My organisation is in pune & am in mumbai. I wanted to open salary account for which i contacted 2 mumbai axis bank branches in dahisar west and borivali east.
Both branches regret to open salary account. After contacting my organisation axis agent in pune, the borivali agent agreed for possibility of opening salary account which will require few minutes only & keep documents ready. They took my contact number, name and said "the salary account agent will contact me as currently he is not available in borivali branch." till 15 days no axis agent contacted me. Am chasing them but still poor service and no response.
Then i decided to open saving account in mumbai and coinvert them in salary account. Hence i open axis asap saving account online. But to get account activated i need to visit any axis bank branch for biometric and kyc. Therefore, i visited ghansoli, thane east, thane west gokhale nagar branch. But every branch says they r lack of facilities. Ghansoli branch told me to move koperkhairane branch, thane east team told me to move thane west branch. Thane west gokhale nagaar branch saying me to go hoime branch.
I decided to complaint axis bank via email, but on website only that mailing option doesn't pop-up while others can.
Therefore am very frustrated with kind of axis services. Very very veery worst then all other private bank i ever experienced.
