I opened a current account in axis bank branch 2 years ago in saligramam, chennai. The person who opened my account mr. Wilson asked me to open a 2nd current account and i did as he asked me.

I wasn't happy with the way he was treating me. He used to force me into buying max life insurace and asked rs.20, 000 for his personal help needed for his family, so i lended him the money and he returned it back 2 months later. He used to pressure me in moving my funds from current account to savings account just for a few days at the time of accounting.

I wasn't happy with the happy and didn't feel like my funds were safe in the branch so i moved all my funds to new a new bank account and told mr. Wilson to close both the current accounts, i also signed documents and gave him all that he asked for closing both the accounts and he said he will close my account.

I kept getting messages on my phone saying my balance is in negative so i went to the branch after a few months and asked the staff in the front desk. She said account has not been closed and mr. Wilson has left the job few months back and the account can now only be closed by paying all the negative amount, i said it's not my fault and told her that mr. Wilson said he will close the account. She said me to leave the account dormant for a few years and it will get closed automatically as a npa account and i don't have to pay any negative charges to close it.

It has been 2 years since this incident and i still keep getting messages to my phone that my balance is - 24, 000 and - 39, 000 on both the negative accounts. It keeps increasing every week.

Can you please tell me when my account will get closed, i donot want it to affect my cibil score and don't want the negative fees to add up. This was clearly a fault on the branch staffs

    I want to close the axis asap account since i'm not using it. So, i decided to close it. I have visited the nearest branch and asked the staff about my concern and they said, they don’t have circular for axis asap account closure. You will have to wait until next update. But they are deducting rs 15 plus taxes every quarter. I want to close this as soon as possible. Please do needful.

      i havent received any call from Axis bank. please just close my credit, its my humble request. dont irritate me with your nonsense reply's. is this your service to your customers.
      I am amazed that complaint has been marked as resolved..i would have given 0 Rating if it is available. it is very sorry to say that my credit card has not been closed yet instead i am receiving the card statements every month. you are just forcing me to move to consumer court..

        There is some amount got deducted multiple times from my account because of some charges, i dont know what is these charges. Could you please tell me what is this charge, why it got deducted, is the deducted amount properly, for what service it is getting deducted, i would like to know full details.

        I tried to contact with you, it is hugely chargeable service that is too worst, event to contact with you i didnt get the solution of my problem.

          Hi i am naresh.. I am doing transactions from last 10 years using axis bank.. Yesterday my account my has been debited rs 1646. I don't know it's mentioned as brn payment for the card. I am not sure what it is. I called 1000 times to customer care but no luck. If this is the case i will be in no agitation to cancel my account. Hoping raising a complaint here may resolve the issue.

                I transferred 1lakh rupees from my axis current account and it got timed out. Money was deducted from my account and did not get credited in beneficiary account. The money was deposited in order to get the cheque cleared which was issued from beneficiary account.
                Neither i am getting a complaint no nor getting a concrete solution for it. Why do i have to give money for 7 working days..

                  I've a axis bank salary account and in same i've credit card for outstanding they have marked my salary account for lein in last 4 months all bills are closed at last 3800 was there my salary came they took that bt not sent to credit card payment instead they are keeping freeze and charging late payment fee.. If that is not freezed at least i would have pay that they are simply charging late payment please release freeze and take that for credit card payment and close outstanding balance

                    I am anbumani i have been approached for the personal loan in axis bank loan application number 9213337 and it is declined without any reason. At first i given my customer id and pan details to the bank person and he verified told me that your profile is eligible for the personal loan. Then i have been submitted all necessary documents to axis bank representative after submission the documents and verification. It said that the loan application has been rejected i have given all the required documents for the personal loan which are mentioned by the bank person. He has collected and said this are enough when applying loan my cibil score is 851 and i want to know what is the reason to decline my loan request.

                    Please look into the this and resume the loan application process.

                      I applied for a current account in the name of my private limited company 2 months ago in one of axis branch located bhopal. I submitted all the documents which were asked for. Gave then 27000 rupees cheque as initial funding which they debited from my account the very next day. Promised me to open my account in 10 days, but after 10 days they started saying there is some problem which they have already fixed it and need 2 more days to process, every time i visit your branch they make the same excuse. Today 2 months have passed, when i raised my voice there, then they started saying that you have given emoa eaoa of your company documents which their cpu is not accepting. My question is, what were your employees doing till now. Why didn't they tell me this earlier itself. Was it their cheap act of not losing a potential customer and holding him as long as possible by lying to him. Frauds.
                      Another question is, why doesn't your cpu accept my document, as said by your branch personnel.

                      This is the link to ministry of corporate affairs which clearly mentions that from now on in india by default an indian company can be incorporated by spice forms only, that is eforms emoa eaoa. So we dont get any other type of documents.
                      What can i do now.
                      I gave them the self attested copies of emoa & eaoa.
                      When i asked for rejection letter they gave me 2 line informal letter stating "unable to process your application due to incomplete documents submitted by you", with a sign and a seal, & no description of the person writing the letter nor certifying that she is authorised to do so. That is fraudulent act.
                      I was so annoyed by seeing that & straight away rejected to accept that letter or even the refund of 27000.
                      Is this how axis bank works?
                      Such a bad experience for me that i have lost all faith in axis bank.

                        On 13.11.2018 i received 3 sms that rs.13500, rs.100 and rs.10 were debited to my account no.[protected]. Immediately on receipt of above three messages i contacted the customer care about the about debit the customer care informed me that if the transaction has not been done by you it will be reversed (Customer care no.91-[protected]). When it was not reversed i immediately axis bank and they said that you report the matter to cyber crime as it is the case of fraudulent withdrawal. I reported the matter to cyber crime, gurgaon. Now from your bank (Phone no.[protected]) it has been informed me that the above transaction has been located and the amount has been transferred to kotak mahendra bank account no.[protected], ifsc kkbk0000261.
                        In this regard it is requested that the above amount be credited to my account as the fraud was due to poor security on the part of the axis bank. I am not using net banking. Since the axis bank has located the account no in which it has been transferred, therefore the bank may take the appropriate action to recover the amount but in any case it may be credited to my account. I have also reported the latest position to cyber crime cell.

                        I have submitted my documents on 25 October but my account did not open after various requests and calls every time concerned person Axis dwarka asking for 2 to 3 days & repeatedly doong. Its been such a harassment never seen before in any bank. such a poor service was not expected from Axis bank.

From 2 weeks my account has been frozen, and my debit card is not working also my online transactions are also blocked. I called customer care there is no response and i called an official but he is just lagging the issue.. Iam completly frustrated of your service and i want immediate response from your side. I have not like this bank in my life.. It's an month start and my salary was stuck in it.. How could i do my transactions..                           Transaction declined but ammount deducted from account
                          I have entered incorrect passwords and now my login id is disabled.Can you please suggest me how can i re-enable my login id.

                          Documents, blank cheque and agreement are shared but no response over past 10 days and no funds are credited to my account. I'm afraid if my cheque would be misused. Need this to be actioned immediately. Fake promises and false commitments are given to me which consumed lot of my time and hope. Proper action to be taken against the executive.

                            I tried to apply for new chequebook by netbanking @by ATM it was showing lien reason code.

                              I shrikant hedaoo my saving account in axis bank civile line nagpur. I have big problem in my life because i need 2 cheque book but bank not support me they are tacking with me not issu for cheque book because u r already 40 cheque outstand so that i'cant help u but till date i most imp checkbook need because i tack personal loan in credit society so that there are deposits in 15 cheque because there are not ecs pattern available so that i kindly request for manager plz issu my chequebook but they are not help me. Plz i request o[censored] accept my application and solve my issu.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                Today morning date 1/12/2018 I went to axis bank branch- Sector 15 Rohini Delhi for updation of my aadhar card after there.
                                The security guard told us that the Aadhar employee is on leave for 15 Days.
                                There was no information attached of their leave customers had been waiting since '6' O clock for aadhar updation. After some time one of Axis bank employees came and talking in rudely manner.I said to him there should be other substitute in absence of employees.
                                We are not getting money for this he said.He also told us that complaint where you want.

                                So I just want know what kind of help you are giving to the customers. Directly or indirectly customer suffers. So please 🙏🙏 help us for not facing these kinds of problem in future.

                                  [resolved] axis bank — deactivate the one assist service and refund the money

                                  I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card..

                                  I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                                    I have an account in axis bank majalpur branch.

                                    I tried withdrawing money from bob atm in august but the transaction failed. The money has still not been redeposited back into my axis acc. Even my representative at manjalpur branch has been irresponsible and unhelpful. I even tried sending an email to the nodal officer which rebounced. Please help

                                      Hi axis bank manager,

                                      I have axis bank account opened in 2013 as a salary account but after 2 years i'm not using that account.
                                      But from that time onward without any information axis bank is sending message telling that running in negative balance which is subject to clear.
                                      Now with negative amount my account has been freeze means i can't even pay the negative balance and close it.

                                      Please me to get rid of this issue.
