Today my Axis Bank saving account got debited with Rs.885, "Consolidated DP charges".
I have opened one demat account with Axis Direct, 1.5 years back.
After few months of opening an account, I had called to customer care, to close the account, because I'm not using it for trading.
The executive advised me to change it to Basic service demat type which has low charges. Around 200 annually, if I don't want to do trading, and only want it for SIP(mutual fund) purpose, because it has less charges.
I got convinced, and asked him to do that, and he assured me that, it's been done by him.
Till today, I was in an impression that, it's a basic service demat account with less changes.
I'm feeling very bad today. Looks like cheated.

Updated by punitpatel2005 I did as you suggested, but still no proper response.
I don't think your executives are interested to resolve this issue
