To whomsoever it may concern,
I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount
885 from my axis bank saving account. Last year also amount of 663 was deducted and not reverted back with so many requests. Firstly i never opened a demat account, secondly without my information this transaction should not have happened. If i call axis bank they don't have any solution to this. It is a false transact and i won't let it happen. I never opened a demat account. Please revert back the deduction money. Axis bank is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges. Is this why people save their little money and trust banks? I just can't understand.

I requested for a debit card and that time advisor gave me the details of card charges, however, no one informed me about the annual charges they will deduct. Now they have charged me 885 rupees and when I'm asking about the call record proof they are not giving me that and replying like a bot.

Please help what should I do.

    Hello i have serious complaint against axis bank they charge me on half yearly basis without informing me. I do not want any service from axis bank. And even i do not want any consolidation charge... While opening the account they did not inform of any other charge... Pathetic. This is not right at all this is our money.. And withouting informing us how can you charge... Stop this otherwise i am going to sue.

      I have a salary account in axis bank. On date 13 april 2019 900 got deducted from my account in name of consolidated dp charge. I want it refunded it causing me issue with my daily a expenses.

      Resolve this asap i can not afford losing money like this. This is to much hurtful.
      I also called costomer care but they refused to take complaint.

        I've been using axis bank for almost 4 years now and inspite of informing them again and again, they always deducted dp charges from my saving account. Today again i received a message saying that rupees 885 have been deducted from my saving account. Please take necessary actions towards them.

          I have a salary account in axis bank. I have been debited an amount of ₹ 885 as consolidated dp charges irrespective of deactivating it last year. Hence please suggest me as to how can i get my amount back into my savings account. This dp charges have been activated without my knowledge when opening a savings account. I have contacted the service centre to deactivate it last year but still the amount is getting debited

            Sir,
            I am residing at korattur chennai. We have a bank account in korattur branch itself. This month i got the statement of credit card. When i calculated according to the statement, its been only 25, 979. But the total differs, showing the amount as 27, 732.
            So i want to clarify, i tried chat options a couple of times, the support engineer says he checks, but timeout problem occurred and i am unable to contact the support engineers.
            I then tried calling from registered mobile number. Its been a airtel unlimited call, so the number cant be dialed fro the registered mobile number. So i decided to meet the branch for my clarification.
            From korattur branch, they said to go to anna nagar branch, near k4 police station. From that branch they said they have no employees for credit card and said to go to kodambakkam, samiyarmadam, near power house branch, in that branch, they said to goto another branch near by ie opposite to meenakshi college.
            Thats the last branch i went and its in the fourth floor, credit card and loan sections were there. I contacted and engineer and said, i came for an enquiry on my credit card statement.
            He replied me, they only deal with loan service and for credit card services you have to contact customer service only. I showed him the photo taken from the 3rd bank and asked him where is that building. He was stunned because, its that building he is in.
            He didnt give a correct information also and asked me to try in some other phone with otp.

            This is the bad day of my life with axis bank and the customer service. Hereby i attach the photo which is showed to the engineer and my current statement with amount difference

            This all happened in 11th april 2019. I have signed the logs to enter the building. If you think i am telling lie, check the logs out

              I received all call of axis bank from [protected] and the resources names are swetha and told that they are from axis bank annanagar @ chennai. They are saying after purchasing the life insurace policy from bharati axa life insurance you will get loan @8.5% interest rate against the policy. And amount will be 10 times of policy taken. Ie if you take policy worth 20k per month then loan amount will be 2lac.

                  I didn't get credit card statement for march 2019. And on 11 march rs 885 was debited from my saving account as 'consolidate dp charges'. As i know this penalty is charges if customer misses to pay any schedule due bill. But this time bank failed to share statement. Then how would i know if any bill is due?

                  In the past i have always paid my unpaid bill on or before due date. This time i was not aware of this due bill and when came to know through net banking about this due, i immediately paid it on the next day 12 april 2019. I have attached the deduction screenshot. Please look into it and request you to return the deducted amount asap. Otherwise i wont have any option other than closing your credit card.

                    I don't have any dmat account, without noticing deducted 885 rupees, this is second time... First time 550 deducted.. Required refund otherwise i close the account itself.. Thank you so much for your good services. Can try to refund... Without noticing don't deduct 1 rupee also... Everything is ok... But deduction of amount like this is not good... Take care, without work 1 rupee also won't come easily.. It has value...

                      Since i have opened my account in november 2018, i am unable to use my debit card for my savings account opened in axis bank dahisar east branch. Constant calls and visits have been fruitless. I have a axis bank forex card with foreign currency linked to my account which i am unable to use due to non activation of my debit card. The bank is also charging me minimum balance fees inspite of me being unable to operate the account due to their fault. On trying to activate my debit card from the atm multiple times, i keep getting a date of birth mismatch message although the dob i enter is the same as in the bank records which has been confirmed by the bank as well. I have full conviction that my money in the forex card has been usurped by the bank or someone within the bank as otherwise such a simple procedure would not be so delayed. The bank's inaction despite multiple escalations has been met with a very lacklustre approach to solving the issue.

                      The bank manager mr. Pankaj pandey at first seemed helpful but has now started avoiding all my efforts to contact him.

                      I expect my problem to be resolved immediately and the bank to void all my minimum balance fees which they have wrongly charged me. The amount lying in my forex card should be refunded to me with interest at 18%.

                      Pls provide a speedy solution to my long standing problem.

                        I am holding a savings account in your shikrapur pune branch and my a/c no. [[protected]]. My account was dormant. I have given my id to your eon kharadi branch which was newly opened near my residence and they told me that the account has now been made operational. Subsequently they offered me good interest rate on fd account and i have transferred my surplus money from business account to this account. The account is under freeze due to high amount transaction which has come from my own business account.
                        I am running from pillar to post to get the freeze removed and release my money. However same has not been done by shikrapur as well as eon kharadi branch in spite of repeated requests.
                        I am a senior citizen and facing tremendous harassment due to non availability of my own funds.
                        Request concerned authorities to resolve the issue & make my account operative and give me urgent relief please.

                          This is gokul n, 1013.50 rupees has been deducted from my account.
                          I have never activated and used demat account till now. There was no prior notice. How do you deduct the amount without prior information? I didn't even get any message to my number. This is not at all acceptable.

                          I need the deducted amount to be refunded to my bank account. I am loosing trust on axis bank whether my money is safe or not.

                          Need action on priority.

                            It is to inform you that the axis bank service is going worse and worse without any permission they are deducting the amount and one of there person is saying that you have to pay minimum amount and then it will activate and now as they gave me the mail that on this date you have to pay the minimum due amount so that you can apply for the emi as now they have auto debit the amount and still they are saying that it will not work can you please take an action on this matter account number - account number - [protected] axis bank credit card number - [protected] and from last almost 11 month my amount of rs 1000 they have deducted from account which still they not pay me for that i am continously calling and calling and they are not giving any response and now they are doing this worse things with me.

                              Since i am not receiving sms alerts and consolidated statement since last six months i lodged complaints on this portal. I get a phone call from one mr. Anilkumar,[protected]. After following various steps as advised by him, finally i got the following message
                              Hello, naveen kumar has requested you money on your axis bank upi app. On approving the request, rs. 49888.00 will be debited from your account.
                              Though i did not accept his request, i would like to know if this is correct or fraud as i got message from bank that your account will be debited if you accept. Please let me know the status.

                                Axis bank charges huge negative balance in my saving account as it was not in used for last 5 months. Even i have contacted axis bank branch to close this account but they refuse to do so and asked me clear the negative balance first.
                                I have read the rbi guidlines that bank cant charge negative balance when account is not in use and i am going to file the complaint against them on https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/

                                  I have been constantly receiving calls from axis bank regarding some credit card bill standing amount for person named "bal mukund". I have been using the phone number ([protected]) from past 5 years and from past 5 years, i have been informing axis bank employees that this is a wrong number. I requested them several times to update my number as wrong number in their database as there is no bal mukund existing on my side. I am not even aware of who the bal mukund is and what is his case with axis bank. I am terribly sick now of receiving these calls and messages from axis bank almost 10-15 times a day continuously from last 4-5 years. Can anybody please help on this?

I have no accounts previously or current with AXIS bank and I am not sure who the guy Bal Mukund is. What all I need is that I should stop receiving calls and messages as they are not intended to me.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am sorry to bother you as i am not getting any proper response from your bank since last six months.
                                    I am 75 years and having account in your ghatkopar branch since last more than 20 years. My ids are 1831 and 9456 (Last four digits).
                                    The issues:
                                    1. Sms alerts: they have stopped sending me sms alerts for some transections. They don't send me the same for nach payments. Even they did not send me the messages for last debit of rs. 151000/- etc. Since your customer. Service and nodle. Officer e mail are not reachable, i lodged the complaint through social media i. E. Fb messenger. I have got full scripts of the same and you will realise that every time they reply sterio type replies and it irritates.
                                    2. Consolidated statements: i used to get the consolidated statements for both the ids regularly till january 2019 on my e mail [protected]@hotmail.com. Thereafter they have stopped sending me the same. I did not get any response / reply from your e mail [protected]@axisbank.com.
                                    Finally i visited your branch about 25 days back and met the desk officer ms. Sabina, who was not aware and gave me very irresponsible reply. Then i met her senior mr. Shety who listened to me quitely and suggested to change the email id. I changed from [protected]@hotmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com. He sent me the statements for january and february. The statements for march are yet awaited. As regards sms alerts, he checked and confirmed that something is wrong, he sent mail to your internal office and assured me that now the issue will be settled.
                                    Sir, still the issues are not resolved. I had again visited the branch, but they did not have any clue.
                                    I would like to add here that the same situations were arised about 3 yeras back and after vigorious follow up with your customer. Service, the issues were resolved.
                                    I do not want to spoil the image of my bank where i have account since last six months and hence reluctant to put up all the conversations on social media.
                                    Kindly intervene and issue instructions to the concerned to resolve the issues.

                                      I have an salary account. I have been suddenly 885 rupees deducted from my acount as consolidated dp charges for a/c. As this is my salary account and i dont have demat account. Why this has been charged to me. Also deducted balance should be refunded back to account.                                       Please i need your help.

                                        My complaint no is 50473714 i register complaint lot of tym but everytime ur customer care executive do wrong comitment for refund please refund the charges or close my credit card your bank employees can apply card on phone but not resolve customer problem on phone i also give crf form in bank for the solution . but they didn't give me solution they told bank not provide any help to u
