Vivek Sharma this side I have applied Axis Credit card through online mode. And application num C1-[protected]-C1. But axis Customer care confirm me about this is approved. But online showing Under process. And My application date is 28th July 2022. Now is 19th aug 2022. Can you please check and send my Card on my address o. Urgent basis. Because I have some urgency. That's why am waiting for it. Please reply me sir please

      Hi

      Axis Bank has been fooling all its customers. They just place infinite calls to customers asking them for credit card. But never ever gave them guidelines, precautions, risks regarding that.

      I being the new user experiences many charter eg (BRN PAYMENT) of Rs 590 without any reason.

      Another thing I came to know about cash advance fee. I paid rs500 and later came to know about such charges. Also GST charges rs90 were there mentioned additional.

      Highly demotivated and unhappy by such untold charges that shouyjabe been told to customer before asking them to give a credit card.

      Advice to every customer dont go for credit card.

        Due to some financial issue i was not paid my EMI and then the recovery agent ask me for settlement and Settlement letter aslo issued by agent. And there was some overdue amount almost 75 K and I paid all the amount after issuing the settlement letter and unable to pay the settlement amount but now the recovery agent is asking to pay all the settlement amount but now my account in not under in NPA
        Agent harrassing me and also started call to all my relatives and friends.

          not cleared the written off status in the cibil . Now they are demanding cibil masking amount which is totally unfair. I have paid full amount

              I requested redeem reward points convert Amazon pay voucher. Really i am frustrated your service .

              I have created many compliant regards my issue almost 2 month

              Still issue not resolved

                This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on April 15th, 2022 of Rs. 900 via Phone Pay.
                The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (SBI) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 900 with my other card.

                After so many follow-ups with the SBI bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000

                After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.

                Please help me in getting my money back into my SBI bank account.

                      Axis Bank Credit card is not accepting money transferred back to Card if the transaction is cancelled and Money is refunded by Merchant.

                      Instead they are charibg ne the bill for all such transactions without factoring refunded amount as they simply decline and send message to customer as PAYMENT DECLINED even though its not a DEBIT but CREDIT of MONEY to CARD

                      Lost couple of thousand rupees this way and only noticed it NOW

                      MYNTRA IS TRYING TO REFUND MONEY but AXIS CREDIT CARD is NOT allowing it and portraying as if OUTWARD PAYMENT was blocked

                      Disheartened with such simple and avoidable instance

                      Missed approximately 10 such refunds of thousands of ruppees and their customer care is PREMIUM NUMBER and then also not answering the phone

                      They in turn BILL You for all the purchases you made and do not factor the purchases that were either cancelled or later refunded back

                      They are creating hassles and time waste for clients

                        Hi,
                        As we struggle through the pandemic and the unexpected demise around us, my circumstances are pretty bad. I have been diligent with my payments. Upon receiving the first call I clarified the situation. However I am being taunted everyday and someone of them are quite unprofessional. Threatening me and being rude stating that I will continue to receive multiple calls in a day and probably a visit home. I thought gone are the days when people were threatened. In 2022 and especially in such circumstances where we humans struggle losing our loved ones, I expected humanity and professionally more so from a reputed bank such as Axis. I am absolutely disappointed. This is taking a toll on us emotionally and physically. Could I please request for a professional way of handling the customers?

                        I had a field visit from the Bank. I was told by them that I would be taunted by the collection agencies. I am in a crisis and I wish to know my options in a civilized manner than receive a threat. I have shared the image of the loan number. I have patiently explained my situation to about 50 people in multiple calls but to no avail. I am under medication and I can't handle this continued harassment anymore. Could someone please help me with sorting this out?

                          Hi I would like raise complaint on Axis credit card and credilio, before processing the application I have clearly instructed if the credit limit is not upto the mark, I won’t be activating the card. Even though I have revived card, called customer care informed to close the card and it is hard to contact customer care axis bank. Same issue was updated to credilio, no response for them. So it’s better to raise complaints against to both companies and resolve the issue.

                                    I have an axis credit card having last 4 digit -3828. I had paid my credit card dues amounting of Rs. 5498.81/- (five thousand four hundred ninety-eight rupees eighty-one paisa) on 3rd Aug'22 through net banking (SBI) by using link of Axis bank App "pay my dues" in Credit card page. But the payment is not reflecting at my axis credit card account, so I contacted axis customer service on 10th Aug after waiting more than 3 working days (because when I contacted them on 8th Aug, they are not agreed to accept any complain as 3 working days is not completed yet). This issue has been raised to back end higher office as per customer care personnel and the reference no for escalating the issue to axis higher official is 73558763. Till today no official mail or resolution received nor paid amount showing in my account. It seems axis customer service deliberately ignoring this payment mishap. So, I request you to look into this matter quickly as my billing date is on 14th of this month which include fine as well as huge interest, though I have paid within due dates. I already have sent bank transaction statement to customer service

                                      Fraud through axis bank credit card

                                      I received a call from a unknown number telling your reward points going to expire in axis Bank card so please check it i will be on online . Once I finished checking with typing all my credentials with my axis browsing page i received a OTP within that from my credit card the fraud has taken 71000rs.                                       My account no xxx2882 is a salary account since from 2015 August basaveshwarnagar.

                                      Yesterday morning 10.31AM, i got an email from Axis bank notifications say my account is debit freezed.
                                      Today i had visited nearest axis Bank branch, and i as spoke with home branch operations head/ branch head Even though no proper response from the both side of the bank, because of this iam facing more financial issues reg person expense.
                                      As per them i had submitted requesting letter c explained about the subjected, so pls help to support.
