Worst corporate internet banking i have seen so far in my lifetime. First it took 4 month to bank open our account and then nearly 2 months after we got internet banking account. And now if i have internet banking now it’s not working at all.. Can’t add payee.. Can’t getting our international money transfer.. So fed up with axis bank services. Now we are taking decisions to close our account soon... So guys go for any other bank not this axis this will give headache only.. If bank have problems with me complaint my account isn’t under 62 west studio llp

    I my account balance has been deducted for no reasons, i ried to contact them call is not connecting from my number, later it is' every call they charging for 2:50 2 rupess 50 paise, bank deducted 600 from my account, i spent 100 rupes over phone call even am not statisfied with reason they provvides, again this month -300 .. so annoyned.

        I want to inform that i have destoyed my credit card of axis bank (Xxxxxxxxxxxx6521) last year thinking i did not need the card and even i have not used for a single transaction.
        After nearly 1 hour, i am getting sms of due bill in every month for the last 4 months.
        As per updated sms, my oustanding shows rs.3383.
        During application, i was told by bank reprentataive that the card will be invalid after 1year if i donnot use for a single transaction annod no annual charge is imposed.
        As i am retired person, i cannot pay the due.

          I have done transaction through UPI axis pay application, transaction failed but money has been debited from account, axis bank customer care not taking complain immediately.

          Then I went Axis Bank Kandivali Branch, They have taken complain but not provide any complain no.

            I have applied for personal loan in axis bank. And the employe of axis bank (Jitender-[protected]) is misguiding me about rate of intrest and taken all my document on whatsapp. He told me
            About 15% roi and after approval he told me that u loan is approved on 20.50% roi. When i told him to cancel my loan he told me that u have to visit loan departing at himalaya house.
            I had visited personal loan department at himalaya house, k. G. Marg on last wednesday (24.10.2018). They have told me that we will cancel your loan in 2-3 working days. But still i have not received any confirmation from axis bank. I am attaching the letter which they have given to me on last wednesday. Please cancel my loan app. No - 8988130 as soon as possible. And please take some action against your employe (Jitender-[protected]) for misguiding me regarding roi and also he had taken my document on whatsapp i have all the screen shot. He never meet me for collecting document. And also he told me when u will receive any call from axis bank plz tell them that u have given the doucmemt to me physically not on whatsapp. I am very disappointed from axis bank and their employes.

              No clearity about any explanation from agents. No proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. Cutting the call while inquiring, worst everywhere. Only these are the salient features of axis bank.

              I would like to cancel my axis bank credit card, which i can't hold for any more.

                Dear sir,
                I have done atm withdrawl of an amount 10000/- in axis bank, patancheru with a andhrabank debit card. Amount debited from my account cash not received. Dated on 5/9/18 at 11:05 am, around 2 months over amount not credited. I have given complaint in home branch where i maintain my account. They send a mail to axis bank till date there is no response. So, please look into this and cleat as soon as possible. If not i have to move legal on this issue...

                          I have worked with axis bank from 21 july 2017 to 26 dec 2017 but had to resign due to health issues. I was not able to serve the notice period for the same reason. They had already recovered the penalty & dues for the same & settled my pf also. I have written to them regarding this through hresponse but didnot get any answer although it was mentioned in the auto generated mail that they would respond within 24 hrs.

                            Sinhagad road pune 411030 branch customer. Account number [protected]. Today i was at branch for withdrawing cash. I took 45 minutes for getting my cash in my hand. The reason was a junior cashier is manning the cash counter and every cash withdrawal is sent to the ground floor officer for verification. This is continuing since my last visit to the branch for the same work on 10/10/2018. I am really fade up with the service and if this continues i will have to close the operation with the branch. Your early action is expected.

                              I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                                There is a complaint in reference to home loan a/c n. Phr[protected] in the name of vineet aggarwal that the said loan of rs. 4 cr. Was taken and availed on 24.09.2018 vide dd n. 901421 dated 24.09.2018 for rs. 4 cr. Which was handed over to the seller/ buyer by your legal representative on 24.09.2018 duly acknowledged and received by us.
                                Now my submission is that when we have availed the loan on 24.09.2018 there is no question of emi due on 10.10.2018. Only pre emi is applicable and the full emi is only applicable on 10.11.2018.
                                Your bank staff/ call center employees are harasing 10 times a day citing undue pressure to deposit full emi before date.
                                I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest to resolve the same otherwise we may take the legal opinion and the cost of harassment made by axis bank management by calling us unnecessarily and citing undue pressure for depositing full emi before due date. I once again request you to look into the matter personally and do the needful.

                                    I need my one assist service to be deactivated and request to refund the deducted money of 1899 rs.
                                    I'm raising this compliant seeing the bad reviews on services and deducting the money without my or bank authentication.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      This is mr rao, working in a manufacturing company in mumbai. All my office colleagues and official transactions of my company are using axis bank since long.

                                      It’s very good that, axis bank offered credit cards and i had been using axis bank credit card since long. It’s very bad to inform that, i got call on 29th october 2018 from one of the credit card service executive barring the contact numbers [protected]; [protected]. She spoke unprofessional and very bad words towards me without any discussion.

                                      I didn’t expected such type to unprofessional service from axis bank. It’s very disappointing and i am closing all type of my axis bank accounts.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
