My name is dhanalakshmi sowmya. It is regarding my asap account i opened in thiruvanmiyur branch. Despite of kyc updation i made in adyar branch, my account got closed and i tried calling the branch, but no answer. My account got closed on may 1, 2019. I received a message stating the deposited amount will be sent through dd to my house address. Till now i haven't received it.

Updated by Sowmya Thandapani Hi, I have no problem with your policy to close my account. If your policy doesn't want me to be your customer, well and good. But I am worried about my balance which was Rs. 5848/-. I was promised that the amount will be sent to me as Demand Draft with in 15 days whereas now its has been 40 days and yet i haven't received my DD through post. Now about your policy, I was asked to submit my KYC and I took the privilege taking a day off from my work for signature upload and another day for KYC submission. I took all these pain so that you could have an internal policy to close my account. I am even out of counts of how many calls I made to your Thiruvanmiyur branch and it was not answered once, speaking about customer service. I have no intention to be your customer anymore so I'm glad i don't have to take the pain to do the account closure procedure. Please give me a solution for my balance and give me a date when i will receive it. You can reach me on my number ASAP or you can also mail me too. if that wont work for AXIS, give me the number of contact we will do.

Updated by Sowmya Thandapani I don't know how long Axis bank would take to resolve a small complaint. I am really fed up by calling the branch. If you couldn't appoint a person to attend a call, then why you even open branch in all places. If a customer borrows loan and couldnt repay, you people call N number of times to get back your money. To get a new customer, you do a regular follow ups and somehow grab them. Why is that responsibility missing after we become the customer. I am taking this complaint to consumer court.
