I have opened one axis asap account and deposited one collection cheque at kahilipara branch, guwahati, assam. But collection of the amuont was not permitted because kyc of my axis account was not done by me. I was not aware of the fact that kyc is mendatory to deposite cheques at asap account.

Then i visited kahilipara branch for kyc, but they said that as because biometric device is not available with them thay are not able...

cash deposit error notes were retracted

Respected sir/madam..,
I v. Bhasker sreegiri one of axis bank customer my customer id:[[protected]] reg. Mobile no [[protected]]..
Today im deposited 118000/- through cash deposit machine at tarnaka hyderabad but cash not deposited in my account, its shows on 'notes left behind ' & notes were retracted

credit card contains wrong expiry month and year

My old credit card has expired on may 2018 so i got new card..in new card also having same month and year validity same was in my old card... I contacted customer care.. They sent new buzz card but they charged joining fee of 850rs plus annual fee of 850rs.. I am not a new customer... I already existing one... For what joining fee... So i want clarification regarding that joining fee of 850rs including gst......

I accidentally sent this amount of 8500/- to the above stranger. Kindly refund the amount mentioned as soon as possible. Transaction occured just a few hours ago. So, i hope it won't be hard to retrive the money. The above fellow is the fraud and kept sending different account details to me from a few days....

I cant place a new cheque book request.in anna nager west branch i have directly enquired about this, they said me to close my account. On 15th Nov 2018, I had used my axis debit card in a SBI atm, located at Jorethang, South Sikkim. Though the amount ₹5000 got debited from my bank account, the atm machine did not dispense any cash. Since it’s the 10th day now, the amount has still not been recredited in my account.. If i am right it shouldn’t have taken not more than 7 working days, i wonder what’s causing the dealy..?

He gave me instant cheque book, pin, and debit card and said it would axtivate within 3 working days. He also said its a minimum balance 10000 rs account monthly. My refund was to come from flipkart. Rs 12687 and rs 8, 091 flipkart says that we have sent the refund and the refund has been received on your account axis bank on november 6, 2018. axis asap account registered on mobile without in person kyc is charging me for sms charges

In february 2018, i saw an ad for axis asap account that can be opened on mobile with zero balance. I downloaded the app and opened account with aadhaar card. I didn't do any kyc at any of their branches.

A few months later i got sms from axis bank that they have registered my kyc with central kyc registry. I don't understand how that is possible when i have just given them my aadhaar number and never done a full kyc.
