I have submitted a cheque to mahindra finance before submitting i have verified my signature from your other branch. They asked me that signature is ok. But that cheque was bounced due to signature mismatched. Why my branch (Hewatt road, lucknow) didn't ask me before bounce due to signature mismatched.
Who is responsible for that and who will pay for that?

        Hi, i m biren, employee id 112144, was working in axis bank as an assistant manager in operations in angul branch sol id 288. Joining date was 29.02.2016 and resigned date was 14.01.2018. Whenever i m trying to get to know about my epf balance or trying to get to know my epf balance its showing that there is something wrong with your name with your aadhaar card. While there is same name is mentioned in the both.

          Today Rs.36.46 got debited in the name of TIP/SCG.POS.DT 091018/ and I checked my transactions on the mentioned date . I used it to pay my exam fees only on that day . I have 3 bank accounts and This kind of money deduction is being happened only with Axis bank only . I want a detailed clarification and refunding of money although it is a small amount coz money got debited like this for 3 times till now and also please enlighten me about this kind of money deductions so that if this is the case i can stop using axis bank

            Reference: Our Request for closure of current account No. [protected] in the name of our firm GILTON ELECTRICALS. SCO 667, Sector 70 Mohali.

            Dear Sir’s,
            We were operating a current account in your bank branch at S.C.O No. 661, Sector 70 Mohali, as our showroom was nearby located at S.C.O No. 667, Sector 70 Mohali.
            Since March 2018, we had made a formal request for closure of our account as we were in the process of vacating the premises, and therefore we surrendered the credit card machines & the balance cheques in the branch itself. Subsequently we shifted from our address on 31/05/2018.
            This fact is also confirmed from the fact that there has been no activity in this account at all from 31/05/2018 onwards, as we have vacated the premises.
            Still, it has come to our knowledge that the bank has not closed our current account, despite our request & fulfillment of all formalities, such as cheque return etc, and some arbitrary miscellaneous charges are being debited to the account, which is apparently now showing a negative balance, despite no activity in the account from June 2018 onwards.
            We have also visited the bank and explained that we have vacated the address & closed our account & not done any activity in our account, but the concerned bank representative has put forward the reply that some charges have to be paid (even though we have not operated the account since June 2018)
            We request you to please close our account urgently & with immediate effect and please waive the undue and unnecessary charges as there has been no activity in the account at all since the past many months, failing which we shall have no option but to seek a legal course for closure of our account, so that the bank may not unilaterally keep on debiting charges to our account.
            We are retaining a copy of this letter, in case it is required for further follow up in a legal course.

              I have provided the attachment of a transaction which is not successful but 1720 amount is deducted from my account and its been 3 days since I have not received my refund. Kindly look into the matter as the recipient is declining the transaction by stating they have not received the transaction amount. I have already raised request from axis customer care, still its been 24hrs no response from their side. So please look into the matter and take necessary steps to refund my money.

                I ordered a product called Axis active band on the 4th of October 2018. The amount was deducted at the same time and I received a message that your order has been received. But today 0n th 16th October 1521 hrs, there is no status update. I dont know where my product is. When I call customer service, they charge me money for pressing buttons on my phones and when I get some1 on the phone, he doesn't know what to do and hangs up. I still havent received my axis active band. This is ### service by you guys, never expected this from you.

                    Hi,

                    Since the time i have taken loan from axis bank i have been facing lot of issues. I have already communicated everything to several people in axis bank but somehow not even single issue is getting resolved. Today is the last day i have to submit my fees to college but haven't received draft or cheque from axis bank.

                    This is the last time i am explaining all the issues i have been facing

                    Issue 1:

                    The emi amount that i am suppose to pay is 5283, for which i get messages from axis bank to keep this amount in my account but the amount never gets deducted from my account i have to visit axis bank every month to pay this amount.

                    Issue 2:

                    For the first month as well i got the same message to keep 5283 in my account but the amount that got deducted was ~10, 331 and was returned back due to insufficient balance. The bank again tried to submit the cheque with amount ~10331 and it got bounced because of insufficient balance. How bank can deducted this amount when i was told that my emi would be 5283. Bank told me that now i have to pay the charges 590 for the cheque getting bounced. Why i should pay this amount?

                    I was never told that this ~10, 331 was my emi amount.

                    Issue 3:

                    I was also not told that i will need a bonofied letter from college to get my second disbursement of loan. When i visited the branch to collect my draft on 8-dec 2017 i was told without that we wont be able to provide the draft. How you expect someone to know this by his own someone should have communicated to me before. I have been following up each and every day to collect the draft and everyday a new issue comes up.

                    Today i was told to write this mail, if this was roadblock for getting my draft i should have done this on 8-dec itself or before that.

                    Please let me know after all these issues that i have stated above who will be liable to pay the penalty that the college will impose for late submission of fees.

                    If all these problems are not resolved by eod today, unfortunately i have to cancel my loan from axis bank.

                    Through My mobile app i can see only My credit card details. I am also having Loan account of Axis bank.

                      Hi,

                      My Loan application process started on 3rd OCT and it was approved on 12th OCT it was approved and when I call the respective person they say that the amount is disbursed but I dint get any money in my account.

                      As already 13 days are over and when I ask for the money the person says why am I in hurry. If I was not in hurry then why would I have taken loan.

                      The service is very bad.

                            My saving account is a salary as account.
                            On 13th Oct there is a deduction of Rs.291 which is mentioned as a consolidate charges.
                            My balance is very low, I am withdrawing very small small amount to avoid no money issue at the month end,

                                Sir,
                                One year back i joined one company in dombivali. Company opened my salary account at axis bank, zaver road, mulund west, mumbai 80. Because of some reason i resigned job. I kept rs.1000 in my account. I came to my hometown. From last one year i have not used account. Today i checked my account it showing negative 778 rs. (-778). Then i contacted nearest brach for closing account at uran-islampur, tal walwa, dist-sangli branch code -499. Bank offcial told me i have to pay rs. 778 as fine. I have not linked account to dmat account but continusely mails are coming. I have two concerns
                                1) who linked my account to dmat without my permission.
                                2) how can you deduct money for not maintaining minimum balace when balance become zero? It is violation of reserve bank of india rules. Bank already deducted 1000 rupees as fine and when account become 0, bank continues fine its illegal practice.
                                Please resolve my issue and close my account.

                                  With due respect and humble submission i tika thapa accnt no. [protected] would like to lay my prayers for your kind information that on 2.9.18 at :15am i went to withdraw my salary at the dist hospital premises atm. First i withdraw rs 1000 i got the cash again i withdraw rs1000 but i didn't get the cash but then i received the sms where the second amount was deducted from my account.
                                  Despite my complaint to the bank manager twice no action was taken so i was compelled to write it down to you.
                                  So sir kindly do the needful.

                                    My current account has been frozen and today my savings account also frozen without any notice or warning. I have not done any transactions in last 15 days in my savings account. And why is the freezing for current account, they are just meant for frequent transactions.
                                    Worst banking experience with Axis Bank. I have complained it to the authorities in Geeta Colony Branch in Delhi where I have opened the accounts, they said me to visit after two days and inform you whether we should unfreeze or not...this is just illogical if your current account is frozen which have only 62, 000 fund and only doing upto 2 - 3 lakhs transactions in a month. Worst banking in the world i have experience I will give its a negative star...

                                      Hello I am having axis bank credit card which is expired long back but till now I have to make minimum payment to save my cibil . Some years back I was very good customer of axis bank as regular card user and make payment regularly but suddenly I met with chicken pox so that time I am unable to make payment for total outstanding amount and I had given 6 pdc cheques to complete my all outstanding but axis bank every time present the cheque after my due date and I recive late fees and finance charges in next statment I complain about it to customer care and other senior officials but till now no one help me every month I have to make minimum amount to save my cibil but now I feel that I have to now make call to consumer care people for help.

                                      For last so many months I am only paying my minimum amount due only to save cibil and not facing any problem but last week I applied for business loan and they reject only for not making payments to axis bank this is fault made by axis bank that's why after paying complete outstanding still facing problems.

                                        Respected Sir/madam,

                                        On 25 sep 2018 i tried for mobile recharge of ₹300 through net banking but recharge failed and that particular money is debited from my axis saving account i.e [protected]

                                        I launch a complain on 6 oct 2018 my service request number is 45367726. Customer care saying that my complaint is still pending.

                                        Sir till date i dont get my debited money back.please help me sir
