    Hi,

    I have a salary account in axis bank, in sg highway branch, ahmedabad. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but nothing is linked to my sb account.

    I am going to close the account asap.

    same happened to me.. Fraud bank.. how can they open demat account without informing.. going to ombudsman is only solution

      Received a message on 13th may 2018 that rs. 1198 is debited for consolidation charges along with rs. 200 including gst. Also a huge amount of rs.700 was deducted for not maintaining rs.10000 balance. If such huge amounts are deducted due to consolidation charges how are we supposed to maintain the balance? Our hard earned money is going waste due to such stupid causes.
      Kindly provide refund for all these else i will be forced to close my account.
      Additional info: the debit card issued is rupay platinum.

        This is my salary account in axis bank. What the hell you people are deducting consolidated dp charges and that to be 872.88. Where it was written in norms that you people will debit. At the time of opening sal ac no one informed.1st of all what is this dp charges i also not aware. And i m not holding a dmat ac for your kind information. Perviously i was holding kotak, hdfc sal ac. No one has debited any charges like this. 1st time i heard and 2ndly you people debiting annual charges also then what is this dp charges. So refund my 872.88 rs yesterday debited from my ac. For your information this for this sal you people are not sitting for 10hrs so who the hell you people are debiting without intimating. So refund immediately.

            The balance of our 590 rupees was deducted from axis bank account no. [protected] on 12/05/2018, due to which our fifty thousand thousand rupees decreased and talked to the officer after weighing 50 minutes on call of customer care. We could not get it and our balance was also cut into knight 8:38, which we did not even know, and did not even know the costume is gaya and the other day is the sunday of the costa and go no information could not bank it is the second time the case of our balance bite and this time we will also provide consumer court against the axis

              Rs 872.22 was deducted from my salary account on may 12 for consolidated dp charges. I'm not sure why and how was this deducted. As per my knowledge salary account should not have this deduction. And i was told no extra charges would be put on this salary account. This needs to be cross checked and the amount is a huge amount to be deducted for consolidated dp charges.

                  This is very unpleasant thing that you made with your customers. I also get to know that my money is trapped without any acknowledgement to me even i am not having any linked account. Can you answer that why this is happening multiple times even after this many complaints?!!

                  Please suggest what shoul we do next after this deduction. How can i get my money back?

                    I have a salary a/c in axis bank kalyani (Nadia) branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (12/05/2018) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank.

                      My salary account has been deducted with 885 rs without my knowledge as consolidated dp charge. So frustrated with bank now i dont want to waste my money better i can close this account and open in kotak or hdfc which customer service is way better. Poor customer care, no one is picking my call totally frustrated now. At the same time i want to stop another auto detuct by one fund rising group every month they also taking money.

                            I have already complaint about this but no action has taken till now. I have also submitted the complaint to my home branch of gurugram (Guru dronacharya). My account has been charged 20+tax for consolidated charges and the charges are for autodebit bounce that was a credit card department mistake as i was already submitted the whole amount and then credit card department accepted that and this was known by the home branch member but no action was taken by them.                               An amount of 885rs and 130rs got deducted from my account without my knowledge. Can you please explain why this type of transactions is debited from my account?
                              This is not the first time these type of transactions has been done in my account. Other bank won't deduct anything. We do have other bank account as well we never faced this kind of issues. I don't want to discuss anything i want my money back.
                              I think in salary account we dont need to maintain any balance.

                              Please clarify on this as soon as possible.

                                I have salary account at axis bank, jodhpur rajasthan, and today on 12-5-18,
                                885 rupees deducted from my account against consolidated dp charges, i wonder that what are that charges, and when i search on google about that then i know that these are charges for demat account, but i have not opened any demat account, i dont even know what demat account is?? Who opened it?? I never used it?? Without my knowledge you people opened the account and applied charges.. How can you do this? Is this the type of service you provide without knowing customers?
                                Do you people even care to ask customer about demat account? I have not even used it.. This is absolutely ridiculous & not accepting by any means.
                                I think this is fraud with customers i think we are dealing with wrong banking system they are cheating with customers n generating their revenues. Government should take legal action against this type banks.
                                I want my money back immediately in my account.

                                  Every time they are debiting around 100/-
                                  In march they did around 65/- and immediately in this may 885/-. I don't have anything like demat account or something else. This is my salary account. While taking this account they didn't tell anything like this. They told everything is free.
                                  Before it was less money so i didn't bother about it.
                                  Now i realized asap i should change my salary account and have to request for deleting this account.

                                      Since last 5 years i m getting charged by dmat accounts depository charges. It is getting deducted without any notice and now it is deducted 885.00. What the hell they are doing? I had kept money for my emi dated 14th may 2018 and now they looted 885.00 on saturday at 7 pm on 12th may 2018. How will i manage this and who is responsible for 500 penalty i will have to pay for emi bouncing charges? I want to make a national complaint for this on behalf of lakhs of axis bank savings, salary account consumers. I want my money back for all charges and compensation for the normal life disturbance. My contact number is [protected]. I have savings account with axis bank at main branch pune maharashtra india. My name is amit chandulal agrawal. My email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com there is no provision or information to close dmat account by logging to online bank account or by calling customer care of axis bank. They ask to visit bank branch. After visiting they asked to go to another branch. After submitting closure form they told to wait 7 days to get it cancelled and gave no acknowledgemwnt, which has not cancelled in last 2 years. And still they are looting money directly from account without a single text or email notification.

                                        Hi,
                                        I booked a locker online (29nov17: a/c 094176 debited by rs 2212.5) and went to bank twice. This is narendrapur branch, kolkata. I was informed that my locker has not been allocated and i have to wait. After two months i did not get locker. I was informed by bank staff that the money will be credit back.
                                        My customer no is[protected]. I hold two accounts in axis bank.

                                        Axis bank again deducted your a/c no. 094176 has been debited by rs. 8850 on 09may18 for locker number 2070.

                                        I do not have any locker. I went to bank and they said it was their mistake that they did not inform and misguided.

                                        I do not have and also do not want this locker. There is no option in internet to cancel the locker. I wrote to axis bank in 7th feb 2018 but there is no reply.

                                        There has been no mail, phone from bank to let me know that I have been assigned a locker.
                                        How can I do not avail a locker and they deduct money..

                                        I was not in country for some time. Even the portal doesn't allow to write a mail to nodal officer without a service request. The service request could not be raised as there is no option for such a grievance.
                                        The bank doesn't help, as they say it is online and go to customer care. Customer care phone options has no locker or service related option.

                                        This is utter harassment for customers who are business professions and have very less time to go to bank often.
