rs but they did not giv GST deducted on this amount
                                  Where as why they are taking gst if i hav not been charged for any thing
                                  Kindly ask them not to seize my money

                                  They deduct money without customer's permissons unnecessory
                                  And deny to refund.
                                  Such a GUNDA GIRI by bank.

                                  Sir they refunded 60 rs and they are denying to refund gst deducted on it.
                                  I am not liable to pay gst for something which i didnt take.

                                    Its seems that axis have been charging me consolidated charges with huge amount and it's been many times. This time its been a huge amount and thank you for letting me do it as now i am in a state of mind where should i keep an account in axis bank or no. Also, i want to know on urgent basis that why was these charges deducted from my account, if in the last month i had lacks of rupees onto my account and account was maintained accordingly then why is there a huge deduction from the account. They have deducted 3630/- + 18%

                                    Everytime axis bank makes it a point to take out money from their customer account and charge them, nice legal scam is going on. Hdfc is better than this if my money keeps on getting deducted like this then i should stop using axis bank.

                                    I created a new Axis ASAP account yesterday, the account ends with 235565, I deposited Rs.1000/- though m other bank account, and now I get this sms in the morning that Your A/c 235565 is debited by Rs.1000 on 11Jul19 Avbl Bal: Rs.0. Info Account closure proceeds to DD Acct.

                                    What is the reason for the closure? I gave my PAN/Aadhaar/eKyc.???

                                      my amount has been deducted from savings account

                                      My account till june was rs -365 (Negative). So this month i had cleared the negative amount and transferred almost rs 11, 000. But on 14th july early morning i got a message that your account has been deducted with rs 8, 346 + rs 1, 502 (Gst). So the total amount that has been deducted is rs 9, 848
                                      This is worst thing happen with me. Because i have to do a treatment and i don't have money now.
                                      So, please return the whole amount.br...

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I'm a account holder in Axis Bank. Nearly 3-4 months back I had lost my ATM card. I called to helpline and blocked the card. Again from past 3 months I'm trying to apply for new Debit Card, but nobody is responding properly. Many times I've spoke with Customer helpline people but nobody helped me, now I'm unable to contact through help line. My home branch is MG Road but I'm staying @Sira, I had visited my nearest branch @Tumkur. But they are asking me to apply through online. But online service is damn worste. Due to no Debit Card I'm unable to do any transactions. I'm facing lot of problems because of this issue. It's very very poor service in helpline. Felt too bad @Axis bank customer service...Plz resolve the issue and help me out to get new Debit card.
