I had submitted ecs cancellation form to axis bank (Branch address: #369, c. T. Bed extension, banashankari, 2nd stage, banashankari uti bank ltd, n. D. Stage, bengaluru, karnataka 560070, india), its been almost 6 months it has not been cancelled, i have been charged 500/- rs + gst every month for cheque bounce since then, due to negligence of axis bank customer representative, i am charged 500/- for the last 6 months, how do i get back my money of no fault of mine. How this issue can be solved.

I have opened tha asap account and i deposited 1000rs and today i got the message that my among was debited and account was deactivated how it happen with my permission and i want my amount and ensure account will become active my customer id is[protected]
