Today, I trying to withdraw RS 5000 from SBI ATM Machine but after compate the transaction machine is showing transaction time out and after temporary out of service, and requested amount of RS 5000 didn't came out of the ATM Machine and I got the massage from Axis bank that RS 5000 is Dabit from your account.

I didn't got the money in my hand and is dabited from the account.

Please, do th needful from your end.

    I was trying to reach the customer care of axis bank from last 1 week on below numbers, which are mentioned in axis bank official website.

    I was unable to reach them and communicate regarding my credit card closure issue.

    Even i have tried different channels like official website of axis bank and mobile app for the same, but i didn't find any options in those as well.

      The magnetic reader on the axis bank atm machine is not working properly.
      Requested to resolve the issue asap.

      There atm is located in the commercial area and more people are depending on that. The reader in the machine is not reading the card even i swiped the card thrice. People are struggling here.

        An acute predicament with your axis bank being faced by me is being furnished as here-in-under for your kind knowledge:
        1) i had applied for a personal loan for rs.3, 00, 000/- with axis bank, sulipukur branch, burdwan having all relevant documents. Several times enquiries for verification had been made by the axis bank, durgapur, against application id 9091042, asking mother's maiden name, tenure of living at burdwan etc... After searching status it appears that my pl had been declined. Surprisingly the said branch does not maintain minimum curtsey intimating the reason of declination.
        2) similarly i applied for having a wedding loan for my daughter's marriage against lap (Loan against property) submitting all documents along with a a/c payee cheque for rs.5, 900/- through mr. Kartick sarkar, who was called and communicated by the axis bank, sulipukur branch and whose contact nos. Are [protected] and [protected]. Meanwhile, the said cheque had been encashed by the asis bank, durgapur, and a person visited my residential house for technical verification. The fate of my application was absolutely unknown to me. I contacted the said kartick sarkar then came to learn that the relevant file had been lying having been rejected but he assured me that a person from another company will visit my house soon for technical verification afresh but no response has yet been acknowledged even that mr. Kartick sarkar does not hold his mobile despite ringing on a number of times. Now it palpably appears that axis bank frauds encashing cheque without sanctioning my lap.
        I fervently request you to please refund the encashed sum favoring me immediately.

          I am shrey prasad. A year ago, i got a call from axis bank about the approval of credit card. (I haven't asked them to give, they called by their own). I was doing job in amazon pune. Axis bank account was my salary account. Then me any my partner started a business there in pune and it was on complete loss. I also left the well paid job out of the blue when the business was in a initial stage.in this the credit card amount got spent by me as i was in complete financial breakdown after the business loss. I dont have any money now to repay. I'll soon repay the amount. I want axis bank to co-operate with me in this matter. I am in a great problem. Already there are loans except this. I am feeling to suicide now. I am in a sheer problem. Death is the only way now for me.

            Hi, i am aarti and an account holder in axis bank of roorkee branch. Today 12/11/18 i visited to branch for deposit money. After that i asked gaurd who was sitting inside the bank.. For entry of passbook, during entry the passbook he was talking with one of his friend... And he was using totally slang... I felt very uncomfortable. Staff persons should know how to talk in front of female... At least they should maintain a decorum during working hours.

              Axis bank ATM in Capgemini EPIP campus last few months the ATM doesn't work or don't have enough money or doesn't have required currency denomination. The problem is so frequenct during month ends weekends. I don't see any of the staff is even bother with it.

                On 9th sept. 2018, some unauthorized took place on my credit card, thereby maxing it to its full capacity.

                I was quickly alerted about the same and i immediately asked axis bank to block my credit card and recover the amount spent.

                My credit card was thereby blocked but the amount charged remains for me to pay.

                As such, i do not want to pay for the unauthorized charges that i didn't personally pay for.

                On 12th november 2018, some goons were sent to collect money from me which i explained that i cannot pay as it was unauthorized charges. They warned me that they will come again the next day at 11 am and will do everything to recover the money.

                    I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1037. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 83000.

                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 15 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                        Axis bank has people calling us for personal loans day in day out. I submitted my documents and application on 19th of october. Everyday i get call from different numbers asking for some other documents. I will be able to reach that number for a couple of days and then they block me. Again i will get a call asking for documents, saying the person is on leave or left for the day. Call the cutsomer care they say its in process. What on earth are they processing for 21days. Pathetic service

                          I've a axis bank salary account and in same i've credit card for outstanding they have marked my salary account for lein in last 4 months all bills are closed at last 3800 was there my salary came they took that bt not sent to credit card payment instead they are keeping freeze and charging late payment fee.. If that is not freezed at least i would have pay that they are simply charging late payment please release freeze and take that for credit card payment and close outstanding balance

                                Axis bank charges the customers with an amount of Rs.1.50/minute even for Toll Free Customer Care Numbers. Their IVR options take too much of time to get connected with customer care executive. I was charged with an amount of Rs.20+ for talking to customer care executive for about 12 minutes. Queries related to banking will take at least a few minutes to be clarified.

                                    Hi, my debit card (Master card) ending with 2974 has been blocked due to wrong pin entry while processing an online transaction. My name is hema hh. This card belongs to a salary a/c i hold with axis.

                                    I tried sending an sms to unblock the card, which came back as unable to connect to url. I tried calling customer care but there is no option for unblocking the debit card at all.

                                    Request you to kindly do the needful.

                                      I had a salary account with axis bank until
                                      Oct 2016 then i dint use axis bank at all. But then government started debiting subsidy with axis bank. So when the account has been active and any how amount are being debited. Now when i go and check my account, its showing negative balance. What is the point? When rbi said no negative charges are applied if we maintain zero balance. Any way my account is used by government for subsidy and so its active, then why showing negative balance.? Kindly assist, looking forward for positive resolution

                                        Subject: - Operational Inefficiency of your staff leading to financial loss for the customer.
                                        Reference: - My investment in wife’s name ( Suchitra Kane ) for 8% RBI Bonds No. TBUTI[protected], FOR Rs. 240000/- from your bank. My connected account no. [protected], with Sinhagad Road Pune.
                                        With reference to the above mentioned investment, I want to keep the following example of inefficiency of your staff on record.
                                        1) As the interest for the year 2018-19 was going to be Rs.56000/- Form No. 15G duly completed was submitted to the branch on 21/4/2018. This was submitted in-time. The acknowledgement from the concerned staff was taken with official stamp on my copy.
                                        2) When the interest for the first quarter was credited to my account in July 2018, 10% TDS was deducted from my payment.
                                        3) When I personally visited the branch in the first week of August 18, your operating Officer Mr. Amos Sawant coordinated with the concerned department and confirmed to me that the Form 15 G is updated. He verbally assured me that the wrong deduction will be refunded after the reconciliation in the month of October 18.
                                        4) When the refund was not credited to my account, I again contacted Mr. Sawant on November 3, 2018.
                                        5) Now after lot of efforts today I have received phone call from Mr. Sawant that now I will have to collect the said amount from Income tax Authorities after filing the return. I had already indicated the same in my first visit.
                                        6) It is very disgusting experience and I hope at least now the updated record remains same for the next quarter interest payment and I get the interest credit without deduction of tax.
                                        It is sheer in efficiency of your staff leading to financial loss for the customer. I hope this is attended positively with my knowledge.
