On 15-dec 2018, one of the axis customer service women called me and told me about some offers that i got with the recently bought credit card and then they forwarded the call to higher officer that they will tell you more about offers. She informed me about tata aig poilcy and i told her i dont want now but then also she is forcing me to apply for it and i asked her when they will charge for this policy, she told from feb 2018 onwards and...

My self having account in axis bank ghaziabad branch but i m very much unsatisfied due to the unnecessary debits by bank on the basis of consolidated debit amount in every month rs. 590. This is pertaining to Axis bank home loan # PHR[protected] approval note dated 23 Oct, 2018. All documents & others papers handed over to bank & received loan disbursement letter dated 23rd Nov, 2018.

At the time of disbursement of cheque from bank to seller, bank requirement was to get TPA signed by builder, which builder refused.
Builder statement is all payment transaction are done between seller & buyer & bank...

I had been operating my salary account for the past 10 years having smooth operation regarding credit and debit entries, i mean cheque deposit and withdrawal process.. Axis bank has debited around rs 4000/- from my savings account without prior information on 15th dec'18 on any penalty amount in the name of consolidated charges and gst. My cheque no. 510604 got bounce. As per bank there was a dispute in my signature. This was not informed to me. I was only got message stating cheque returned. Still i am not able to understand what is actual problem. It is very difficult to get on to your customer care and even after getting to them they make your life miserable by giving vage answers.

I am axis bank customer.. I was not used a/c for 3 years, total lien balance shown rs.425, later i talked with bank officer he told only 425 rupees will deduct... So i funded with 12000 in my account, as he told 425 deducted... Now i have 11, 575 rupees in my a/c... Later one week after at mid night saturday 4299 rupees deducted + gst charges @18 % it is 880... Bank officer told me only 425 rupees will deduct... But 4299+880 deducted as consolidated...

In my account last 3 months every month date of 15th in my account consolidated charge is debiting like 800/- + 18% service charge.
Please i don't know why they are debiting also i am holding salary account... Without my knowledge how they are debiting the amount
Really i am very disappointed...

If you would make me aware of every change, i would not have to face these nonsense transactions unknowingly but if you people would directly debit any amount (Which i wasn't aware) from my account, its not fair at all. I have approached the bank to unsubscribe from apy scheme.. Bank officials make us to wait for 3 hrs to download a form from apy website.. But the form download and signing takes only 5 min.. Bank officials said that they don't have the link for it. I m shocked to hear it from them.. Being an d. Manager, they couldn't get the link. We visited the branch on saturday, it was not much crowded.....
