Hi sir/mam,
Please help me to get out from the trouble of my axis salary account. I have two ecs emi for hdfc personal loan with my axis salary account.
I have closed the two ecs amount to hdfc bank into february 2018. But i am shocked to see that ecs still is continue and till this time, there is heavy charges on my axis bank salary account.
And i have also personnel loan from axis bank and my emi is going regularly always but last 3 month, i am fed up. And due to this unable to make my emi on timely.
I went home branch but didn't get any response even they don't have interest to solve my issue and make my account zero.
Request you please loom into my account so that i can start my salary account as well as payment of my axis bank emi. Until my problem is not going to solved, i will unable to make any payment.
So please do urgently.

I went already but didn't get any section regarding Salary Account and other account related charges.
Axis bank make it section wise which is very difficult to even find correct place as it is generic in all cases.
Please provide mail id for Axis bank Complaint so that i can share all the details via mail.

Waiting for your response and please remove lien amount from my salary account so that i can make current EMI 3042/- payment continuously.
As of now, i am unable to make the EMI payment.

Almost, 10 days gone but still i am on my same issue.I dont think Axis bank is very serious about costumer.I was escalating this issue through consumer site but not getting proper solution of this ongoing issues.
If Bank is not interested so i don't think about current EMI payment.
