Dear sir
I have wrongly transferred rs 12870 to shazab khan axis bank account through my payzapp wallet. I have already informed my home branch axis i. E.. Karol bagh branch but not yet any action has been taken. I have already raised a complaint in payzaap (Hdfc) but they have replied me that amount has been credited to axis bank account holder so we cant do anything now. Plase check the details for fund transfer done by me. Please take neccessary action to refund my money.

    I have never taken any loan from axis bank and they have been continuously calling me in spite of reminding them and submitting them with proofs that i am not a axis bank loan customer. Inspire of repeated mails and intimation to the phone banking team to stop forwarding calls to my number for loan repayment. Today i receive this message/ sms:

    “dear customer, lien of rs. Marked in your sb account ending with towards bounce charges due in loan a/c ending with.in case of any query kindly write to us at www.axisbank.com/Support. lien amount will be debited from your account after 2 days. Kindly ignore if already paid.”

    This is blasphemy as i have not been associated with axis bank for any loan transactions. I have repeatedly said it’s very inconvenient to have receive such irresponsible vehement calls and sms. Axis bank loan records have wrongly updated my mobile number with some other person with the name of ronak person whom i have never heard of. My mobile number is registered with my aadhaar card and other kycs. This shows that they have failed to check the authenticity and verify the mobile number to whoever person they have given the loan. I have submitted the proofs of my authenticity and my mobile number by submitting my bank statements as well. But yet they have not updated their system and continuously are giving calls and the person on the other side speaks very rudely.

    This is my final request to please remove my mobile number from any loan records, as none belongs to me.

      Hello there,

      One of my friend having account (Acc no [protected]) in your bank at ahmedabad. Today she checked statement and found that around 4300 rs cut by bank as a consolidated charges (I think it was for a not maintaining minimum balance as per new rule).

      But when you transfer salary account into saving account, you must need to inform customer first either in msg or mail. And when you apply charges at that time also you need to send mail or msg.

      Very disappointed service from bank. I also have an account in your bank, how can we going long with this type of worst service.

      If you won't provide proper solution then we won't hesitate to take legal action.

        Recently I joined a company that provided me a salary account of axis bank (begumpet branch Hyderabad pincode 500016).I used it for small transactions, without any notifications it is showing -489Rs.
        I think it is converted from salary account to savings account.
        Even one month salary also not credited on it.
        please suggest me to make my account again to salary account.
        My first salary will be credits on 7th February 2019, beofore that I expect solution. I expect call from begumpet Hyderabad branch to me with best solution.

          Dear sir,

          my name is vikas agarwal and i have a credit card no **** **** **** 0990 of axis bank

          on dated 6/12/2018 when i tried to recharge my phone for rs 35/- the transaction was decline by bank 3 times

          for decline of the transaction, i suddenly contact customer care then i realize my credit card was already blocked by bank from mid night because there were three international transaction done by my card value of $200, $20 and $10 respectively

          a have already submit police complaint, dispute form and incident latter

          my complaint no is 46938091 date 6/12/2018 and document received ref. no.46970322

          i have not received any refund till now only receive just temporary credit limit

          kindly solve my problem as early as possible

          I don't know this I happened by the consumer forum or axis Bank

            Today around 2:00 pm ist i got an text on my phone by axis bank about detection of rs.1455 from brn-pymt-card-45145*3 and i don't have any idea about the detection so i called to axis bank helpline for the query, they told me that the amount is detected from the bank for credit card minimum due payment which i understand and checked my bank phone app (Most of the time this app doesn't work, because of this i was not able to pay the payment) and there in the credit card section nothing is mention about the payment and not even updated, its still showing the same numbers. So then again i called to the bank this time i called to credit card helpline and there i got to know is that this deduction is not by them so they can't help as it was done by saving account department when i told them about that whole phone conversation with saving account helpline the credit card department didn't give me any clarification.

            Please help me for my query why my money is deducted in the first place and if it is for credit card minimum due amount payment then why its not updated in the a/c.

                    We wanted to open a joint account in axis bank. We stay nearby chamrajpet and we thought axis bank is nearest to us so we approached the bank persons working in chamrajpet branch and then when my brother showed interest in being part of axis bank as premium customer they were interested and talking properly but soon my brother after coming home he had called an executive from axis bank and thought to open a normal joint account and from their problem started bank people who took responsibility of opening our account dint show much interest in answering the question we had related to amount of money needed to open this joint account minimum balance which need to maintain and other stuff the executive who was sent home is a new joinee employee in bank he don't have much idea he called his senior who sometime back was speaking good as soon as he got know we don't want to be premium member just a joint account needed and instead of answering our question properly he said i[censored] want u open the account else leave it. We then called the bank manager of that branch who apologised us and told we will take care of it and next time it won't happen. When after few days when we now plan to open a joint account with same bank they are saying we need address proff of all three person in same address (Which earlier they never said) they said one address proof is enough to be on same address rest pan card is fine. The executive who had come to collect the document told that now a days opening a bank account has become so difficult because of lor of rules we follow. I completely respect the rules but the information was never given clear to us. Finally we decided to open a single account who's address proof is in current address and then they agreed and 10k cheque which was given by my brother name he took it and went and told all will be done soon by thursday max and by next week wednesday il receive the kit but after 1 or 2 hour he called me and said sir we need check from your bank only because someone else bank it doesn't work. This information also they dint give earlier and i dono why it is like this. If someone want to open a new account if he don't have money from other bank how will he give?? I was really frustrated but controlled myself and immediately gave 10k cheque to him from my other bank. I hope by thursday my account wil be open.

                    Honestly the pain we went through this hectic process of opening a bank account in axis bank was very painful. I hope by thursday they don't tell me any other reason to not to open my account their.

                      It has been around one and half month since i submitted my signed documents for one of axis bank branch indore for processing home loan on behalf of myself.
                      since then loan has not approved and disbursed yet. And by looking their attitude it would not disburse in coming 1 or 2 weeks.
                      so is it the normal time for processing home loan with axis bank or my case is exceptional.

                        I have nre savings account. And today when i received 4500 money from my company to my account. It did not reach my account and when i asked bank they told around 4460 have be deducted for non maintenance of minimum balance. What is this how can they charge soo much for non maintenance. I want my money back. When i checked my balance before transferring it showed 0. So i transferred. It should have shown negative so that i would have talked to bank regarding this but it did not show negative balance and when i transferred money to account they cut all. I lost around 4460 just for non maintenance charge. Now i am going to close this account.

                        I just transferred ₹21800 in my account and I got 21285 only, I checked my account statement, It doesn't showing anything regarding ₹515 of deduction, last month also the same thing happened. I'm unable to contact the customer service, they are not picking up the phone.

                          I have axis bank credit card with with[protected]inamuddin t shaikh) and [protected] (Sabiuddin t shaikh). Both the cards are neo master card for account number [protected]. Please check and resolve the issue as soon as possible coz still my account is - 1290.57 in main account and i want the same to be zero so that i can start transactions with axis bank.

                          I have made the settlement agreed amount of rs. 50, 000 on 15 december 2018. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                            I have submitted my salary account for ECS for personal loan but last month I got message that Mandate is failed due to account.. Then I contacted jalgaon branch and shahada branch regarding this matter. I told them to deduct my installment through axis Bank account. They told to submit pan, Aadhar, nach form and an application. But yet I have no message regarding ecs mandate..I am also a permanent bank employee in Dena bank..please solve this matter..

                              Why is the bank deducting money without information? What is this? I need to close my savings account with axis on an urgent basis. It would be kind of you to atleast help me with this. The credit card account can continue so that i can make my payments. I have cleared my dues as told by the bank (Offcourse, for last three four months not one helped me out, so it came to this. No patience left to explain anything.)

                              Please help me close the savings account. My money is not safe with axis.

                                Why my approx 5400 has been deducted as consolidated charges without any prior notice. Till november my account in axis app was in minus balance. But suddenly when i opened my app it showed positive balance, and i thought it has been waived off thats why its not in minus anymore. Why are you misleading the consumers. I even called customer care for this, but still the response was not satisfactory. I have left with no other option but to close my account and file online consumer court case.

                                Hello, One month back I did open my salary account in Axis Bank, still it is not activated, Although I have submitted all the required documents.I am contacting the concerned person from Axis Bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day.If i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me.

                                  There have been fraud going on with the axis bank accounts, either the bank is doing a fraud or the some people who have access to the customer accounts accounts. I have seen some strange transactions which does not show in the statement or mini statement. I have been deduction 2265 from my account, last month i was deduction 961 rupees, but i did not respond, but the bank is taking advantage of the ignorance of the people. This has been the scenario since last 6 months, which i tried to ignore. I have a salary account in axis bank. If this is the case with salary account, what is the status of other customers. This is a fraud bank. Please do not invest in this bank. I am going to take them to court for sure. If anyone is interested can join me.

                                    Want immediately close credit card.. I v tried to close for a year now no one is helping not even bank itself. If action not taken i ll close my saving account too n never recommend axis bank.. It's better u ppl beg.. Or steal. Having such policy. Mto harassing customer... Big shame.. To sell credit card bank losing it's reputation
                                    I v been chasing s lot to cancel the card seems they don't want to colse.. Account..
                                    I went to speak manger they said can't help it's different department
                                    Now when we call customer service there is long hold
                                    One day i kept trying in front of bank employee.
                                    Whole day gone
                                    Secondly they say it's toll free number.. But they charge call rate i'm customer service call.
                                    Mean they are making money there too
                                    We r left with in resolved
                                    N showing payment dues
                                    Need when we r asking b to close or block the card it should be initiate immediately
                                    But process is so tedious one can't get it n had to pay money.. It's cheating on customer

                                    Yesterday Night in Axis saving account they deducted money 1515 and GST 280 with consolidated charges irony know exactly. TODA morning call to customer service for connecting the executive more than 10 mins...after that I asked how much time connect he told serverdown after that 30 min he disconnect the call

                                      Six month ago axix bank representive call me for to make my neo free lifetime credit card.

                                      Ok

                                      I apply and complete my formilities,

                                      I received a pin from indiapost,

                                      But till date never received my credit card.
                                      Why

                                      Bank branch and representive whom give me offer for card refused to help me,

                                      How they refused, provide me my credit card again.
