    I was submitted my application for home loan transfer and top up in axis bank home loan Chichwad branch in April 2022, i was provided all necessary documents which they told me but axis bank take around 2 and half month to process and transfer my home loan from LIC housing finance which is my previous home loan provider. After that they told me verius documents to submit, i submitted all documents which axis bank employee told but still date i don't receive my top up disbursement money . It is around 4 months now that i submitted my application, but they give me verius reasons but not disbursed amount. I am very fed up with this approach of axis bank home loan department, i cant understand what should i do? Plz help me to solve this problem, axis bank employee attitude is very unethical and rude towards customer like me. They are not taking seriously my issue and gives very unethical answers

      I redeemed my edge rewards through edge store. My order number is RS[protected] and item is deficient I want to return it. There is no option to return item in 'Axis Bank Mobile Banking App'. I have only one day to inform Axis Bank.

        Most pathetic response I have received from your end which is not expected from Axis Bank. Firstly they have responded after a long time and secondly poor response.

        They charges me to pay for the card which I have never used.

        As I'm a customers with a salary account only, that's why it doesn't matter for you weather I'll continue my account or not.
        But, being an old customer, one last time I'm humbly requesting you kindly close my credit card Account by wave off the charges. I'm unable to pay the credit card bill which I have never been used.

        Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

        Kindly find the audio clip attached with this for your reference.
        That is the conversation between me and your representative regarding that credit card mentioned.
        You can easily find out from that audio where she didn't mentioned about any charges. She mentioned that is only an upgradation of my card, card is about to deliver, there is no charges same as present card and I just need to confirm my address only, so open the apps and follow her.

        She did it to me in purely unethical way. While she asked me for a number or OTP shown in app, I disconnected.

        For that unethical activity of that lady, my good Cibil score has been destroyed. I urge several times to Axis Bank with an hope to get solved a.s.a.p. but till it is unsolved.

          I have withdrawn rupees ten thousand from Axis Bank ATM on 2.8.2022 but cash was not dispensed. However the amount got deducted from my account. My ATM card is of SBI account. Hoping for the early refund of my amount which is very urgently needed for my family.

            I was holding a credit card with axis bank having limit of 55000. Due to covid and other financial crisis i was not able to make my credit card bills due to which my credit card bill goes to 78192 which i'd paid two months back. And my cibil is showing axis bank card as written off. There is no point to showing my card as written off as i've paid the bill in full inclusive of all interests and charges. Now bank is asking me to pay another 8000 for cibil masking, why shpuld i pay that as i've made the full payment towards my credit card. Please get this resolved as i've paid 23182 over my credit card limit and updated my cibil record as closed from writteen off as i've not availed any waiver/ discounts

              I raised a complaint SAK[protected] on 24 June regarding Fraudulent Transaction as a bill of around 15k was generated even when I haven't activated the Credit card. No action has been taken on over this complaint. And today an amount of 2000 was deducted from my Account that was transferred today in my account. I would like to escalate this issue else I would have to move to Consumer Court or even close this account and take harsh action.

                      Hi,

                      I had submitted a credit card application. In Mid June - I received a text informing application was accepted. However, since then, I have not received any further communication or the credit card. it has been over 30+ working days and customer care refuses to help. Seems Like Axis bank is opening up accounts but not sending information to inflate numbers like Wells Fargo did in USA.

                        From june 30 2022 onward from my account Max Life insurence premium ecs charges are deducted but I don't have any Max Life insurance premium.i already went to my nearest branch raise a complaint through a letter to branch manager but they don't consider my issue and again again my money was deducted from my account

                          This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on july 31 th, 2022, time :- 7.51 am of Rs. 20000 via google pay
                          The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (HDFC) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account.

                          After so many follow-ups with the HDFC bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                          Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
                          Beneficiary Account No. : ***********2063
                          Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000

                          After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.

                          Please help me in getting my money back into my HDFC bank account.

                            I bought tickets in irctc and used by debit card for making payment. There is some SCG/non MCC charges which is getting debited from my account four times. I am student and every penny matters. I find from the website Similar complaints have been raised by others too and is axis bank resolving them.

                              Since last month Axis bank is turning my salary account in Minus. Earlier i thought it might be for some charges but now they have put my account in -25, 908.22( minus twenty five thousand and nine hundred and eight rupees and twenty two paisa) this is not correct bank cannot put so much minus to us. i Went to bank today they told me to call customer care number that is [protected] and this number just keep on transferring calls from one agent to another i wasted my 2 hours on that. Bank staff just don't help they just tells to call useless customer care number. i also tried calling the employee of the bank who had made my account she keeps on ignoring the calls i don't know who else to contact . On 1st i will be getting the salary if the bank reduce it all then how i am going to survive the month. i need this to be solved as soon as possible so that my balance don't get reduced. This is the worst bank ever i have come across they just cheat the customers. Someone needs to take action on the axis bank. i have attached the screenshot taken from my Axis Bank account which shows the minus balance. i hope you will help me out.

                                    Bank has deducted for charges related to cash deposit machine usage, bank did not inform related to charges, they have charged 200+gst and again reversed charges of 100 rs after raising dispute.
