I have account in axis bank which was converted from salary account (Zero balance) to normal saving account because my salary did not credit in account.
Actually i left suddenly job in between due to medical emergency.
Later all remaining balance in account was deducted on the name of charges because minimum balance was not maintained.
In dec-2017, i contacted branch again and explained about all problem happened in past and requested that if you reverse all my deducted charges, i will reactivate this account and now onward i will maintain more than minimum balance required. I got confirmation from branch to reverse all charges and after that i submitted application and documents in axis bank branch to reactivate my account.
Also deposited money in my account which was much more than minimum balance required.
In place of reversing the charges deducted from account, same charges were again deducted from my account in jan 2018. I am doing followup with bank, their escalation chain nodal-officer, principle nodal officer but nobody is caring it at all. It is almost 3 months but charges are not reversed.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
