Since i have opened my account in november 2018, i am unable to use my debit card for my savings account opened in axis bank dahisar east branch. Constant calls and visits have been fruitless. I have a axis bank forex card with foreign currency linked to my account which i am unable to use due to non activation of my debit card. The bank is also charging me minimum balance fees inspite of me being unable to operate the account due to their fault. On trying to activate my debit card from the atm multiple times, i keep getting a date of birth mismatch message although the dob i enter is the same as in the bank records which has been confirmed by the bank as well. I have full conviction that my money in the forex card has been usurped by the bank or someone within the bank as otherwise such a simple procedure would not be so delayed. The bank's inaction despite multiple escalations has been met with a very lacklustre approach to solving the issue.

The bank manager mr. Pankaj pandey at first seemed helpful but has now started avoiding all my efforts to contact him.
I expect my problem to be resolved immediately and the bank to void all my minimum balance fees which they have wrongly charged me. The amount lying in my forex card should be refunded to me with interest at 18%.
Pls provide a speedy solution to my long standing problem.

Updated by Raunak Balasubramanian A Mr. Rahul Tripathi called me asking me for my card details to resolve the issue. I received an email from him yesterday as well. His email ID was [protected]@india.com.
It this a legit call or is it a scam? Pls clarify.
