The account was salary account whis was not active for 7-8 months. Acount was not active for about 8 months. I purchased a mobile through emi yesterday. So i transferred 4000 to the account. Out of 4000 only 2000 credited into account. These 2000 are not been credited. Are these any extra charges that i am unaware of??
Please look into this this and revert as soon as possible.

    I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 29058.36.

    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

      I hold a salary account with axis bank. I was in real shock to see every month rs 354/- being deducted as consolidated charges on my account. If this was applicable the same should have been deducted last quarter also. No proper response from customer service on this. How do i recover this.         I am ennam vijaya bhasker having credit card no. [protected]. I have requested for registered mobile number change for my credit card on saturday (13/10/18).in response, i have received a confirmation email and sms also on the same day (13/10/18) and the person from customer care told that the change would be effected immediately. But it is not changed still which is confirmed during online pay. During bill pay, the otp has been sent to old number again instead of to updated one ([protected]). Hence, i am not able to make any online purchase please, help me in this regard as early as possible..

        Hi i have an account of savings in axis kompally branch Hyderabad they deducted of 3511 rs from account as consolidated charges and 653 rs as gst cannu please refund my money. They deducted twice in the gap of two months as consolidated charges once 1800 rs and once 3511 please refund it as soon as possible.

            I was suppose to receive my axis bank credit card through blue dart (Waybill no. [protected]) on 12th october. On thirteen the tracking site says “my house is not locatable and delivery was attempted” and i’m 2 km away from the nearest office. I never received a phone call or text messages regarding the package from the nearest office. Please complain to axis bank about blue dart.

              I had a salary account at axis bank two years ago. I left the company after few month and tye account turned into a savings account. Almost eight ti nine months ago i withdrrew the hole sum. But my subsidy kept on coming in that account due to my last aadhar submission was in that account. Before i used to get the time to send the money to my other account but then four months ago they started to cut the charges within seconds of money receiving. Now they when i went to my nearest branch they said i have a hefty negative balance in my account which i had no idea. What i know is that negative balance cant happenin the savings account. But axis bank officials said it is a wrong info. I need help.

                This is regarding my long standing bank account no. 005029 with axis bank newtown yelahanka bangalore, this account was opened in as a salary account in 2002, off late from last 6 months the bank has started deductions every month to the tune of around rs 400 + every month

                These deductions have been unauthorised, unwarranted and without any prior consent
                Request your support to reverse the illegal deductions forthwith, else i will be forced follow a legal recourse

                  Hi, this is shubham, i have an account in axis bank. The bank has deducted rs.165 as consolidated charges and rs.29.1 as 18% gst charges.
                  This kind of deduction from the bank is worthless as the bank officials while opening the account said that i have to maintain minimum balance at the end of the month and i had maintain balance at the end of every month. After all this they are charging as consolidated charges and gst charges.
                  This is not worthy. Take some action please

                    Axis bank issued an unsolicited kingfisher airlines co-branded card to me. I paid off all the dues and did not want the card. They auto renewed the card and charged a renewal fee which they showed as outstanding and then after kingfisher airlines closed - they wrote off that amount. They reported this to cibl and is wrongly showing on my cibil report thereby affecting my credit score. There are cibil agents calling me to "settle" the issue for a payment.. This is very unfair. Please let me know whom to contact to settle this issue.

                      debited rs 1770 from my account without permission

I call many time to the sell excuative.. Bt he not responced... I want to refund my money back otherwise i will be closed my account...                       I have a salary account in axis bank, in mahape navi mumbai branch. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. I have also raised a request to close my demat account but i am not getting any acknowledgement. When i visited their office they are buttering for taking new schemes but not taking any action on complaints.

                        When i join company axis bank's coordinator gave document including demat account and ask to sign it by saying it's free for life time.
                        And now after 1.5 year they charge me yearly charges. Which is so fustrating.
                        Now i have raise request to close it.

                        Please be aware when you are opening salary account. If they offer you demat account just say no because it's not free at all. They are playing with eployees.

                        I have done complaint on toll-free number many times for wrongly charged late fees, but issue not resolved.Again I raised complaint number 44891305 on 22 September, but money is not reimbursed till now.
                        Please resolve it ASAP.

                          Ir i am anju devi axis bank account holder my account no is [protected]. And customer id is[protected]. Axis bank branch in sudhar, ludhiana ifsc code is utib0000280. Tata insurance company draw 4300 rs without any information. I complaint so many time. Money debited on 15 sep 18. Axis bank has not refund my debit money. So plz refund my money.
                          Sir till now no refund of debit money.

                              I am writing this mail second time as i did not get any response back.

                              Let me explain again all the scenario.

                              I have taken loan of 29.5 lac which is disbursed on 4th april 2018 with loan account number phr??? 7308.
                              I have submitted all document for the pmay clss subsidy scheme.
                              When almost 6 month gone i want to knew my status for that when subsidy not credited till the time.
                              I call cc on 27th september and found that in my file the status is missing. Also i got to know from cc that clss subsidy is credited maximum of 3 months from application. So i lodge a complain number 16905912 for the update details or application id so i can check directly on nhb account for status.
                              When i did not get any response called on 3rd oct 2018 when cc told me they did not have any update and will prioritize this ticket so i can get some update by 8th oct.
                              Still no response i called on 9th october and updated my complain as per grievance mail sent to axis bank on 3rd oct. When i found no satisfactory response i asked for contact number of chembur loan branch which he refused to provide but assured me he will arrange call back within 3 days with complain number 17028649.
                              This i have to ask as the loan boy from axis who have taken all documents refused to provide any assistance and said to call in branch. I amused to hear that as at time of taking loan they promised to provide all facility doorstep before and after loan. Now what is difference remains here choosing private bank.
                              Again 3 days completed on 4th day today in evening i received call that they just got my mail and work in progress, till the time i ask something they cut the phone, i call back but no one picked.
                              I again called cc but no use they also disconnected the call.

                              Finally i don't want any status, please compensate my loss that i am seeking from bank.
                              I loose the trust on bank with all the experience till now.

                                  Sir, i have ca no.[protected] with port blair branch. On 11/10/2018 i had received on message "the a/c balance is rs.0 info brn to acct closed in full and final set" and i called branch manager for getting information in this regard. But manager said i dont know but it was done by mumbai branch your account closed against cheque return. I asked him without intimation how to close my account please give clarification and any intimation...

                                  Dear team,

                                  Kindly know i sent email to axis bank 1 week before to let me know best offers related to pre-approved loan. But till today there is no response from axis.

                                  Then later on i decided to tranfer my existing loan from axis bank to another bank account. For this i emailed axis team but i m not getting any response or solution.

                                  Please help me to resolve my issue.

                                  I received called for from axis bank RM Neha wherein I was promised for providing pre approved load but later on No one responded and due to which the consinment taken by me got lost

                                    my bill date is 15 oct and i continous follow up with customer care and my branch i had used only 116000 in 130000 amount but my bill is generate 131000 amount in that they added over limit charges 590 and intrest charged 3000 and 12700 is dispute amount so i request to axis team please help me on these i am suffering from since 4 months you can check my complaints on customer care if its not clear then i didnt paid whole payment and i already share dispute form and merchant letter head on axis bank slash support still npt resolved
