The branck of this bank dose'nt provide good services like i did'nt get monthly statement, edc statement, they did'nt reply to the problems which i complaint for. Specially i did'nt get mobiles messages of transactions which i have done. Many times i told/complaint to bank but the didnt listen

    Deduction 6300 rs from current ac-not able to close
    M. Balraj nre ac holder residing in ksa
    We opened temperory current ac-aynavaram branch chennai (# 9160200xxx9224) for business purpose (My wife-renukabalraj) on 01/08/2017.
    After 1month we opened new ac in company name-drb elegance. So we want to close temperory ac-being informed by the bank officials to give one letter for closing&keep 0 balance. (Date-18/08/2017) no problem
    After 6months i have done wrong transaction of 1lac credit to the closed ac. While we want to take debit transfer of same 1 lac, rs 93700 only maximum possible for transfer (6300rs already deducted from my ac)-date-01/03/2018
    On 12/06/2018 — my wife directly went to bank for closing the same ac — (New bank manager) - told to deposit rs25000 in your same old ac & then we can close
    Kindly arrange to refund rs6300 & close my wife ac
    Note — i keep big faith on axis bank (Holding acs - 1. Nre 2. Nro 3. My mother 4. My son 5. Sairam iti 6. Drb elegance 7. Renuka savings ac) — total 7 accounts have my family
    If this issue not solved i will cancel&close all 7 accounts &will go for other banks

      Hi all, don't get credit cards especially from axis bank, they are brutally harassing. I lost job because of health issues, two months i didn't paid the bill, but i told them that i can pay it in 15days for sure. The bank employee as they said axis bank employees. I spoke to them they are harassing using bad words they are encouraging me to become depressed and commit suicide. Said chennai kodambakkam axis bank branch manager rajendran. I paid the money on that day itself. Axis bank not following the recovery norms they forgot the year 2007. I would definitely don't go back to axis bank for even if i had situation to die. Even i'm well salaried and regular payee and not missed out even a single due in my history. Everyone have slips. But these uneducated arrogant rude abusive axis bank employees will definitely encourage you to commit suicide.

        Dear Axis Bank Team,

        My self Ganesh Prasad last 15th Years my account in Axis Bank & i am very old customer for you.
        Last 15 days back i lost my Debit card & i blocked the card & that time they tell me sir your card is blocked & which type of debit card you required we have 3 type of Debit card. We say to her pls you can issue me 590 amount Debit card.
        She say to me sir with in 24 hours you can get the conformation for this & within weak you will be received the card but till date we have not received any conformation for card & we called so many times to customer care but they are not giving the satisfactory answer. Every time they are giving the excuse me sir you will be received the card soon.
        Last 15 days we have very difficult without card & i am facing the problems.
        I am very unhappy for the customer care service & unsatisfied.

        So i request you pls provide me Debit Card ASAP & send the conformation regarding this i am waiting for your reply.

          I have interest income from fdr in axis bank. I want to fill form no 15G but this service is not available in axis bank. When I goto branch it is told to me that system does not pick your form 15G and When I try on netbanking same problem was faced by me. I want to ask that how bank can decided that your income is above the limit and your are not eligible for form 15g. Every year there are up and down in income. So kindly solve my problem so that i can submit form 15g and tds will not be deducted on interest

              Bank has leived DP charges on my account before giving any remainder for payment. when Charged DP charges i did not had sufficient balance in my account. But after that day onwards i have kept sufficient Balance in my account. Still for the last one month the account has been kept lien. Just wanted to know even i had sufficient balance for the rest of the months, why my account has been kept in lien & how much more time it will take to normalise.

              I went to nearest Branch but they said only Home branch can release it, i called customer care they only visit home branch. I told them to raise a compliant they said they cannot registered a compliant. Why the hell they cannot registered a compliant in this case.

              Please guide & help someone

                Hi my wire machine is not working since months i have been complaining every time they come and give a temporary fix and the machine stops working again.

                Now i don't have the mid rid for the same machine
                .
                But i can give other details to track down the machine bellow there are details of the other machine.

                And for my other edc the network keeps disconnecting. And the charger is not working for this machine the tide is 96313386. The printer is also bit faulty may be the tide is wrong pfa image of slip for ref.

                  My account is neelkanth gems centre, account number [protected], i had given a application in bank to change my edc machine to gprs, about two months ago, they never showed up, i called them in bank about the issue after waiting for 40 days, they said no application has been given, hen i talked to manager, he said will soon do it, then has been 20days no solution yet, i closed my saving account, and want to close my current account soon if not solved, services are too bad of your bank, they just give us a lollypop to stay one or two days, then no reply, one day i was upset on manager, he insted of plesing me say its your choice to close your account, preeti never showed any interest, mr. Sahani the manager the same, rishab in edc department same, ur bank is going in a wrong way

                    I have initiated the imps from my axis bank a/c on 12/06/2018 for rs 60, 000/-. But, i didnt get credited to beneficiary and transaction status showing as "suspect". I made call to customer care but no use. On that situation that amount was immediate requirement. I dissatisfied with this tyoe of services from axis bank.

                      I am shocked to see the services that axis bank is offering its customers. After getting a stop payment done at kankurgachi branch, the money got deducted from my account. Its sheer negligence. Today i was told by ms. Arpita sethi (Operations head) that the stop payment was activated on 28th may, after i submitted by request on 25th may.

                      Is my money not safe anymore in your bank? Who authorized you to decide whom to pay when. I didn't give you any permission then with whose consent did you deduct the amount when i had clearly mentioned it on the application that i did not avail all three services from kaya and i have requested them for a breakup for 3 treatments. Out of which i had availed only one service. How did you decide to waste my money without checking with me. The payment got deducted on 11th june. Do you want me to maintain 0 balance in your account? As i don't think my money is safe with people like you.

                        I have seen couole of fraud transactions in my axis bank credit card and i raised a dispute on this.

                        Till date i dont see any update from axis bank credit card team.

                        I clearly mentioned i dint got even any swipe message nor email for transaction.

                        I asked them to provide what product i purchased with that money and they dint answered anything on that.

                        I am really felt like axis is cheating customers.

                        Totally fraud credit card transactions they are showing and looting customers.

                          I recharged my vodafone no twice of rs 268 and 50 rs recharge to jio no also through axis bank app but both time it was unsuccessful and the amount is deducted from my account .i have contacted many times to your helpline no but it was not helpful to me at all .i visited your shalimar and pitampura branch also but they were also of no use .                             My account number [protected] has been closed on 30 AUGUST, 2017
                            Today it is 11 JUNE, 2018.Almost a year has passed and the bank has not been able to give my balance amount of 26290/-.I HAVE BEEN TO MY HOME BRANCH, Paschim Vihar many a times in this time...
                            But according to them they have sent my demand draft to my address but they have no idea where it is...
                            neither they have a tracking number...nor are they specific about how much time it will take my demand draft to found.They are being vague about giving me money back...The operational head is not at responsible and keeps speaking rudely when asked about the demand draft...
                            Just because i have closed my account they have stolen my money...They are not even responsible enough to give demand drafts properly to the courier services..WHEN ASKED HOW MUCH IT WILL TAKE TO TRACK MY DEMAND DRAFT...
                            AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THE OPERATIONAL HEAD IS GIVING THESE ANSWERS...
                            Is this the kind of responsible people AXIS BANK is hiring.?
                            THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ANYWHERE
                            IN CALLS THEY SAY EMAIL US..

                              I have an account in Axis Bank and using its ATM Services, On 5th Nov 2017, I used the Axis Debit card in Indus Bank ATM Machine in evening time at Sec 49 Saphire Mall, Gurgaon. My Account was debited with Rs 10000/-, but no money was dispensed from ATM. I had made the FIR and also lodged complain with Bank of Ombudsman. Its been past 7 month but no action taken from either the Bank side nor the police. Moreover i requested for the CCTV footage also so that i could get the clarity that if amount has been deducted than money should also have been dispensed sooner or later but before the transaction timed out but there was no information.
                              I humbly request that my money should be refunded and the CCTV footage should please be presented so that i should also get a clarity that which party is in default.
                              Bank of Ombudsman closed the issuing claiming that account has been debited so Bank is not at fault.

                                  To introduce myself, i’m gururaj revankar from bangalore.

                                  Yesterday (11-june-2018), i received an sms from axis bank around 11:32 pm on my registered mobile number that the some transaction was done of amount eur 269.00 (Inr 22, 428.45) & eur 176.00 (Inr 14, 674.37) using my axis bank credit card.

                                  These 2 transactions were done using my axis bank credit card at “db internet” which was not initiated by me nor i’m aware of these transactions. I came to know about these transactions when i checked the sms alerts on my mobile.

                                  I immediately reported the matter to axis bank and also blocked my card immediately. I never shared my credit card details with anyone.

                                  I would request you to look in to the matter and enquire about these fraud transaction on priority.

                                  Even i have faced this issue, can you reach out to me, i need some information here
                                  It is only happening in this bank so any bank official could be involved and they are generally targeting those acc which are less in use and then they start snipping our money in small amounts so that customers hard come to know. You can search for the same in other banks you will not find such a case. An amount of 25 thousand in one year has been debited from this bank. We should file a complaint in the police for a criminal offense.

                                      Account details are as follows -

                                      Branch - gonda, up, india
                                      Axis bank provided me the debit card facility about an year ago, but as i did not have any use of that card, i blocked that card and informed the manager of my branch with an official letter that i do not want any debit card from now, but then also after few months they send me a debit card, which i blocked again, when i came to know that the card they had send is debit card because i had no use of that card. But still the bank is sending msgs on my registered contact no. [protected] with a msg saying amount is due for for debit card.
                                      Kindly take action against this problem as soon as possible
