policy deducted without any confirmation

Dear sir i am hemant arora registred saving account number [protected]. My account have deducted Rs. 7231 on 16 july without any information. I call to custmer care number again & again buy they denied to register complaint regarding this matter. I called to branch they also denied. consolidation charges fraud

It is unfair that 590 rs is charged per month if we dont maintain 10000 in axis salary account.
We dont even get any notification/warning/alert that we have less than 10000rs in account.

When we withdraw, there is no alert which its going below 10k. Even 1 day if its 9500 rs in account, they deduct 590 rs.
Absolutely corporate fraud.

Why do they charge 590 even if 1 day its 9500 in a month...

axis asap account created. vcc activated but account not activated

Hello dear axis team,
I created axis asap account on 13 july 2019.
There i got vcc which wasnt working properly even after deposit amount. Then i go to branch and they said came after 2 days they also mentioned that account isnt activated. I call to care again they saying to recreate account it will be okay. I recreated and re deposit amount but still same issue. Vcc isnt working either and bank also not activated.

credit card bill contains irrelevant charges

Hello,

Please find the attached screen shot. I have been trying to contact customer care service to enquire my randomly generated credit card bill. From last 2 weeks. But call was not able to connect the concerned person.

Today fortunately, i got connected after waiting 50mins.

It seems to be very unclean and lot of papers surrounding the atm. Cash loading people throw away the cash slips here and there. Not properly thrown into dustbin kept very nearby.

axis bank consolidated charges for my a/c

I had a salary account with axis bank and after me leaving the company i wasn't using the account which was zero balace account after few months when i check i see -5860. I went to the bank to close the account they said i need to pay the negative -5860, and the help desk was was of no use when i reached out to a branch in periyar nagar ifsc code: utib0000598. Why should i pay for something that i don't ask for.. Such scams are having!!...

unethical charges

Rs.746.41 deducted from my account on 11th July 2019 without informing me. I was called customer care and they said it's for Dmat account charges. Bank guys only given the dmat account said it's free and i did't used that account. You jaffa guys don't say to anyone the dmat account is free. It's ridiculous and unethical banking behavior. At least you guys should inform to the customers. It's really a waste of time. I need money refund. Please...
