My last 11 attempts of creating aadhar at this axis branch in heart of mumbai city went unsuccessful this way:

1) i visited the above mentioned axis branch at 9:30 am where i got to know that you need to form the queue at 6 am in the morning since only first 25 people are allowed.

amount debited from source bank but transaction is still in pending mode

On 27/10/2018 at 7:48 am, trying to make a transaction of rs. 2000 from samsung pay mini which is actually powered by axis bank ltd and the transaction id is[protected]. Amount of rs. 2000 has been deducted from my source bank, which was bank of baroda but still out of reach for my son's account in indian overseas bank till now. According to axis helpline, they are unable to process of refund....

regarding cash stuck in atm recycler machine

Dear concerned,

I have an account with your bank and account no is [protected] in the name of nitin verma.
I tried to deposit an amount of rs 107800/- that has been stuck in axis atm recycler machine in sector 19 on 21st october 2018. I haven't get that money credited in my account yet. Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue as i am in an urgent need of this money.

i have been asked to close my saving bank account but still am getting messages regarding minimum balance

I have asked open a saving account by a employee from axis bank, i. G road chikmagalur, but i was not able maintain the average balance in account so have asked her to close my account and i have not received any kind of passbook, atm card but i always get messages regarding minimum balance charges and i have also filled the closing account so please solve this issue as soon as possible....
