I have account in axis bank, for credit card person contacted me and give credit card told like there are no charges, latter every month 118, 100, 100 rs they deducted from my account, when i tried to dial to customer care number is was showing not allowed to dial, since i was dialing from my registered mobile only. So latter i purchased mobile from credit card of amount 10, 999 rs but now its is showing 11.265 rs i need to pay, if i ask to customer care they are saying that was joining fees, and bank charges, simply around 500rs they deducted.

Its worst bank, dont take any credit cards from these banks

    Dear team,

    This is to inform you that i am keshab chandra dalai s/o - mr. Natabar dalai, at - alupatana, po-satapada, puri had availed a personal loan of rs.1, 50, 000/- on 23.03.2016 from your chandanpur branch. Also i was informed to pay a emi of rs.3809/- in every month, and accordingly i was paying the same every month by deposit of cash in the loan account no. Ppr[protected] at your bank branch
    Now suddenly just before 4 months back i found a number of debit transactions to my loan account during the revision of loan account statement and on accumulation it is a sum of rs.15, 676/-.
    Then i visited to your chandanpur branch and asked regarding the same and they replied me that this charges have been levied on me for defaulter in payment of ecs amount payable to your loan account every month.
    But i am paying the emi amount in cash every month on time without any delay.
    Then the concerned branch manager of chandanpur branch send me to your bhubaneswar branch for reversal of this extra charges of rs.15, 676/-, then i visited to your bhubaneswar branch office for the same and the concerned officer over there told me to give a application at the chandapur branch for the reversal and the amount will be reversed as i have not defaulted in payment in the loan accoount.
    Then i gave a application letter regarding the same at your chandanpur branch on dated 23.04.2018, the copy is also attached herewith for your reference, please find the same.
    After some days, when i called to the branch manager on this matter, she replied me that my application has been cancelled by the concern authority.

    So i want to bring your kind attention on this matter to resolve as soon as possible by reversing my extra and void charges of rs.15, 676/-.

    If being a honest and regular customer of your bank, i will be treated like this, then why i will repay the loan to you.

    First of all your sales executive didn't informed me regarding the deduction of emi amount from my savings account, also during a period of 2 years i have paid the emi for 24 times at your bank branch but not a single person has suggested me to deposit the same in my savings bank account instead of loan account.
    Also your sales executive has not contacted me after the disbursement of the loan rather when i called him, he replied me that he doesn't know me. And also i came to know that when a borrower start default of paying emi, he gets call from your bank and demands the emi amount but in my case i am paying the emi in a wrong way as per your system but i haven't received a single call regarding the same. It means you people are only bother about your emi amount. You never think about the charges. Now a days a sum of rs.15000/- is good amount of salary for a middle class person like me.
    My question is why i will be levied such charges, logically i have paid all the emi on time, everymonth. It means my intention was to repay the loan, it may be wrong as per your system but i haven't defaulted a single month.
    If i had known about the same had i not deposited in the loan account.

    So once again i request you to consider my application for reversal of the extra charges to my loan account.
    Orelse guide me the concerned person to whom i should contact.

        Till today why subsidy not received.

          I am using axis bank credit card, due to unexpected hospital emergency i couldn't pay any amount. But last 2 months i am paying minimum amount when i am a critical situation with hospital, but the axis bank blindly created a new problem in my saving bank account. Complete amount shown as lien amount when i said no issue on paying next month due. If i have money why should i cant pay... No helpless and directly saying bank policy.

          Now i understood don't go any loans or credit card, because those who are moving to die condition the bank will response like this. You know i also decided to think sucide because of this today, but finaly think my family and god and controlled my mind.

          But today i am ending all this loans and using credit cards.

          I deposited 21500 in atm at ghod dod road branch, axis bank, surat, gujarat, the atm says time over, staff does not respond and says come after 2 days taking a complaint letter, i was in urgent need of money, this is the worst bank

            I have applied for top up loan upon my home lone in month feb 18. Preliminary bank has committed to take 2950 inr processing fee for this loan. Accordingly i have submitted all the documents to banks including cheque. Later i have continue taken follow up with bank 2.5 months. They said it is under process.
            Due to my continue follow up finally the representative said that you have to provide 11000 amount cheque for processing.
            I asked them that first time you have committed the amount of 2950 & how you can ask more amount???
            Then he said that this is bank decision. I cant do anything. If you want loan then apply for personal loan (As interest rate of pl is more)
            This is complete cheating by axis bank.

              My name is khalequr zaman and i have an account in axis bank sahid nagar branch kolkata and 2 one is guwahati assam paltan bazar branch. And also my whole family maintain all accounts in your bank. One of your credit card staff misbehaving me over phone. Her phone number is [protected]. She don't know how to behave with the customers.                 १८ मई तक का डेट देकर १२ मई को ही हमारा पैसा काट लिया गया बैंक क द्वारा फ्रॉड ही तो किया गया और मई आउट ऑफ़ स्टेशन था
                Axis bank has deducted Rs. 885/- on[protected] from my salary account without my knowledge. I am very disappointed with this act of bank as the is hard earned money is deducted from our account without our knowledge or prior information. I will close my account if axis bank will not refund my money.
                My indian bank debit card...Yesterday night i withdraw my account in axis bank atm machine amount has been debited but not delivery for amount rs.10000.. so please help return my amount.

                  I am having my dog licence no. Sdmc 0034 expired on 31.03.2018 having grace upto 31 may.
                  On 19 may i paid 511 through my banker yes bank but mcd status shows no application and my banker says money debitted and paid.
                  How to get licence renewed
                  An amount of inr 511.00 debited to ac xxxxxxxxxxx0293 on 19-may-2018 10:35:50 on account of pca:[protected]:sdmc:municipal corporation delhi ind. Available balance on 19-may-2018 10:35:50 is inr 87, 111.19total available balance (Including linked deposits and limit) is inr 87, 111.19.

                  I purchased sone stuff through amazon by using axis bank credit card, but due to some reason I cancelled that one product n along with this after some time i also cancelled the emi.
                  But when the bill is generated i found that that one amount is added in my bill after cancelation. This is radiculious.

                    Recently... Deposited 10k in account and slowly you guys are deducted money saying that this charges and that charges... You guys are having moto like cover my 10k.

                    However, you are guys are deducted around 1500+ and reason is unknown.

                    Even i got a call... And had a discussion with your executive... But no resolution.

                    However, i looking for quick resolution on this and i want my money back asap.

                    If you did not see any resolution and did not see my money back... Ready to cancell account with you guys... Even not interested to suggest to any one of my friends and colleagues...

                    Same time disappointed fully with you guys behavior and service.

                      On 17/05/2018 an amount rs 3558/ has been debited from my a/c [protected]. I have taken information from near by branch that an amount has deducted from my account on the name of some health insurance without my legal consent, i have never ever claim such an insurance, so cancel such policy and refund my money back, and i will take some strict legal action if something similar will be done in the near future with me without my consent.

                          I had offered life time free credit card 3 years before. Now life time free credit card become chargeable with out prior intimation.

                          My account has auto debit facility with credit card. I have paid all dues with in time.

                          But when axis bank charged annual fees charges on my credit card. I have withdrawn all my money from my account.

                          By professional i am a practicing chartered accountant.

                          I want to tell to axis bank kindly stop cheating the customers.
                          Now i am closing my account in axis bank. And also closing my clients account in this bank.

                          And i will suggest never take axis bank credit card. Because axis bank is private bank and can do anything with his customers.

                                      Axis Bank Golpark branch, Kolkata has frozen my savings account on basis of a SEBI notice . When I requested information about the same they just shared cursory information and did not share a copy of the notice order. Moreover, it seems the notice was in name of third holder SUJOY NANDI but they refuse to respond to when third holder name addition took effect and when freeze was executed. Additionally, they did not bother to inform the primary holder of the account about any such freeze. The customer care cell did not generate a service request number and no information received from relationship manager even on the questions asked. As we require details to proceed to unfreeze the account, we need the bank to cooperate. Causing a lot of inconvenience despite being a priority customer and not being able to access legitimate funds.

I being the primary holder, my savings and earnings are being wrongfully seized based on something in which I have nothing to do. I need my funds for my education but cannot access the same . This is gross injustice to a customer.
