I have received following a message today

"dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected] issued to dmi finance private limited with value 30000 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx2032.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch."

I have not given any mandate. I don't know about above transaction. Please resolve the issue.

I have called 3-4 times on customer care number, but whenever I press 5 to speak to an executive, it says you haven't given any inputs :( I tried but wont connect to customer support

    Good afternoon sir, we are from proddatur . Sir today i went to bank for amount deposit . In cash counter not taking money for non home branch. Its ok . But in bank cdm machine also not working . I am requesting her but she say that 10, 20, 50 notes not taking for non home branch. We have account in musheerabad branch. Its very urgent sir, cash counter officer say that call her and deposit the money. How it possible sir, if she came from musheerabad how bank s are use and what is the use of banks. These conversation done in your branch.

    Same branch banks all are in online but why they are not taking money. Please take the action on branch

      I have changed my communication address through online banking long time a go after that also 2 weeks ago i again submit application through shibpur branch (Howrah, west bengal) but still i do not receive my new credit card as the old one is expired the validity date. Please solve my problem otherwise i have to shift to other bank credit card services

      Hi I am narasimha I am using axis Bank buzz credit card last month I paid credit card bill late by given due date..after 5 days I paid due amount, bank charged late fee+GST that's ok..after 2 days once again charged debit interest + GST. I asked customer care also she said this is same for all late payment charged like that only.

        Unauthorized transactions in axis bank (Branch kalyani nagar, pune) every month around 600rs in savings account.. Even after maintaining 10k as minimum balance. None of the service providers are responding and solving the problem. Worst customer experience. Everyone is routing the calls and looting the money unnecessarily. Please solve the issue as soon as possible and do the needful. Waiting for your response.

          I was transferred my home loan from other bank to axis bank. Then cut pre EMI last month from my bank account. This month the cut unnecessary interest charges. Even I have fund in my account same as EMI amount.
          When I called him they replied that SBI was not paid us our money.
          Means SBI allow to cut them interest charges and don’t want to cut EMI. What kidding AXIS bank talking about.
          I want to register complain against AXIS bank. I have all proof.

          None of executives assist perfectly. I called in customer Care last 3 days.

          They told me to it’s fault of SBI. And I take a leave to go SBI branch for my query. They told me that none of ECS form submitted by AXIS BANK for home loan EMI.
          I am like sandwich.
          Below is my loss even I have balance fund in my account.
          1. Bounce charges by AXIS BANK 590 rupees.
          2. Overdue Other Businesse charges 354 rupees.
          3. My leave to solve problem. However fault by both bank and they bothering me. Charges is 1516 rupees.
          4. Decreases in my CIBIL Score because of bound EMI.

          None of bank provide comfortable service for customer who has problem like me.

          I can send you statement of my account to know balance available during EMI period.

            My saving account ([protected]) was debited by rs. 885 for consolidated dp charges today 12th of may 2018. This is the second time my account is being debited for such charge in the last six months. Last time, my account was debited by rs. 428.68 on oct 14 2017. I have a salary account along with which, i was given a demat account kit, but i never activated that. (I was told that it will not be active unless i activate it) i checked through online banking that it shows "active" status but i have never asked for this.

            I want a full refund of the debited amount and want to close the demat account[protected] linked to my account as soon as possible.

            I have sent the mail to Axis team regarding the refund and the issue that I had. They are totally neglecting my request of refund and just suggesting ways to get my demat account close. I want a refund as well.

              My organisation is in pune & am in mumbai. I wanted to open salary account for which i contacted 2 mumbai axis bank branches in dahisar west and borivali east.

              Both branches regret to open salary account. After contacting my organisation axis agent in pune, the borivali agent agreed for possibility of opening salary account which will require few minutes only & keep documents ready. They took my contact number, name and said "the salary account agent will contact me as currently he is not available in borivali branch." till 15 days no axis agent contacted me. Am chasing them but still poor service and no response.

              Then i decided to open saving account in mumbai and coinvert them in salary account. Hence i open axis asap saving account online. But to get account activated i need to visit any axis bank branch for biometric and kyc. Therefore, i visited ghansoli, thane east, thane west gokhale nagar branch. But every branch says they r lack of facilities. Ghansoli branch told me to move koperkhairane branch, thane east team told me to move thane west branch. Thane west gokhale nagaar branch saying me to go hoime branch.

              I decided to complaint axis bank via email, but on website only that mailing option doesn't pop-up while others can.

              Therefore am very frustrated with kind of axis services. Very very veery worst then all other private bank i ever experienced.

              Hi My Name is Limathung I have a salary A/C in Axis Bank, in Gurgaon . Same thing has happend to me on 11/05/2018 they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " Rs.885. This is absolutely ridiculous without anyones knowledge who has given you a permission to deduct my account. I am going to close the account immediately.

Today 11/05/2018 i got message has Rs.800 has been deducted .I have got no detail about this for this deduction. I went to bank to deposit a amount today, but sunayana biswas (I think she is the teller of the branch) didn't accept my amount in time (3.50-4. Pm).                   Without my consent and my permission Axis Bank is deducting money out of my account for consolidated dp charges which I never approved or applied for. They deducted 817.11 rs without my consent. I would like my money refunded as I'm a student and also would like an explanation too regarding the same.

                    Today i recived a call from collection department and the person was abusive, when i told him for settlement. I have been using your axis card since one year, and due to bad financial condition, i am stuck and the bill amount is continuously increasing due to know payment, my father passed away last month and know i am the only earning person, so its very difficult to pay off the whole amount, kindly settle the amount to the principal and take it in emi, it will be very kind of the bank.

                        I have received a few calls by an individual mr. Ajay singh claiming to be calling from axis bank and mentioned that he was situated in delhi via contact number +91 [protected] on the following dates/times 8 may 2018 12:20pm, 9 may 2018 5:20pm, 15 may 2018 2:40pm
                        The said person mentioned that there is an credit card amount due in the range of rs. 78000/-, the card belongs to my father, mr. Anthony who is deceased since august 2017. I've contacted the local axis bank and they have no clue about the said individual and or the bank/credit card statement of the above mentioned. On one occasion mr. Ajay had called a friend of mine in hopes of getting in touch with me and the conversation between them ended up with ajay threatening him with regards to my whereabouts.

                          My account no is [protected]...

                          Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. Where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 15th may and till today havent got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Loan department not picking up the phone... Especially the no[protected].. I tried this no from 11.30 am till 1.30 pm today.. No is picking up the phone, but most of the times its busy too... I dont which is misusing the bank no... All nos ringing but all not picking up.. The nos i tried are[protected], 5663, 5662, 5670.. All in vain...

                          I personally went to vijay nagar indore branch and again there also no reponse and they ask me to go to head of branch of axis bank... What u think... U having our money and asking us to run like dogs...

                          If i am not getting my money cleard i will be posting this to all websites and will be taking this to consumer court soon,,, please move ur...

When contacted customer care, i came to know the request was not registered by bank people. It is frustrating. Moreover i was charged rs 358.73 as consolidated and rs 64.57 as gst charges.                                 I have a savings account in axis bank branch janakpuri new delhi - 58 in the name of mohit having account number ending with *066883. I am a very prestigious customer o[censored]r bank having my mom, dad and even our company current account in ur bank. I am maintaining my account very well as u can see before my fatal accident on 14 july 2014 due to which i remained in coma for 4 months and not working till last month. I[censored] wish then i can give u my accident medical reports as well as police f. I. R of that fatal accident.

                                Now i wish to bank again with ur prestigious bank,, so request you to waive off all penalty n charges for non-maintaining the account till now since i had genuine problem.

                                  Fraud in senction of personal loan — sir, i have applied for personal loan on 13.04.2018 and they denied for it on 15.05.2018 on evening 6 pm. If they denied before 09.05.2018 i will manage other bank. I have written a brief complaint attach with my & my wife salary slip, bank depositte slip, passbook print for account detailed & credited money. Loan incharge mr amit jain in udaipur branch is responsible for fraud with me. Every step of axis bank branch officers are delayed as they have preplaned. A officer amit jain says that when i am on the sheat, loan will never pass at any condition. Please solve my problem i have extreme need todey & they are spoil my time & yet i have no time & i have lost my chance.

                                  I dont want any assist, i want only fare enquiry that why it should happened intensionally with me.when i am given payment & all document for early loan & saving account on 13.04.2018 but my saving account was opened on 26 days lather on 09.05.2018. the manager of axis bank sirohi assure me to loan due to contact with mr amit jain .but at peak of point of time they refused for it. if they refuse at about in 10 days of proceding, i will manage any other bank or any way.from this froud i have gain heavy loss & i will approach for competable court for it.it is extreme negligency of bank employees, they have spoil the prestige & bussiness of bank.so they will be punished at any cost & for my heavy loss & harashment appropiate compenssion should be given to me.

                                    I am using axis bank priority debit card from some 4-5 months but today i have seen some amount deducted wrongfully. Surprisingly 44 rs had been cut from my account today and i have purchased some products from amazon website only. What kind of charge is this? Reply ASAP on "[protected]@gmail.com".

                                      Have opened Demat account with axis bank 3 years where they have promised that no charges.

                                      But right from 1st year they were charging 900+ rupees.

                                      So last year May 2017, I have submit a closure form @ Lakshmi Mills branch, Coimbatore. (To reach out this branch for Demat account related information, even the customer care of Axis have no clue were the Demat account handler is located. Hence I was roaming around 3 branches of Axis in coimbatore and finally after 3 hours they declared Lakshmi mills branch will handle Demat queries)

                                      @ Lakshmi Mills branch I was awaiting for 1.5 hours and after that a Women staff called and collected my form and requested me to give the ID proof. Then no help of taking photo copy @ branch though they have facility. Started going and after 30 mins handled the form for Closure.

                                      After all these efforts, there is no acknowledgement handled to me.

                                      But, This year 2018, May again they charged Rs 900+ as DP charges.

                                      I have send 2 follow up mail to Customercare. (Have enclosed the mail photo.) Funny part is auto reply for the mail says, the customer care will reply in 24 hours. Almost 48 hours gone past, no response.

                                      No option in IVR to choose Demat account in Axis customer care.

                                      Even the Customer care guy says, I need to call up on[protected]. (Somebody call this n check.).

                                      To be very frank. The demat account executive have no work at all. Still they least bother to suck customers Money.

                                        Hi sir,
                                        I have an account in axis bank my customer id is[protected].
                                        I have continuously charged an amount from my account for consolidated dp charges since last april 2017.
                                        I have make a call for customer support and they told me that these charges are for demate account handling.
                                        But i don't have any demate account linked to my account.
                                        These charges are unnecessary for me. I have not noticed these charges previously but in this month it charged around 885 rupees.
                                        So i found these charges.

                                        I want these charges reversed in my account otherwise i will take legal action due to lack of knowledge of customer.

                                        Please why is my credit card blocked, see a reason n try to open it up as soon as possible.I have been complaining now n than but no fruit full response.Help me.I ask all the bank people to help me, but they could not, they said it is from credit card department.why is it like that, is it my problem so big that it cant be solved
                                        same happened to me.. No reply.. they are silent.. Fraud bank. they make money like this.. such a fraud bank
