Dear sir,

I had deposited cash in axis bank cdm machine located in chakan area of pune district on 28/03/2018 around 7:30pm but unfortunately after cash deposit, cdm machine went out of service as a result i didn't get payment deposit slip and amount not get credited to below beneficiary account

Cdm machine number - aprh51206

Beneficiary account no - [protected]

Beneficiary name - my mobile payments limited

Branch - bandra reclamation, mumbai

Amount - 1, 06, 600/-

Bank officials of axis bank chakan branch not supporting me.
Whenever me or my family member visited branch for asking the deposit date of said amount into beneficiary account, branch officials do not behave properly with us. Also they said that it is not their job to find were money has been stuck. Even branch manager not supporting us inspite of continuous visit to the branch.

I request you sir to please intervene in this matter on urgent basis as my business cash has been stuck from last more than 7th days.

I requested for CREDIT CARD of AXIS BANK on 4 march 2018.
And confirmed on 10 march 2018.

    My debit card not running at only subhanpura, vadodara branch new installed atm machine for that i am contact to main branch racecourse, vadodara. They said that we don't know about this matter & said that you can purchase new card as your own cost.
    At present my debit card validity is 10/2020. So, they should i can bare money for new debit card. It is a bank machine fault.
    So, please do needful for that.

      As was brought to your attention on saturday the 3rd march 2018, axis bank has returned a cheque no. 147995 given in favour of the new india assurance company inspite of holding adequate funds in the saving account.
      Rendering my entire family vulnerable the incident crossed the last date for payment of insurance premium. Upon visit to the bank on saturday 3rd march 2018 the reason for such an action was rekyc.

      In the first instance the bank already has my pan card no given and correct address as it always sends the cheque books to the address.

      This unwarranted harassment by the bank has led to un required loss of money, time and energy at our end and penalty charges for an unpaid cheque and anxiety of an emotional trauma and physical nature.

      If any untoward incident had happened during the time period, our insurance was lapsed, would the bank have taken the responsibility of my family health and expenses?

      Comfortably to suit their needs they block withdrawals to our accounts but continue to accept deposits so that they are able to use these funds for their banking business.

      The bankers refused to release funds from my saving account unless rekyc was done, forcing me to spend an entire day attending to nothing else but returning to the bank with the documents to complete rekyc activity, putting all personal work and attention to my 80 year old father on the back seat to attend to the banks requirements at the whims and fancies of the bank being at its beck and call. Harassment to the common man for his own money!!!

      There is so much distrust in the documents a person holds given by the government that the bank wants an individual to submit his pan number again and again and again…. Isn’t the pan number a permanent number for life which the bank already has when a banking customer opens an account.

      How about the banks proving to the customer their credibility in safeguarding the savings of common man in the light of many fraud and bogus accounts that banks create and are a party to?

      Why does everything have to be a one sided arrangement, to suit the high and mighty?

      I demand reimbursement and compensation of the penalty charges, a lost day and the mental anxiety and emotional disturbance caused to me and my family.

        My name is mayur from pune

        I am having savings account in axis bank pune. I am facing serious issue of lien mark of amount 4650 from 2 months. And this lien is applied 2 times by axis bank.

        On 27 feb 2018 i have purchased some stuffs of amount 4650 using axis debit card. At that time my payment was successful with rs 4650, i am also having merchant receipt of same. But on 14 march 2018 same amount of rs 4650 was again debited from account with lien mark on account. Then i had taken continuous follow - up with customer care team for same but my problem was not resolved at that time and my branch was also not supporting me to sort out this issue. I raised mail to nodal officer (Ankur baghel) of axis bank on 20 march 2018, then on 22 march 2018 that lien was removed from my account.
        But again means on second time the same amount got debited from my account on 28 march 2018. I am taking continues follow up with customer care team but the answer from them is "wait for 2 days your case is still pending". And when i tried to call that nodal officer he is not taking my calls.

          Today 03/04/2018 around 09:00 am i made instant imps transfer of rs. 9000 from my axis bank account to saraswat bank.
          Money is debited from my account but the beneficiary has not received the money.
          Axis bank account no:[protected]
          I am in urgent need of funds. Also the customer care helpline is not at all helpful. I it very difficult to reach out to the helpdesk.
          Resolve the matter asap

            Sir, I went to atm on 1/3/2018 dehri on sone railway station. I tried to debit money. but I did not get money. but from my account 10000 rupees has debited. While I did not not put that atm amount. I also had a a complaint a customer care. My complain no is 39189368. But so far my money did not return. That is why you have requested that my money returns the grace of the return.

              Dear Sir
              I applied for Axis bank ASAP account. I got the account number [protected]. I immediately got a mail intimating that the above account has been opened within 25.56 mins., here's your virtual debit card asking me set a pin( screen shot attached). I tried to do the same but failed. I got a call from the bank who suggested me the procedure .But that to did not work. Then I talked to customer care from there I got service request number 40200887 on 2.04.18 Today I called at [protected] and again explained my problem and also conveyed the service request number. Then I got the reply that I have not entered full details hence I will have to apply again.(Screen shot of my details received from bank is also attached)
              Kindly look into the matter and advise me.

                I have applied a personal loan in AXiS Bank, but i came to Know that my application was rejected due to not having proper Stamping on previous employer relieving letter, after four days, Axis Bank executives called to me and said about a new loan offer which was an instant approved personal loan and Axis bank executives keep on calling me saying different different loan proposals but i couldn't able to know the status of those loan applications.If They are rejected, i want to know the reason why they have been rejecting?.

                  I am roaming to axis banking from the last 1 year to transfer shares from axis account to kotack account.
                  Every time when i visit axis bank they take the details and after 1 week they come back with something is missing or pending or due, etc...
                  I am really tired and helpless to talk to the staff.
                  I am visiting begumpet branch to resolve this and still as per last week conversation still there is a due they and kept on hold.

                  Please try to understand on my problem and resolve at the earliest.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is to inform you that I have 1 credit card with Axis bank Credit card (My zone card) Visakhapatnam - A.P region. Today I have to paid my all dues as per settlement message I received (Till Month of March 2018) amount of Rs. 20594/- . Before 2 days back 31st March 2018, I have talked one of our Axis customer care executive. They told that If I settled 20594/- then after our bank will send all Debit interest referral minimum amount 5000/- or above.
                    If any doubt so please check my call records (31st March 2018).
                    But i didn't referral received upto yet and i call our Axis customer care regarding referral amount. But they have not responded regarding referral amount.
                    My money back still it has been not done. I am not at all interested to your customer care executive untruth ful response.
                    So please do the needful. I need to resolve this issue immediately

                      As detailed below loan account number, Cheque got bounced due to insufficient funds for 05.02.2018 & 05.03.2018. My loan statement was very clear until Axis bank started to debiting bouncing charges more than 3 times in a month. For the EMI 3044, I could not pay Rs.3000 as bounce charges. So i was not cleared the Pending ECS till date.

                      Recently your collection team Spoke with me regarding ECS return, And they requested to clear the payment. Mr.Chinnadurai ( [protected] ) spoke with me i tried to explain my bounce charges but he can't even understand what i'm trying to say. So i requested him not call or transfer the call to your senior person. As requested he has sent Mr. Balaji ( Manger - [protected] ) Contact number. I Spoke with him and clarified the Situation and I said I will come with the proper details to bank by the first week of April 2018. Since this was happening for the second time i requested him to wait until the issue get cleared from bankers side.

                      Even after i informed them that i will be in bank by 1st week of April, they continued to call me several times a day. So i have not attended any calls from your collection agency.

                      Today Morning Mr.Rajagopal called me and he informed me to clear at least one of your pending EMI coz of year end. I informed him to listen about my Bouncing charges " He just replied with a Vulgar words for 3000 i cannot listen to your words, Saying that your working in Teamlease You will see What I'm going to do, And he is saying that everything was in recording. After he spoke a vulgar words and harassed me i started to defend, He is saying that he will pass the cheque for entire amount for my loan outstanding & I file case against you in a court.

                      The call was on 03.04.2018 @ 12.43

                      Is this the way of asking the payment without hearing the request from Customer, Using Vulgar words against the customer, Threatening the customer.

                      As on date from First date ECS my account was very clear until you're debiting the bouncing charges for more than 3 times.

                      My previous Escalation mail was herewith for your reference out. Last time I have paid my ECS thru netbanking even tho cheque bounce charges i have paid around 3000 only thing i got back Rs.632 Bouncing charge was waived off.

                      And once again the same issue. I'm ready to pay my pending ECS by end of the day " Can you refund my bouncing charges ???". If i need a clarification none of your team not going to clarify me even your customer care.

                      If the problem was on both sides it has to be clarified, If the bank only requires payment and never ever listen to the Customer Request then why these guys are keep on calling me, And at the end harassing, Threatening.

                      These kind of words are very very cheap from the collection team,

                      I need prompt response and immediate action against this. Request you to treat this as serious.

                        Hello axis team,

                        I have done an imps transaction of 6000 inr on 1st april which is showing in suspect state from 3 days. I had a discussion with your customer care executive who told me that the amount will be credited back in my account in 2-5 days business days.

                        Could you please help to resolve the issue? Either transfer me the amount at the earliest or transfer it to beneficiary.

                        Also, i want to ask that "why anyone will opt for imps and spend extra amount in imps if the same won't transact on time to beneficiary who is in need"

                        It is bank's responsibility to inform customer via message/email service regarding any such suspect transaction. Problem here is customer can see it debited from the account and believes that the amount will be credited to beneficiary but it won't reached to the destination which makes the customer more impatient about the reason. I hope you understand the case

                          Sir,
                          On 20 march i have handed over all required documents for loan to kharadi branch pune. They have promised me that i will get the dd within 5 days. Based on that i have fixed my vastu pooja on 2 april. I have received sanctioned letter on 25 march but till now i didnot get dd due to this a loss of 2 lakh occurred. Now i am helpless. I have never come across such cheaters. I think this bank is fraud. If you are unable to resolve this problem at the earliest, i will file the case and claim compensation also.

                          The worst bank, Fraud and cheat.
                          My bal of a/c no. 926138 transfer to acc on 29/03/18 without taking my permission of amount of ₹1000 .
                          Do needed help .
                          U were broken the bank security and law.
                          How can trust ur bank.i have not given any kind of permission granted to acess the account.

                              I have never seen such a poor bank. I have updated all my details pan/aadhar everything is visible if i login through net banking. But you guys have frozen my account mentioning invalid pan. I have been using axis bank account for more than 10 years and updated my pan details long back. But still i am not sure whose pan number you are searching. I can also see from rbi rules the debit freeze can be applied only ever for balance is 5 lakhs or deposit is 2 lakhs. I am not under these two circumstances then. How come you can freeze my account. You guys leave the people who borrow and leave the country. Poke only the middle class people such a poor bank

                                Credit card team,

                                This month I have been charged annual maintenance of 500 plus 90rs GST.

                                I have called the customer care and asked whether I'm eligible to ware off since my transaction was more then 40000.

                                Agent told me that I'm eligible for waved off and he also raised the request for life time free, so going forward there will be no annual charge in my card.
                                Request no: 40111132, he promised that the request is placed and it will take 48 hrs to complete.

                                After a week, I called up the customer care and asked the status of my request.
                                Agent name: KASHIP

                                He said, the request is not processed, so he is going to raised another one. I said why there is no status update is given to me and I have to pay my bill in next two days. I asked the reason why my request is not done and I didn't get any sms or email confirmation for that.

                                He didn't say any reason for that and push me to raised another request. I asked him to send a sms or email confirmation that you going to wave off the amount. He said its not possible.

                                I told him to escalate my request to complete asap as I have to pay by bill before the charge period. He said its not possible.

                                I told him that I'm not happy with this service and going to escalate this to head office. He said ok no problem.

                                Can you check and let me know why your agents are treating the customer in poor manner?

                                And, I want my request to be completed asap.

                                  My axis bank salary account not activated yet. It was supposed to be activated last week itself. I didnt get the salary of this month yet. Im working for the company tailorman.com. I want to know how i will be able to check if the account is active or not. I need this probem to be solved as soon as possible.

                                      I am nagaraj rao, on 28th mar 2018 i got a message saying that your account has been debited1899 for one assist services which i was never requested. When i tried to call axis cc number, they were rejecting my call it a with an error message. Then i called nearest branch where my account was created, they lied me. Then i went to that branch & registered a complaint. After that i tried communicate them through call, email but they are not responding.

                                      but cash not out, and same day i also do complaint to customer care they said u will get refund within 10 days.And after 15 days they say your transition was successful on same day.

                                        I am getting otps for a transaction on my number from vk-axisbk for card (Xx3819) which does not belong to me. What may be the reason? Similarly if my otps are going to some other number it means my online transactions are compromised. Earlier i ignored it and thought it may be due to wrongly routed messages, but today i have received 6 messages for a transaction. This is very serious matter.
