    Hi, 4 months ago i opened my account in axis bank. Today i got a message of consolidated a/c charges. It's debited ₹140.00 and 25.09 for gst without my knowledge. I want my money back and let me know the exact reason of consolidated a/c charges. This is not the correct way of debiting money without informing the member. For this nonsense gst cutting also included.

      I have a savings account which was today deducted with 5215rs as consolidated charges plus gst 938rs. The account was a salary account with earlier company where i worked. I visited the axis bank branch at janakpuri district center, delhi on 16th march, 2019 to deposit the money. My account balance shown to me on the app was negative of 215rs and the same was confirmed to me by the bank executive at the branch as well. I enquired that i want to deposit 20, 000rs and other than the negative balance there will be no other charges. The bank executive assured me the same thing. I deposited the amount and after 6 hours i am receiving debit messages of 5215rs and gst 938rs on this charges as well. This is against the fair practices of bank. The bank executive must have informed about these charges and they have failed to do so otherwise why would i deposit the money just to get money debited again. This is a fraudulent activity on behalf of axis bank and i am not complying with this.

      i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 914.55 rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges.& GST charges 164.62 rs.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples

          Hi, i have saving account in axis bank, my account consisting of 3000rs in axis bank has been deducted the amount of rs 1895 in the name of consildated charge and 341 rs in the name of gst charges 18%, the total amount of rs2236 rs has been deducted from my account eith out any information or permissionand the amount left in the bank account is 1285. Please help me to get money back. This bank is cutting innocent peoples amount from their bank account balances with out informing the persons.

            This bank is daily deducting one or other charges as if it is theire own money. Till now in one week they debited around 5000 rs. With various name.. What this bank is doing? Pls. Check. Such thing is not happening in other banks. This is completely rough handling of things without any intimation. Conduct inquiry on this bank mass deduction. And do needful for full refund.

              Respected sir,
              I am a resident of bhopal. I am writing this letter about my complain on deduction of consolidated charges from your side. I am highly disappointed and upset since i saw a message from your side which included a deduction of 483 rs from my account which unfortunately only had a total of 1000rs. Now u may imagine how i would have felt.
              This deduction had been a frequent sight to be seen since last many months.
              Rest i would just like to say please return my money as soon as possible and stop this deduction

                Same incident happened to me on 9 march, 2019.. At 4:34 pm nine unauthorized transactions happened from my account by itunes.com debiting 10, 606.16 rupees without any otp. The card got blocked automatically after those transactions.. I dont have an iphone. I have submitted my documents. But still didn't get my temporary credit... Again on 14 march at 4:34pm itunes.com tried to debit 966 rupees twice but as my card is blocked, the transactions couldn't happen.. Hope the axis bank resolves this issue of itunes.com and refund our money back as soon as possible orelse they are gonna lose the trust of the customers.. They said it takes 30 days to investigate but i hope they resolve this much sooner.

                  I tried to apply for new chequebook by net banking and atm, but it was showing lien reason code. Then i got to know that there is any lien amount on my account.
                  I credited my account with rs 5500 and now i have balance around 7000 then why it is not going good. Due to lien amount i cannot apply for new chequebook.

                  I have salary account in Axis Bank, Usmanpura. Since 5 years. Salary transaction every month is quite sufficient. Now I am in urgent need for cheque book because my employer wants cheque as collateral security (for work from home), but axis Bank is not at all giving me new cheque book. I visited home branch, though waste of time. I applied from axis Bank App. It shows, Lian reason code. As I am not able to request new cheque book. Noone has clear answer . Neither customer care centre nor home branch. Sometimes it shows my cheque book request submitted and now it shows Lian reason code
                  Since ten days I am waiting for the solution. After few days my salary will be credited in axis Bank but I am confident the issue will remain unsolved. Axis Bank customer care representative told that every third and fourth Saturday of month clears all the Lian of account holders. Fourth Saturday already gone last month . Though still my account shows Lian reason code. I want new cheque book. And solve this otherwise I have to close my account .

                    Being an asst manager doesn’t know how to deal with customers never n ever met such personality worst experience i had ever not at all interested to be part of axis being polite showing his aggressive nature very glad to meet such personalities initially which helped me to decide wether to continue r not very disgusting

                    Reckless answering,

                    Blaming customer for his wrong doing,
                    Very politely showing his frustration

                    I never n ever met such personality in my life finally after being patience my work completed

                    Now I decided that this is my first n last relationship ship with axis
                    I never want to maintain any relation with axis in future such impression created by him

                      The loan got approved on 11th march however the demand draft did not reach me yet. Today is 15th march, the axis bank people do not have any clue regarding the dd. When i called the sales person, she is not picking the call. Spoke to assistant manager of axis bank regarding the same however he blocked my calls. Who i need to complain on this. I need to escalate this.

                        I have two accounts with axis bank. One saving and the other current account. Since around 10 months there has been huge deductions from both my accounts. On asking my concerned executive i was not given any satisfactory answer. I was told that 750 would be deducted from my current account non maintenance but more than 2000 was charged. For ecs return they have charged 2800. When i deposit money for ecs and remi the charges are deducted and emi remains unpaid pushing me to subsequent penalty. My hard earned money for fulfilling my daily needs is subjected to deductions and i am submerged in negative balance.
                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get back my hard earned mo money.

                          Hi.. 3 transactions have been done from my axis bank account dated 15th march 2019. I dint receive any otp for that transcation. I had received messages when trasaction had been processed.
                          All three transcation info like this info: pur/itunes.com/bill/itunes.com/itunes.com/bill/.

                          Amount debitef from my account was 10000 inr. Card dispute form has been submitted at my nearest branch of axis.
                          What should i do next??

                            I had added amount of rs. 2229 in paytm and it was declined by the bank due to server problem.
                            The amount was not credited to my paytm account and it was deducted from my bank account.
                            I called paytm customer care and they said me to contact axis bank customer care.
                            I called axis bank customer care and they were unable to help me with the same.
                            I am attaching the screenshots in here so that the axis bank representatives are reminded about this issue.
                            I need the amount asap as i've to pay someone on an urgent basis.

                              This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                              I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 30 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                  Within 2 minutes 12 transactions were made on itunes.com...

                                  I got sms alerts like..

                                  Your a/c xxxx is debited with inr 483.35 on[protected]:34:29 a/c bal is inr xxxx info: pur/itunes.com/bill/itunes.com/itunes.com/bill/seq no[protected]. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                                  So i immediately called bank and asked them to block my card and lodged a complaint for this. Now bank is asking to submit documents and prove that on the given date i was not out of india..

                                  Request axis bank to take action and reverse the amount

                                    I have applied on march 2nd 2019 for my zone credit card. I have got the reference number and ihave checked even in axis bank website by giving my pan and mobile number. Its showing like ur card has been approved. But still i didnt received my credit card.in mobile app its showing it has been activated. But i still didnt received yet. I have given correct address but in app in showing half address only but pin code is correct. If i call them it will be coming wait athey were telling. I dont know what to do?

                                    I tried to open an axis bank ASAP account using aadhar and pan card details, each and everytime, it says either aadhar database is not working or the main issue i.e pan not found in itd database ..wat am I supposed to do to open an axis ASAP account...is there any solution or is the app always like that ...axis bank please do something immediately

                                      Hi sir,

                                      My name is vijayakumar reddy vakati, i have been a loyal customer to axis bank from last 5 years.

                                      Hope you are the highest authority to tell my concern so that you can help me on this.

                                      I have been provoked, cheated and bluffed by axis bank executives and managers multiple times, i had a due amount of 1 lakh 5 thousand in the month of august 2018 as i have few family medical issues so that i haven't paid. I got a call from farooq from axis bank legal team he called me and asked me to pay only the credit card amount which is 87k and the remaining interest he said he will do get reversal for me before paying i have called and checked with his manager bala kumaran who is a manager in axis bank bala kumaran said do what farook is saying he will do the need full. Based on this assurance i have paid 87k but after paying the amount no one answered my calls and messages.

                                      The very next month there is guy called santhosh soundarajan manager from kodambakam branch. I told him the background and explained him what happened in the last month after that he said me to 1060 rupees after that no need to pay anything after that i have paid and i have his call recordings. There is next month another manager called me and asked me to pay 1060 again and said no need to pay after that i have paid it, even then also i am getting calls i have escalated it to axis bank customer care they took all the managers in to conference and balakumaran said he will look in to this after pongal and help me to sort this out but he is not answering my calls.

                                      I am ready to pay the interest amount what i had in month of august 2018 which is 12 k due to the wrong commitment and wrong guidance of your axis bank employees it got increased to 27 k now i am not in a place to pay 27 k.

                                      I am attaching the chat for your reference what i had with your axis bank executive. I am not able to attach the call recordings with this email please let me know is there any way to share them with you.

                                      Request you to kindly look into this and help me to resolve this issue and let me know how to proceed further.

                                      My mother has one account with Axis Bank and we are seeing it is deducting INR 1899 in the name of One Assist Services. We dont know what is that and we dont want to pay money for the service we dont want. Please return my money you debited from my mother's account. Let me know what information you need for further processing.

                                        I would like to draw your kind attention toward unauthorized transactions that was done from my mother’s account which she realized later. She is having an account with axis bank and in the month of july’2018 & august’2018 a total of rupees. 1, 48, 050 (One lakh forty eight thousand and fifty) got debited from her account. She has never used paytm neither created any account on paytm so far. Below are the transaction details for your reference:-

                                        I am Bolla chowdary 151918 axis bank area manager my father admires in kims hospital Rajamehdravaram for dialysis problem. But Kims super speciality hospital is Not in Network list . It's becoming difficult for us to go for Cashless facility . Kindly do the needful asap.
