I got a message from axis bank as given below:

Hello! Your a/c no. Xxxxx has been debited by rs. 484.58 on 24may18. Info: tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 280118/

I just surprised what these charges are. I tried to understand about these charges by chatting with customer support executive. He checked and told that this is the tip charged vendor for swiping the card at petrol pump. They called me and tried to explain about the charges.
I asked how come tip charges will be debited on 24th may18 when transaction happened on 28th jan 2018. When i asked this question customer support executive replied saying they don't know anything about it and asked me to contact vendor.
I have account with you or vendor. How come i go to the vendor and check.
My simple question is how come you change after 4 monhts of transaction date.
I need proper answer from axis bank.

      20 days back i have opened my salary account with axis bank with a/c no. [protected] cist id[protected]

      While doing my debit card pin verification it showing date of birth mismatch. Which i personally visited axis bank bkc brnch and confirm with the date.

      Bank employees ensure me to resolve the problems in 2 days. Now almost 5 days over but still there is no update regarding the same. Still i am not able to withdraw my salary running shot of my routine needs

        I am robin, last day i have submitted my account closure form in axis bank but they did not give me any confirmation and didn't even ask me to destroy the card and cheques. However, they said me to wait for 7 days for the confirmation. Last day when i came to know that my account is in negative then i have deposited 742 rupees for making it positive so that i can close the account but they have not given me any confirmation. I am not using that account for years and i have forgotten the signature of my account as well, once i approached them for updating the signature they said you cannot update it now i don't even know the signature. How can i get the confirmation of the account closure?

          Dear sir/madam,
          This is to say that i deposited 14900/- cash in cdm # 0aprh46301 at ratlam branch on 22 may 2018 at 6:32 am in my current a/c # [protected], i got a sms on my registered mobile #[protected] that amount is being credited in your account, but receipt generated didn't mention the same and amount was not delivered back to me by cdm, i tried calling toll free no. [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected], but all the numbers were not reachable, and there was no response. I contacted axis bank branch in ratlam and met mr. Srinivas and made him aware of the incident, he filled complaint form for the same and gave me receipt, till now there is no clarification made and my complaint is not resolved.
          Kindly do the needful on priority basis.

            My name: mowli vardana
            Loyal customer of axis since last 6years

            I redeemed nearly 22500 edge loyalty points with 2 amazon each worth rs.2000 and 2 book my show vouchers each worth rs.200 in january 2018. But when i tried to use/add vouchers it all 4 were not worked. Reached axis customer care several times and given so many complaints on it, every time they replied 'within 1 day your problem will be solved if not you will get your points back', even i tried with amazon people for solution they said these vouchers were already used. Almost 4 months were gone no solution or no points back.
            This is my 2nd bad experience after they deducted rs nearly 4000 for dp charges (They said amount will be reversed but not happend).

            Finally i have taken my decision that don't want to continue with these cheaters (Axis) in anyway, closed all my accounts (Credit card, demat-trading and savings).
            They don't bother about their customers and they do take care about only scammers.

              I was deposited bhiwandi branch axis bank cash deposit machine amount rupees 44, 000/- on dated 27/04/2018. Your bank refunded rupees 37, 500/- on dated 09/05/2018. What about short amount rupees 6500/-. I was complaint about this date 27/04/2018 there after your bank refunded rupees 37, 500/- on dated 09/05/2018 after 13 days your bank officer told me your cash deposit machine dispute complaint number [protected] full amount paid my after my longed complaint 4 working days. But they are not able to credited my total amount rupees 44, 000/- who is liable for that. Please urgently short amount rupees 6500/-. Credited my account. I was send mail dated 14/05/2018 your not credited my short amount rupees 6500/-. Credited my account

                  Axis cheated saying that they will give top up loan once we transfer the home loan and later they declined the top up loan.

                  I am Rupal.I have home loan of HDFC.Axis bank told me they will give top up loan once we transfer home loan to Axis. Also they said there is no any fees for home loan transfer. But we initiate the process they told you have to pay as we don't have scheme. Within 8-10 day how scheme can be changed? We have given all documents but they did not process and charged us the processing fees.Once Home loan transfer they declined top up loan without any proper justification.Before loan transfer, They said that all analysis has been done and ur are eligible for top up.They took processing fees and all documents. After they declined it.

                  They keep us waited for 3 months .During this period they did not call a single time for the status.Everytime will call them and only once answer they have will check status and call u back. But they never call back.Specially people involved are VIKAS BHATT, PRAVIN DAVE and MANGESH.

                  This bank is cheating people .Its relally pathetic.Customer service is Zero.

                  REQUEST you all other people PLEASE NEVER DO any transaction with AXIS BANK.

                  Really disappointing .I request everyone please don't ever go to Axis bank.

                    In year 2016, the company i was working with opened our salary account in axis bank. I left that job and account was almost non operational. Axis bank without giving any intimation to me kept on deducting money from my account due to less balance, also open a demat account without my permission & charged for that account. I was not at all aware. The moment i got to know recently, i deposited money in my account to maintain minimum balance but how can any bank deduct any amount from my account without informing me. The same things happens with many employee where the bank deals with company's hr. The agreed terms were not even communicated to employees. I request axis bank to make a refund of deducted amount from my account

                    I had Rs. 22019 in my saving account, thereafter I got a massage from bank to my registred mobile no that they have debited Rs 872.89 as consolidated dp charges.

                      I'm Rajkumar Sat my mobile no.[protected] as per discussion with local branch(Ramrajatala) Mr. Subrata(+91 [protected])by 11.05.2018 also letter submitted to AXIS BANK Sector-V Salt Lake branch by 16.05.2018 and as per service request number 41350456, 41513937, 41548111, 41566466 please be informed that My savings/salary account([protected]) Freezed for the last 25days due to outstanding payment(Rs. 6970.00) of my Credit card [protected].I've already deposited a cheque of Rs.6970.00 of Axis Bank vide no.311873 dtd. 08.05.2018 at your Axis Bank branch of Salt lake Sector-V as well as made cash payment of Rs.6970.00 by 18.05.2018.
                      But till date my savings account shown as Debit Frozen for which I'm unable to use my account..
                      I've repeatedly says(by mail) for the last 25days that this account used for Hospital payment.
                      Kindly do the needful at your end at the earliest.

                      I have started the axis bank account and that time there was no charges for mutual fund ecs.presently they are mentioned to pay about rs30000 as ecs insufficient fund charge. Bank didn’t notified about the ecs charges.

                          Reference call id[protected] dated 15/05/2018, i raised a call asking for the details neither the agent, team leader, floor manager, nor assistant manager were able to provide the details, had the assistant manager syed to get his manager sriram for a call back by 14:10 the same day even after 8 days (Today is 23/05/2018) sriram the manager has not bothered to call back.

                          Your customer service is totally useless (Based on my interactions with them) it clearly shows why because the senior management also seems to be least bothered and is irresponsible.

                          Is this the type of customer service you provide your customers.. Pathetic

                            I have dropped a cheque of loan a/c in favour of my personal loan a/c at axis ATM drop box Samrala and then bank told me that there is signature mismatch and the same you can collect it from branch. When I had gone to branch they told me, it is not traceable, we will let you know when we find it. I had also call their customer care number but won't register my complaint and ask me to contact branch.

                              Hi,

                              My registered mobile no is [protected].

                              There was some issue on your side due to which there were 2 transaction
                              That got auto confirmed and i was charged 35990 twice.

                              The seller has refunded rs.35990/- each for two times where the total amount is of ₹ 71980 on april 27, 2018 and should be able to see it in axis bank debit card within 8 business days.

                              I contacted axis bank’s customer care with the bank txn id 5247698093936613704077 and bank txn id 5247688286186219604087, but they are still asking me to wait for another 30 days. How can that be possible its a hard cash that the bank is holding for no reason.

                              Kindly help to process the same at the earliest!

                                Sir,
                                I am consumer of your bank (Asaf ali raod, branch axis bank) vide consumer no. [protected]and i am also posted in 1st bn. Dap, new police lines, delhi against pis no. 28892719. My pay was stopped due to various reasons from sep. 2018. My salary was prepared for the month of april 2018 and rs. 51, 500/- has been deducted without specific reason. If something is debited, the same may be deducted in small amount in each month so that i can survive my family otherwise i shall be knocked the door of court. I had already sent my request on 14.05.2018, but no response is received yet.

                                  I have account in axis bank, for credit card person contacted me and give credit card told like there are no charges, latter every month 118, 100, 100 rs they deducted from my account, when i tried to dial to customer care number is was showing not allowed to dial, since i was dialing from my registered mobile only. So latter i purchased mobile from credit card of amount 10, 999 rs but now its is showing 11.265 rs i need to pay, if i ask to customer care they are saying that was joining fees, and bank charges, simply around 500rs they deducted.

                                  Its worst bank, dont take any credit cards from these banks

                                    Dear team,

                                    This is to inform you that i am keshab chandra dalai s/o - mr. Natabar dalai, at - alupatana, po-satapada, puri had availed a personal loan of rs.1, 50, 000/- on 23.03.2016 from your chandanpur branch. Also i was informed to pay a emi of rs.3809/- in every month, and accordingly i was paying the same every month by deposit of cash in the loan account no. Ppr[protected] at your bank branch
                                    Now suddenly just before 4 months back i found a number of debit transactions to my loan account during the revision of loan account statement and on accumulation it is a sum of rs.15, 676/-.
                                    Then i visited to your chandanpur branch and asked regarding the same and they replied me that this charges have been levied on me for defaulter in payment of ecs amount payable to your loan account every month.
                                    But i am paying the emi amount in cash every month on time without any delay.
                                    Then the concerned branch manager of chandanpur branch send me to your bhubaneswar branch for reversal of this extra charges of rs.15, 676/-, then i visited to your bhubaneswar branch office for the same and the concerned officer over there told me to give a application at the chandapur branch for the reversal and the amount will be reversed as i have not defaulted in payment in the loan accoount.
                                    Then i gave a application letter regarding the same at your chandanpur branch on dated 23.04.2018, the copy is also attached herewith for your reference, please find the same.
                                    After some days, when i called to the branch manager on this matter, she replied me that my application has been cancelled by the concern authority.

                                    So i want to bring your kind attention on this matter to resolve as soon as possible by reversing my extra and void charges of rs.15, 676/-.

                                    If being a honest and regular customer of your bank, i will be treated like this, then why i will repay the loan to you.

                                    First of all your sales executive didn't informed me regarding the deduction of emi amount from my savings account, also during a period of 2 years i have paid the emi for 24 times at your bank branch but not a single person has suggested me to deposit the same in my savings bank account instead of loan account.
                                    Also your sales executive has not contacted me after the disbursement of the loan rather when i called him, he replied me that he doesn't know me. And also i came to know that when a borrower start default of paying emi, he gets call from your bank and demands the emi amount but in my case i am paying the emi in a wrong way as per your system but i haven't received a single call regarding the same. It means you people are only bother about your emi amount. You never think about the charges. Now a days a sum of rs.15000/- is good amount of salary for a middle class person like me.
                                    My question is why i will be levied such charges, logically i have paid all the emi on time, everymonth. It means my intention was to repay the loan, it may be wrong as per your system but i haven't defaulted a single month.
                                    If i had known about the same had i not deposited in the loan account.

                                    So once again i request you to consider my application for reversal of the extra charges to my loan account.
                                    Orelse guide me the concerned person to whom i should contact.

                                      Sir i am having priority account in axis but after that staff behaviour is very rude nd not acceptable although i m a buisnessmen i m giving buisness to axis bank nd my clients also but the staff didnt opend account since last one month named of account is usha devi they were having medical issue so that i came dere to take the cash of 2 lacs but they said account is still freez but account is opened last week nd confirmation message of opening is recieved so its my request to pls keep a eye on axis bank gms road dehradun uttrakhand thank u.                                         After one year I have not received pmay subsidy amount .I'm processing for subsidy with loan process.
                                        Till today why subsidy not received.
                                        I'm fit in all craiteria then why this happen
