Hi, i am aarti and an account holder in axis bank of roorkee branch. Today 12/11/18 i visited to branch for deposit money. After that i asked gaurd who was sitting inside the bank.. For entry of passbook, during entry the passbook he was talking with one of his friend... And he was using totally slang... I felt very uncomfortable. Staff persons should know how to talk in front of female... At least they should maintain a decorum during working hours.

    Axis bank ATM in Capgemini EPIP campus last few months the ATM doesn't work or don't have enough money or doesn't have required currency denomination. The problem is so frequenct during month ends weekends. I don't see any of the staff is even bother with it.

      On 9th sept. 2018, some unauthorized took place on my credit card, thereby maxing it to its full capacity.

      I was quickly alerted about the same and i immediately asked axis bank to block my credit card and recover the amount spent.

      My credit card was thereby blocked but the amount charged remains for me to pay.

      As such, i do not want to pay for the unauthorized charges that i didn't personally pay for.

      On 12th november 2018, some goons were sent to collect money from me which i explained that i cannot pay as it was unauthorized charges. They warned me that they will come again the next day at 11 am and will do everything to recover the money.

      This issue has not been resolved but marked as resolved. It has been several months and Axis bank keeps sending new goons to threaten my family. Consumers beware.

        I made a withdraw in indian bank atm in tamilnadu of rs.5000. Amount debited but cash not came.

        Then i waited for long time than session timed out. Again the other person next to me withdrawn amount. But my amount still not credited.

        I faced the same problem two months back but my amount was credited within two working hours but in this case after four days i have not received the amount.

        Kindly do the needful and for any clarification required please contact me.

          I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1037. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 83000.

          This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

          I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 15 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

          I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

          Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

              Axis bank has people calling us for personal loans day in day out. I submitted my documents and application on 19th of october. Everyday i get call from different numbers asking for some other documents. I will be able to reach that number for a couple of days and then they block me. Again i will get a call asking for documents, saying the person is on leave or left for the day. Call the cutsomer care they say its in process. What on earth are they processing for 21days. Pathetic service

                Hi,

                I've a axis bank salary account and in same i've credit card for outstanding they have marked my salary account for lein in last 4 months all bills are closed at last 3800 was there my salary came they took that bt not sent to credit card payment instead they are keeping freeze and charging late payment fee.. If that is not freezed at least i would have pay that they are simply charging late payment please release freeze and take that for credit card payment and close outstanding balance

                  I have a financial crisis facing from past 2 months and was unable to make the payment i have so many problems in life and i am not in a position to clear off the debts which i have.                       Axis bank charges the customers with an amount of Rs.1.50/minute even for Toll Free Customer Care Numbers. Their IVR options take too much of time to get connected with customer care executive. I was charged with an amount of Rs.20+ for talking to customer care executive for about 12 minutes. Queries related to banking will take at least a few minutes to be clarified.

                          Hi, my debit card (Master card) ending with 2974 has been blocked due to wrong pin entry while processing an online transaction. My name is hema hh. This card belongs to a salary a/c i hold with axis.

                          I tried sending an sms to unblock the card, which came back as unable to connect to url. I tried calling customer care but there is no option for unblocking the debit card at all.

                            I had a salary account with axis bank until
                            Oct 2016 then i dint use axis bank at all. But then government started debiting subsidy with axis bank. So when the account has been active and any how amount are being debited. Now when i go and check my account, its showing negative balance. What is the point? When rbi said no negative charges are applied if we maintain zero balance. Any way my account is used by government for subsidy and so its active, then why showing negative balance.? Kindly assist, looking forward for positive resolution

                              Subject: - Operational Inefficiency of your staff leading to financial loss for the customer.
                              Reference: - My investment in wife’s name ( Suchitra Kane ) for 8% RBI Bonds No. TBUTI[protected], FOR Rs. 240000/- from your bank. My connected account no. [protected], with Sinhagad Road Pune.
                              With reference to the above mentioned investment, I want to keep the following example of inefficiency of your staff on record.
                              1) As the interest for the year 2018-19 was going to be Rs.56000/- Form No. 15G duly completed was submitted to the branch on 21/4/2018. This was submitted in-time. The acknowledgement from the concerned staff was taken with official stamp on my copy.
                              2) When the interest for the first quarter was credited to my account in July 2018, 10% TDS was deducted from my payment.
                              3) When I personally visited the branch in the first week of August 18, your operating Officer Mr. Amos Sawant coordinated with the concerned department and confirmed to me that the Form 15 G is updated. He verbally assured me that the wrong deduction will be refunded after the reconciliation in the month of October 18.
                              4) When the refund was not credited to my account, I again contacted Mr. Sawant on November 3, 2018.
                              5) Now after lot of efforts today I have received phone call from Mr. Sawant that now I will have to collect the said amount from Income tax Authorities after filing the return. I had already indicated the same in my first visit.
                              6) It is very disgusting experience and I hope at least now the updated record remains same for the next quarter interest payment and I get the interest credit without deduction of tax.
                              It is sheer in efficiency of your staff leading to financial loss for the customer. I hope this is attended positively with my knowledge.

                                Hi my name is nazia shaikh... I have a savings account with axis bank since 5 yeras now... And i recently took personal loan from axis bank... For which my emi gets deduct from my hdfc bank... Last few mnths i was unable to pay emi on time as my dad was hospitalised and then he passed away i cdnt go to office due to which my salary was affected... I m a single parent alone taking care f my son nd mom... My sep mnths emi was due hence they blkd 6000 from my axis bank account... I requested them as u have blkd it adjust frm there as i m having financial crises they didnt do tht... I somehow managed and made paynent they said it will b released as soon as u make payment but its nt released yet... Due to this my oct mnths emi bounced... And they again freezed 6000 from my account i went everywhere possible everyvdy was we cnt do nythng... Again i somehow arranged nd made payment yesterday... Went to the loan dept showed them the receipt they scanned it also and sd we will send an email it will b done... But still nthng... Wen i called customer care they sd no request on account... Now its diwali again banks will b closed... I have my hard earned 12 k. Thsd or more freezed wid axis bank and they r nt releasing it... If tht is nt released by 10 i dnt have cash to make this mnth emi again... And again if this gets bounced they will say pay this then nly we will release... I m just waiting wid no result r solution... Fed up wid axis bank

                                      Debit card EMI deduction is not stopped after sending lots of emails.
                                      Please stop the emi as 3 EMI deducted refuthat deducted EMI as soon as possible because transaction details provided by Axis bank to Flipkart when the transaction successful on 5th of August.

                                        transaction failed but money debited

                                        Today on 5th Nov 2018, I tried to recharge of Rs 399 but transaction failed and my money got debited. I tried again then same thing happened but I received Recharge for last transaction.

                                        Again at night,
                                        I tried to DTH recharge of Rs 330 but transaction failed and my money got debited. I tried again then same thing happened but I received Recharge for last transaction.

                                        Why are showing Transaction Failed...
