agri loan rejected purposely

I applied agri loan on 22oct. Logged in on same date.
23rd i received phone verification. 24th i got field inspection.
25th i suddenly received a letter that loan rejected and decided by 22nd itself.
But no executive is aware and everyone says they did not cancel my loan on 22nd.
When i asked for cibil report which is the reason for rejection. They give me an old report which has lesser score.

I am a student and got a new axis a card a year ago. One day i received a call and then they started a service and debited some amount. I didn't understood it then. I had taken loan against credit card and after paying EMIs for more than a year decided to pre-close the loan. I paid the Entire outstanding amount for pre closure and clearly mentioned the same to axis bank branch representative. Last month received a call against non payment of EMI??!!!

On 30/09/2018, time 12:27, i tried to withdraw an amount of ₹5000 from andhara bank punducherry using my axis bank debit card.

deducting money from account unnecessarily

I am currently out of india and axis bank has put my account credit frozen status, which stops me from putting money in account. They have been deducting 400 rs. Every month from my account.

On contacting the customer care, they asked me to come to branch. Even after telling them i am not present in india.

irctc payment using bhim (powered by axis bank)

Booked ticket in irctc website using bhim (Powered by axis bank) gateway. Request came to bhim app and i approved it. Amount was deducted. I waited in the payment page but it was not redirected to irctc site. Status in irctc website shows pending from bank. Ticket does not show in failed transactions tab. It still remains in last transaction status.
