I have created axis asap account through my laptop, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine. I put 11k in my account in start but, after few days, while i'm trying to check the axis bank account for transaction statements, there i found my account has been closed, showing this message i m the transaction page "account closure proceed to dd acct" and my balance is showing 0. I dont know what happened to my 11, 000 rupees and 350 rupees. I lost my hope on this banking with axis. Atleast they should have given a proper reason for closure. Ps. I thought that, axis was good at internet transactions, but now i'm done
