Hello sir,

I (Anjuka t) having account in axis bank, lakshmi branch, coimbatore, tamilnadu
I have made imps transaction today (15 may 2018) for the amount 4000 rs from my axis account to vijaya bank r. S. Puram coimbatore

The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

I haved checked in transaction status. It is showing status as suspect

One time 2000, again 2000, again 500, again 3000. Your service is very bad. My experience in axis bank so very bad. I worked with axis bank.
    So pls my account charges waiver.

      Hi, my customer id is[protected]. I was having medium locker with local branch. I submitted request for small locker and closed my medium locker. When i go to bank branch, they say my small locker request is not found.
      I was asked to place a new request, which i was not able to do as net banking only allowed me to make 2 locker request. I already have one expired (Medium) and waitlisted (Small) locker. I called customer support they asked to check with bank branch. Bank said they don't see my small locker request. Since i cannot place anymore request, they asked me to open new account???

      Is this the correct solution to book locker? Till now we were having account with axis bank for their support, now we think it's time to switch another bank. We have been waiting for small locker for a long time. Unable to place a successful request till now.

        Hi my name is truptimayee lenka in axis bank, in delhi mohan coprrative industrial estate branch. Something has happened to me on 11/05/2018 rs.885/- has been deducted without my knowledge. This is absolutely ridiculous without anyone's knowledge who has given you blody permission to deduct my account. Is this the way your bank works. I am going to close the account immediately. Absolute ridiculous bank. I am maintaining the minimum avg. Required balance too.
        The the customer support is too worst. They didn't respond on chat. On call also there was no proper response.

          Hi,

          I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in Mehroli Branch, Delhi. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts (457.27) in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account,

          I am going to close the account asap.

          I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

            Hi,

            I've an savings account with axis bank, mg road branch, bangalore.

            I've made a imps transaction worth rs19, 000 on may 10, 2018 where the amount is not yet credited to the beneficiary.

            The reference id is[protected] & the transaction status is showing as suspect.

            Can you people do the necessary, as the beneficiary need the money urgently.

            Axis bank customer support people had resolved this issue with in 6 hrs & the money got credited back into my account. I'm happy & I thank the unknown people in Axis Bank who have resolved this. I think the data points like my account no, account branch, reference id & date of transaction would have helped the Axis bank support team. I thank them again for speed y resolution.

                  After the transaction issue I complaint Axis bank about my problem through there helpline no.-18605005555. but i could not reach them so I visited personally to Axis bank of kondhwa branch and they asked me they will solve issue within 12 hours but now its nearly 36 hours after transaction.                         I was paid all outstanding against my axis credit card and same as noc received from bank and my card is already deactivated then why still outstanding on my account now what charges u want from me. Due to my credit score is going on week so kindly revert and remove the outstanding for same within 2 days unless will go to court and case against axis bank and recover all loses which i faced right now...

                          This is Ravindra from Pune.

                          I applied for home construction loan with Axis Bank Vyapar Vihar Bilaspur(CG).
                          This started from 1st March The Home Loan department employee (Anil) took care of collecting all the documents and clarifying what documents are required.Post checking all the docs, he confirmed that loan amount of 8 - 9 Lacs will be disbursed without any issues within 10 - 15 days.Then came the Applicant and Co Applicant verification phase, for which I had submitted all the docs like registered rent agreement, Affadavit, Office Address etc as per standard loan docs norms which Anil also confirmed. In between the address verification phase cheque amt of 5900 on the name (TO CLG SLFUNDS IN TRANSIT) has been debited from account which Anil confirmed is for processing. I was awaiting for loan disbursement and I didn't receive any call back since 10 days. I called back and response was shocking that loan got rejected. I asked for the reason and Anil referred his senior Pradeep Gehani who as per Anil sits in Raipur Branch. Pradeep told me that loan has been rejected and then he never received my call. The reason provided by Praveen and Anil for rejection was that during Office address verification I was not in office, which is completely false. If I was not in office then they should call me or confirm the office docs that I had shared instead of rejecting.

                          When I saw nothing was working for me then I again called Anil afetr 7 days and asked for customer rejection copy which he confirmed will be delivered to my address but I haven't received yet(70 days till date). I decided to call Axis Bank Vyapar Vihar website number. A person named Shirjit Singh(Vyapar Vihar Manager) received the call and assured me that they had started to reprocess the application on 1st week of April and again its 40 days no update yet.

                          At last I asked to refund the processing fee cheque amount and that has been refused also.

                          The Loan details are Application ID - 7885519, Bar Code - [protected].

                          As you see, this is a horrible experience.
                          At least, I would never say that. You can see that they have given false information on the eligibility, collected the documents,
                          taken the processing fee and then reverted back saying that you are not in office during verification phase. Till date, they have not returned the documents or the amount.
                          AXIS Bank has cheated in this respect and has made some money out of this.

                          Hence I request to look into this asap and take necessary actions.

                              Home loan ref # 7999786, approved in March, 2018.

                              SR# 14933493, CR#40927412, 41213757.

                              I have booked an independent house, which is under-construction.

                              Project proposal: 98 villas, Project is in approved list of prime bankers viz. SBI, HDFC & ICICI, etc.

                              Sale consideration: 38 Lakhs & proposed date of completion: March, 2019.

                              I have arranged 8 Lakhs from my savings and approached Axis for Home loan after seeing Shubh Aarambh Scheme in Dec, 2017.

                              30 Lakhs for 20 Years was approved in March, 2018.

                              All houses are under-construction phase. Most of the buyers in that same project have gone for home loans from SBI, HDFC & ICICI. Part disbursements were released for them based on Sale agreement & TPT Agreement according to the construction phase & builder demand letter.

                              Currently, my house is at the stage of ‘Plinth beam’ construction. As per the sale agreement, 8 lakhs is due to the builder.

                              When I approached Axis for part disbursement, Axis is insisting me for SALE DEED instead of TPT agreement. Currently, my house is at the early stage of construction (Plinth beam stage) and it is too early to go for registration. It may please be noted that none of the buyers have registered their property in that project, as of now. Typically, once the construction stage is over, the buyers will be interested to go for registration and take the possession.

                              While all other prime banks are accepting TPT agreement to proceed for Part Disbursements as per the construction phase, Axis is not willing to accept the same methodology.

                              Nodal officers are repeating the same whatever sales team is saying without escalating this issue for alternative solution such as TPT agreement.

                              I don’t know what to do. Please suggest me how to proceed by looking at customer perspective.

                              Processing fee was levied and my original agreement of Sale including blank cheques are with Axis bank.

                              Shall I drop my home loan processing with Axis at this stage and start again the whole home loan process with other bank such as SBI. Axis sales team informs in the last minute that it is Axis policy that SALE DEED is mandatory for part disbursement even for under-construction properties. I was neither informed about this part disbursement policy for under-construction houses earlier prior to home loan process initiation nor available in Axis website, as well.

                              Kindly suggest me how to proceed further at the earliest convenience. Awaiting acknowledgement.

                                I am maintaining sb account with axis bank's karelibag branch vadodara gujarat. Two days back i have received message that rs. 885/- has been debited as consolidated dp charges from my savings bank account. Whereas i have never permitted to open any demat account or dp account as i do not want to invest in these securities. Despite my denial, they might have opened and such charges have been debited. Moreover, i have not received any communication from anywhere. While contacting the branch official mr. Javed masoori, salary section, he misbehaved and told that i am free to complain against him. What a shameful behavior of axis bank official. I request please reverse the charges at the earliest.

                                  I am not having axis bank credit card number ending with 7813 still i am receiving sms regarding outstanding amount continuously adding interest every month. I have spoken to your customer care neither i have received this card nor i have generated any pin and never made any expenditure using this card still i am harassed by your team for payment. I inform to you that i have shifted from jabalpur to bangalore 2 years back and not received this card to my bangalore address. I think some one has received this card in jabalpur and used the card. I therefore again request to you not to send sms messages for outstanding to me as i have not received this card nor i made any purchases from this card and not generated pin for activation.

                                      Hi sir/mam,

                                      Please help me to get out from the trouble of my axis salary account. I have two ecs emi for hdfc personal loan with my axis salary account.
                                      I have closed the two ecs amount to hdfc bank into february 2018. But i am shocked to see that ecs still is continue and till this time, there is heavy charges on my axis bank salary account.
                                      And i have also personnel loan from axis bank and my emi is going regularly always but last 3 month, i am fed up. And due to this unable to make my emi on timely.
                                      I went home branch but didn't get any response even they don't have interest to solve my issue and make my account zero.

                                      Request you please loom into my account so that i can start my salary account as well as payment of my axis bank emi. Until my problem is not going to solved, i will unable to make any payment.

                                      So please do urgently.

                                      I went already but didn't get any section regarding Salary Account and other account related charges.

                                      Axis bank make it section wise which is very difficult to even find correct place as it is generic in all cases.

                                      Waiting for your response and please remove lien amount from my salary account so that i can make current EMI 3042/- payment continuously.

                                      As of now, i am unable to make the EMI payment.

                                      Almost, 10 days gone but still i am on my same issue.I dont think Axis bank is very serious about costumer.I was escalating this issue through consumer site but not getting proper solution of this ongoing issues.
                                      If Bank is not interested so i don't think about current EMI payment.

                                        I want to close my current account mentioned above. I want to close my account because i had closed my business due to loss. (Please check my account history) another reason for closing is bank charges me 100rs. Per month for various heads. For closing of my current account i had done below procedure but still it is in existence!!!

                                        First time i went to my native branch (In the month of november) with casa closure form duly signed by all partners and company letterhead also duly signed by all partners. Both copy contained stamp of our firm. But they refused to accept form by saying that we require stamp of address. They told me to contact any branch as i was moved to another city (Surat).

                                        I went to surat kapodara branch with all same documents additionally with all stamp on both copies. But they refused by saying system is down. This happened twice. Then after i again went there on 17th january 2018. Again they are refusing to accept by giving reason that sign are not matching. (They are not showing us in system!!!) at that time i wait there and discuss lot they (Branch manager hitendrasinh rathod and person with whom i talked kevin bodiwala) started fighting with me with very bad behavior.

                                        Again on next chance this time as i had seen the system of axis bank i tried to close my account by friend of one of my uncle at mota varachha surat branch. They told me to debit all amount from my current account by giving me reason that if you will put balance in my account bank will give refund cheque that might take time so i had taken amount 24900 credited to my another axis bank account on date 28feb2018. Then after few days on 08 march 2018 i went with all same documents and given to manager of mota varachha branch. They accepted form by saying that you need to credit 600/- rs. As charge of closing account is around 500/- so i credited amount at that time.
                                        After that the sms i was getting were stopped so i thought now my account is closed. But suddenly after a month!!! I again getting msgs with negative balance eventhough there is 700/- around balance was there. It is decreasing and decreasing.
                                        I again went there and they are saying please pay amount of negative balance as well as 600/- as closing charge (Why to pay it repeatedly.)

                                        Authority we are common men not rich or not terrorist. Why such process to close my account eventhough i have followed all rules (With legal proof you bak requires) that you bank had defined.

                                        And finally from all the incident i realize that there might be system in axis bank that the person who is closing any account might be punnished.

                                        So finally i am writing this to close my current account asap.

                                        For all the proof pls find attachment. For physical proof there is cctv footage you can also get to check behaviour of your kapodara surat branch.

                                        I am also forwarding this copy to various government grievances resolving systems and social media.
