An amount of 885rs and 130rs got deducted from my account without my knowledge. Can you please explain why this type of transactions is debited from my account?
This is not the first time these type of transactions has been done in my account. Other bank won't deduct anything. We do have other bank account as well we never faced this kind of issues. I don't want to discuss anything i want my money back.
I think in salary account we dont need to maintain any balance.

Please clarify on this as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    I have salary account at axis bank, jodhpur rajasthan, and today on 12-5-18,
    885 rupees deducted from my account against consolidated dp charges, i wonder that what are that charges, and when i search on google about that then i know that these are charges for demat account, but i have not opened any demat account, i dont even know what demat account is?? Who opened it?? I never used it?? Without my knowledge you people opened the account and applied charges.. How can you do this? Is this the type of service you provide without knowing customers?
    Do you people even care to ask customer about demat account? I have not even used it.. This is absolutely ridiculous & not accepting by any means.
    I think this is fraud with customers i think we are dealing with wrong banking system they are cheating with customers n generating their revenues. Government should take legal action against this type banks.
    I want my money back immediately in my account.

      Every time they are debiting around 100/-
      In march they did around 65/- and immediately in this may 885/-. I don't have anything like demat account or something else. This is my salary account. While taking this account they didn't tell anything like this. They told everything is free.
      Before it was less money so i didn't bother about it.
      Now i realized asap i should change my salary account and have to request for deleting this account.

          Since last 5 years i m getting charged by dmat accounts depository charges. It is getting deducted without any notice and now it is deducted 885.00. What the hell they are doing? I had kept money for my emi dated 14th may 2018 and now they looted 885.00 on saturday at 7 pm on 12th may 2018. How will i manage this and who is responsible for 500 penalty i will have to pay for emi bouncing charges? I want to make a national complaint for this on behalf of lakhs of axis bank savings, salary account consumers. I want my money back for all charges and compensation for the normal life disturbance. My contact number is [protected]. I have savings account with axis bank at main branch pune maharashtra india. My name is amit chandulal agrawal. My email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com there is no provision or information to close dmat account by logging to online bank account or by calling customer care of axis bank. They ask to visit bank branch. After visiting they asked to go to another branch. After submitting closure form they told to wait 7 days to get it cancelled and gave no acknowledgemwnt, which has not cancelled in last 2 years. And still they are looting money directly from account without a single text or email notification.

            Hi,
            I booked a locker online (29nov17: a/c 094176 debited by rs 2212.5) and went to bank twice. This is narendrapur branch, kolkata. I was informed that my locker has not been allocated and i have to wait. After two months i did not get locker. I was informed by bank staff that the money will be credit back.
            My customer no is[protected]. I hold two accounts in axis bank.

            Axis bank again deducted your a/c no. 094176 has been debited by rs. 8850 on 09may18 for locker number 2070.

            I do not have any locker. I went to bank and they said it was their mistake that they did not inform and misguided.

            I do not have and also do not want this locker. There is no option in internet to cancel the locker. I wrote to axis bank in 7th feb 2018 but there is no reply.

            There has been no mail, phone from bank to let me know that I have been assigned a locker.
            How can I do not avail a locker and they deduct money..

            I was not in country for some time. Even the portal doesn't allow to write a mail to nodal officer without a service request. The service request could not be raised as there is no option for such a grievance.
            The bank doesn't help, as they say it is online and go to customer care. Customer care phone options has no locker or service related option.

            This is utter harassment for customers who are business professions and have very less time to go to bank often.

              I was using the above said card 7-8 years back..
              After some use card was block because of mistransaction on my card...
              So i have paid the remaining amount and the card was settled..

              I got the msg every month and also monthly statement of rs.694.07/-.. The amount was not changing so i have ignored that msg..

              Bt it is now reflecting in my civil score badly...

              I dnt know my credit card number.. And also i am not using my registered mobile no. Which is [protected]..

              So please help me out on urgent basis as i m getting difficulty in taking loan..

                I have salery account at axis bank today 885 rupees deducted from my account against dp charges no body inform me about the sevice i visited three times in saket branch a deposit account closure form last year i think this is fraud with customers i think we are dealing with wrong banking system they are cheating with customers n generating their revenues.                   Today my Axis Bank saving account got debited with Rs.885, "Consolidated DP charges".

                  I have opened one demat account with Axis Direct, 1.5 years back.
                  After few months of opening an account, I had called to customer care, to close the account, because I'm not using it for trading.

                  The executive advised me to change it to Basic service demat type which has low charges. Around 200 annually, if I don't want to do trading, and only want it for SIP(mutual fund) purpose, because it has less charges.

                  I got convinced, and asked him to do that, and he assured me that, it's been done by him.

                  Till today, I was in an impression that, it's a basic service demat account with less changes.

                  I'm feeling very bad today. Looks like cheated.

                    I have my salary account in axis bank. As informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. But today 885 ruppes has been deducted from my account saying consolidated dp charges which is absolutely ridiculous & not accepting by any means.

                    I demand proper justification from axis bank.

                    My Account got credit freeze, If salary is not credited to my account then make it as normal savings account and if I didn't maintain 10k then charge it, why did you frozen the account. is this the rules that is defined by RBI?. This is so arrogant behavior from AXIS bank.

                      I wrote an application to closure of my demat account on date: 3rd april 2018.
                      But account is still not closed.
                      'refrence number: 40445043

                      Please look into this and explain the reason.

                      Today (11th may 2018) message came from axis bank rs. 667.59 has been debited.
                      Info: consolidated dp charges.

                      Please refund my debited account as i already wrote application to closure of my demat account and account should be closed with in 2 working days.

                          Sir,
                          My wife was died on 7.2.2018.Her account No.is [protected] at Shimoga branch Karnataka. I have submitted all required documents to the bank and I am having nomination on that account.I have calledupon many times over phone and in person. Inspite that the concerned official and the bank branch manager are quite negligent in discharging their duties and not taken any action in settled the account. I have no altrnative except to take legal action against the concerned. It is a death case they should not keep pending without any reason. Please lookinto it and take immediate action to settled the account with in 24 hours.

                              One of the worst private banks that i have dealt with!!!

                              I lost my debit card on 1st may. Lodged a complain immediately regarding blocking and renewing a new card. I got a sms on 3rd may, saying the card has been dispatched by bluedart. Till 9th may i didn't receive the card and when i called the customer care i was told the card was received by some justin on 5th may.

                              On my follow up with bluedart, i was told it has been delivered to axis bank mg road office. Why not at my correspondence address? Why there was no call? The card has been misplaced but there has been no single communication from the bank's end.

                              I am surprised and equally disgusted. Here i am cashless and frantically trying all possible numbers but in vain.

                              If there is any transaction on my card the bank will be responsible. If i dont get a solution to my problem by tomorrow morning i would take this to higher authority and would also highlight it on social media platforms.

                              Extremely disappointed by the service!!! Would never recommend this bank to anyone.

                                    Your xxxx8095 has not maintained the bal requirement of apr18 & will attract fees in jun18. To avoid, please fund your a/c to meet the bal requirement for may18

                                    There was no minimum balance requirement to my account before and i was not informed to maintain the minimum balance either through sms or email till date. However, after receiving the above sms, i tried couple of times to transfer amount (Assuming 5k as minimum balance) from my hdfc account through neft and imps, but i am unable to transfer the money to maintain minimum balance. Below is the sms i got from hdfc, after which i got to know that my axis bank account status got changed and its not allowing any credits.

                                    Hdfc neft - neft transaction with reference number n[protected] for inr xxxx. Xx has been returned by the beneficiary bank with reason unable to process on[protected] at 13:35:21.

                                    Hdfc imps - your fund transfer for inr xxxx. Xx on 09-05-18 is declined as the beneficiary account is blocked/frozen. (Imps ref no.[protected].

                                    I am not sure why axis bank has asked me to transfer the funds to a/c to meet the bal requirement when they know "credit frozen account" will not accepts credits.

                                    I have submitted my pan & aadhar details long back to make sure account is active.
                                    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Hi Manoj, I appreciate for your response. I don't have any problem with HDFC Account. Problem is with Axis Account that i am holding.

                                      I Manvirender Singh, Loan A/c No. PBR[protected] I have close my personal loan from your bank vide recpt No. 1795788 dt. 26.04.18 for Rs. 271000/- and recpt No. 1795789 dt. 26.4.18 Rs. 3753/- but after closer my laon EMI deducted for rs. 6901/- on April 2018. I have seen my closer statement 17 times deducted my total EMI @ 6901/- You are requested to please give me No Dues Certificate and also give me my excess EMI.
