My account number is[protected], registered number [protected] i had have to pay my canada tuition fee before 31st december and i submitted transfer application in bank on 26 december but bank didn't transfer my fee till now. I want compensation of rupees 6 lakhs which i have spent in last 1 year for going abroad, so that i start some work in india

On 15th December I opened a new saving account by explaining my purpose that i have to transfer my international tuition fee till 31st December behind opening this account to the branch head Mr. Harmandeep singh. And the manger said ok we are doing international transactions in branch. After that till 24 December i deposited all the fund needed then on 26th of December i submitted an application in bank for transferring my fee, they said ok within 24 hours your fee will be transferred, which was not deducted. When i went to the branch they told me some rejections are made by the head office i was worried whether i did some fraud . So by giving me apologize bank staff told me to wait for one more day, I said ok no problem but my fee will be transferred before 31 December. After that from 26 December to 31st December i daily went to the bank but my fee is not transferred due to which my admission is cancelled, all my hard work go wasted. I don't know what was the problem but i think axis bank make joke of my career and hard work. I want to explain that my father is a labour and we had very small agriculture land and my we have sell it to meet my dream and we have take money on intrest. I have spent over 2.5 lakhs till now. Now i want strict actions will be taken against the bank and i need compensation of rupees 6 lakhs so that i start some work here.

    With reference to the above subject, the money in my axis sb account [protected] has been debited repeatedly.

    When i visited the branch regard this, they told me that money deducted for exceeding transaction limit. How would we come to know about your latest policies? Have you intimidated the decrease of transaction limits?? Without any intimation, without any notice how the hell you people going to deduct customer's money? This is not first time or one time. You axis bank repeatedly doing the same.

    1950rs deducted as consolidated charges, 350 as gst, 1250 for no bal maintenance. Till now i lost nearly 4000rs in axis account.

    Refund all the money as soon as possible and close my account without any closing charges. I'm so irritated about your banking policies and high levy charges.

      It is been a month i am trying to get my atm card and update my communication address but axis bank pathetic support system has no effective channel to do so and yet i do not have any debit/atm card to withdraw my money.
      I am so badly pissed off with your services.
      I can't even see my credit card balance and what amount is left.

      Even your customer service rep are not helpful.

      It is more than 10 working days now and no one is picking the call.
      That's what my complaint is.

      I have no clue when will I get my card and now I am not even able to access my credit card as it is expiring today.

        There is a new debit card showing active in my net banking a/c but i have not received it till date. If as per rbi guidelines it is mandatory to replace the older card with new chip security card then it should reach to customer and customer itself has enabled/activate the same. But this is not the case here.

        You are requested to send it to my address asap so that i can use the services...

          I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debit on my credit card in the amount of (Usd 1000) (Rs. 70000) marchat name is mailchimp. I am a victim of identity theft, and i did not make this debit. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, that any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that i receive an accurate statement. Enclosed are copies of transaction message that was received from axis bank on 29.12.2018 at 3.19pm supporting my position. Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent debit as soon as possible. I suffered a lot (Personally, mentally & financially) from this incident. Please refund the money as soon as possible.

              As earlier there are two option for net banking log in. 1. Through customer id. 2. Through card number. But now a days login through card number not available. And i had forgotten my old password. When i want to generate new net banking password through forget password option the below mention problem are shown.

              Problem shown :we are having difficulties to processing your request, try again.

              Please resolved it asap. Because i have to did some urgent transaction.

                  Hi,

                  I have a salary account in axis bank, in hiran magri branch, udaipur, rajasthan. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account which is unwanted because i don't trade in stock but still i charged for this.

                  I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                    I just received my debit card with a spelling mistake. My name is "bhavnaben dilipbhai pitroda" but the name printed is "bhavnaben dilipbhai pitrod". I have been charged rs. 590 and now i have a wrong name on it. I also called up at the branch and was told that the only option you have is to apply for a new one!

                    I have carefully given correct spelling of my name while applying for the card. It is bank's fault! It isn't fair to charge me second time for your mistake.

                    Please correct my name on the card.

                      I have applied for axisforexonline.com and submitted documents in raichur branch to the concerned person mr. Srinivas on 21 dec, i was followed up daily but and complained to headoffice also, but everytime he was saying open the account with us, the thing the registration is for non customer only and again he was forcing to open account, till now he didn't completed my registration.

                      I wanted to transfer money to my brother and today was last date to pay his college fees and by another way i sent money and wasted my valuable time since a week,

                      No humanity and non worth employment like this guys really bad.

                              Dear Sirs,

                              This is SHAIK HIDAYATH SHAREEF from Bangalore .

                              This all started sometime in DECEMBER this year. I booked a flat in an apartment in Bangalore and was given the contact of Mr. Murali ([protected]) from Analytical Investments (for AXIS BANK) by the builder. Mr. Amit met me and I explained him my salary, expenses and other expense details, based on which, he confirmed me that I have the eligibility of 23 lacs. Since this amount was sufficient for me to go ahead, I proceeded with an understanding that eligibility is already assessed. Murali told me that one of his colleague will come to take the documents and cheque for processing fee for this home loan. Then, I was approached by Mr. Murali ([protected]), who came and collected my documents as well as the cheque of Rs. 2950 for the processing fee. I didn’t hesitate in giving the cheque since Mr. Murali had already confirmed me about my eligibility. Mr. Murali took all these and went back. The verification process started and I waited for long time thinking that everything is going on well. Within a couple of days, I saw that my bank account was debited with the cheque that I provided to AXIS Bank for Rs. 2950. This gave me more confidence that everything is going on well.

                              I called AXIS Bank’s customer care and she said that my eligibility is not there for the loan. I was taken aback. This comment came from AXIS Bank even though Mr. Murali had already told me that I had eligibility of 23 lacs, after the address and other verification process were done, after the processing fee amount was taken from my account and after waiting for such a long time. I argued with Renu about how could then Mr. Murali tell that I had the eligibility. If I didn’t have the eligibility, I am not a fool to proceed with the loan process and waste my Rs. 2950. She again told me that she will work with her manager and come back to me. She called again a couple of days but, all of them to say that nothing could be done and my eligibility is not there and the loan can’t be sanctioned. I got annoyed and asked her to return back my processing fee amount. She said the policy is not there to return the amount. I understood from HDFC and ICICI Bank that if they don’t sanction the loan, all the documents along with the amount is returned back to the customer. But here, neither did I get back my documents till date, neither the amount.

                              When I saw nothing is yielding results, I asked Murali to give her TL Suresh number. he gave the number and when I called, he was driving and said that he would call me back. I waited for a couple of days for his call. One fine day, one Ms. Indu (I think this was the name) called me and said that her manager wanted to know why I had called him a few days back. I explained her whole story but, she heard and told me the same thing – the processing fee can’t be returned. When I requested her again, she said that she will talk to her manager and call me back. This never happened. To follow up, when I called and talk to her, she said her manager is out of station and she doesn’t know when he will be back. Today, after more than a week, I am still waiting for the manager’s call.

                              Sir, as you see, this is a horrible experience. I was told that a panel has evaluated AXIS Bank as the best bank. I don’t know how. At least, I would never say that. You can see that they have given false information on the eligibility, collected the documents, taken the processing fee and then reverted back saying that eligibility is an issue. Till date, they have not returned the documents or the amount. Eligibility is the first thing that a customer takes care before giving any processing fee. But, AXIS Bank has cheated in this respect and has made some money out of this. I am not sure how many people would have experienced this with AXIS Bank. This looks like a good business for them. I don't think they have any business Ethics. How can they give false information to the customers and make money?

                              Sir, I would hence request you to please look into this matter urgently and help safeguard the customers’ rights. You help will definitely ensure that AXIS Bank doesn't repeat such cases down the line with any other customer.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I would like to draw your kind attention, that i have wrongly transferred rs.20, 000/ from my savings a/c being no. [protected] of axis bank to my another savings a/c of hdfc bank being no. [protected] on 15/12/2018 in place of a/c no. [protected]. Immediate after made this wrong transaction entire matter was inform both the bank respectively, but very unfortunately axis bank is not initiating any step to refund back the amount in my a/c, though hdfc bank informed me that only axis bank can refund back the amount in to my a/c.
                                  Please see this matter very seriously and give proper instruction from your end to axis bank.

                                  Since then around 20ty days have passed away and despite various visits and contacts at both branch.
                                  But very unfortunately HDFC bank is not initiating any step to refund back the amount in my axis bank account.

                                    I got an sms today stating
                                    "hello! Your a/c 5*6 has been debited by rs. 118 on 27dec18. The a/c balance is rs. *. Infor:sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction."
                                    I called on the above mentioned number, talked about it with "lakshmi" and she told me that it has been deducted by hdlf life and the bank can't help me. When i asked her to mail this to me or to initiate a request to close my account, she said i need to visit my home branch! Anyway i called up hdfc life and they told me that they haven't deducted any charges. Please resolve this case o[censored]nidentified debit.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have recently opened PPF account in Bangalore Bellandur branch. Recently I got a message that 500 got deducted but still the PPF account have not been linked to my account/internet banking.

                                      I have visited the branch and got to know that there is some task pending from their side and they will do in a while.

                                      I am still waiting for the information. Unfortunately I cannot connect to them with phone. customer care is asking me to visit the branch again.

                                        I was using axis bank credit card. Card no: [protected].
                                        When i was financially strong i use to pay bill in time regularly. Today my financial condition is very poor there are 7 people who totally depends upon my salary. My 2 sister are suffering from night blindness my mother and father are heart patient, i am suffering from seizure disorder.
                                        From month of oct-2018 i was jobless, my existing company are not paying me my outstanding payment.in month of december-2018 i joined new organization (Msgec), this organization is a start-up business.
                                        Axis bank credit card department are continuously asking me for payment even i explained about my financial problem. Axis bank credit card department are telling me do or die but give us our payment, they are continuously calling me, they are telling me they will send me legel notice and will spoil my career they are abusing me on my financial problem.
                                        I am asking for time limit so i can pay there amount.
                                        The call from axis bank are giving me mental harassment, in case if i meet with accident or some other mental problem which will cause to death only axis bank is responsible for that.

                                        As i mentioned my financial condition is very bad. I had newly joined a startup company my exiting company is not paying me salary. I promise I will pay all the pending dues but I can pay 500/- each month from Month of February-2019 till my outstanding is not cleared. In future if my financial problem will solve I will pay reaming outstanding in full payment till then please support me.
                                        I hope Axis Bank will understand my problem and corporate with me
