I have applied twice for the saving account and demat account with axis bank twice. Theyy have charged the annual charges, whicch i have paid once and notified them to close my account. Even after repeated request my account is not closed and again there is a negative balance in my account, inspote of giving accoung closing request 6 months back. Please help.

    I have been opened my axis bank ASAP accoun t through my moble and it was just working fine upto today morning after 10 am i checked my axis mobile app iiy saying i dont have an accouny reason is kyc not completed and i have balance of 7560.rs in this account i went the branch for kyc in month of jmay and the lady in the thiruvalla branch told me your kyc is updated .and i have running 2 EMI s on this account but now iam not in india iam in UAE for a work visa, i call several times in the axis bank customer care but i cant reach the customer care representitive,

      I had been given a Axis Bank Credit Card with INR 20000 limit and it got expired in 2017. I had been paying the bills on time. But once the card is blocked, I am not able to pay the bill. Then I got a call from recovery team member Ms. Rupali ([protected]) and she asked me to pay the entire outstanding amount of INR 13227. But as I salaried person it is a big amount for me so asked for some time relaxation. But she didn't give me any time started abusing me and threatened me to send recovery guys. So, I raised a complaint with axis bank and they allocated me a collection manager Mr. Upendra. I had words with Mr. Upendra and he gave me time relaxation like I can pay INR 5000 per month. But today again I got a call from Rupali and she asked me to deposit the entire amount today. I told her that I have already had a discussion with Upendra but she said she didn't know anything and pay the amount. When I said, it is not possible for me so she had texted me that she is sending recovery team at my house and they know how to collect the amount. I contacted axis bank customer care, they said call us from your registered mobile. Mobile mobile number is changed and I have already got it updated in axis system but it is not accepting my new number though I had confirmation from axis that my number is updated. So, I am not getting any help from axis bank.

      What should I do now?

      Instead of connecting with me Axis bank recovery team is approaching my relatives and threatening them. And axis bank is not allowing me to connect with customer care with my registered mobile number. What a bank

      Ms. Rupali called my relatives and used abject words for him as well as for me. This is Axis Bank customer relationship. Why axis bank is not controlling it's recovery team and not guiding on etiquettes. I promise I will never have any kind of business relationship with Axis bank and convince people for the same.

      Long time no response from Axis bank. I raised a request to close the card. Still today I got credit card statement. Great service by Axis. Again raised ticket to close the card today

        There has been a fraudelent transaction on my credit card on june 20 and june 21, 2019. Transaction value of 38, 000 rs. But the transaction was done in usd in some hotels.

        We did not get any sms for these. Just got the sms today from bank to keep the funds in the account for auto debit then we came to know about this.

        We spoke to customer care, they said nothing can be done as transaction is more than one month old. This is not acceptable. Axis bank cards are highly prone to fraud. This is the second time this is happening. But this time they are not helpful.
        Please assist. The transaction is high value and we are not going to pay anything for this.

            Its been more than 1yr axis abnk is not cooperating I am Cheated by Axis bank Jasola,

            Issue - 1yr back I visited Axis bank jasola branch to inquire about my existing salary account no [protected] as my new job need to have axis AC
            Here is cheating starts Mr salahuddin Mobile no 91 [protected] - misguided me saying not to worry about old account just ignore it and open a new account
            Ok a new savings account was opened [protected] with a promise it will soon be converted to salary account once salary is credited to the account which never happened.

            Soon after few months I notice that AC no [protected] is active and I am being charged for this account and the account is in minus also AC [protected] is no longer converted to salary till date it’s been more than 1yrs now and I am being charged for this AC as per savings account
            I have been struggling since 1yrs to solve the issue, I have visited the Axis Noida sector 18 branch to close AC [protected] and also paid the fine.
            I expect Axis bank to be honest to its customers, why are you employing cheaters. Mr salahuddin Mobile no 91 [protected] just to complete his target misguided me with wrong information.

            The funniest part is Mr Sheeb Branch head Jasola, I visited her multiple times explained her my query that AC [protected] is still not converted to salary AC her reply "Sir why don't you maintain balance in this account" this a big nonsense. Instead of proving solution she is being nonsense

            Meanwhile, I have also shared signed document and a form with Arvind (mobile no [protected]) from Axis bank to convert AC no [protected] after many months Mr Arvind comes with an answer AC no [protected] is converted to salary AC again big nonsense,
            [protected] is already closed, which was already a salary AC
            From last 1yrs I am getting my salary in [protected] which is still not converted to salary AC so far i have been charged more than 1700RS as considalition charges

            Thought they reverted the charges but it took more than 1yr with end no of visits to Jasola branch

            On 5/7/2019 i was debited from ecom in mumbai without my knowledge. I never received any otp or call. I have no idea how this happened. Atleast the bank should have sent some notification when this happened. Please look into this

              I had closed the credit card three months ago all the bill was payable by the person. Now i got the message i had 8000 payments in the month of august. I am very poor man how can i pay 8000 please help me. I called the phone banker but they are not reply intequest you please please help regarding the payment next time i am not using any other bank credit card.

                I don't know why this bank even exist. Begin with
                1) basic need for virtual account - the website does not take special character. But it is not letting me login without special character. Neither i can login to bank account through laptop neither with my mobile even after using correct passwords. Never saw these problem in kotak or any other bank.
                2) credit services - awful again! I am not getting any benefit to use credit card in better way.
                3) toll free number - trying to contact but cannot reach.
                4) contact - no chat option is possible.
                5) charges - everywhere they have extra charges.
                6) fund transfer - sorry to say it is difficult to do it but exactly it is impossible to do it.
                7) i have lost my debit card. When this happened with my other bank i got it blocked within 5 minutes but with axis bank it is being an hour neither i am able to reach them nor i can block my debit card without login.
                8) interest rate - higher.
                9) login details - even app kills me out before login. Uff! Frustrating
                I genuinely hate axis bank. Worst bank ever compared with government bank as well being even sbi and pnb made a lots of improvement but this bank stands nowhere. My biggest mistake to have it.

                  I have my salary account in axis bank with account number [protected]. I have a personal loan amounting 1l and the emi for the same is rs. 4672, due date being 5th of every month. For the past 2 months, i have paid the due amount on the due date itself. Even though the auto pay was activated, i have paid the amount manually using the app. It has been noted that for the past 2 months, rs 590 has been debited from my account in both the months. Subsequently in discussion with the customer service executive, i came to know that the amount has been debited towards bouncing charges for not keeping the minimum amount for debiting the loan amount. The charges that the have levied is impermissible as they have tried to debit the loan amount which was already paid. I have contacted the customer care executives multiple times on this regard. However everyone said the same reason that it is bouncing charges. I have been looted even though i have cleared the dues on time. Requesting you to intervene

                    This is to bring in your kind notice the disgusting customer services. Fraudulent commitments and 0% productivity in customer grievance resolution system being adapted and followed by axis bank.
                    I have a savings account with this bank under account number - [protected], in aditya mall indirapuram branch (Ghaziabad) which is almost more than two years old now.

                    But to my amazement this is really disheartening to discover that i am being cheated & looted by axis bank to loot on my hard earned money since now suddenly from three months, they have started to impose unnecessary charges on my account that are deducted every month automatically from my account. These charges were not levied since last two years. I tried calling them many times to address and resolve this complaint but they were never able to explain mew the exact reason for this deduction, which made me suspicious. But with my several complaints and warnings to them, every month the charges which were being levied were reversed and refunded back since they knew that they were wrong. But contrary to this, they are not stopping this kind of pathetic treatment of loot on me as for last month and this month also, they have again levied some unnecessary charges on my account which they were again not able to clarify and then promised to to reverse and refund it back. But to my disappointment, its been more than a month, neither i have been provided any reversal or refund nor i have been provided any permanent solution on this. Their grievance system is so non serious and pathetic that they keep on committing that the branch will contact me to address my issue and take the reversal/refund step on priority, but no one even cares to contact me. Is this some kind of a joke or is this bank running on the principles of looting out the hard earned money of customers who show their genuine interest and gratitude towards the services being provided by axis bank.

                    Nobody has addressed my concern till date despite of repeated requests and a number of complaints in this regard.

                    Therefore this is my final complaint to the bank authorities to provide me a resolution and provision to payback my loan in a decent manner just like every bank does or otherwise i would be left with no other option than to escalate this matter on high priority with filing a legal petition and complaint to reserve bank of india (Rbi) in addition with dragging this matter of fraudulent practices and arrogant behavior of the bank to the court as well.

                    I hope this matter will be taken on super priority basis and i will be provided a result oriented resolution as soon as possible in this regard.

                    buzz off please. Despite of repeated complaints and and commitments that the charges levied were by mistake & error, i havent been provided with the refund and reversal yet.
                    I have filed a detailed report and complaint against you at RESERVE BANK OF INDIA and will surely go legal against you with consumer forum as well.

                      Sir the details mentioned above which is my bank of account. This bank deducted my balance in my account and not inform reason of balance deduction as well as details not flash on mobile app and other type as atm statement. Even when i call this bank customer care no so their assosiate did not provide information and disconnected my call. The bank is cheating with customers and not provide reason of balance deduction.

                        I am unable to login because i dont having card now as it was lost on 2013 but i made payment and my registered mobile no and mail is not working now i have visited branch so many times but didnt get any response. So its a humble request to provide the same on asap

                            I am getting a lot of calls from your Bank as a promotional call for personal loan.

                            I have not signed up for promotional calls and I am not interested for personal loan unless your bank is planning to give me a good amount of money and I don't need to pay you back the money.

                            Also I have activated Full DND with my operator. Still I am receiving calls from telemarkerters who claim that the Personal loan is from your bank.

                            So please quit disturbing me.

                                I have contacted axis bank customer care and requested to provide me the total outstanding amount to close my credit card.
                                As per the information given by them, i have paid the outstanding amount and requested for closing the card.
                                As and when i requested for closing, the card information has been disappeared from my net banking account.

                                However, they continued charging on my card. And they were deducting my funds from my axis bank account without my knowledge.

                                One of the axis bank manager called me and when i raised the concern that it's their customer care's responsibility to inform me the exact total outstanding amount at the time of requesting for closure and it is the fault from the bank, manager says that it's not his fault, it's the customer service's fault and it's my responsibility to check with customer care every time.
                                Also, manager says that my personal loan account will be affected cause of this which i have been paying regularly.

                                According to me, i have paid the total outstanding amount at the time of requesting closure of my credit card. Still they have deducted my funds couple of times from my account and they are asking me to pay extra amount.
                                I would request to refund the amount they have deducted from my saving's bank account.

                                I have not got any response from Axis bank but they are deducting funds from loan account it looks like.

                                There is nobody contacted me on behalf of Axis bank and still not provided any resolution

                                I am not finding anything helpful even at this consumer court. It's been more than 2 months. I haven't got any update from this bank people. Still they are charging me and torturing me with calls instead of providing resolution.
                                I have not got any response from Axis bank but they are deducting funds from loan account it looks like.

                                There is nobody contacted me on behalf of Axis bank and still not provided any resolution.

                                    I have blocked my credit card 06 months back. Still they are sending messages to my registered mobile no. Amount need to be pay. I already given written complaint in my nearest axis bank branch shamshabad. Hyderabad. Unnecessarily they are charged the amount to me. It is not fare. Iam very disappointed to this credit card billing issue. If i spend the amount then am ready to pay. Unnecessarily the are given burden to me. They are giving a problem. When i called to the customer care several times no one is giving proper solution. I dont want this card. I have to cancel it.

The amount was supposed to be credited on account no. [protected] (Ankit yadav - allahabad bank), but it was credited to some unknown account ending with xxxxx5225.

                                        Bank not refund the amount so many times Axis customer care complaint but no resolution, I am also branch visit but no resolution till date 15 days before 550 rs deducted by bank and no intimation, customer complaint consolidated charges deducted, 2 times branch visit and 5 times customer care contact but no resolution please refund the amount urgently
