It's been more than 40 days that my account is not activated and also i tried contacting the person who opened an account he is not receiving my phone and i also visited the branch and he agreed to make it fine and still he is playing around with me

This is a serious issue please get in touch as soon as possible
My salary is been stuck up
And i want you to take this issue very seriously and very quickly

    forex account debited but cash didn't receive from atm - 45249720

    Dear team,
    This is regarding my axis bank prepaid forex card cash withdrawal.
    Please note that i want to complaint regarding one of the atm cash withdrawal transaction for my axis bank forex prepaid card wherein i tried to withdraw 2000 usd from t2 baggage claim, dubai atm.

    The atm didn't dispense any cash but my axis bank prepaid forex was debited for 2000 usd and 2.36 usd charge.

    I would like to inform you that my saving a/c no. [protected] in your bank, rajouri garden branch no. 066 since 2001. I have also opened many families a/c in your branch. Many other schemes taken by me from your branch like fds /rds etc. I have completed all the installments on time always. I have always maintained the minimum balance amount in my all accounts since 2001.
    But, unknowingly only one time i was not able to maintain the minimum balance amount in my saving a/c.in the month of feb, 2018. We did not get any message from your side or any call regarding this matter.
    Directly you deducted the amount rs.607.70/- from my account on 14.04.2018. This type of customer service is not acceptable from your branch. At least you should inform us before deduction the amount.
    This is happens only one time in 17 years. I would request you that you should consider this case and wave off the charges on urgently
    Also please convert my saving account in zero balance account due to its woman account in the name of mrs sushil khanna and all bank are facilitate zero balance. I have already opened priority a/c in your branch also. Before opening the priority a/c, your executive told us that no need to maintain the balance a/c in your all a/cs.
    Kindly wave the charges and confirm us. If you are not able to provide such type of tiny services, then i will close my a/c or switch to other branch / bank.

          I gurdev singh with coustomer id[protected] hereby inform you that i blocked/cancelled my axis credit card on first week of september after the payment of rs 57.82/- from my account with details 01/09/2018 brn-pymt-card [protected].
          However the same amount of rs 57.82/- is again debited from my account on 03/10/2018 with details 03/10/2018 brn-pymt-card [protected].
          Since i have already blocked my card after clearance of all dues on 01/09/2018, why the same amount is debited again on 03/10/2018.
          Kindly refund the amount in my account as early as possible and make sure that this amount rs 57.82/- should not get deducted from my account in future.

            For further process to the loan through axis bank executive at 2pm but nobody call me on same time and i received a call 4:30pm. And he is very careless and crucial person. They dont know how to talk to the customer i am really very disagree with axis bank representative. And what he said you dont know anything you want loan or not this type of behave your axis bank executive
            So please tell me is it axis bank behave like this to the customer.

                I had open only a simple salary account from axis bank branch. but when i cheque than i have activated a demet account without any information n without my permission.i have no. need any demet account when why this account opened with my salary account.i have lost my money so many times.
                than i knw this matter i do closed my demet account.

                  I had unfortunately opted to open a salary account at axis bank, infosys branch, trivandrum during first week (3rd or 4th) of september. After the account activation confirmation message was received on my mobile number, following were the issues with the account and i had visited the home branch and informed them these 3 issues:
                  Issue 1. Unable to activate the debit card:
                  As per the instructions i had tried to activate the debit card via axis bank atm. But there was some technical issue and i could not activate my debit card.. Error message shown on atm was 'date of birth mismatch'.

                  Issue 2. Unable to register for internet banking:
                  When i tried to register using the customer id on new user registration page, the error message shown was 'user does not have any relation with the bank'.

                  Issue 3. Unable to register for mobile banking via axis mobile app
                  I was told by the bank official that

                  For issue 1, i had to follow up several times via phone and even i had to visit the branch most of the days to check on the status of the issue. After weeks of follow up, finally the issue was resolved and i could activate the debit card on 26/09/2018.

                  Issue 2 and 3 still remain unresolved even after multiple follow ups.
                  Hence i decided to close this account. When i visited the branch to close the account, the bank officials are not helping even in this matter. They are not resolving customer issues and they cant even help to close the account.

                  The bank official was being very rude because i had decided to close the account and he told me that the account will get automatically closed when it is inactive for a minimum of 3months. But this does not seem to be correct. If salary is not credited to the salary account with axis bank, it gets automatically converted to normal savings account which is not a zero balance account and i will be liable to pay penalties for non maintenance of minimum balance.
                  The bank officials are trying to misguide the customer and make them believe that the account will automatically get closed, whereas this is not true.
                  I request strict actions to be taken against the bank officials for such improper and misguiding techniques they use to make customer pay penalties after moths for a non operative account. If a customer requests to close the account, they should be ideally providing the account closure form or at least do the needful to process the customer's request.

                  Axis bank does not care about a customer and has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

                  Does this Axis Bank have a proper customer care number when we can talk to a customer care representative to get some guidance regarding the account. All the customer care number available on internet are just having IVR options.
                  And there has been no response to my complaint till now. I asked for the official mail id to provide my registered mobile number and then there is no response at all.

                  How can they mark the complaint as resolved without proper resolution?

                  I have not been using this account till date and it is still active.
                  I have axis bank credit card and I have outstanding balance of 41858. I want to convert the outstanding balance to emi so it is easy to pay. Please help me on the same

                      I want to deactivate below mentioned account number.

                      Before one or two years ago, i joined one company where bank account was opened with the help of your representative. I want to deactivate this account from last many months. Even i gave them confirmation to deactivate my account. I received 3-4 messages for some payment (1500- fifteen hundered) in regards to not maintaining minimum amount. At the time of opening an account, your representative has not informed me in regards to this. Now asking for money. I visited chandkheda branch, ahmedabad three times but no one is giving me proper response. No one ready to share me any contact number or mail id from that branch. While at the time of opening an account, your representative call us time to time. I feed annoyed for this as they inform me to visit shahibaugh branch (Ahmedabad). Last time, they filled one form and send it to shahibaugh branch, ahmedabad (Main branch). I tried at my level to get the contact number or email id from internet but i not getting any details for the same.

                      Yesterday, i receive a courier from shahibaugh, branch, mentioning that i need to go there to pay the amount. Why should i pay any amount. I am not going to open any account now with axis bank. I have no time to visit your office time to time for deactivate my account.

                      Now at the next level, i am going to ask them to pay me 3000 rupees as no one is giving me any contact details of shahibaugh branch, ahmedabad. At chandkheda branch, they provide me numbers but all three numbers does not exits.

                        We have using axis atm shop no.3 rz 1443 tughlkabad extension south delhi date 2/10/2018 time 8:21 but by hdfc bank atm card. Transaction done with 2000/- (Two thousand rupees only) but rupees not received from atm or displayed 'this atm is temporarily out of service' so please reverse rs. 2000/- on my account.                           I complain for this on 23/09/2018, i informed you that because of miscommunication the service was activated now i just want to deactivate this service with oneassist, the relationship number is 5321000. The charged amount is 1899/-.
                          After that i received massage from oneassist on 24/09/2018 that my membership cancellation is processed with service request number 3576511, and amount 1899/- will be credited in bank account within 5 to 7 working days. But it has been more than 7 days and still not get refund and it has not been found that the service has been deactivated. Kindly check the complain status and inform me.

                          I sent the NEFT Bank Account details on [email protected] for the refund the amount 1899/- . This is the second time i complained for deactivation of OneAssist service. Kindly deactivate the service with OneAssist and refund the amount.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have received a call regarding job opening in a well known company named axis bank. From digital career sirvices, noid, new delhi
                              I thought it may be correct call not a fraud one because i am lokking for a job change.

                              These people asked me to register with them for conducting the interview with axis bank with amount of rs. 2500/- which i had paid on 13th sept 2018.

                              They had arranged my telephonic interview with the hr person of tcs (As they said) my telephonic interview got cleared and i received a call as well as a email from axiabank hr department for the selection and congratulations

                              17th sept 2018 they asked me to pay the amount of rs 5800/- as a security cum processing deposit which will be refunded to me on the date of joining. I paid the same amount for the of rs. 5800/- on the same date near about 12.30pm.

                              Later they called me around 3.00pm and asked me to pay again an mount of rs. 11500/- as a confirmation cum security deposit and said this amount is to be paid in favor of axis bank but i asked them first provide offer letter then i ll pay the amount and they sent offer letter to me and again they asking rs 19500/- for joining letter but iam not pay the amount...
                              I called them but they are not responding..
                              Kindly help me out this problem and please find the below mentioned details and atteched offer letter kindly help me out...

                                Also not able to access the salary amount deposited in my account.

                                Bank is aware that they dont recieved such Notice addressing to me. Now bank dont want to accept their fault bcoz they are the owner of this dispute. and asking me to show the Notice from Incometax department.

                                Later on I personally visited Income tax department and explain the Issue. They denied and said there is no such notice released against my PAN card.

                                I escalate this matter to Axis Bank, Nodal Office but still they are not accepting their fault.

                                  I own credit card axis..they have debited amount 10118...before almost month twice...instead of once...i am continuously requested costumer care ...and registered complaint...initially said they agreed their mistake and promised to solve in 2 or 4 working days...i thought okay and waited...again it remained unsolved...again i asked they told 5-6 again i waited...now they told...30days...so i directly went bank and met credit card department...member..i received careless responsible...

                                  then i and then made payment of 37204 which was actual expense of mine before due date i didnt not extra 10118,

                                  and now i am getting SMS from axis to settle the amount before due date,

                                  i paid amount for which i was responsible,

                                  because of this my CIBIL score gets affected then axis bank will be responsible for this...

                                  this is what bank is giving service to people..please solve my query..and trouble i am facing with axis bank

                                    My personal loan no - ppr[protected] and emi date is 5th every month, so please change this emi date from 5th every month to 15 th every month, this is due to we are getting the salary every month after 6th so please change the emi date, otherwise i could not clear the loan amount every month.                                       Hi,

                                      I visited koramangala 8th block branch lin march 2017 and submitted application to close my savings account. I was told that it will be done in a week and i need not have to do anything further. I stopped using the number associated to that account. So i had no clue that the account is still not closed. Recently i was going through my emails and found that i have been receiving e - mails warning about low balance. I have no proof with me that i submitted the closing request, i also submitted my atm card in the branch. Please do the needful.
