Dear sir,
I have done atm withdrawl of an amount 10000/- in axis bank, patancheru with a andhrabank debit card. Amount debited from my account cash not received. Dated on 5/9/18 at 11:05 am, around 2 months over amount not credited. I have given complaint in home branch where i maintain my account. They send a mail to axis bank till date there is no response. So, please look into this and cleat as soon as possible. If not i have to move legal on this issue...

      On 02 nov & 03 nov, while updating correspondence address for my saving account and filling each line and uploading the image, "try after some time" message pop up at the lat each time. Spoken to customer care and done as per his advice but still same message came again.         An hour ago i have used my atm card on axis bank atm and withdraw the cash and the amount isnt came from atm but the cash is deducted from my account.. Please help me and refund my money...

        I have called. The axis bank and they asked to check with the indian bank and they will not deal it directly at any cost.. I was trying to call you but it always engaged...

            I have worked with axis bank from 21 july 2017 to 26 dec 2017 but had to resign due to health issues. I was not able to serve the notice period for the same reason. They had already recovered the penalty & dues for the same & settled my pf also. I have written to them regarding this through hresponse but didnot get any answer although it was mentioned in the auto generated mail that they would respond within 24 hrs.

              Sinhagad road pune 411030 branch customer. Account number [protected]. Today i was at branch for withdrawing cash. I took 45 minutes for getting my cash in my hand. The reason was a junior cashier is manning the cash counter and every cash withdrawal is sent to the ground floor officer for verification. This is continuing since my last visit to the branch for the same work on 10/10/2018. I am really fade up with the service and if this continues i will have to close the operation with the branch. Your early action is expected.

                I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                  There is a complaint in reference to home loan a/c n. Phr[protected] in the name of vineet aggarwal that the said loan of rs. 4 cr. Was taken and availed on 24.09.2018 vide dd n. 901421 dated 24.09.2018 for rs. 4 cr. Which was handed over to the seller/ buyer by your legal representative on 24.09.2018 duly acknowledged and received by us.
                  Now my submission is that when we have availed the loan on 24.09.2018 there is no question of emi due on 10.10.2018. Only pre emi is applicable and the full emi is only applicable on 10.11.2018.
                  Your bank staff/ call center employees are harasing 10 times a day citing undue pressure to deposit full emi before date.
                  I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest to resolve the same otherwise we may take the legal opinion and the cost of harassment made by axis bank management by calling us unnecessarily and citing undue pressure for depositing full emi before due date. I once again request you to look into the matter personally and do the needful.

                        This is mr rao, working in a manufacturing company in mumbai. All my office colleagues and official transactions of my company are using axis bank since long.

                        It’s very good that, axis bank offered credit cards and i had been using axis bank credit card since long. It’s very bad to inform that, i got call on 29th october 2018 from one of the credit card service executive barring the contact numbers [protected]; [protected]. She spoke unprofessional and very bad words towards me without any discussion.

                        I didn’t expected such type to unprofessional service from axis bank. It’s very disappointing and i am closing all type of my axis bank accounts.

                          1 month back I have opened an account in Axis bank, Whenever I tried to login to my account, I am getting an error message like " LOGIN ERROR, TRY AFTER SOME TIME". During this one month period I have tried to login on daily not only in one system and even mobile App also. with in this period I can strongly say, hardly I logged four times. Really I don't know when will be this netbanking login issue resolve.

                          I am handling 3 accounts in different banks but I never faced Netbanking login issues and have self satisfaction to process online transactions freely, why not with Axis bank?

                            I have addressed the email to circlenodalofficer. [protected]@axisbank.com bring to their attention that inspite of paying the one time settlement amount of rs 20000/-offered by axis bank officials on 14/08/2018 towards final closure of my credit card, the bank has failed to issue the settlement letter to me even after 2 months time from the date of payment towards final settlement.

                            It is once again submitted before you that i have paid the said settlement amount only based on the promise and assurance from bank officials that a final settlement letter will be issued to me immediately on receipt of my payment.

                            This one time settlement amount rs 20000/-is paid by me with the support of my friends and family member under great difficulty and financial crisis.

                            Thus, the delay from the axis bank in issuing the one time settlement closure letter is causing me a great loss and hardship to me day by day.

                            Hence, i once again request your good self to do the needful and instruct the concerned bank officials for the issuance of one time settlement letter to me at the earliest. Anticipating a positive and an early reply from bank.

                              I had receive a call mr. Saurav regarding my credit card statement payment. And he was say my full and final amount is 99086 rs. And he sent me a statement on my mail[protected]. And i pay my all amount[protected].

                              But now i received again a statement for payment. Why i pay more money after my full and final payment. Kindly solve this query and reversal my amount or wave it.
                              I had call many time axis bank customer care but they are not receiving and accepting my wave request.

                                Axis bank i am too much disappointed with your executive and your team leader mr. Sanjay yadav of car loan department from jodhpur i m trying to apply car loan from this bank as i have already a car loan (Paying installment regularly), a saving cum salary account, a credit card, some fd and also i have a pre approved car loan from your system so i got a call on 29th oct from your executive mr. Rajendra singh from jodhpur same i request him on 30th oct to collect documents to process the car loan but he told me that his father in law is passed away so he could not collect documents then i called him on 31st but he told me that he cannot come so you can ask any other executives for loan then i have visited maruti showroom and i saw your executive rajendra singh was there its mean he was lying so i decide to apply loan from another bank but as i mentioned i have fully trust on axis bank so i have visited to your bank & where i got a mobile number of another executive and after the discussion he told me that his team leader refused to collect documents because earlier i had contacted any other executive of axis bank
                                What the mean how can your team leader behave like this, has the bank taught them this
                                After the worst experience ever i have decided to apply car loan from another bank also i'll move my all account permanently to another bank for services

                                  I have applied for a credit card with axis bank, the executive came to my place has mentioned my email id and mobile no, wrong in my credit card. So, when the first bill generated i wasn't aware of my bill.. I wasn't aware about the amount which i have to pay. I have tried contacting the branch also but couldn't got any response then i tried taking chennai team to update my email id and mobile no and after frequent follow ups, i have successfully changed that but when i tried to pay my bill, the bill amount was exceeded and it got piled up just because of so many penalties for delay payment which i haven't delayed intentionally, because of the fault of customer care executives of axis bank, i am forced to pay hefty amount of my hard earned money... Since july this issue is pending but i have not got any satisfactory solution.

                                    Recently i have applied a personal loan in axis bank and it got apporved after tht i have signed agreement and submitted 6 cheque’s

                                    Later receievd a msg tht amount got credited, but i didn’t received any amount in my saving account.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I (Rahul keloth) having account in axis bank, j. P. Nagar branch, bangalore, karnataka.
                                      I have made imps transaction today (2 november 2018) for the amount 11500 rs from my axis account to tamilnad mercantile bank limited, tondiarpet branch, tamil nadu.

                                      The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

                                      I have checked in transaction status. It is showing status as suspect
                                      We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
