Without my knowledge ecpp assistance charges 1699/- from my axis bank credit card. It is criminal activities are done by ecpp assistance

Sir/madam, 11.04.2019 i have received message from ecpp assistance inr 1699 was spent on your credit card on 11-apr-19 at ecpp assistance without my permission one assist charged 1699/- how can its possible.
Do you know the value if 1699/-, my six days salary, how hard i work to get the amount.
Kindly take action on ecpp. I want my amount.

    Today axis bank deducted my 885 rupees as consolidated dp charges without prion notice i want my money back or will close all my accounts today this company fraud. I want my refund... And last time also they have cut my charges i want to close my demat account and also i want my reful or will escalated to high level... I did not expect this from axis bank

    Today axis bank deducted my 885 rupees as consolidated dp charges without prior notice i want my money back or i request you to close all my accounts today. Even last time they had cut the same amount for which I had sent multiple email and even spoke to customer service to close my demat account. But they never reverted back. #AxisBankFraud

      Is one of the worst bank ever i have seen amazon has refunded 31940rup but this guys are not refunding in my account it's almost 10days, i am not rich person order got placed by mistake, i had borrowed this amout from friend for the medical emergency perpose. Also customer support employees are # don't cooperate properly. Later my friend's help me by doing contribution.

        not received the credit card noc

        I had made the payment of credit card outstanding in the month of oct'18 which was just nominal and was showing in cibil as didn't informed me on time.
        But still it's showing as written off in cibil and got to know that bank have to provide the noc then only it would be corrected in cibil.
        Hence, i contacted to customer care and also visited to bank to get this done but haven't got the solution except various excuse.

        Within last 5 months axis bank has charged me more than 25000 as a consolidated charges which are unnecessary & meaning less. I tried to complaint at their customer care, i visited their branch but no one is responding with valid reasons. Every person giving different reasons means these people doesn't care their customers, they just wants to loot their customers. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. Please refund my entire money immediately else as such i am going to rbi & sebi for clarification

Jsr. [protected]@gmail.com on dated 30.03.2019 3.41. Pm, but 3.04.2019 time 1.46am i recieved a sms from axis bank your a/c 611049 is debited by rs1000 on 2nd april 2019, available balance 0 info: account clousure proceeds to dd act. Call [protected] for dispute, i call to this number for clarification but his explanation is not satisfied, wihtout information how you debit my money.             I had Person loan from Axis Bank for 3lac and the loan account number is PPR[protected]. I paid my entire loan last year and I have received NOC from Axis that all outstanding is paid. However In my CIBIL it is reflecting as settlement and paid Rs. 79000/-. Also Since I am out of india, my family members and friends are receiving collection calls from Axis with my name.

            I have complaint multiple times to customer care and nodal officer however still there is no action taken.

            Kindly do the needful

The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to resolve this issue.

              One credit card due recovery agent namely sanjay kalra with mobile no.+[protected], came to my residence on 9th of april 2019. He tried to physically assault me and also tried to drag me out of flat saying he will call all the neighbours and solve the payment issue. This is because i did not pick up his call. My due date is 21st of every month. I paid the minimum amount previous month but could not paid the next to previous month.

              I am hoping for some action against such Gundasm by bank them self. If i do not get any information and proof about action taken against that agent, i have to see some other option .

              Yesterday I transfered 8250 to another account but my account balance is debited and the status of transaction is neft request has been posted to rbi.
              Please I need to resolve this issue soon. I called the customer service really it's below poor service.

                I have used pos machine for transaction of 40, 000. Amount get deducted from my account but not credited to merchant account. Send a dispute form to axis bank email id and they forwarded me the refernace number. But its being more than 1 month and no response from their side. I need my money back in an urgent basis.

Somprika came and started misbehaving with me. We are not discuss before opening the account or else first show the cash then we discussed. This kind of behavior of a private manger not exceptable and in the market so many private waiting for taking money.. Please check the issue.

                      axis bank atm doesn't dispensed cash and the money got debited from the account

                      On 5th febr 2019, my roommate visited the axis bank atm situated in shakarpur delhi near-choudhary dairy terminal id-dpcn268504 for withdrawl of cash through atm. Around 8:32:49, i have requested for rs 500 cash from the atm, but the atm doesn't dispenses the cash and the money got debited from my account...

                      Hi there, i am axis bank customer and my cust id:[protected] and my mobile no: [protected]. On 5th april 2019, i tried booking two bus tickets on go ibibo webpage and made payment via net banking. However payment failed but amount rs. 1228 has been deducted from account. I have already checked with go ibibo and they're saying that its failed/dropped transaction and they didn't receive money and they asked me to check with my bank. This is the transaction number inb/[protected]/payu.in/ for the amount paid on 5th april through my account. Hope to hear from you people.

                        I am a axis bank credit card holder. On 18 apr 18 there was an unauthorized transaction of rs.1, 649/- in favor of ecpp assistance service, which i had never subscribed too. How can they transact on my card directly?
                        So, kindly please refund my same amount to my same credit card as soon as possible and also unsubscribe me from this service as i am not at all interested in the same.

                          edc machine surrender

                          Hi I had business name as utsav collections in bidar Karnataka have shut down my shop in October and I want to close current account as I have edc machine account can be closed unless I surrender the machine.                           I have made last payment that is 17000 on date 04/04/2019
                          But tomorrow i got msg from you that is amt is overdue
                          Pls check i have made payment on time but it does not show in your account i have enclosed transaction also pls confirm me.

                          Dear sir i have made payment on time on time so pls don’t charge any fine or any other changes i can’t pay or else i stopped payment.
                          Pls confirm same on mail.
                          Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I tried to withdraw amount from my axis debit card through sbi atm while doing this I received a message that there is an error on the atm screen and also received message from axisbank as money is debited 10000/- what should we do now please suggest us

                            I recived my credit card last year in january. I nether activated card nor ever opened the password slip.
                            Still the credit card recipt gets generated every month on my account.
                            Many times i have recived the msg that my card has been blocked and i tried to contact via emails still no response.

                            If my credit card has not been activated then why i would pay for that.

                            If the company itself blocks the card then how come they ask for payments.
                            This is seriously ridiculous.

                            Kindly close this asap.

                            as u said card is cancelled, i can see that it has been cancelled then i have again recived an email regarding monthly statement.

                            Stop this email asap.

                              I returned an item on amazon on 31st march'19 and was expecting refund till 4th april but i've still not received it.
                              Amazon claims to have refunded at their end.
                              The refund process is pending at the bank's end. It should have been initiated by now.
                              Refund reference number - [protected].
                              It's been more than a week now.
                              Please help me get the refund at earliest.

                                Sir mera current account customer id[protected] axis branch rawaldhi ch. Dadri haryana me h but i not visiting branch this branch staff manager and cashier and other staff behavior is very dirty and language is wrong. Branch staff misbehave and not solution customer problems and wrong language use customer account related not correct information give customer and very dirty language uses by customers info answer and wrong answer customer information

                                Yahan aapko zyada madat nhi milegi. Ye ek unofficial platform hai. Agar aapki complaint ko official level pe karna hai, toh neeche diye hue link pe click karke complaint form ko download kare. Usse ache se likh ke neeche diye gaye pate pe post kare.
                                Ek offical complaint aane pe, bank ko official proceedings karni padti hain aur aapko uska ant main kya asar hua hai, uski khabar bhi aapko deni hoti hai.
                                Please iss form ko bhar kar ek official complaint karen aur kissi bhi bank ke karamchaari ko aapse galat tareeke ya shabdo se baat bilkul na karne de.
