I had a very bad experience while dealing for my personal loan. I was made to feel that I was opening the account for the first time in your bank, despite of having all the following:
1. Savings account
2. Investment account
3. Running personal loan account
4. Recently successfully closed old personal loan
5. Running CC account
There was no use and benefit of having and availing such facilities when I have to again go through all such KYC procedures again, investigation and mental harrassment. Further, I was not timely updated about my loan application details and no copy of loan application was provided to me post submission. With all my confidential records taken again by concerned bank employee, no loan application was provided to me. Further evan after debiting all the penal charges and interest charges on my account related to default of only 2 installments of personal loan, the bank denied me additional personal loan. My credit history with the bank has been good but the employees and customer care service personnels mentally and verbally harrassed me; and I was treated as if I was having transaction for the first time with the bank. They took all my confidential and personal information but denied me due benefits. I want to file complaint against mental harrasment.
