Hello,

Reporting this issue here after its being not taken care by Axis Bank Pune Branch East Street. Below are details for which issue is filed for:

Acc Name: Bees Home Collection
Acc Number: [protected]
Acc Type: Curent AccounAccount closing request made on:29.04.2015
Account cheque book and debit card submitted to bank on: 29.04.2015
Remainder account withdrawn as per bank request on: 29.04.2015 at branch ATM machine.
Handler name: Ravi Kant

So the issue is about non functioning of the branch in regards to termination procedure of the above mentioned account even after applying to close account on 29.04.2015. The bank staff even asked to withdraw the remaining amount at Branch ATM before submitting the debit card along with remaining cheque book. The date was 29.04.2015, and we were told account closure is done as there was no objection related to account and no dues.

Now nearly a year and half later client came to know that account was not closed, when client approached bank to check that a wrongly sent payment to this old account (by a client of the firm Bees Home Collection) and it did not bounce back to user like it happens in case of payment made to wrong account number. The bank staff, namely Rahul Deshmukh and Sushil Lunavat, informed proprietor Bees Home Collection that submit and letter with details and they would surely get the issue resolved within a couple of weeks as soon as demonetization rush was calmed down. the application attached to this complaint, which was given to bank on 12.11.2016

And after a month passed and still issue unresolved and the payment of INR 20000.00 not returned to concerned party, proprietor Bees Home Collection made various attempts to contact the bank branch over the issue and nothing happened. This was reported to Bank support email for which below pasted response was received.

Being know, that demonetization had been taking toll on all banking institutions for few months, proprietor of account did not rush to bank window everyday understanding importance of the demonetization over the petite issue of INR 20000.00

There was no response/updates from the bank for months and Bees Home Collection adjusted off the INR 20000.00 for the client in his next purchases as it did not want to lose a client which is hard to make, and bank staff does not understand this. There were few more approaches made towards the issue to bank branch and all in vain.

Please suggest how to proceed with a legal action against the Bank and its staff mentioned above for not resolving the issue. In times when India is preparing for bring up small entrepreneurs such banking issues will always hold them back.

I am writing this on behalf of the senior citizen lady (proprietor of the Bees Home Collection) whose all attempts made at branch went in vain. I will make sure that this money is refunded to her with all dues interests. Consumer cannot be held responsible for non/under performance of any Bank Staffer. With all payment documents (cheque books)and ATM cards submitted to bank what usage was the current account to anyone? Please explain this Axis Bank?

Also the video footage of the date mentioned was declined to be checked by bank branch the day when account closure and the last transaction that was done on Branch ATM as requested by Bank Staff. This would have cleared that the bank was at fault for which a senior citizen was being harassed by the Bank Authorities.

    I m from kota rajasthan
    I want to complain against the head manager, ashish baandha, axis bank limited, jhalawar road, opposite to city mall, kota rajasthan.
    Sir on[protected] at 9.45 am when i went to this branch wid my 14 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son to make their aadhar card, face very very very rude behavior of bank manager, he thetring me to see among my children.
    I request to managment to take a strong step to such type of employee otherwise i will take a judiciary step towards this person asweel as bank managment.
    One thing i wan to to tell thah i'm a customer of axis bank from last 10 yrs.

        I seema bartwal am submitting the following few lines to your notice for favour of kind consideration.

        I have a bank of baroda account whose debit card i
        Operated at the axis bank atm on 16.11 on feb 18, 2019 at brij vihar ghaziabad up 201011 for with drawl of rs.2000/- amount. The transaction was declined due to some technical error on screen but the amount of rs.2000/- was deducted from my account with out receipt of cash whose message i received at 16:53

        Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs.2000/- to my account. You must have the logs of the atm located in this area 201011 up. I went as there was an error but after an hour i received a message of money deducted which is not even credited till now.

        I am informing axis bank as the defaulter atm was of axis due to which i am suffering but i need my money back.

          Just got a call from axis bank ([protected]) kodambakkam branch, named as dhanya, asking to accept the credit card which is life time validity and there i got a otp from axis bank for credit card acceptance.. And they asked for otp which i received in my registered mobile no. Unknowingly i said the otp, which i received and they asked for my mother name and said that too.. And they ended up with saying that i ll receive it within 2dys and requested to accept it.. Having doubt that it might be a fake call.. Please clarify it.

            Axis bank associates have done fraud with me in the name of personal loan.

            The associatives called me and offered loan with low ROI of 10.99% without any processing fee. After submitting my documents, they told me different ROI 11.25% because of pay values are low.

            However, while agreement time, they provided bond with 13.25% and when i called them for confirmation, they told me, you will get weiver off and ROI will become 11.50% once you signed on agreement. I believed in their false promise and i signed on agreement and provided bank cheques. Moreover they told me, you will receive a confirmation call but i haven't received any confirmation call.
            I got a mail for insurance confirmation. I confirmed saying no insurance required.

            Without my confirmation or verification call, they processed and disbursed a loan of 6 lacs with processing charges as well as ROI of 13.25% whatever available in agreement.

            Now I want to cancel my loan because of the false promises given by axis bank associatives. This is not at all acceptable.

            Please help on this.

              590 rs was deducted from my account.without any intimation.i have been calling to customer care since y.day one of the executive "NASEEM".she said we give me a call from escalation dept. i haven't received a single from team.
              pathetic response.even today i called to customer care, and call has been dropped. worst experience of customer care.i will go to your nodel officer at any cost. if the issue is not solved...

                My Account is charged with Rs 500 plus 18 percent every month by consolidated charge for Ac.After speaking to customer care exec, they informed me that the charges are for not maintaining Monthly Average Balance. First of all i was not at all aware that my account is short of fund, looking to my account statement it had fund of more than Rs 8K at that time and for not maintaining avg balance which is only short for about Rs 1 to 2k, my account was charged for more than 10000k over period of time. All this time my account was charged with monthly charges which i was unaware neither did the bank felt to inform me by any of the ways like SMS, Email or call, etc.The bank kept on charging me even after my account gone negative. By viewing my account today i came to know about the act. On speaking to Cust Care Rep they say that my account is not activated with SMS Alert so i didnt recvd the alert .Earlier i was receiving the alert, i dont believe when did this got deactivated which they say that it was not activated since the account opening and it was mentioned in the welcome kit that the customer has to maintain the average balance. The question is not of SMS alert activation or not but the real question is whenever there is a charges like this, charged to customer it is the duty of the bank to keep the customer informed about this and take his consent. In my case i could have easily maintin the balance but i was not aware of the shortage. I is very disappointing that the bank kept on charging for almost a year. To make you understand what customer i am would share a scenario, I also have axis bank credit card and you can check my statement that i have kept Rs 3 to 5 K money excess for so many years. which last year the bank has refunded in the normal saving account.

                If the bank insists that it was clearly written in the welcome kit about the non maintaining the account as said earlier then i would like to know that when it was written that the bank would be charging Quaterly balance then now why are they charging on monthly basis when it was also not mentioned in the welcome kit.
                I demand reversal for the charged money as a i was unaware of the situation and condition of the account.

                  My name is Roushan.I have my account with axis bank and they deduct 6683 as consolidated charges and 1202 as gst.How can they charge like this.This is just so much socking.7885 is a huge amount.i want to know.

                    mobile number update for online transactions

                    I already registered my mobile number. When i do a payment through paytm by debit card but i can't get otp for payment and i get a message of 'mobile number is not updated for online transactions'. If i add my axis bank account in bhim axis pay, but i get a message 'your account is not fetch with your mobile number. But i also update my mobile number in axis bank account. I can't do any payment in paytm, google pay, bhim, samsung pay etc....

                    Loan is active allmost one and one and half year most importent subject is loan instolment ecs date is - every month date off 5 but last instolment is cut is after 5 that is in my ac bal is low only rs 2000 and ecs is bounce and second time is passed after 5 days

                      My previous salary account with axis bank was deactivated and its now with negative balance. I wish to activate the account, do i need to pay the negative balance amount? Why axis bank has charged penalty for salary account. My debit is also freeze, i now rbi has long back in 2014 asked banks to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance in the account reaches 0.

                          Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted month of nov 2018 rs.600+108 (Gst), month of dec 2018 rs.1210+217 (Gst) and also momth of jan 2019 rs.150+27 (Gst) from my account written as consolidated charges. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples

                            I have an axis account since past 3 years as a salary account. I have left the job for some problem and i was not able to maintained the minimum balance. Now axis has deducted 4000 as consolidate charges. This is really not acceptable to deduct this much amount. And axis bank employee are not helpful at all. I went to nearby bank and i inform that my card is not working they said they that could be atm machine. They could have informed about everything but not. I need a reverse back in my account.

                              Dear axis bank,

                              Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rs 354 as card annual charges from my account and consolidated charges of 1655 (Including gst tax) at 2am mid night on sunday.
                              I thought to transfer some amount to crpf wives welfare association. But how can we if our bank itself are looting in different different way. They are looting us indirectly in the name services.

                              I believe it can be solve soon.

                                I have a salary account from last 8 months. And it has no minimum balance criteria. Suddenly the bank debited my account by re 1500 as consolidated charges. This amount is huge. Please refund my money.. Please give me the feedback soon. The bank don't give us any information about their charges, suddenly they debited a huge money from our account and it's a very bad manner i think.

                                  I send tha maney in an another account and tha fund does not transfer and deduct in my account i complaint before but not responce of any call and complain fornm and no sms of this matter check my account an tha problem solve quick i camplain 1 before but no response did comes i call alredy in custumer care but he say that wait for some days 2-3 and it may be network problem but this is tha matter of 6 feb

                                    Hi, i have salary account. For past few months from my account money is deducted for consolidated charges and leaves my account with zero balance. Every month 200 to 800 rupees deducted as consolidated charges with gst. Evey middle of the month it's happening with out any detailed information. I need the valid reason with explanation for what it was deducted and refund me.
