I requested to close my account in april 2018 in axis bank of araria branch and still my account is not closed and they always charge a plenty amount. Recently i again requested to close my account from jabalpur, madan mahal branch and refill penalty balance but still they don't take any action regarding my request. Please take some action regarding my request

    Hello,

    I have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rupees 3385.13 from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent people’s money from their accounts without telling peoples.

    During account opening they don’t tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service. I really feel that it’s better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in private bank like axis bank.
    It’s a worst bank seriously,

    And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 3385.13
    I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

      refund amount (from flipkart) is not credited in my axis saving account

      I have cancelled my product in flipkart application on 19th november, 2018 then they have initiated refund to my payment mode (Axis bank - debit card) and completed on 22nd november, 2018.

      Today when i checked my account but refund amount (3474/-) is not credited in my saving account.

      I have contacted with flipkart customer care and getting the required information regarding transactions which they have done...

      I dharmendra had a salary account in axis bank orissa jajpur branch in year 2013, which was converted into saving account, and they also freeze the credit without any intimation.
      As per rbi rules every bank should be inform there customer, if not operating account within one month, and also they can't put lein in negative, but the account is now showing in minus 1400 rs.
      Now i want to close this account, because i am doing job in maharashtra. As

      I didn't know the account number because the bank doesn't give me the a/c passbook or number.

        I from delhi my complain few month before call receive from your bank staff mr. Suraj singh mr. Deepak singh and mr. Amit bansal and rishabh from your bombay branch both person suggest policy against fixed deposit provide by bank after that i purchase new policy from bharti axa. Few days after i call both person zero balance fd account not open before dewali you call after dewali suggest both person me. Ok so that after dewali i regular call both person but do not attend the call. So i requested pls action the your staff and help me.

          I am currently in the uk. My debit card has expired and i gave a request to update my mobile number to my uk number while i was in india. After several hours spent at the ranade road branch, mumbai and sahakar nagar branch in pune, where they assured me that they would help and sort it out, it still hasn't been sorted yet. I even visited the mumbai branch on my last day in india, where they said that it will be done in an hour, but didn't happen. Now, when i call the branch, they don't pick up. And the customer care suggests to visit the branch! I am completely disappointed in the bank and its service! My online banking has been frozen and i cannot do tele banking. Plus, my debit card is not active. The money i have in that account is unusable. And i keep getting promotional emails from axis bank. But no help to my actual problem. My account nominee who is my father visited the branch in pune today, and he was basically told to go away!

            I ordered a product on amazon.in on 7 november amounting to ₹811 and paid cash for the same on delivery. Since i didn’t like the product i requested for a return of the same and refund of my money. My request was accepted by the seller and return of the product took place on time. After the return, refund of the amount also initiated from the sellers end on 12 november but it’s been more than 10 days that amount has not been credited into my account.

            In my saving account every Month money was deducted around Rs 350/400 if deduction like this Evan in saving account than what the use of money saving in bank... And why GST also deducted even in saving account?

            ATM machine is not working in Sholinganallur branch bank.
            It is very shameful that in a bank ATM doesn't work which says irresponsible service.

              Hi all,

              It's quite disappointing that i have faced worst customer service from a reputed bank like axis. I have been applied for a personal loan (Application no:9166061) within the bank, i got warm reception & sevices until document submisison, but after 2 days i got an update like loan application has been declined by the bank. Really dissatisfied with the update even they are not able to provide the exact reason for the rejection. At the time of document collection they cordination was like loan will be approved within 2 days. Am really shocked with the rejection of loan, feeling worst that am holding an account with this bank. Have a request please don't give fake promises if your not able to provide the same. Also requesting of possible please try to reply me with the reason for rejecting the loan

                Dear sir,

                I am a customer of axis bank (Home loan a/c no. Phr[protected] and have availed a loan of approx. Rs.1500000/- from the bank on 17th november, 2011. I have made several intermediate payments and presently the due amount has become rs.5, 29, 138/-.

                I wish to foreclose my home loan account with the bank and wish my loan to be taken over by hdfc bank for which i have deposited a remaining balance amount cheque to your bank.

                I have already requested for the following documents from your bank on[protected]

                · request for foreclosure letter within 5 days

                · list of documents from axis bank within 15 days

                5 working days are over till date and i have not received any document from your bank. I have got a feedback from axis bank and the process is reinitiated. Foreclosure letter will be received on 26th nov, 2018. Now this will be a delay of process in hdfc and create a problem to me.

                This letter is occasioned to complain against the continuous harassment that i am facing from the begging of axis bank home loan department. I am a priority account holder of your bank (A/c no. [protected]) and want to close all account as soon as possible due to your non co-operation.

                Now i am feeling like betrayed and completely trapped. I shall really be benefited if you kindly take action against this total mishap and help me to find a way out

                  Dear sir/mam,

                  This is to inform you that i am khushboo kushwah whose salary account [protected] in axis bank from 2014 but few month it converts to saving account (10000/-) and taking more charges on this account and we have finance electronics product ecs with axis bank. Now 1st emi debit on 06.08.2018, where i paid extra charges with emi now i came to branch and provide customer request with adhar to convert saving account to zero balance account, and axis employee assured me to this is last time charges it will never again but we have provide only 4 transection per month i said i agree with them but now 1st emi with axis on 06.08.2018 i paid emi with extra charges due to the fear of bouncing cheque. Again emi comes on 05.09.2018 where i again paid extra charges on my saving account. Now again emi comes on 05.10.2018 where i again paid extra charges on my saving account.

                  Now emi comes on 05.11.2018 where saving account shows -1164./- which is not possible to me. This is totally mentallt harassment with me.

                  I have paid emi worth rs.1483/- where i paid always extra charges to axis bank how could be possible for me.

                  Again my account shows negative again.

                  Please resolve this issue asap.

                    I have a salary account with axis bank and i am getting "consolidated charged" rs.180- & gst charges rs.32.40, on september (15/09/2018), and on october (13/10/2018) you stolen from my account "consolidated charged” 535+96.30- & gst and now in november (17/11/2018) again you cheat"consolidated charged" 540+97.20- & gst. Could you please describe the reason?

                    Only from three months from my account –total cutting is -1480.90, next month how much you can cut? Because i want to keep balance for you.

                    Every day i get more advertisement from axis bank for “personal loan”, “gold loan”, etc... Etc… by e-mail and sms also, why you don’t give any message or any information about this matter

                      Initially i opened an account with minimum balance of 10000 and it's been nearly a year that i am not maintaining it. Now my account balance shows minus 3600 balance. When i didn't use any extra money of the bank how can that we charged. How can they charge an average of 500 per month without informing. There is no mini statement provided for this.

                        Respected Sir,
                        I would like to register a complaint about axis bank ltd, anagram branch.
                        I have deposited Rs.5000 against my account on 20.11.2018.but; when I checked my account the balance show only Rs.4028.16. I have taken a detail statement of my account and checked but the deducted 971.84 is not shown in the statement.
                        I right away made a call to axis bank customer care number[protected] on 20.11.2018 around 10:17 a.m
                        A person attended my call and I informed him about the problem. He checked and replied that the details are confidential regarding the deducted 971.84 rupees and just stated that it was deducted because of some cheque bounce. How can money deducted from my account be confidential to me?
                        I agree to the fact that some amount has been deducted because of a cheque bounce, but it has to appear in my statement. Unless which I can’t believe that it was deducted for that reason. So either they must make sure it appears in the statement or refund the amount.
                        I am therefore approaching the consumer forum regarding this issue seeking justice.

                          I have an easy access savings account with axis bank, which was opened for the purpose of salary. After changing the job, i stopped using the account, later missed the login credentials. Hence never bothered about the transaction. After 6 months thought of keeping some amount in the account as saving, i transferred 15 k to account. Earlier march account was showing negative balance as consolidated charges to be debited with the new credit to account. However when i could login to the account in october 2018, i saw there was some -225 inr as the overall balance of the unused account. Hence thought of paying it and transferred 15 thousand. For 15-20daysthere was absolutely no hint that there will be consolidated charges incurred. All of a sudden when i checked my balance in november there was a deduction of 4312 inr as the consolidated charge and 776 as 18%gst. I was terribly disappointed and shocked to see the deduction. Such a cheater, i am going to close the account

                            I Vikash Kumar Pandey, I am a seafarer working on-board as 4th engineer rank.

                            I have visited the bank for loan purposes and bank has calculated my loan eligibility around 1.25 crore as my monthly income is around 4270 USD( around 3 lakh INR), during my sailing period so I have applied for my required loan amount of 43 lakh for 15 year period with conditions of no preclosure charges and also provided the granter to the bank.

                            I have provided all the documentation whatever asked by the bank and all the documentation of seller and purchaser had been verified satisfied by the bank, after regular visits of bank and courts.

                            After long legal proceedings, I got call from the bank that my loan has been declined but they are unable to provide the valid reasons for the declination.

                            I am also ready to provided whatever additional requirements of the bank but bank is not agree and to take any of the without providing the valid reason for my loan declination.

                              I vikash kumar pandey, i am a seamen working onboard the ship as fourth engineer.
                              I have applied home loan from the axis bank during the initial loan procedure the axis bank representative calculated my loan eligibility that was more than one crore as my monthly income during sailing period is 4270 usd (Around 3 lakh inr monthly) also i have provided the loan granter.

                              Now after long time of verification and regular visit of bank and court for the fullfilling the bank requirement the bank has declined my loan and not providing the reason for the declination.

                              Please go through the issue and do the needful.

                                Hi,

                                I had opened by account in axis bank in 2016. I'm getting negative balance in my axis bank account but i have never used that account from last 18 months. I logged in to mobile application i noticed that it was showing negative balance of -3117.83 amount. I never got any prior notice regarding this, neither a text message of the negative amount. I tried to see the log in the mobile application but there is no entry for that negative amount. I want to know for what reason my amount balance is showing me in negative -3117.83.
                                It would be a great help for me if anyone could check the issue and update me. I have provided my contact details below.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I was charged 470rs as consolidated dp charges on 13th oct 2018 from my axis account without any intimation. I have never used the demat account assigned to me while opening my savings account with axis bank. If i would have been informed, i had closed the account.
                                  I've just got a credit card and if there are such hidden charges which are deducted from account without informing then it's tough to rely or use axis products. Please help me with the same.

                                    I got sanctioned for business loan.
                                    I get every alerts on my mobile like adding beneficiaries, debited and credited except this business loan otp. My acc no is [protected]

                                    Please help me to get that otp so that i can get business loan asap.
                                    I went to home branch but they are not able to resolve this problem!!!
