This is regarding to refund of rs1304/. I have order initiated to flipkart on 18/04/19. Amount is 1203 order i'd od[protected]..in this order two item (683+520) i have cancelled item rs683 immediately. While axis credit card statement showing rs1304 (Wrong amt) and rs683 not credited my credit card, beside this rs520 again deducated on dated 21/04/19. Without any e mail and information on phone.

I did not use this account from 1 year but on 12 dec 2018 i received a letter stated that if i don't fund my account within one month it will be automatically closed so i do not close my account thinks that it automatically closed if i do not fund. But yesterday when i checked that my balance showing -3200 charges from january-may but account should be closed as per letter. I went to bank but manager did not co operate...

my money stuck in atm

I withdrawn rs 10, 000.00 from axis bank atm at mankhurd (West) on 11.05.2019 at 2:00 pm but money was not received by me. After this i wait for sometime time than also no money was not received and receipt was also not received. Then i checked my phone i received a message of withdrawal of amount rs 10, 000. And my account was debited by rs 10, 000.00.

I have received a call from axis bank. By mistake i accepted the policy. Please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 3952. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @3798 for the same.

Axis bank charged rs. 5900 in my account. When i have enquired about that, they are saying it is negative balance for savings account. First of all, as per rbi guidelines there is no negative balance for savings account. But axis bank not obeying rbi guidelines and cheating customers. If we have negative balance means it should be intimated through email, message or phone calls right? But they are not intimating any details to customers....

unauthorized charge by axis bank

I have priority salary account with Axis bank and this the first time I got the charges. I am using my account from last 8 yrs. When I called the customer care they asked me to get back to IRCTC because they have charge the same. How can anyone charge any amount or tips without my permission??
