Every months i was paying my loan repayment via direct debit.. For this december it is not debited, as usual i got the intimation on 3rd december that my account will be debited on 5th... But still now there is no debit in my account and also axis fined overdue charge around 600, i didn't gave stop payment in my debiting account.. I will pay the actual amount.. I cant pay overdue charges..

    Dear sir / madam,

    This is an urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction executed via my axis bank credit card for total inr rs.404.50 (Usd 4.15) on the 4th dec, 2018. Around night 23.05p. M. On 4th dec’2018, criminal has done following total 10 (Ten) transactions on my credit card. The details of these transactions are as below –

    1. 04-dec-18 11:05:13 pm rs.73.37 (Usd 1.00) google *services

    3. 04-dec-18 11:12:21 pm rs.154.08 (Usd 2.10) google *game insight.

    4. 04-dec-18 11:16:51 pm rs.50.00 google *services.

    5. 04-dec-18 11:19:09 pm rs.50.00 google *services.

    Total amount rs.404.50 (Usd 4.15)

    All above transaction debited to my credit card. And some another transaction done by criminal but due to card block transaction attempt by criminal declined for security reasons for this thanks to axis bank.

    I send you declined transaction history also …

    1. Your transaction attempt for inr 316.39 on your axis bank credit card xx6972 has been declined for security reasons.

    2. Your transaction attempt for usd.92 on your axis bank credit card xx6972 has been declined for security reasons.

    3. Your transaction attempt for cad 1.51 on your axis bank credit card xx6972 has been declined for security reasons.

    4. Your transaction attempt for usd 2.91 on your axis bank credit card xx6972 has been declined for security reasons.

    My credit card not blocked automatically after suspicious transaction. It’s too late. It should have blocked immediately after 2nd or 3rd transaction. I have raised my complaint to customer care of bank and i complaint about above transaction not done by me /us then i request to customer care reprehensive to block my card for feature then he register my complaint and block my credit card then he suggest me to go to nearest branch and fill dispute amount form and submit. Accordingly i have done it in axis bank jalgaon – maharashtra (India) pin-425001 branch.

    • i raised this concern on site www.consumercomplaints.in too.

    • from customer care they said me, your axis bank in week time that bank has temporarily credited said amount in my credit card a/c.

    I request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help me to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.

      Respected sir,
      Today i received a phone call from the bank, intimating that rs.1899 would be deducted from the account towards online security. It's not fair to recover any sum from the bank account with out getting proper consent from the customer. Mere intimation will not tantamount to have obtained permission/consent. I was not even given time to think and consult with my parents.

      I am not willing to pay any amount towards online security.

      My account details are:

      So, kindly reverse the recovery amount to my bank account immediately. Thanking you.

      Or else, i will be forced to seek the help of banking ombudsman.

        Dear @ concern

        I am a customer with having customer id[protected] in your bank, my concern is that i have done a transaction of rs. 70k through mobile app imps to another account this morning against which my amount got debited.

        While checking with beneficiary account i foynd the amount not credited. Then i call to the phone banking and found the transaction got failed.

        As a layman i want my money back in my account and cannot wait for 3 days.

        So i urged in your phone banking to lodge a complaint which they have denied and share a conversation reference no...[protected]

        I just want my amount back in my account latest by tomorrow ie 8/12/18. So request your action on this.

I have given all the information to him then he transcationed from my account of rs. 9898, (One 97 communicatio) rs. 7777 to vodefone billdesk & 9893 at paytm after that one phone call coming from your bank no. Is [protected] and he immediately block my card.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have downloaded the mini statement and i saw that that my mini statement was showing as pos/titan company lim/chennai/201018/18: debited but i am in trichy in maternity leave and i am holding my card with me but somebody has swiped my card in titan for the amount of 19, 658 rs in my debit card account [protected] on 20th oct

            Also i have contacted the axis card customer care for more than 50 times i didn’t get a proper reply from them, they only told me to provide a compliant letter which i have already provided to axis bank kattur trichy on 4th dec and on 7th dec and the complaint was closed without any resolution and without informing me.

            . As per my knowledge any transaction happening without my knowledge is a fraud transaction. But axis bank is just closing the complaint without any resoultiuon and investigation.

            I am in maternity leave and every time i have to travel long distance to raise a complaint. It is giving a lot of stress.

            I would like to refund the money on pririority.

              Last few months to now still i facing this problem in our local axis bank branch, address - falakata, alipurduar pin - 735211.
              Branch head mrs. Gitanjoli mam every time told me - "right now we can't provide easy pay service". Right now i very much safer for this issue, that's why i request to axis bank please check this matter as soon as possible.

                        My friend transfer money from his Airtel Payment Bank account using Paytm (BHIM UPI) to my Axis Bank ASAP account but not credited to my account. It shows transaction is successful in him airtel payment bank statement. In my asix bank ASAP UPI section it shows failed.

                          Myself raina ratendra srivastava my account number is [protected] request you to wave off my credit card charges as there is no pending amount from my end as there is some charges add by bank annual fees and started adding late fees on that which is not acceptable.
                          You can have a check that account is salary account opened after that i left my job and u have not turned in saving account it was still zero balance account. Now it has been ages where i have left my job and i am out of mumbai and house wife.
                          Still i asked my parents to pay when bank has charged me on my credit card dues some 900rs. My parents went to axis bank branch in bhayender west to pay that amount but in bank they refuse to accept the amount saying that your account is freeze and you have to go to home branch that is in goregaon east. My parents are old they cannot travel, while opening the account why it was not said that dont open account from here open it from where u stay, due out of sincerity i asked them to pay but after this behavior of bank i am really upset.

                          You can check the cctv footage of bhayender branch west.
                          I know that 'this is without prejudice to bank's right to recover its dues by all other legal means and due process of law',
                          I am going to take action against bank by going to reserve bank of india and further if required to more legal action against this.
                          It has been more than a year using axis bank credit cards and still messages are coming to pay the amount and now it is around 2000rs. Which i am not going to pay, if bank can see the records my rewards points on credit cards are also pending i have not utilize if bank can adjust that will be great full.
                          Hence forth i am not asking my parents to pay any dues or visit any bank and for me it is just impossible.
                          While opening the account you never said that you have to open it from your town where you reside so why closing or doing any payment like such why the bank is asking to visit to home branch it is just not legal. If required i will file complain to rbi.

                          Request you to close my account and wave off all the charges and close my credit crads which bank has already block want to finish all the credit cards and debit crads and close all the cards and the charges. Stop sending messages not required.

                          There is no reply n not a valid customercare email id,
                          while opening the account there was no condition, while closing the account and blocking the credit card condition are applied to visit the home branch .
                          Unnecessary charges even if the card is not in use

                            Hello sir this is Sruthi holding the preference account in your bank all the time I maintain good balance the employee in the bank ask me to invest in nfo I said ok she said if I want to take money back I can take at any time by informing with in two or three days. But she is saying now it is locked I can’t take my money up to three years I asked who are you lock without permission on that time she said it is open ended but they cheated me.                               My name gulab singh i had opened a saving account and i think one more opened a current account. One person said to me, first of all, your account will be opened within two to three days, i made a big mistake by believing in it. I come to this bank 9 days ago opening my current account has not yet opened. A man inside a bank is always cheated always does not answer us correctly, no help from this bank can be done from here

                                Kindly advice the procedure for new axis debit card since my card is expiring december 2018
                                More info can be given if required.

                                Although i tried to sort out the issue by visiting nearest axis bank they were not able to help me due to unavailability of concerned internet link.

                                Calling the customer care or concerned axis bank telephone were also not helpful.

                                There seemed to be so many support or help form but none for the above issue to resolve.

                                I was told long before that once the validity period is expired automatically will be renewed and will be sent to home address.

                                Kindly help so that i can continue the card without any hindered with your prompt service in time.

                                    I applied for job in axis bank through monsterindia... At first they demand rs1850 rupees for the interview... After clearing the interview they asked for rs. 4500 for verification of documents and after that they charged rs. 7500 for security cum basis for the job offer letter... I have paid 1850+4500+7500= 13850 rupees already and now they are asking for rupees 10000 more for the approval of my face to face meeting from the headoffice,...

                                    Hello,

                                    I am entering proper login id and password then also getting a pop window as invalid credentials.
                                    I went and enquire in axis bank. There the status is showing active, but i couldnot able to login through netbanking.
                                    I think there is software problem in axis bank portal.
                                    I have tried forgot password option more than 5 times.
                                    The service is very bad.

                                      This for your kind attention in relation with the pending provident fund. I have resigned from axis bank ltd sundarana branch (2292) gujarat, on 16 nov 2013 as bde, and worked for 90 days as releaving period. During the time of my resignation, i have complited all the legal formalities that bank required. Still my provident fund is not credited in ac/no [protected]. My employment id : 80270, joining date: 16 nov 2013, resigned on 01jun 2018.
                                      Please take all necessary steps to the above - mentioned matter and do the needful in priority.
