Hi,
My name is t. Hari prasad. I have applied for an axis bank credit card a few weeks back. I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. My application no. Is 14910747. Today i received the pin no. Through post. I don't know what is the use of the pin when the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the customer care but the line never gets connected.
Can anyone help me through it?

Today I received the PIN no.through post. I don't know what is the use of the PIN when the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the Customer Care but the line never gets connected.
Can anyone help me through it?

    My name is amitkumar l patel. I was given the credit card with a commitment as a lifetime free credit card. But the bank then started levying charges on the credit card. I then complained few times regarding the same but there was no response. I then decided to clear the issue and paid the settlement amount of ₹15204.73
    I now want a no due certificate and noc. So that i can have it as a proof that it was not my mistake that i have a write off of axis bank credit card and i also have paid the settlement amount. I want an urgent response because i want to take my wards student loan but denied due to this write off reflected in cibil.

      I didn't get any calls or messages from blue dart of my products delivery details. Suddenly they sent me a text that your shipment dispatched through blue dart has returned undelivered. After getting my awb number so i checked the details about status it shows they're outing for delivery two times. Even i didn't get any inform so how can i get my product if they don't call us.

        Dear sir निवेदन यह है, कि मेरे खाते नंबर [protected] में से 9000 रुपए की फॉरोड ट्रांजैक्शन हुई है। जो की मेरे खाते मेसे रुपए कट गए, जो की मेरे खाते में वह रुपए उसी समय वापस आ गए । और 5मिनट के बाद मेरे खाते में से 10000 रुपए कट गए, जिसकी मुझे कोई जानकारी नहीं है। कृपा करके इस फ्रॉड ट्रांजैक्शन की जानकारी का पता लगाइए, और मेरे रुपए बापस मेरे खाते में जमा करवाए जाएं धन्यवाद।

          My credit card whole amount is credited in my account. I paid some amount but your executive said mail to the credit card section for the payment debit. Then why it added negative to my savings account.
          Next is i have a personal loan. Your bank says they have no personal loan collection executives. When i recovered my whole amount in negative balance otherwise it will deducted. But i talk to web chat on axis bank. He says the loan will be debited. Bank loan executives contact me for pay emi through direct payment of bank. Actually what can i do. Mobile app shows negative 16000 but now it shows negative 20000.when it is in 36000 something i paid 19990.why it show 20000 balance

            Dear axis bank,

            I hold an account with axis bank, maintaining it since 2015. It was well maintained and active account but since april 2019 it has become a pain.

            I received a message in month of march about inr 1067, being debited as consolidated charges. Didn't bother much for this amount as i considered them as routine charges (As i knew my balance was low for that month). Very next day i deposited inr 30, 000/ - and then continued with regular transactions (As big as inr 100, 000 etc etc.).in april there was another instance of low balance but this time was debited with inr 15, 000/-. I tried checking my statements and to my surprise no details/breakup of charges were reflecting nor i received any message about charges. All other banks show details of charges in statement.

            Technically, now my account was running negative without any explanation, so i stopped keeping any balance as the moment i deposit the money it will be vanished.

            Since then i must have visited my home branch multiple times and every time i was responded that this could be due to annual closing, we will sort it out soon or i have sent an email to concerned team and will update you once it's sorted. (No call received from axis bank ever for solution).

            Today this figure has reached inr 58, 000, and upon shouting and fighting at your branch, i get a a response on charges details, which could and should have been shared with on my very first visit to branch or at-least reflected in statement. No sms message either for those charges.

            After understanding the case, we realized that : -

            1. Axis bank plays smart with customers by hiding the charges details.
            3. Axis bank doesn't share total charges with customer before debiting them from account.
            4. Axis bank statements do not comply with rbi guidelines of stating charges details in statements.
            5. Axis bank doesn't inform client about the complete charges through sms neither on the day they trigger nor the day those are debited from account.
            6. Axis bank doesn't have a standard cycle of debiting the charges from account.

            I was charged inr 1067 from my account, which i was informed through sms, but it went negative by inr 4000 which was neither informed nor mentioned in statement nor any message received. And despite keeping more then inr 50, 000 in account (After it went negative) bank never bothered to debit inr 4000 until my account again went back to lower balance stage. Any explanation??? Why bank failed to inform me or intimate me about negative balance on time?? Later when my balance goes low bank suddenly debits whole amount of past 2 months and additional charges for insufficient balance.. This is simple robbery by playing smart. Today my account is showing negative with inr 58, 000 to be paid but no details mentioned in statement. That's misrepresentation and misleading.

            I need some solution of this whole misrepresentation/ misleading game or i will be forced to go public and approach higher authorities with evidences.

              Hlw sir, i am a prime customer of your bank, baripada branch, odisha, since three years, but when i am going to make a demand draft, your officer didn't done my work and tell your demand draft is under process and gone in his personal work to outside the office premises. I was waiting about 2 hours for making a draft,...

              Some days ago, when i was going to your bank for my current account opening, he tell me that "give me 1, 00, 000 rupees, i will open your account" but, i was not agreed at that moment,
              And today's matter is due to all about the previous matter,
              He is not a good person...
              They always be there to help the customer and support... But he didn't his job properly...
              So plzzz kindly enquire about that matter and take actions against him...

                This is adama rajeshwar reddy from hayathnagar i have the savings account in axis bank uppal kalan recently i got call from bank regarding someone sent the money to your account by mistakenly so given letter with proving those funds are made for as consultancy basis but the assist manager was not supporting me and saying ill follow only rbi rules
                Did rbi said that if anyone give fake complaints without having proper answer to freeze the genuine receiver account? Is that rule?
                I am trying to explain to assist manager that i've proofs but the assist bank manger not responding me properly.
                I am ready to prove myself those payments made for genuine reason
                Note : if a person do mistake one time but how can he do multiple times
                This is simple that the person who did complaints is not valid i have the all the proofs.

                  I have a bank account in axix bank throught 5 year, sir, i go to deposit money twice a week. I see a one machine shut down every time. To put a small amount of money, it takes 30 minutes and more time, because small amounts are not deposited in the counter, so today when i compiled, he started shouting to and then the manager came out and all the officers started shouting all the customers and seeing him as an officer, and say you stopped your account now, then i would like to ask you this. I tell that these are the totals me to speak to get account closed. And later the manager also started shouting. I want you to understand this thing as soon as possible and contact me as soon as possible.

                    Axis bank branch manger of perumbakkam her name is manimegal is not behaving profesionol with the employes and shouting every day and she is forcing employees to do her work as well and not allowing employees to avail the leaves as well none of the employees are willing to work under her.
                    None of the employee was willing to work under such manger and forcing a single employee to get the business from outside and using fault language with the employees wich was not bearable and this is happening evryday and when emploees have requested. Not to treat them like that, she was warning them tht she is gonna make complaint agianst employees that employees are harrasing sexually which is not correct, she has the same track record previouslyade. One employee to resign in the same way hence requesting to help the emoployees from, such people will not suitable for the profession.

                      I have been a valued customer of axis bank. Since last 2 years i moved abroad for my higher studies and i had informed the branch the same. However, every month they have deducted close to 1000 rupees for gst, consolidated charges and debit card fees and sms alerts and statement fees. I have not requested for any statements and tried calling the branch, the number says does not exist. I spoke to customer care and they say they cannot help as i need to visit the branch. I told them i am abroad and they need to help me over a call. However, they were rude and denied any help. I would request help and refund my charges as i was not aware and was not informed through any way by axis bank for over 2 years. I also requested a replacement card for my credit card in 2018, i still did not receive it

                        I have my salery account with axis bank in Faridkot branch in Punjab state. Suddenly bank deduct from my account almost 110 rs. As consolidate charges and next day in my account balance shown as minus rs. 850. And some days later rs. 1126. There is no any transaction shown in my account. It is very annoying.please look into this matter as soon as possible. Thanks

                          I have took my loan from axisbank jabalpur. I have lost my job in last few month ago. And i was not able to pay my emi to bank . Executive are making calls me and iam in reguler in their contect. I have l told the issue . And asked to cooprate for few more day to my economic satellment . Bank have notified me about my issue i am too accepted. I assure to pay before time . I have sence of lability. But i want few day more to cope up my finacial issue. Today from dehli a lady called me and personally abused me for pay ment up a limit that it is enought to attampt suicide.
                          I have proof of my my job issue.

                          Do action such type of bank employee. Who miss lead the bank and coutomer relation ship. They should motivate customer in such position intead of them abuseing from bank plateform .
                          Today a leady called by 4:00 colck named rekha ...plz take a action against her.

                            I had never reecived kyc notification/ reminder. Inspite of that customer has to suffer because software was a problem or axis bank employees are real problem.
                            I had approached hinjewadi branch manager and he assured he will take care.
                            Unfortunately branch manager as always don't keep their words. I am suffering due to their low grade service.
                            Lookslike customers are no more important to such people and its because of them bank lose their face.
                            There are so many banks in the market; i will ensure to close this account and open new one.

                              I received a call continually last one Year from axis bank. They told me about free of cost credit card in offer and i ignored that but finally i am agree because They have say about Credit card is not chargeable and free of cost. in April 2019. i got a massage your Credit card XXX1805 is already generate and dispatch for your Address witch mention in bank account to courier by Blue Dart with Cart number. but They have not collect to me any Documents, photos and signature. I have track the dispatch courier in May-2019 then i found my credit card is already received by unknown Person. and They have stared the online shopping flipkart from my credit card ending with XXX1805 and suddenly i got two OTP massage in my Mobile phone.then call to Axis Bank Branch and Customer care for Blocking that Credit Card . I had cancelled my credit card, ending with XXX1805 in May 2019 but again regenerated next Credit XXX7557 with Due Balance RS/-1586. I have not received this credit card yet.

                              I am requesting you to no required me next any Credit Card forgive my all due money for my credit card and close my all credit card service Because i am not a jobholder and able to Paid this outstanding Balance RS/-1586

                                axis bank requesting to remove the written-off from my civil as I have cleared all my dues and provide noc.

                                I want to request you though this mail that i have cleared all my dues/outstanding on 25/05/2017 of credit card no :- [protected] of rs 0.01. And hence no outstanding is remaining on my card. So i request you kindly remove/withdraw the written-off from civil and provide noc for the same as soon as possible. As of now it is reflecting in my civil.

                                I have already done the payment of outstanding against my card 2 years back .

                                But Still they have not cleared my CBIL name on the CBIL portal .

                                They are asking me to pay 80000 to remove the waveoff from CBIL site .
                                Is this some type of Joke of paying this huge amount for the CBIL clearance .

                                Already visited the Axis Bank head Office even they are not clear about the charges . Attached is the latest payment status .

                                  not closing account

                                  Address: No 3, 1st Technology Place, Whitefield, 560066

                                  I tried closing my account twice. Once in Jan 2019 and then on March 2019. Both times I filled the form and submitted but the Bank is not closing the bank. Now they are deducting money (since April) for not having Balance.

                                  I tried to close the account much before April and the Bank is refusing to close it. Now i am being charged for it!!

                                  I have a photo proof of the form I filled 2nd time (March 2019)....

                                  I have an axis asap account with kyc done and i am now trying to update the communication address via net banking and mobile app through services section but after a day it shows request closed. I have provided my driving licence, aadhar card and what not as a proof but it still shows the same old address. It has been months now. I am in dire necessity of changing the address, i cant visit the branch because i am not in the city due to some severe problem also i have visited once but the female officer did it from my phone and asked me to wait for a day.

                                  I create axis asap account on 13 july 2019 but its show inactive.customer care say go to bank and complete kyc, i go to branch, bank say your account inactive kfc not possible.bank say come again after account active.bank say different and customer care say different.my customer id is[protected], please call me back on [protected]

                                    I have created axis asap account through my laptop, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine. I put 11k in my account in start but, after few days, while i'm trying to check the axis bank account for transaction statements, there i found my account has been closed, showing this message i m the transaction page "account closure proceed to dd acct" and my balance is showing 0. I dont know what happened to my 11, 000 rupees and 350 rupees. I lost my hope on this banking with axis. Atleast they should have given a proper reason for closure. Ps. I thought that, axis was good at internet transactions, but now i'm done
