Dear Team,

My Customer ID:[protected] and Loan account number: PPR[protected]

I have currently to pay the past 3 EMIs as per due which I was unable to pay due to death in family and out of work.

I have been contacted for recovery by your bank/recovery agent and have informed them recently that the payment shall be made post 12th of this month. Still, they are bothering my parents and other family members, threatening me for reaching to neighborhood and defaming me socially. They are causing harassment continuesly without caring about anything.

I understand the liabilities of repayment of loan but still I also understand my and family rights to keep the privacy and dafulter regulations as released by RBI guidelines, as per which this all is unconstitutional and hence I request to kindly intimate the authorities to stop such harassment and trouble immediately.

    On 19th october 2018 by mistake i had made two transaction of rs.5, 000/- each to future pay wallet, then i contacted axis bank for reversal of one transaction and report to future pay also. On 24th october`18 i got temp credit from axis credit card and simultaneously by future pay wallet was also debited by future pay on 10th nov`18 but on 12th december 18 axis credit card reversed my temp credit then i again raise the issue and after so much followup i got credit on 3rd jan`19 but axis credit card again debited me the inr5, 000 on 20th march`19. I had provided all supporting (My future pay wallet statement) in which it was clearly mentioned that future pay debited me on 10th nov`18. I am not able to understand why axis bank not able to understand my concern and debiting me again and again after providing all supporting documents to you.

      I tried to open an nro acc with axis bank. I live in the us and have been trying to open an nro account with them for the past 2 months. The service is painful and slow. It is even worse than government services. The account opening department is one of the worst i have ever encountered. It’s like they don’t care about the customer. I had to spend my own money to get all the necessary documents and get them notarized. They almost didn’t make it to them in india due to the incompetence of the account opening team who had made an error in the information for the courier to transfer my documents. It took them about a month to get the documents from the courier company in delhi to mumbai. This was only i intervened after a couple of weeks of sending the documents. Even after getting the document and assuring me that the account will be opened in a few days after receiving the documents the account has still not been opened and neither the branch or the account opening team are taking responsibility or giving me a status report. There are better options for banks and do not get fooled by all the outer appearances. I would say even before you think of axis bank you should consider a national bank. At least you know what you are getting into

        But currently i live in amravati, so i go to gadge nagar branch atm machine on 01/04/2019 at 10.12 pm for cash deposit and my cash around 1500/- not accepted and machine got out of inconvinience and got hanged and notes was not there in manchine nor my account credited the money.
        Therefore i requested you too pls solve this transaction as soon as possible.

        I don't know how to check customer ID in net banking system

        I have moved out of India so not using my Axis Bank Credit Card since long time. Since i am outside india i am unable to reach to customer care representative through IVRS.

        Please suggest me a way to cancel the credit card through registered e-mail ID by writing to Axis Bank.

          I have tried to change my address in the bank app..It wasn't possible so i went to the bank and it... yet the address has been not changed... Im hating the service if the bank..

            I open my saving bank account and deposited 10000 cheque into it as my account get activated i started getting msgs from bank about my cheques clearing status but when chque got cleared they didint informed me about it and deducted rs 270 from it without any msgs or any intimation and when i ask about my balance n clearance of cheque and about deducting my money without informing me the very rud employee of bank tell me to close my account.
            Veryyy poor communication... Veryy bad service

            I opened the Axis ASAP account and deposited Rs 2000 in it on 26 March. I got the message that account has been debited and Account Closure Proceeds to DD Acct. on 28 March. Where my money has been gone.

              Our company office at chawari market there for we generally goes to chawri bazar branch which is very close to us.
              Mr. Rohit jain and diwakar choudhary are the employee in your chawri bazar branch they offer us to change all our accounts in chawari bazar branch but
              We refuse to change the address as their is no forex trading in this branch and now they refuse to do our work by saying go in your home branch.
              Please suggest us what we should do now?.

                    Axis bank collection agency has mindless people who all are bloody # female those who not able to speak or treat customer in proper way they does not have even seance how to handle customer if customer has telling the issue but they are calling like weird language. I would like to tel to all people who will b applying personal loan with axis bank please do not go with the axis bank.
                    Today i got call from ms afrin she was spoke like criminal. Soon i will put this issue in to news paper if axis bank will fail to take action against her. She is bloody # like she was talking this is the word is not enough about her.

                      I have send mail but mail didn't sent due to axis bank's worst internet services. They might have some internal server issue.

                      I have often face these types of problem with axis bank, and the main problem is when we need urgent online transaction, this type of nonsense always they did.

                      Please resolve this issue asap...

                        Rs 590 have been deducted from my account as consolidated charges. And axis bank internet banking is also not opening. I want my deducted amount back to my account. Very poor service from axis bank. I have maintained the balance of rs 10000, but still they have deducted. I had got a message to maintain 10000 rs till within the end of march, before that i had maintained but still they deducted the amount. Very unsatisfied with axis bank. Their mobile banking app is also not working.

                            We make a payment on amazon through axis bank debit card then we cancelled the order with the amount 12990rs. And 10 days ago we process this. Amazon has make payment to ur bank but ur bank has not credit balancen my account and also not the customer service is responding... Its really ashemedful and disappointing that a reputed bank is doing these type of little mistake

                              This is suyash nayak, my complaint is about upi for my axis bank account.
                              When i am linking my axis saving account with upi using any app like bhim, axis mobile banking app, google pay, phone pe and paytm through my registered mobile number its shows two bank account in axis bank even i have only one account with axis bank which is my salary account. Now i'm getting frustrated because of i this issue much time i had met with the branch manager of vijay nagar indore branch. But nothing happens they only say that we can't help you in this case & i have also e-mailed to their customer support team their system email i got which reply me that your issue will be resolved in 2 days but now 2 weeks ago nothing happened i am just waiting waiting & waiting.                                 Sir/madam, i have purchased credit card from axis bank on 25.03.2019.in 29.03.2019 i have received message from ecpp assistance for your credit card account debited 1, 649/- by ecpp assistance. Without my permission one assist charged 1649/- from my credit card account after that i have called one assist but no response, kindly cancel the insurance policy and refund the amount.                                   I was selected for axis bank young bankers program june 2018 batch. We were asked to deposit caution money of rs 10000. I deposited the amount but due to some personal issues could not continue with the program. I notified the concerned person via email and asked how to get the caution money back. They sid that it'll be refunded after 4 months. But so many time has passed but i haven't yet received my money back. Emailed them a few times no response. I would just like to know how can i get my money back. I am attaching the receipt of the money deposited..

                                  I just wanted to update that I received a fraud call this morning claiming to deposit the said amount in my account asking for my atm, pin etc.. just want to say to beware of such calls as the chances of getting trapped is pretty high

                                    Vaibhav garg employee of axis bank swasthya vihar branch this guy has been given an application for changing the sighn and mobile no of saving a/c of monica singhal. On the date 5/10/2018. He has promised to me that this work will be done in 7 working days, we have given a complained letter to the manager of swasthya vihar branch for the same but still this work is pending we face problem in every cheque issued by us.

                                      Amount deducted from savings account but party (Goibibo) not received the amount. Copy of the transaction attached (Photo). I have received message from goibibo that they had not received the money of given copy of photo transaction and book air ticket again. Kindly give status of above transaction as my account shows deducted amount from my saving bank account. Please do the needful at earliest. Amount for rs 83856/- deducted for above transaction.

                                      There is a kind of mess at the side of

                                      1. Reseve Bank of India due to inconsistances with the status of "saving" and "current" account in their rules .

                                      2. Poor level of software as of June 2018 had been seen

                                      3. Poor customers support, without the devices related to customers line managemnt, not "stay in line",
                                      in India in XXI century.

                                      4. Poor management in most district offices of India, which I had attended: no basic knowladge of at least 2 official languages and no knowlaege of basic Customer related law.

                                        I am axis bank credit catd holder. I settled my credit card bill in 3 emi but due to medical emergency i unable to pay third emi which is 48800.
                                        But now if requested bank to resettled my balence bill they refuse. And start harasment me.
