I have never seen such a poor bank. I have updated all my details pan/aadhar everything is visible if i login through net banking. But you guys have frozen my account mentioning invalid pan. I have been using axis bank account for more than 10 years and updated my pan details long back. But still i am not sure whose pan number you are searching. I can also see from rbi rules the debit freeze can be applied only ever for balance is 5 lakhs or deposit is 2 lakhs. I am not under these two circumstances then. How come you can freeze my account. You guys leave the people who borrow and leave the country. Poke only the middle class people such a poor bank

I am using your Credit Card for more than 5 years. The address on your Credit Card Bill is not correct and the validity of Card is over, thus you are requested to please arrange to send the fresh Credit Card to our office address.

today morning (29/04/2018) received a call from axis bank, and later when phone got disconnected my account was debited with 1899/- as one time assist fee
i want to cancel this policy
please refund my money as soon as possible

    Credit card team,

    This month I have been charged annual maintenance of 500 plus 90rs GST.

    I have called the customer care and asked whether I'm eligible to ware off since my transaction was more then 40000.

    Agent told me that I'm eligible for waved off and he also raised the request for life time free, so going forward there will be no annual charge in my card.
    Request no: 40111132, he promised that the request is placed and it will take 48 hrs to complete.

    After a week, I called up the customer care and asked the status of my request.
    Agent name: KASHIP

    He said, the request is not processed, so he is going to raised another one. I said why there is no status update is given to me and I have to pay my bill in next two days. I asked the reason why my request is not done and I didn't get any sms or email confirmation for that.

    He didn't say any reason for that and push me to raised another request. I asked him to send a sms or email confirmation that you going to wave off the amount. He said its not possible.

    I told him to escalate my request to complete asap as I have to pay by bill before the charge period. He said its not possible.

    I told him that I'm not happy with this service and going to escalate this to head office. He said ok no problem.

    Can you check and let me know why your agents are treating the customer in poor manner?

    And, I want my request to be completed asap.

      My axis bank salary account not activated yet. It was supposed to be activated last week itself. I didnt get the salary of this month yet. Im working for the company tailorman.com. I want to know how i will be able to check if the account is active or not. I need this probem to be solved as soon as possible.

          I am nagaraj rao, on 28th mar 2018 i got a message saying that your account has been debited1899 for one assist services which i was never requested. When i tried to call axis cc number, they were rejecting my call it a with an error message. Then i called nearest branch where my account was created, they lied me. Then i went to that branch & registered a complaint. After that i tried communicate them through call, email but they are not responding.

          but cash not out, and same day i also do complaint to customer care they said u will get refund within 10 days.And after 15 days they say your transition was successful on same day.

            I am getting otps for a transaction on my number from vk-axisbk for card (Xx3819) which does not belong to me. What may be the reason? Similarly if my otps are going to some other number it means my online transactions are compromised. Earlier i ignored it and thought it may be due to wrongly routed messages, but today i have received 6 messages for a transaction. This is very serious matter.

              My son while going for study to usa was issued a travel card no. [protected] for single currency from axis bank bariatu branch, ranchi. Our joint account no. Is [protected]. His card was lost and was replaced by card no.[protected]. He could not use this card as it was not responding to the pin no. And more over he was not in need. He surrendered this card for redemption in the month of dec.2017, it was containing 330 usd, approx. Till date we have not received the redemption amount, please look into this matter. My regd.                   Unjustified and unauthorisedly deducting rs.1072 from my saving account no. [protected], in the name of credit card dues. My grievances - 1. The bank has arbitrarily deducted the said amount from my account when there was no instruction/mandate/autobdebit at all from my side. 2. This dues of rs.1072/- has been raised by the bank unlawfully and unjustly just to harrass me when i failed to make payment of rs. 0.51 (Yes 51 paisa) to the bank in oct 2017. This is nothing but an organized loot by the axis bank which deserves a stern action to be taken against them.                     please note it strictly that without explaining maxlife insurance and axis bank has forced me to do a policy through Mr. Somenath [protected] a public relation officer of axis bank, Entally branch, kolkata, west bengal

                    I was not interested in any policy but Mr. Somenath promised to get my old and lapsed policy amount to be refunded. He cleverly advised me to sign a document to do a policy so he can process to get my older policy amount refunded..
                    He never explained me what kind of policy is that and after some days I recieved the policy of maxlife insurance policy
                    And when i asked Mr.Somenath . He said that this new policy was done to get back my old and lapsed policy amount .
                    I feel cheated and when I contacted max life they refused to cancel my policy and denied to refund my money

                    In addition please also note that they have not only deducted my account but also done the policy in the name of my wife without her consent too.
                    and her account was also deducted without permission and we contacted bank officer Mr. somenath . He is just deliberately hanging this and doing false promises that my and my account amount will be refunded and all my and my policy is cancelled .
                    Please do the needful to get my policy amount and illegally deducted my wifes amount to be refunded in account at earliest and I am not interested in any kind of policy

                    Please note that I live in abroad and my wife and family is getting harassed .

                            I have an axis bank prime account in gulhariya branch gorakhpur. I had applied for new credit card through my mobile banking. I got a call from your credit card department and executive said that you are eligible for the card and our representative will go to your location and fill-up form for your credit card. But no representative came to my location after many times call by me to your credit card department. And after that credit card department says you are not eligible. They are not giving me right information and irritated me. I am not satisfied from your services and employees are very careless. If i have face such type of problems then i will close my account recently.

                              I received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                              I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                                My sb a/c no. Is 67795 and credit card no. Is 7152 (Last four digit). I am availing auto debit facility for payment of credit card dues on last due date from my said sb a/c. Accordingly payment of rs.30, 282.79 for february 2018 was debited from my said sb a/c on 05/03/2018 automatically and no dues were pending against said cc for feb 2018 as per my sb a/c statement. However, cc statement for march 2018 shows that the amount of rs.30282.79 was debited twice from my sb a/c on 5/3/2018 but excess amount of rs.30, 282.79 was only recredited on the same date, as per my cc statement for march 2018. But in the said statement for march 2018, the dues of rs.30282.79 of feb 2018 have again been charged in march 2018 statement which is not correct as i have already made the payment.in fact, the cc statement is incorrect which should be reconciled immediately.

                                  Firstly, i will like to inform my account opening (It took 10 days/supposed to be in 24-48hours) or any service of the bank has never been on time. Please can you explain me the other bank atm charges and cash deposit charges.

                                  Since last few months i am getting charged for average minimum balance-i accept it. But i don't understand why it gets charged on different days of the month. Is there not a monthly cycle or specific date to charges, as per bank they said they charge every 16th of the month, and mostly they have charged on 16th. (But still not every month).in this month without prior notice or sms i was charged on 10th march, 2018. What to do if i have emi on those days? Who is responsible for the bounce of emi? Even if i ignore these early deduction, as per my knowledge it must reflect in my statement. The vast thing is till date it’s not reflecting…………….., you can go through my account details, i have checked my statement on mobile app. I went to bank, they gave me a sheet where it explained the charges but not on statement. Even i am not happy with the charges, the charges for cash deposit after 5 transactions is rs 150 for every deposit in same branch machine also, so can you explain if my 8th transaction is of 100 rs (I. E if deposit 100 in the same branch cash deposit machine) will i be charged 150? I have been charged 2450 for cash deposit in same branch atm cash depositing machine (Why its not been reflected in account). Also charged 60 rs for other bank atm and also axis bank (After 5 withdrawals) withdrawals.
                                  Please do the needful, i need to know the reason for bank charges on any day of the month (Without informing) and also the cycle, which bank people are unable to explain. At the same time i need to know the reason for such heavy charges for cash deposit and who will charge bank for their delay in services due to which we struggle and financial challenges

I almost done with all the procedure of inputs, but unfortunately power as been off. Due to that i am not able to collect the amount. But i got a message from axis bank that "your a/c 061655 is debited with inr 25000.00 on[protected]:11:31 a/c bal is inr [protected] info: cash-atm/decn326401/929. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.
                                      So please inform me wheather bank will credit or i need to visit branch

                                        I am using axis bank credit card since 5 years. Bank is charging interest on whole the amount after due date even if i pay partial due amount within the due date and it is approximately 12 % of the defaulted money and around 7% interest rate of the whole amount.

                                        Why should a customer pay the interest which has already returned to the bank.
                                        This is completely shocking and a very disturbing news.

                                        The helpline is saying if even a rupee of due amount is left to pay within due date then the interest will be charged for whole the amount. If this is true then this is just organised loot and plunder..
