Updated by anil_ksaluja I had visited your 3 Branches and asked them to share the total payable amount and was ready to pay but none helped me with the resolution. I am chasing bank from past 1 month and begging for help, unfortunately noting work out.
I visited your Gwalior branch, Ambala Cantt branch and Zirakpur branch as well.
I met your Team in Ambala Branch Senior Manager Mr.Mayank Mittal and his Branch Manager which treated me very rudely and behaved that they own the bank... Such pathetic experience by a private bank which is into business because of customer like us isn't acceptable.
I visited to get a solution on 3rd December and have been told to get the resolution within next 2-3 working days, Unfortunately I didn't get anything on account of solution.
I again visited your branch to seek support and met Branch manager Who was a lady and called her colleagues to find the solution but due to her limitation she was unable to provide me anything on commitment part hence she again asked me to submit the forms which i submitted but its been a month now i am just waiting for the solution.
My Concern is why such delay which is causing pain to me without my fault.
Due to this freeze account my other account which needs to open as salary account is not activated and i am unable to withdraw my salary, None of you are bothered to solve the issue rather replying with false facts every-time i am trying to reach to Axis.
