Dear sir,

I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected] i recently received a bill of amount rs. 60000

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 30 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

      Within 2 minutes 12 transactions were made on itunes.com...

      I got sms alerts like..

      Your a/c xxxx is debited with inr 483.35 on[protected]:34:29 a/c bal is inr xxxx info: pur/itunes.com/bill/itunes.com/itunes.com/bill/seq no[protected]. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

      So i immediately called bank and asked them to block my card and lodged a complaint for this. Now bank is asking to submit documents and prove that on the given date i was not out of india..

      Request axis bank to take action and reverse the amount

        I have applied on march 2nd 2019 for my zone credit card. I have got the reference number and ihave checked even in axis bank website by giving my pan and mobile number. Its showing like ur card has been approved. But still i didnt received my credit card.in mobile app its showing it has been activated. But i still didnt received yet. I have given correct address but in app in showing half address only but pin code is correct. If i call them it will be coming wait athey were telling. I dont know what to do?

        I tried to open an axis bank ASAP account using aadhar and pan card details, each and everytime, it says either aadhar database is not working or the main issue i.e pan not found in itd database ..wat am I supposed to do to open an axis ASAP account...is there any solution or is the app always like that ...axis bank please do something immediately

          Hi sir,

          My name is vijayakumar reddy vakati, i have been a loyal customer to axis bank from last 5 years.

          Hope you are the highest authority to tell my concern so that you can help me on this.

          I have been provoked, cheated and bluffed by axis bank executives and managers multiple times, i had a due amount of 1 lakh 5 thousand in the month of august 2018 as i have few family medical issues so that i haven't paid. I got a call from farooq from axis bank legal team he called me and asked me to pay only the credit card amount which is 87k and the remaining interest he said he will do get reversal for me before paying i have called and checked with his manager bala kumaran who is a manager in axis bank bala kumaran said do what farook is saying he will do the need full. Based on this assurance i have paid 87k but after paying the amount no one answered my calls and messages.

          The very next month there is guy called santhosh soundarajan manager from kodambakam branch. I told him the background and explained him what happened in the last month after that he said me to 1060 rupees after that no need to pay anything after that i have paid and i have his call recordings. There is next month another manager called me and asked me to pay 1060 again and said no need to pay after that i have paid it, even then also i am getting calls i have escalated it to axis bank customer care they took all the managers in to conference and balakumaran said he will look in to this after pongal and help me to sort this out but he is not answering my calls.

          I am ready to pay the interest amount what i had in month of august 2018 which is 12 k due to the wrong commitment and wrong guidance of your axis bank employees it got increased to 27 k now i am not in a place to pay 27 k.

          I am attaching the chat for your reference what i had with your axis bank executive. I am not able to attach the call recordings with this email please let me know is there any way to share them with you.

          Request you to kindly look into this and help me to resolve this issue and let me know how to proceed further.

            I would like to draw your kind attention toward unauthorized transactions that was done from my mother’s account which she realized later. She is having an account with axis bank and in the month of july’2018 & august’2018 a total of rupees. 1, 48, 050 (One lakh forty eight thousand and fifty) got debited from her account. She has never used paytm neither created any account on paytm so far. Below are the transaction details for your reference:-

              Sir, i have use the axis bank atm card in icici bank atm (Khatipura road, near nbc factory, jaipur, rajasthan) on dated 13.03.2019 at 19.27 hrs for with drawing the amount of rs. 5000/- but during dispersing i have got only rs. 4700/- only. But the receipt shows the full amount of rs. 5000/-. Again i have withdraw rs 500/- and get the same at this time. Please help me to get my balance rs. 300/- from icici bank.

                I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks
                They also deducted 500 rs and many more money without any purpose

                  Dear sir,
                  As per discussion with bank personel (Mr. Rajib sarkar, manager-recoveries, # [protected]), regarding the closure of my loan account no - ppr[protected] by part payment in (2 step), he messaged me a rectified foreclosure amount of rs-125556/-.
                  I already have deposited the foreclosure amount rs-125556/- in (2 step) of rs-65000/-on 29-oct-2018 and rs-60556/- on 28-nov-2018 that is before the end date (That is 30-nov-2018) as mentioned in the mail by mr rajib sarkar as a foreclosure statement and send him the deposit receipt on the respective days.

                  I was informed that it will take a time duration of 45 days for the noc, but i did not received any document via mail or any other means even after 45 days.
                  So after around 60 days i again contacted mr. Rajib sarkar, manager-recoveries, regarding the closure status and noc and this time as per the telephonic discussion, i was informed that he will check with his ho regarding the closure status and noc and i will be updated by him.

                  But today is the 113th day but till now i have not received any document by mail or any other means regarding the closure status or noc of my lone account, but at the same time, within last 53 days i have called and tried to contacted him several times via telephone and whatsaap text messge but i am unable to get his attention or any response from him so that i am unable to understand the closure status of the loan account, about noc and cibil status.
                  I also have attached the received copies of money deposit slip, my account details and a snap shot of his mail here again for your reference, which i already have sent him before.

                  Therefore i request you to be kind enough to understand my issue and resolve the same for which i shall be highly obliged to you.

                    I would like to inform you that. I was doing 10 thousand withdraw from sbi bank atm harijan basti seelampur location.

                    But when i was doing 1st transaction of 10 thousand amount that was successfully done and 2nd transaction also done.

                    But when i was create 3rd transaction of same amount and put the amount in atm machine, then while the counting money in inside atm machine, then same time atm light is cut i did not get my money.

                    I had wait inside atm approx. 20 min, then light was come again, then machine automatically come on working mode. Till then my amount is debited from my account. But that time i am not received the amount against this transaction..

                    The issue created was 31 january 2019 time approx. 7pm to 8pm.

                    Note:- i have already raised complaint to axis bank cc team.

                    Complaint number: - [protected],

                    Sometime latter against this complaint number i found msg from axis/sbi side they said to me the transaction is being done same day. Then i asked about evidence. Then axis bank customer care again give me new complaint number for evidence and they want time approx. 17 days. Second complaint number is this ([protected]),

                    After 20 days later i had call again to axis bank about complaint status. But they told me your compliant has been rejected, you need to go your branch.

                    After 1 days later i had visit to branch and meet to mr (Vivu) axix bank jyoti nagar branch 110093 new delhi,

                    But mr vivu told me you can raised the fir, we are unable to help in this matter,

                    *i am very harassment from both bank side,
                    *if the no putting inverter in your atm machine it’s your fault
                    *where is my mistake

                    Please take it matter seriously and close it asap.

                    I have used credit card ending with6584 with register mobile no [protected] for purchases of phone through flipkart. I have opted emi facility. Please tell me why 354 charges deducted from my credit card without any reason

                          Please do needful to close axis bank credit card issued by your bank. The credit card not even activated by me till date. It can be missed used since i have no use of it. Even at the time of issue, i have denied to accept in written, your executive reply me to accept it, since it is issued for three years and has no annual cost. I have not used it till date, so i decide to surrender it.

                            Actually i'm open a axis asap online account of branch sector 18 noida.
                            I go to the branch and i submit my pan and aadhaar copy while doing the k. Y. C of my
                            Account why it should be closed.
                            I got a message on 7.3.19 that sorry we have to closed your account due to some kyc issue.
                            But i also get a message on 8.3.19 that if
                            You avoid to close your account than please visit any axis bank branch for biometeric kyc.
                            I just want to know that can i activate my
                            Account or not.

                              Respected sir, i link my aadhaar no.[protected] to my sbi account no. [protected] after that axis bank said to register my aadhaar no. To its account no. [protected], after my aadhaar linkage to axis bank, from sbi accoount linkage has been rejected by napi. Now i am in trouble because i have given sbi bank account for lpg subsidy to my lpg dealer. So please delink my aadhaar no. From axis bank account, so that i can link it again to my sbi account for getting lpg subsidy.

                                    On feb 18th 2019, i was contacted by one of your colleagues named swathi[protected] and yashwanth[protected] who offered me and my sister for a deputy manager and assistant manager posting for which i was asked to pay rs. 43900 for the below account numbers [protected] - kotak mahindra bank in ghaziabad and [protected] (Mahesh kumar) - state bank of india meerut in 3 dues. I was told that if the offer is not taken then the money i paid will be returned within 5 to 7 working days. As i was not satisfied with the offer since more money was demanded in the 4th due as usd 500$ so i couldn't take up thee offer and asked them to pay my money back. But it has almost been 10 days where there is no response for my texts or calls. Please assist me with the procedure to get my money back as soon as possible.

                                      Sorry, i am unable to find a customer care email and no on your website, this is in regards to credit card settlement. I can pay 20% of my outstanding bill amount. I shall clear the same within the next 11 business days. More than 20% is not affordable from my end. Kindly understand my situation and help me settle this amicably within the next few days.

                                        Hello! Your a/c no. 200954 has been debited by rs. 118 on 11 mar19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                                        I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                                        Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?
