I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 2lac.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business months. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

i have credit card in Axis bank,
i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the axis peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

Hi I would like to write about my credit card bill payment. my credit card no is 45145700****1756. i received a bill amount 2 lac
this is to inform you that I am unable to pay this debt as my family is facing financial hardship .but we want to settle this in fair so that you will have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of debt.

I do not have issue any credit card in past from axis bank,
but one credit card is showing in Active condition which is issued by axis bank, so please close this card to avoid any miss use in future of my name and card.

    Booked ticket in irctc website using bhim (Powered by axis bank) gateway. Request came to bhim app and i approved it. Amount was deducted. I waited in the payment page but it was not redirected to irctc site. Status in irctc website shows pending from bank. Ticket does not show in failed transactions tab. It still remains in last transaction status.

      I have been a loyal customer of axis bank and kept a clean record for the past 4 years, i have lost my job and waiting to join my new job in december. Due you this i'm unable to make the payment last 3 months. I am now receiving threatening calls to myself and my family members phones from the collection agency. I can't believe axis bank treats their customer like this when their customers go through a hard time. I have recorded the conversion with one of the collection agents. The agent insulted me as a kadankaran (Defaulter) and called my sister's phone and spoke to her in a rude way. I need this to be escalated and want this person or the bank to be punished for the humiliation i went through. I am heartbroken due to the behaviour or the bank.

        Since two months, am trying to create aadhar card for my 1 year old daughter.

        My last 11 attempts of creating aadhar at this axis branch in heart of mumbai city went unsuccessful this way:

        1) i visited the above mentioned axis branch at 9:30 am where i got to know that you need to form the queue at 6 am in the morning since only first 25 people are allowed.

        2) i visited the branch at 6:30 am where there are only 15 -16 people above me but when branch opened ta 9:30, have been told today only first 15 people will be considered.
        Question: how can bank change the number of persons to accommodate for aadhar on daily basis based on their convenience?

        3) my 4-5 visits went unsuccessful since many times only 10 & even less than 10 people are allowed to create aadhar at the branch.

        4) my eighth visit at the branch was at sharp 6 am where my name was registered with the bank security guard & i was among the top 4 persons. Again after waiting for three+ hours i have been informed the lady who works on aadhar system had not came today hence no aadhar work will be carried out today.

        On the top of it when i along with other people came inside to meet branch manager with the below two questions, he not only refused to meet but did not allow us to even stand inside the branch.
        When all people refused to budge & waited in the scorching heat outside, after an hour of wait, branch head finally came not to address the queries but to abuse & make fun of people.
        * i have all the video recordings which certify my each & every word here, being 7 time unsuccessful i thought of doing the recordings this time.
        Question: if one employee is not available, will it be fair to shut down the whole machinery, why there was no backup being planned?
        Question: why the registration is being done & people are forced to wait for 3+ hrs if employee was on leave?

        5) during my ninth visit again after three hours of wait with my one year old daughter, have been told aadhar system is down, hence asked to leave. This time i lost my patience & met the manager who finally agreed to provide me saturday slot, little i did know it was a ploy to further harass me.

        6) during my tenth visit, i visited the branch as told by manager on saturday afternoon but to my shock again have been told system is down so my request could not be processed.
        I tried to meet manager who had given me the slot but he was not there so i left my number to second officer & left again with my year old daughter & my father.

        7) now after few days i got a call from the manager & have been told to visit the branch today.
        Before leaving as well, i called up the manager (Have the call recording as well) where i confirmed if the system is working or not & on his yes, i left from my home which is 10 km away from the axis branch.
        When i visited the branch, again being told that system is down since morning.

        I tried to reach manager who is not there, have been informed just 30 mins before that system is working, how can it be true?

        If aadhar is everyone right, why this right has been taken away from my year old daughter?

        How is this complaint marked as resolved, no action been taken, still you guys have the courage to mark this as resolved. Shocking that consumer complaints portal work with hand in glove with bank mafias like Axis bank & pass wrong information among other viewers. Fraud bank and cheater portal, will not be to use it from now onward.
        This is not an isolated case, many people including me have been treated in same manner by Axis bank, unfortunately I have been to Axis bank hiranandani, powai branch just to change my mobile number against my aadhar but shocked to see this bank's way of working. Most of the employees are rude, busy over the mobile, manager considers himself not less than PM of India.
        After all this harassment, I went to Indian bank & get my work done in 15 mins.

        Axis bank is fraud even even heard that they took money for aadhar services,
        have visited this bank n number of time, they don't entertain request of common man,
        I advise you to stay away from this hopeless bank.

        Same here even I am one of the victim of axis bank, mumbai branch there is no transparency at all & from guard to manager everyone has ego problems. They are not there to serve but to harass the people

        Oh not again, is this Axis Bank, Hiranandani, Powai branch?

        Then don't wonder, the branch head (Kishore) has some serious issue dealing with people & it seems other staff also has learnt the things from him. Their only job is to make fun, harass people & have seen many people fighting for their basic rights there but not as iota of improvement.
        Even if you complain to nodal heads & even chairman, it won't help it seems the whole Axis bank is rotten.
        I have also transferred my account from Axis to HDFC, you guys also do that & its easy to create aadhar in HDFC.
        I have already complained about illicit practices with respect to Aadhar to ceo Amitabh Chaudhry but no response till now. Yes I do agree though I don't have much good experience with Axis bank but the Hiranandani, powai branch is pretty rotten. When the top leadership is worse you can;t expect things well on the ground.

        I am even hearing this axis bank branch is closing down, is it true, Can someone confirm that?

          On 27/10/2018 at 7:48 am, trying to make a transaction of rs. 2000 from samsung pay mini which is actually powered by axis bank ltd and the transaction id is[protected]. Amount of rs. 2000 has been deducted from my source bank, which was bank of baroda but still out of reach for my son's account in indian overseas bank till now. According to axis helpline, they are unable to process of refund.

          As per him statement, they already released the money from my account and beneficiary account is still waiting for money. In the mean time you are mediator between source bank and customer like me, Don't try to play the blame game, it is totally your responsibility.

              Dear concerned,

              I have an account with your bank and account no is [protected] in the name of nitin verma.
              I tried to deposit an amount of rs 107800/- that has been stuck in axis atm recycler machine in sector 19 on 21st october 2018. I haven't get that money credited in my account yet. Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue as i am in an urgent need of this money.

                I have mutual fund account-[protected]with axis bank, which sip i am paying on 5th of every month, but this month after 15 days of sip date one massage came that sip amount has not came so they are unable to process, when i replied to them and produced my bank statement that amountof 5000.00 has been deducted from my account as usual, then they said that amount has been reversed, but why they reversed and where this amount has gone i don't know.
                So if it is reversed kindly refund my amount to my same bank account from which the sip is going every month.

                  I faced the same issue on 26th Oct 2017 and reported a complaint for refund but I was not refunded.

                  I contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.

                  I am totally disappointed with this one assist

                    I want to cancel this one assist service, last year these people called and about this and started the service without my permission i asked the customer care to cancel this service and provide me a refund but i didn't get any response. Now i got a mail about it's auto renewal. I am trying to get to the axis bank customer care but they don't have any option regarding this. And the one assist customer care's number is out of reach. I don't want this service and i want it to stop, last year these guys charged me for 1899 and i don't want them to do it again.

                        Hi i am neeraj kumari i took a home loan from axis bank. At the time of taking loan i wanted to pay my emi through ecs from my salary account from sbi bank but axis bank employees forced me to open a new savings account in their bank and said that it would be a zero balance account till my loan is with them but after a few months they converted it to amb 10000 without any further notice then i made complaints but in vain. Then i started to deposit my emi to my loan account directly. After 5-6 months they took action and again turned my account to zero balance. But now problem is that they started demanding penalties of[protected]rs from me. This is not my fault why should i suffer. Please help me thanks - neeraj kumari mobile no [protected]

                        These charges are because of you had change my account code and I had to suffer a lot to change again it to zero balance

                          I take gold loan from axis bank we give total intrest every month to bank but after two year when the bank call to renew the account at that time we say u dont renew i pay full amount to close my account then after we take full amont in my hand and we go bank to deposit but at that time the bank does not deposited my amount and say u do NEFT in ur account to close and than after neft he say me to deposit 550 for the auction charges i say why, then he say i put add in newspaper to auction. so auction charges presented to me, u see for the whole conversation i give full intrest to bank than why he auction my gold.so the moral is this conversation you dont take gold loan to axis bank because bank is totally cheat the customer

                            I had got my account closed before two years after withdrawing money from my account. After submitting the documents their person told me that they will close my account. But after some time i got message to have been charged rs 1000/- for short balance. I approached to the guy he said not to worry we will resolve the issue. After some months again i am being deducted rs 1000 every month resulting into rs 16000 debit balance.

                              Dear sir/madam
                              I had ordered flipkart for supply of 2 paul london bags (Rs.518 per bag) on 06.10.2018 and payment made by my axis bank debit card. Later on same day these were cancelled and a refund for both bags was initiated by flipkart. The refund references numberd are as below

                              Out of above two refunds i have received only one refund of rs.518 on 16.10.2018 and another refund of rs.518 is yet to be received. I had sent a mail to axis bank for early refund but they are not replying. Bank's customer care is also not responding.
                              As 16 days has already passed and axis bank has yet not credited refund amount rs.518 to my account, it is requested to take up the matter with bank to resolve the issue.

                              A mail was sent to Axis Bank Support on 30.10.2018 and details of my account number, regd e mail and regd mobile no were provided to them as desired in their prescribed form. All details of the issue were given in the mail and requested them to credit the money rs.518 in my ac. A noreplay @axis bank mail was sent to me ensuring that they will look in to the case and reply me within 24 hrs. However, so far they have not replied till date.

                                credit frozen account - why

                                My account [protected] is credit frozen, i just want to understand that why it is frozen especially when it has the sufficient balance, and even if it needs to be converted into the saving account, it should happen automatically. We are living in a digital world and why i would need to still visit the branch physically? There should be some online way of dealing with such situations.

                                And from kyc perspective, the bank already...

                                I am in deeply trouble i need your kind favour.

                                I had used axis bank credit card ([protected]), i was paying their outstanding regularly when my condition was good. Due to my family and personal problem i am not in condition of pay interest and late payment charges but bank has deducted from my fd amount. My family condition is not well that time thats why on 15 oct 2019 i go in bank and give request of break my fd and clear credit card charges but bank will deduct full amount from my fd with out any intimation.
                                I am continuously requesting axis bank customer care to do reversal of my late payment and interset charges but there are no response from them. I request axis bank to reverse my some charges after so that i able to eat food i have no money that time for survive if you are not reverse my money then you whole are responsible for my life.                                   money not credited in my bank account

                                  I have withdrawn money from my skrill account to my axis bank account. Its been more than 4 days i have not received money in my bank account. When i confirmed with skrill they said that mine money is already reached to the bank.
                                  And when i tried to contact with my axis bank branch they are not giving any response no one is picking up my call or many time they are cutting down my call without giving any information.

                                  I have done a wrong transaction on 18/06/2018 with the transaction number[protected] with out my knowledge when i noticed this i approached your customer services to take a necessary action about it they took complaint and given me complaint number [protected]. After few days i got to notice that your team took a wrong action they took it for the transaction done on 14/06/2018.

                                  When i noticed i reached your customer services again and asked them to do the needful because beneficiary bank took action and they marked lien for the transaction[protected].

                                  From that day onwards i'm running behind your team, but there is no appropriate action from you every time your nodal team gives me new complaint number but the issue was not at all sorted out. Then this is the last mail from me and i'm going legally if it was not sort outed with in a stipulated time.

                                  But there is no response from bank even ceo can't take action how petty several times i sent mails and call they are not responsding
