I just checked my balance today in the morning it was 6666 rs but in the evening my balance was 5666.. I had also got the message that amount deducted for consolidated charges... What is that charge one for 'll deducting 1k thats not fair plz do resolve this issue.. R else do let me know what is this 'll about.. How can i get the money back which was deducted from my account, what are the scaling charges. Plz do provide the need ful

      I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 8901. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.
      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

        My axis bank account number is [protected], & i am maintaining this account for the past 18 years. Recently i changed my mobile number in atm & after not getting changed i gave mobile number change application in my home branch, but so far its not changed. L had received new debit card but cannot activate in atm since it says your mobile number is not registered. L had given pan number to the home branch months before, but i cannot submit form 15g online since it says your pan is not registered. L need full access for my internet banking from view only access, so a separate application for that also given to home branch months before but so far none of the above requests have been accepted. Kindly see to the matter as early as possible

          I ordered a mobile phone through the axis bank credit card (Card no. [protected]) on the 24th oct 2018 on flipkart. But i cancelled the order at the same night & got a message from the flipkart saying that you will get your refund by 02 nov. But still i have not got my refund. I called the flipkat care, but they said to me that they have initiated the refund. The delay is from the axis bank side. So i called the axis bank care & told them my issue. Then they said that refund has not been initiated from the flipkart. Its the delay from the flipkart. But the flipkart team was confirming me that they have initiated the refund on 24th oct.
          What to do now???
          Pls do the needfull...
          My customer id is[protected] & the account no. Is [protected].
          I dont know, the delay is from which side, its banker side or seller side.

            I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 5264 it has been noticed that the money already been charged for the same.
            Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money

They explained about the card protection plan only, when i cut my call without any conformation or authentication from me they debit 1899 rs from my account.                 I already applied a credit card in your bank
                My doucument collect by you executive. Next day some one call in my no and ask for my house verification. I told him i’m note there at this time i’m at my business place. No one is house. So if you want to verify my detail you can come to my restaurant place it’s near by my home. So he told me i will call you after some time. But he didn’t call me. Then i called him. But he told me. He done my verification negative. I asked him. Why you done that. He told me. He asked someone old person. And she deny to verify you. So can you explain me. If some unknown person deny your verification you can don anything about his profile. I think you should call my no first.
                I asked him why you do that. He told me im doing that way it’s my work i can do anything what i want. So that’s the procedure how you treat your customer

                I havee made neft transaction from axis bank account to other bank beneficiary account.

                But the transaction has status “amount debited and request posted to rbi” .

                  The above card was settled for rs.80, 000.00 by collection agency phone number [protected] priya rajoria who collected rs 16000.00 as one fifth of the installment yet the letter is not received.

                  We are now receiving threatening calls from mobile [protected] telling us that one mr. Raj kumar is coming to my residence to name and shame and collect the amount.

                  I fail to understand the method used by yr agents who keep changing and newer ones tone and tenor of speaking is unacceptable.

                  Kindly call the above and refrain them from making such intimidating calls abd statements.

                  We are not inclined to call police hence i assume that you shall do the needful immediately.

                    Axis bank is hiring recovery agents whom are using abusive language over call.

                    I had not taken any loan on credit card, someone put my no in reference and they are abusing me.

                    I am going to file a petition in Court and claim for 25 lacs as a damage shoot.

                    I am a girl and I can not tolerate this type or vulgar language.

                    Axis bank is barely violating the Supreme Court ruling under unsecured loans.

Reverse all the interest, penalty and simile charges from 01.08.2018 till you take decision to reverse the charges 2.                           Irctc is showing money is refunded. But it is not credited in my account. I have paid for my cancelled ticket using bhim upi [protected]@axispay.
                          Transaction details of money being debited i. E. Ticket being booked and cancelled are submitted below as seperate screenshots.

                          All of a sudden it shows negative

                              Today, I trying to withdraw RS 5000 from SBI ATM Machine but after compate the transaction machine is showing transaction time out and after temporary out of service, and requested amount of RS 5000 didn't came out of the ATM Machine and I got the massage from Axis bank that RS 5000 is Dabit from your account.

                              I didn't got the money in my hand and is dabited from the account.

                              Please, do th needful from your end.

                                I was trying to reach the customer care of axis bank from last 1 week on below numbers, which are mentioned in axis bank official website.

                                  The magnetic reader on the axis bank atm machine is not working properly.
                                  Requested to resolve the issue asap.

                                  There atm is located in the commercial area and more people are depending on that. The reader in the machine is not reading the card even i swiped the card thrice. People are struggling here.

                                    An acute predicament with your axis bank being faced by me is being furnished as here-in-under for your kind knowledge:
                                    1) i had applied for a personal loan for rs.3, 00, 000/- with axis bank, sulipukur branch, burdwan having all relevant documents. Several times enquiries for verification had been made by the axis bank, durgapur, against application id 9091042, asking mother's maiden name, tenure of living at burdwan etc... After searching status it appears that my pl had been declined. Surprisingly the said branch does not maintain minimum curtsey intimating the reason of declination.
                                    2) similarly i applied for having a wedding loan for my daughter's marriage against lap (Loan against property) submitting all documents along with a a/c payee cheque for rs.5, 900/- through mr. Kartick sarkar, who was called and communicated by the axis bank, sulipukur branch and whose contact nos. Are [protected] and [protected]. Meanwhile, the said cheque had been encashed by the asis bank, durgapur, and a person visited my residential house for technical verification. The fate of my application was absolutely unknown to me. I contacted the said kartick sarkar then came to learn that the relevant file had been lying having been rejected but he assured me that a person from another company will visit my house soon for technical verification afresh but no response has yet been acknowledged even that mr. Kartick sarkar does not hold his mobile despite ringing on a number of times. Now it palpably appears that axis bank frauds encashing cheque without sanctioning my lap.
                                    I fervently request you to please refund the encashed sum favoring me immediately.

                                      I am shrey prasad. A year ago, i got a call from axis bank about the approval of credit card. (I haven't asked them to give, they called by their own). I was doing job in amazon pune. Axis bank account was my salary account. Then me any my partner started a business there in pune and it was on complete loss. I also left the well paid job out of the blue when the business was in a initial stage.in this the credit card amount got spent by me as i was in complete financial breakdown after the business loss. I dont have any money now to repay. I'll soon repay the amount. I want axis bank to co-operate with me in this matter. I am in a great problem. Already there are loans except this. I am feeling to suicide now. I am in a sheer problem. Death is the only way now for me.

                                      I want to request AXIS BANK to help me in this regard as a serious concern for me. i have lost my job and got a huge loss in business as well. practically i have nothing left . But i am sure i ll get a way out of it but it would take some time. I request the bank to lend me some.

                                      I am begging the team to lend me some time to return back the principal amount as I am totally bankrupt . I am not able to take it .. I would request the team to handle the issue on humanitarian grounds.

I have lost the job and the business is also closed. I am in a great problem. I am not able to understand what to do now, I request the team to lend me some time to settle the amount as practically now i cant do..If the bank still harasses me I would end up my life. No more option left.
