    Employee in axis bank chala branch name hemali pathak is too rude n arrogant. O calling up she says no this is not axis bank dont take number from google she screams and says google pe number kisi ne nahi diya & bashes the phone..

    Respected sir/ mam...
    My self JANKI K DESAI. I have my account in axis bank vapi since last 10-12 years. I was a very happy client. All the staff members are so much cooperative. But to my shock, today i called up axis bank chala branch to confirm my cheque clearance time. I took the number from google. When i called up, and just asked, " hello, axis bank??". and the lady on phone was like... nahi ye axis bank nahi hai, google se number nai leneka. Phon karna hai to offical website se number lo. I asked her if its so why have to given the number on google.?? to this, she screams and says kisi ne nahi diya google pe number and bashed the phone... atleast she could have asked me my query or given me another number.
    Sir/ mam, this kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable to me. What does that lady think, am i one of those poor illiterate customer who takes such kind of behaviour...???
    I need an answer to this plz do the needfull as soon as possible

    I am sudarshan kumar sharma i am a journalist... I am sorry to bring these facts for

    your notice to necessary proper action axis bank is the worst bank...Banking

    operational heads are not good they do not know how to get the business they and

    there staff behave like a beggars on the street ...

    In hyderabad when i enter into the bank ...All bank employers group

    surrounded me and they are in tension they not concentrating job role

    of their customer services they only concentrated and stressing the

    customers to take insurance policies for there own commissions they

    have behaved like a insurance company agents not the banking employers

    asking to do fixed deposits and insurance policies without any

    decent manner or procedure...It appears like new releasing cinema in the cinema

    hall a third class cinema ticket booking counter...It seems there is no marketing

    and business system or procedure to approach...Every in the bank deals every

    thing...And it was came to my notice...If we taken any account the bank from the day

    every day they disturb us by phone calls to take their insurance and fixed deposits...

    This is not the correct approach

    This is not only my problem...It comes to my notice that every customer is facing the same

    problem...I noticed in hyderabad and secunderabad branches putting pressure on employees

    for sales ...In that tension your employees are not concentrating on their job

    role...Ultimately they are unable provide good customer service ...Do not merge the all

    staff in to sales and marketing...This my suggestion to increase your banking business

    development and have an good customer relation...Move in this direction to take

    I have complain on AXIS bank credit card collection people in Kolkata . They don't know how to speak with people and also given wrong update. After all it was there mistake.

    They are ruthless and also there behaviour was so rude. They don't know how to behave with the customer. They harash the people like hell.

    He was telling me in running bengali language that "apni chor hochen" just to say that in running bengali language he is using slang word to me.

    Is this a way to talk with a customer, please justify.

      Hi,

      I have a salary account in axis bank, in mahalakshmi lay bngr kt branch, bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but nothing is linked to my sb account.

      I am going to close the account asap.

      I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

        My name is naresh and i have opened a asap account of axis bank online in febraury. Account number : [protected]

        Since have decided not to use this account for various reasons and approached the bank with request to close the account. All the employees have no clue how to close the asap account. They told that my account is mapped with nellore branch while opening.

        The bank said they mailed about closure and said mail have delivered but no one knows who received. This is the answer they said.
        For the second time i was persistent with staff to close my account at all costs so they mailed again to nellore and they have received on 22 may 2018

        The bank said it will take only 2 days to close the account and today is 27 may 2018 and what should i ask axis bank

          I would like to bring my grievance to you in regards to a dispute cum fraud which was happened with my credit card of axis bank ltd in october 2016. Since then, i have been in regular followups with axis bank but it seems they are not taking my concerns with full responsibility. I have produced every documents that was asked by bank, and still my complaint is not resolved.

          Please take this matter.

          This complaint on 30/04/2018..bhut still pending. Now generate my bill but my complaint r still under process...

          SR no 41050034., 41146163. And give assure 10 working days resold my complaint. but now more than 25 days. Not resolved completely..

          Need clarification on debiting Rs 20000 from my credit card on 27/3/18 and showing write off in credit card bill of 25/4/18.I had a dispute transaction in 2016, for which all the details mentioned in attachment.

            Limit takeover was done from axis bank to another bank, the branch and sme center have imposed pre-payment charges and penalties on us from past couple of years even after renewal of the limit, need your immediate intervention as facing pressure from the takeover bank to submit the collateral which is lying with axis bank and they refuse to release the same.

              My credit card was used twice today for a debit of rs 50 and rs 990 without any otp unilaterally on[protected] at 09.49 am

              I haven't use my card for any purchase whatsoever and the above mentioned transaction are fraudulent.

              The debit messages are -

              Inr 990 was spent on your credit card xx9792 on 26-may-18 at google *meme.

              Inr 50 was spent on your credit card xx9792 on 26-may-18 at google *services.

              I will be raising the issue with axis bank credit card department and hopefully they will look into it.

                Hi dinesh. I have axis as my salary account. I have applied for home loan. One of the executive name santhosh had took my documents with 2950 rupees cheque for processing 16th may 2018. But unfortunately one day later i didn't require loan since i got money by other means. I personally called and text him on 18th may 2018 not to loggin my details since i got money. But they did go for loggin and there used the cheque on 22nd may 2018. After loggin and using the cheque still there no response abour loan eligibility. Once i saw my account that the cheque have been used. I called executive santhosh ([protected]) from tarnaka axis bank hyderabad. He just reluctantly answered saying that i was on leave. Here is how the bank cares people. He just told money is not refundable. Can any one suggest what to do and how can other people like me are saved from such fraud people. There is no information regarding my loan eligibility.

                  I just filled petrol of 264.61 in my bike on 22-may-2018. But after two days i received message from axis rs.66 debited info: tips/scg/pos/balaji petroleu? Dt. 22-may-

                  Why extra amount deducted from my account. Please bring forth a certain level of transparency that allows us customers to know which service is going to cost us more! Rather than just running a debit to our accounts and casually just letting us know after the fact that the bank has already taken my money without prior permission!

                      Dear sir.

                      I ms. Kasturi komalapur, wanted to open an savings accounts at axis bank & submitted the related documents with rs.10500/- cash along with application on 19.05.2018, challan details attached for reference.

                      Surprisingly still account status is unknown, after three days & now executive is confirming that the signature mismatch. Now it's difficult to waste the time with these issues.

                      Please let me know, to get back the paid amount for account opening. I would like to open account with other banks whose service faster.

                          My name is Srinivasan from Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

                          It's my bad and bad experience with axisbank website. When i got an online advertisement about ASAP zero balance online account opening, i have registered for a account with my PAN number and Aadhar number.

                          Then i have received customer id and virtual debit card number. Now, i am trying to login through net banking to generate netbanking password. But, if i enter my customer id as login id, the error shown "Invalid Credentials".

                          My struggle is starting here.

                          - There is no email address for customer care. When i try to support page to contact nodal officer, there are huge hurdles to contact a customer care person.
                          - Nodal officer needs service request number. How it is possible to generate service request number? After a irritational retries, i have sent complaint mail to nodal officer. He took 10 days to reply for my message, and asking screenshot of error message. If i attach screenshot, the mail is always bouncing from customer.[protected]@axisbank.com
                          - Again and again he is taking 10 days for replying, and asking screenshot. Again and again the mails are bouncing.
                          - I need to study at Cambridge University to liaise with axisbank customer care toll free and live chat
                          - Local branch peoples are too irresponsive

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have Axis bank Salary, demat and credit card accounts for last few years. I applied for home loan through net banking and one of your executives, Shoaib Siddique, came to me for documentation on 07.05.2018. I had already submitted my 20 percent down payment to the promoter and the agreement was shown to him. He checked all documents but took only my financial documents except form 16 part A, although form 16 part b was already given to him. Form 16 part A was given via mail dated 08.05.2018. I got no receipt copy of my application.
                            Subsequently he asked for guarantor documents who has to reside inside Kolkata jurisdiction which was also provided.On 15.05.2018 after repeated request your executive took my property documents. He asked for some more documents which were sent through mail dated 16.05.2018. He asked for some more documents in APF formats etc which I have to get filled from promoter. Out of those four formats two were written in word files with spaces for signature by promoter/developer. On 17.05.2018 after repeated phone calls, your executive finally provided me a screen shot that my financial part was cleared but no sms or mail came from your end.
                            On 18.05.2018 I got those 2 APF formats signed and other 2 filled up in developer letter head. When I told your executive the same he asked me to get the other two signed as well. I also did that and asked him to submit the documents. He told me without APF formats he cannot log the documents in the system.
                            So finally again after repeated calls he came to pick up the documents of formats on 21.05.2018 st 7:30 pm.
                            When I asked for confirmatory mail or sms for my sanction so that I can show it to the developer he declined. At the same time I asked for the receipt copy of my loan application, it was denied too. He asked me to visit the branch.
                            I visited the branch today where I got the sanctioned letter finally but also came to know from branch manager that it would take another 21 days for sanction after documents checking.
                            I told him the agreements are already in place which were clearly communicated to the executives with deadline and he assured me everything will be done within time. But now it seems that the loan will not the sanctioned in time which will result in loss of money as per agreement.
                            I wanted to lodge a complaint as
                            no receipt copy of loan was given which was against RBI and your own guidelines on loan.
                            Time frame was given by executive which was not kept which is against good faith.
                            After repeated request no sms or mail was sent against my loan application status.
                            But to my surprise no complaint was taken. At the same time I was advised to seek home loan where the processing will be less time consuming. I had no other way to complaint to you. This behavior from the bank with whom I have so many banking relations was unexpected. I chose your bank over so many banks but that has resulted in me on the verge of losing my hard earned money.
                            I know you may not reply to this but now in this condition I don't have any other way. Please look into this else I have to terminate all banking relations with your bank and move on to someone who acts in good faith.

                              I got a message from axis bank as given below:

                              Hello! Your a/c no. Xxxxx has been debited by rs. 484.58 on 24may18. Info: tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 280118/

                              I just surprised what these charges are. I tried to understand about these charges by chatting with customer support executive. He checked and told that this is the tip charged vendor for swiping the card at petrol pump. They called me and tried to explain about the charges.
                              I asked how come tip charges will be debited on 24th may18 when transaction happened on 28th jan 2018. When i asked this question customer support executive replied saying they don't know anything about it and asked me to contact vendor.
                              I have account with you or vendor. How come i go to the vendor and check.
                              My simple question is how come you change after 4 monhts of transaction date.
                              I need proper answer from axis bank.

                                  20 days back i have opened my salary account with axis bank with a/c no. [protected] cist id[protected]

                                  While doing my debit card pin verification it showing date of birth mismatch. Which i personally visited axis bank bkc brnch and confirm with the date.

                                  Bank employees ensure me to resolve the problems in 2 days. Now almost 5 days over but still there is no update regarding the same. Still i am not able to withdraw my salary running shot of my routine needs

                                    I am robin, last day i have submitted my account closure form in axis bank but they did not give me any confirmation and didn't even ask me to destroy the card and cheques. However, they said me to wait for 7 days for the confirmation. Last day when i came to know that my account is in negative then i have deposited 742 rupees for making it positive so that i can close the account but they have not given me any confirmation. I am not using that account for years and i have forgotten the signature of my account as well, once i approached them for updating the signature they said you cannot update it now i don't even know the signature. How can i get the confirmation of the account closure?

                                      This is to say that i deposited 14900/- cash in cdm # 0aprh46301 at ratlam branch on 22 may 2018 at 6:32 am in my current a/c # [protected], i got a sms on my registered mobile #[protected] that amount is being credited in your account, but receipt generated didn't mention the same and amount was not delivered back to me by cdm, i tried calling toll free no. [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected], but all the numbers were not reachable, and there was no response. I contacted axis bank branch in ratlam and met mr. Srinivas and made him aware of the incident, he filled complaint form for the same and gave me receipt, till now there is no clarification made and my complaint is not resolved.
                                      Kindly do the needful on priority basis.

                                        Loyal customer of axis since last 6years

                                        I redeemed nearly 22500 edge loyalty points with 2 amazon each worth rs.2000 and 2 book my show vouchers each worth rs.200 in january 2018. But when i tried to use/add vouchers it all 4 were not worked. Reached axis customer care several times and given so many complaints on it, every time they replied 'within 1 day your problem will be solved if not you will get your points back', even i tried with amazon people for solution they said these vouchers were already used. Almost 4 months were gone no solution or no points back.
                                        This is my 2nd bad experience after they deducted rs nearly 4000 for dp charges (They said amount will be reversed but not happend).

                                        Finally i have taken my decision that don't want to continue with these cheaters (Axis) in anyway, closed all my accounts (Credit card, demat-trading and savings).
                                        They don't bother about their customers and they do take care about only scammers.
