I have applied for a credit card with axis bank, the executive came to my place has mentioned my email id and mobile no, wrong in my credit card. So, when the first bill generated i wasn't aware of my bill.. I wasn't aware about the amount which i have to pay. I have tried contacting the branch also but couldn't got any response then i tried taking chennai team to update my email id and mobile no and after frequent follow ups, i have successfully changed that but when i tried to pay my bill, the bill amount was exceeded and it got piled up just because of so many penalties for delay payment which i haven't delayed intentionally, because of the fault of customer care executives of axis bank, i am forced to pay hefty amount of my hard earned money... Since july this issue is pending but i have not got any satisfactory solution.
