One credit card due recovery agent namely sanjay kalra with mobile no.+[protected], came to my residence on 9th of april 2019. He tried to physically assault me and also tried to drag me out of flat saying he will call all the neighbours and solve the payment issue. This is because i did not pick up his call. My due date is 21st of every month. I paid the minimum amount previous month but could not paid the next to previous month.

I am hoping for some action against such Gundasm by bank them self. If i do not get any information and proof about action taken against that agent, i have to see some other option .
I make a app in purchased through google and it failed but money deducted from bank account, I want my refund money.

Yesterday I transfered 8250 to another account but my account balance is debited and the status of transaction is neft request has been posted to rbi.

    I have used pos machine for transaction of 40, 000. Amount get deducted from my account but not credited to merchant account. Send a dispute form to axis bank email id and they forwarded me the refernace number. But its being more than 1 month and no response from their side. I need my money back in an urgent basis.

We are not discuss before opening the account or else first show the cash then we discussed. This kind of behavior of a private manger not exceptable and in the market so many private waiting for taking money.. Please check the issue.

          axis bank atm doesn't dispensed cash and the money got debited from the account

          On 5th febr 2019, my roommate visited the axis bank atm situated in shakarpur delhi near-choudhary dairy terminal id-dpcn268504 for withdrawl of cash through atm. Around 8:32:49, i have requested for rs 500 cash from the atm, but the atm doesn't dispenses the cash and the money got debited from my account...

          Hi there, i am axis bank customer and my cust id:[protected] and my mobile no: [protected]. On 5th april 2019, i tried booking two bus tickets on go ibibo webpage and made payment via net banking. However payment failed but amount rs. 1228 has been deducted from account. I have already checked with go ibibo and they're saying that its failed/dropped transaction and they didn't receive money and they asked me to check with my bank.             I am a axis bank credit card holder. On 18 apr 18 there was an unauthorized transaction of rs.1, 649/- in favor of ecpp assistance service, which i had never subscribed too. How can they transact on my card directly?
            So, kindly please refund my same amount to my same credit card as soon as possible and also unsubscribe me from this service as i am not at all interested in the same.

              edc machine surrender

                I recived my credit card last year in january. I nether activated card nor ever opened the password slip.
                Still the credit card recipt gets generated every month on my account.
                Many times i have recived the msg that my card has been blocked and i tried to contact via emails still no response.

                If my credit card has not been activated then why i would pay for that.

                If the company itself blocks the card then how come they ask for payments.
                This is seriously ridiculous.

                Kindly close this asap.

                          money didn't come out of atm but amount deducted axis bank

                          I went axis bank atm near madagadipet at 11.04am on saturday[protected]. I tried to withdraw rs: 3500 but the atm doesnt dispense the cash, even i didnt cash counting sound also. Atlast after 5min atm displayed transaction timeout.
                          But i received debit message of rs: 3500 to my mobile. Till now i didnt received cash refund. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

                          I have a card with axis bank and due to unforeseen financial constraints i have not been able to pay the outstanding and hence i also requested for settlement and quoted for 1 time settlement amount. No one contacted for long time. However suddenly day before yesterday a collection executive visited my home and spoke to my wife as i was not at home and disclosed all details of card and morover i am gettings calls that i have to pay the outstanding immediately which is not all possible and the amount that has been quoted is far beyond my affordability.

                            My a/c is credit frozen state. I am not able to deposit to my account so i have been charged with consolidated charges for not having minimum balance in my account. I am currently residing in usa and i cannot reach bank to discuss this thing in personal. If my account is not activated asap i will be charged again this month. So please activate my account my account. Account details will be provided on request.

                              Address: Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, 450331

                              I submitted account closing form with axis bank burhanpur (Madhya pradesh) pincode-450331 on 11/mar/2019 with all my outstanding dues cleared. I followed up with bank 4 times by visiting personally to branch to check why my account is not closed. Last i visited on 26/mar/2019. Everytime they assured me that it will be closed in two days and sorry for inconvenience. Still today 5th april 2019 they didn't initiated the closure.
