I, ami sonecha, has booked a bus ticket from jamnagar to ahmedabad transaction id: [protected]. My booking was cancelled by travels company and refund fro the same has been initiated as on 12/11/2018 by the redbus but same has not been reflected in my credit card as of date (After 15 days). Can you please look in to this??

    issue-lien reason code.

    When i tried to request for a cheque book my account is locked, and its showing error message as lien reason code. I cant place a new cheque book request.in anna nager west branch i have directly enquired about this, they said me to close my account. I need my new cheque book to process my employee provident fund. Still i have my balance amount 12.945 in that account. I do not now how to transfer it. I do not have much time....

    On 05th Nov 2018, I had used my axis debit card in a Punjab & Shind bank atm, located at laldiggi road, mirzapur Uttar Pradesh. Though the amount ₹10000 got debited from my bank account, the atm machine did not dispense any cash. Since it’s the 21th day now, the amount has still not been recredited in my account.. If i am right it shouldn’t have taken not more than 7 working days, i wonder what’s causing the dealy..?

      My self m dhanunjayanaidu,... Holding axis bank credit card with following number [protected].

      On 12th of november 2018, there has been an international fraudulent transaction on my credit card, total 5 transaction happen on 12 nov 2018 around from 03:00 am to 3:32 am of amount inr 24, 267.45 (Each transaction 4, 853.49 rupees with 5 times) to merchant name bls*myheritage_ltd.

      During fraud time, i have not received any message on mobile from your end i have not authorized the above transactions. The credit card was in my possession at fraud time & i have not share credit card details to anyone.

      Total amount which i had lost because of this 5 international fraudulent transaction is 24, 267.45 rupees. I have already submitted all the required copies of documents like fir, incident letter, card disputed form, my passport all pages and evidence of my email copies on 14th november 2018 at my home branch (Srinagar colony hyderabad) and they gave me this complaint no:[protected].

      I have not received any response from my home branch yet. I even tried to reach your tool free customer care number but those guys are saying that complaint was not filed.

      I request you to please kindly look into the matter as earliest as possible.

      I was booking ticket on IRCTC website .Payment was done through UPI, money deducted from my account but ticket was not booked .On IRCTC website it was written pending from bank end.Please resolve it.

        I personally visited bank for the kyc on 17th sep'2018. But still they have not done that in process, after that i called to costumer care for mutual funds inquiry but updated that still kyc is not done. I told that i personally visited for same and she reverted to close the account, if you will not visit again to axis bank odhav branch (Ifsc code: utib0002651). What should i do, i am working women and cannot visit again and again and take leave for such stuff. Kindly short out the thing quickly.

          Dear sir

          I would like to inform you that i islamuddin, am a customer of the axis bank branch mg marg,
          Lucknow and that i have a saving account the number [protected]. My account has been deducted rs-3168+gst for consolidated charges. But this is my salary account and no such should have been deducted from my account.
          And also informing you that i am join a new job from month oct-18 and i want to use this account as salary account. Due to the festival of diwali, i received the salary of october in cash. But my november month salary will come in my axis bank account.
          So i request you kindly refund my amount that has been deducted from my account.
          I would be truly grateful if this request is accepted.

          Bank transection is not started from my account after 1 month to open account. Bank manager and other staff is not interested to solve this problem. So i'm very sad to goto bank again and again ..and angry too.if my problem is not solve then I close my account permanently in your bank. ...thank you

            Dear sir/maam
            I got a call this morning about the axis bank one assist services. They have charged me with rs. 1899 which has been deduced from my bank account on 26.11.2018
            I have tried calling the cpp helpline and they have informed me that no membership has been activated for my bank account.
            So, i want a cancellation of any membership that has been activated and also i want a refund of the same account as soon as possible.

              About 10 days before i have visited axis bank gandhidham branch, for updating my aadhar card as there was a poster on the outside wall of axis bank. Written on it (For aadhar card service - in 25 rupees). I gone inside & asked to one of the executive for aadhar card updating time & procedure.in reply that executive answered that the updation work will start from 23-11.2018.1st thing if the work was not going on. Axis bank have to stick a notice about when & how the aadhar card updation will start & what will be the process (Time & other documents as required). After that i visited on 23rd around 11:15 am for the aadhar card updating. Axis bank executive answer me that the updation work start in early morning at 9:30 am & person have to take the token. Again i visited on[protected] around 10:00 am. Visiting the executive in reply they told me that tokens are over as the token can be available only in the morning 9:30 am & they kept only 20 tokens where as people came in huge number. This type of reply is a very poor service of axis bank. I saw outside of axis bank people came for aadhar card work were going back. No proper answer no properly explaining. This is the way a bank treat to their customers. If this thing will go on i am sure there will be a very bad result of it. As peoples are getting answer of visiting again & again & getting such a unsatisfying answers & replies from axis bank. There are more complains from many peoples which will be raised if such thing continuous.

              Here by i suggest that axis bank has to correct their way of service.

                  Hi my name is mohd anab ajaz. I opened an account 3 weeks ago at axis bank 8th mile jalahalli cross, bangalore branch. He gave me instant cheque book, pin, and debit card and said it would axtivate within 3 working days. He also said its a minimum balance 10000 rs account monthly. But till now it hasnt been activated. I tried phone banking but it says my pin is wrong. I tried to register online, it shows customer id is corrent but invalid phone number. The agent who opened my account says its a technical problem. Please help me with this. My account number is [protected]

                    My refund was to come from flipkart. Rs 12687 and rs 8, 091 flipkart says that we have sent the refund and the refund has been received on your account axis bank on november 6, 2018. Then i did not complain about flipkart, i did not get my money, then flipkart said that if you talk to your bank customer care we will send confirmaiton mail to you. Then i call aesyas bank's customer care very often and they do not give any answer. Then i sent the mail to axis bank and also sent the whole details. They have no answer and i am being ignored. I had been visiting flipkart on october 24, 2018 from the bank. One rs. 12687 and another rs. 8091.

                      In february 2018, i saw an ad for axis asap account that can be opened on mobile with zero balance. I downloaded the app and opened account with aadhaar card. I didn't do any kyc at any of their branches.

                      A few months later i got sms from axis bank that they have registered my kyc with central kyc registry. I don't understand how that is possible when i have just given them my aadhaar number and never done a full kyc.

                      Again, to my surprise, i checked that asap app on my mobile and found that my account balance is negative -35 rupees. I did a google search and found out that all these months they have been charging me for value-added sms service without my permission and on an account that hasn't done full kyc.

                      I need proper action taken against axis bank for fooling people in the name of zero balance account charging them money for a bank account they didn't do full kyc for. Please stop this scam.

                      Also, i want to shut down this bank account and never ever bank with axis bank again. Apparently, it will cost me rs.500 close this account.!!

                      Why should consumers be fooled liked this by banks?

                        Today (24/11/2018) morning i have got a message that "usd 12.99 was spent on your credit card xx6964 on 24-nov-18 at amazon prime."
                        But it is very much surprise to say that i have not at all involved on this transaction, moreover my credit card is lying with me so how can it happen to my credit card, this is completely fraudulent transaction, my credit card no.[protected], hence i request your goodself pls treat this matter most serious occurence and take immediate fruitful action so that i can get rid of this very problem, i very much anxiously awaiting for your necessary action on this serious issue.

                          I was gone throught an adv in quikr regarding pet adoption and was cheated as the guy who promised to deliber puppy was not answering the calls, he told me to deposit 9000 rs to his bank account that is axis bank, please help me to get my money from this fraud guy, please share me his details address so that i can trace him his bank details are as per the image attached to this complaint, please help me!!

                            Dear axis bank ceo,

                            I would like to put up a complain against my axis bank salary account with acc no.: [protected].
                            My issue is your bank has put up my credit card balance in my account as lean amount as their own desire and it is very frustating for your client and a wrongful act.

                            I have not approved any auto debit when i signed for your credit card neither i have been asked by you fro my permission. My bank account and credit card are two different entities and i do not want any stupid kind of problems with my salary account.

                            You, cannot put the credit card amount as my lean amount i owe an explanation. I am facing a lot of trouble regarding the same as this is the same account my salary gets transferred.

                            Kindly, take an immediate action and remove the lean amount balance from my salary accounts and i will be clearing the credit card balance in a normal way as it has to be done. Also, my credit card amount is not exceeding out of limit that this action was required.,

                            I receive my salary on every 1st of month. I have been a loyal customer to your bank kindly do the needful immediately.

                                Hello,

                                I have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rupees 3385.13 from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent people’s money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                                During account opening they don’t tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service. I really feel that it’s better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in private bank like axis bank.

                                And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 3385.13
                                I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

                                  refund amount (from flipkart) is not credited in my axis saving account

                                  I have cancelled my product in flipkart application on 19th november, 2018 then they have initiated refund to my payment mode (Axis bank - debit card) and completed on 22nd november, 2018.

                                  Today when i checked my account but refund amount (3474/-) is not credited in my saving account.

                                  I have contacted with flipkart customer care and getting the required information regarding transactions which they have done...

                                  I dharmendra had a salary account in axis bank orissa jajpur branch in year 2013, which was converted into saving account, and they also freeze the credit without any intimation.
                                  As per rbi rules every bank should be inform there customer, if not operating account within one month, and also they can't put lein in negative, but the account is now showing in minus 1400 rs.
                                  Now i want to close this account, because i am doing job in maharashtra. As

                                  I didn't know the account number because the bank doesn't give me the a/c passbook or number.

                                    I from delhi my complain few month before call receive from your bank staff mr. Suraj singh mr. Deepak singh and mr. Amit bansal and rishabh from your bombay branch both person suggest policy against fixed deposit provide by bank after that i purchase new policy from bharti axa. Few days after i call both person zero balance fd account not open before dewali you call after dewali suggest both person me. Ok so that after dewali i regular call both person but do not attend the call. So i requested pls action the your staff and help me.
