I am residing at korattur chennai. We have a bank account in korattur branch itself. This month i got the statement of credit card. When i calculated according to the statement, its been only 25, 979. But the total differs, showing the amount as 27, 732.
So i want to clarify, i tried chat options a couple of times, the support engineer says he checks, but timeout problem occurred and i am unable to contact the support engineers.
I then tried calling from registered mobile number. Its been a airtel unlimited call, so the number cant be dialed fro the registered mobile number. So i decided to meet the branch for my clarification.
From korattur branch, they said to go to anna nagar branch, near k4 police station. From that branch they said they have no employees for credit card and said to go to kodambakkam, samiyarmadam, near power house branch, in that branch, they said to goto another branch near by ie opposite to meenakshi college.
Thats the last branch i went and its in the fourth floor, credit card and loan sections were there. I contacted and engineer and said, i came for an enquiry on my credit card statement.
He replied me, they only deal with loan service and for credit card services you have to contact customer service only. I showed him the photo taken from the 3rd bank and asked him where is that building. He was stunned because, its that building he is in.
He didnt give a correct information also and asked me to try in some other phone with otp.
This is the bad day of my life with axis bank and the customer service. Hereby i attach the photo which is showed to the engineer and my current statement with amount difference
This all happened in 11th april 2019. I have signed the logs to enter the building. If you think i am telling lie, check the logs out
