Despite having tried multiple times via Phone banking method and Axis Bank ATM method, I still could not generate a pin for my credit card. This happened once before as well. I am fed up and unsatisfied with Axis Bank Services.
I would appreciate some help as soon as possible.

      I received a call from axis bank employee regarding increase in credit card limit, and he told me to follow some instructions. After following them axis bank have sent me another credit card of same credit limit but now I’ve to pay for charges on both the credit cards, his employee ID is[protected]

        My father, Mr. Ashok Kumar Maurya (EX Indian Navy) resident of Varanasi, is getting threat calls from 2 numbers[protected] and [protected]). Multiple calls are coming from these 2 numbers saying he has loan due in Axis bank Noida and he has to pay it which is totally false and absurd.
        daily he is getting call 20-30 times from these numbers with abusive and foul language.

        From 05/09/2022 to 08/09/2022 he is getting calls from[protected] and [protected] number. Please help him as he is a high BP patient and having issue with these abusive calls.

          Dear Nodal Officer,

          This is Resha Patil, once a priority customer of your bank having Customer ID[protected]. With great regret and pain it is to register a complaint against the branch manager of Manesar branch for his misconduct and harassment. I am taking this step as this is the second time he missbehaved and humiliated me.

          I visited the branch on 31st Aug 2022 to operate my locker. I knew that my locker rent was overdue and we were contacting bank officer on duty Mr. Rajeev from 17th Aug 2022 to know the alternative mode of payments (Cheque/online/cash) to clear the dues, as my savings account was negative due to a lien applied on it. Every time we received a response from Mr. Rajeev such as I will get back to you or I have sent an email to the concerned person/department and will inform you once I receive the reply, however we did not receive the same. Meanwhile we cleared all the loan dues on 27th Aug 2022 but still lien was not cleared from the bank side till 3rd Sep 2022 so we had to look for other modes of payment to clear the locker dues. On 31st Aug before visiting the branch my husband contacted Mr. Rajeev again, when he informed him that I can make cash payments.

          However, when I reached the branch and was discussing with Mr. Rajeev, suddenly the branch manager came in and instructed the officer not to take a payment or allow me to operate the locker. He started shouting at me in front of the whole crowd and staff saying this happened last year too and now you have to surrender your locker, we will not accept rent in any other mode. He started humiliating me in front of everyone saying, Why have you not cleared the loan dues? I showed him all the receipts/ transaction details of clearing the loan, still he said I don't believe this until the account is cleared of lien. Furthermore he called the recovery agent who was involved in loan settlement and started asking him who are you? How much was the loan due? Why was it settled for a 40K payment? etc. After the confirmation from him and seeing the settlement letter, payment receipt of the loan, still he said I don't accept this, I don't know this recovery agent as he is not an employee of the bank and anyone can generate such proof, I won't allow you to operate the locker. I told him I have cleared all the loan dues, I am ready to pay all the dues of the locker in any mode of payment but he wanted to humiliate me badly so he started talking nonsense, even if you have made the payment, why was it overdue? Why was your account negative? etc.
          I explained to him that I have come travelling 110Km, today is Ganapati festival day and I am supposed to travel back for the same. I was literally pleading with him but he was having some grudges on me I guess. I was feeling humiliated, helpless and started crying but still he made me sit for 3 hrs. All the staff including peon were feeling guilty and expressing sympathy with me, but they were helpless and bound to order by the boss.

          In this whole scene there was no direct involvement of the manager but after watching me he intentionally came out from his cabin and started intervening. Secondly he doesn't have any right to humiliate me or any customer in public. There was no direct connection with my other relations/transaction with the bank and locker but still he missbehaved and disgraced me. It was just 5 min work but still why did he make me sit for 3 Hrs? Later I came to know about very easy and open to all online payment mode to clear the locker dues but then why they did this drama??? Why was he forcing me to surrender the locker??? Whole staff was feeling ashamed for such a pity behaviour and Mr. Rajeev said sorry to me many times but the damage was done by the shameless manager. He was still laughing and giving me looks. You can check this whole drama recorded on the CCTV camera of the branch.

          I was a priority customer of your bank and this is the way your senior employee is treating me again and again. I demand strict action against him. Also we want to close my savings account, my husband's savings account, Our joint account, all my savings and policies with the bank, and the demat account of my husband and me. Please send me the details of the closure process and transfer of shares from the axis demat account to our demat account with another bank. I don't want to face such a humiliation again or keep any relation with such an unprofessional bank.

          I expect quick and strict action on this matter.

            This is regarding the UPI transactions which I did on 31st August 2022 and 3rd September 2023 of Rs. 20, 000 each via GPAY.
            The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (HDFC) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account.

            The HDFC bank confirmed amount is debited and deposited to account as below which is not merchant account. Though Mrechant has Axis bank UPI ID.

            Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
            Beneficiary Account No. : ***********2063
            Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000

            GPAY has recommended to connect with HDFC bank and file chargeback.
            HDFC bank suggested to connect with this account holder for more details.

            Please help me in getting my money back into my HDFC bank account.

            Merchant received the payment and refunded the amount. There was GPAY account set up issue which he resolved with the help of GPAY support.

                Axis bank deducting so many charges. For one year it's reached more than 1000rs . When i called for the information nobody is receiving my call. Deduction details not visible in transaction history or any message .
                But they will cut charges for message also. How can we track the deduction details.

                Axis bank money scamming by account holders in the name of charges

                      I am trying to add my debit card in PhonePe but it is showing 'your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions'. My mobile number is correct and I am receiving all the SMS. I want to do the Online payment by adding Debit card in PhonePe.

                        I have two Axis bank credit cards, Without even informing me or giving any intimation, they have merged the limits on both the cards. The customer care is saying that I cannot use my new card as it shares the limit from the old credit card. I am continuously paying the amount in the old Credit card but still why limits of both the cards were merged. It is pure cheating with the consumer. What is the point of giving a new card, if it cannot be used, until you pay the full amount of last card.

                          This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on September 2nd, 2022 of Rs. 43000 via Googlepay.
                          The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (ICICI) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account.

                          After so many follow-ups with the HDFC bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                          Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
                          Beneficiary Account No. : ***********2063
                          Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000

                          After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.

                          Please help me in getting my money back into my ICICI bank account.

                            This is regarding my credit card ending with 9896 ( the upgraded one). This card is upgraded from my old card- life time free card to chargeable card without my consent. for that they charged me Rs 3000 annual fee and GST 540. during conversation over the phone the CC marketing person never mention about this and gave false information. When i received the upgraded card (June 2022) i totally surprised that the card is chargeable. So I decided to pay all my old card dues and raise a request to close my auto debit option (June 2022). Then raise a complaint about the upgraded card to close to the Nodal officers level I & level II (June 29 2022) because i never activate this card and never used it any where. But i didn't get any proper reply from them within the time frame. Because of them now I forced to pay Bounce charges + interest + GST comes around Rs 1842.31 for two months ( July, August) and Annual fee Rs 3540(Total Rs. 5381) . I paid all the mentioned amount completely and Requested for my audio conversation proof for reversal of my charges implied on nonactivated card. Please help me on this regard.

                                So, this incident today 03/09/2022. I went to inquire about Forex cards and the employee didn't bother to greet me and neither of them asked me to sit down and explain what I wanted, instead all they told me was you can do it online through mobile app. This behavior is not acceptable. The manager was kind enough to give basic respect to a customer.
                                I hope you take actions on these kinds of employees.

                                  I have received a call claiming Axis Bank support to access my mobile through team viewer app which doesn't make any sense. Why would they want to take control of my mobile. Pls investigate on this.

                                        मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट ऐप के जरिए एक क्रेडिट कार्ड अप्लाई किया था जो मुझे 21 जुलाई को प्राप्त हो गए पर उसका पिन जनरेट नहीं कर पा रहा हूं इसके संबंध है मैंने आपके फोन बैंकिंग ऑफीसर से एटीएम कार्ड के जरिए ऑनलाइन के जरिए पिन जनरेट करने की कोशिश किया लेकिन बहुत प्रयास करने के बाद ही पिन जनरेट नहीं हो पाई परंतु आपके एक फोन बैंकिंग ऑफीसर ने मैनुअल पिन जनरेट कर मेरे एड्रेस में 10 दिन के अंदर डिलीवर होने की बात कही और एक और क्रेडिट कार्ड उन्होंने यह कह कर दे दिया कि इसका भी पिन साथ में जनरेट करके आपके एड्रेस में पहुंच जाएगी बहुत फायदे वाली है लेकिन उन्होंने जॉइनिंग फीस के बारे में नहीं बताया और दे दिया उसका भी पिन जनरेट नहीं हो पाया और मेरे मोबाइल पर स्टेटमेंट आ रहे हैं कि ₹599 जॉइनिंग फीका जमा करें क्या यह उचित है कि बिना यूज के ₹599 जॉइनिंग फीस के रूप में जमा करूं इस प्रकार मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया हूं अतः मेरा दोनों कार्ड जो मोबाइल संख्या[protected] पर approve किया गया किया गया दोनों क्रेडिट कार्ड को बंद करने की कृपा करें क्योंकि उसके संबंध में मेरी कोई गलती नहीं है मैंने अपनी तरफ से हर प्रयास कर लिया पिन जनरेट करने का Lekin पिन जनरेट नहीं हो पाई अतः मैं उपरोक्त जॉइनिंग फीस नहीं भर सकता हूं और मेरा दोनों कार्ड दोनों बंद कर दें इसके संबंध में फोन बैंकिंग ऑफीसर से बहुत बार कॉल किए आप इस मोबाइल नंबर का रिकॉर्डिंग चेक कर सकते हैं परंतु कोई सलूशन नहीं निकला अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उक्त दोनों बंद कर दें

                                        मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट ऐप के जरिए एक क्रेडिट कार्ड अप्लाई किया था जो मुझे 21 जुलाई को प्राप्त हो गए पर उसका पिन जनरेट नहीं कर पा रहा हूं इसके संबंध है मैंने आपके फोन बैंकिंग ऑफीसर से एटीएम कार्ड के जरिए ऑनलाइन के जरिए पिन जनरेट करने की कोशिश किया लेकिन बहुत प्रयास करने के बाद ही पिन जनरेट नहीं हो पाई परंतु आपके एक फोन बैंकिंग ऑफीसर ने मैनुअल पिन जनरेट कर मेरे एड्रेस में 10 दिन के अंदर डिलीवर होने की बात कही और एक और क्रेडिट कार्ड उन्होंने यह कह कर दे दिया कि इसका भी पिन साथ में जनरेट करके आपके एड्रेस में पहुंच जाएगी बहुत फायदे वाली है लेकिन उन्होंने जॉइनिंग फीस के बारे में नहीं बताया और दे दिया उसका भी पिन जनरेट नहीं हो पाया और मेरे मोबाइल पर स्टेटमेंट आ रहे हैं कि ₹599 जॉइनिंग फीका जमा करें क्या यह उचित है कि बिना यूज के ₹599 जॉइनिंग फीस के रूप में जमा करूं इस प्रकार मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया हूं अतः मेरा दोनों कार्ड जो मोबाइल संख्या[protected] पर approve किया गया किया गया दोनों क्रेडिट कार्ड को बंद करने की कृपा करें क्योंकि उसके संबंध में मेरी कोई गलती नहीं है मैंने अपनी तरफ से हर प्रयास कर लिया पिन जनरेट करने का Lekin पिन जनरेट नहीं हो पाई अतः मैं उपरोक्त जॉइनिंग फीस नहीं भर सकता हूं और मेरा दोनों कार्ड दोनों बंद कर दें इसके संबंध में फोन बैंकिंग ऑफीसर से बहुत बार कॉल किए आप इस मोबाइल नंबर का रिकॉर्डिंग चेक कर सकते हैं परंतु कोई सलूशन नहीं निकला अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उक्त दोनों बंद कर दें
