Many times we tried to contact through email but failed. Communication with Nodal officer or bank has become difficult and very cumbersome. We have to call or chat which is difficult process. Chat executive leaves the session before starting the session. No option is given of email. If we need statement of credit card of some previous months, no option is available online or through internet banking.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I send money through tez app. 260 Rupees debited my account but transaction is not successful. So I want to refund my money..

    I had received a gift card from CESC LIMITED (CARD NO.-[protected]) but when I used this card for online purchases it got blocked and after 10 days of blocking I again used this card for purchasing from shopping mall it got declined.
    Till now I can't use my card due to this problem.
    I don't have any account in your bank.
    So, I am requesting you to solve my problem as early as possible.

      Further now bank is closed for 2 days
      Request you to solve this issue immediately on war foot basis as i need to withdraw money - most urgent.

        As per the bank website if you have savings account and credit card then we can change the communication address using insta services.

        I did update the address and it reflects in the savings account but not credit card.

        I am not sure how to update credit card communication address and all mails related to this credit card goes to my old address.

        Customer support is too bad.

          My registered mobile number is [protected], name is shyamal bhat. They have deducted rs1899 from my account without my permission. I need full refund of the money since i'm not even remotely interested in continuing one assist service.

          It's ridiculous that they can deduct without consulting me. My card ends with *8020.

          Last year they forced this feature upon through calls, but this time i am not interested in the renewal

            I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 4634. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
            Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 042210. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899

              [protected], ifsc code-utib0000589. I've deposited 5550rs/- on 27march for lic ecs and the amount was deducted by the bank where 28 march is the due date for lic payment. How can the bank do this without of my knowledge and no intimation. I've to pay the money of lic by 2 days. I request i to return my money as it is a huge amount and i've to pay lic.

                Hi all.

                This need immediate attention. I am in financial crisis where i am not in stable job since 1 year. And working as contractual employee. Due to financial crisis. I am unable to pay my dues in time.
                I am getting numerous recovery calls and agents are coming to my doorsteps. Now they are started calling my wife/father. My father is not keeping well.
                I am just requesting time so that i can arrange and pay the amount in full and close my account.
                I am in situation where i am not left up with any choice but to get some time.

                  Your bank called me to pay emi amt in cash because of some technical problem in e. C. S system
                  I paid the amt of my emi 12002 at around 12.10 p. M but the same day at around 2.30 p. M my a/c was debited with the said amount of e. M. I, though i paid it in cash.
                  The amount is credited after my complain but you took charge of 582 without any reason.
                  It was not my mistake to double payment but it was a mistake on your part.
                  I just want that i shall be given back that charged amount of 582.
                  Kindly return my amount or i have to go further.

                    Please be informed that i tried to withdraw rs.8000/- (Rupees eight thousand) only using my debit card no.[protected] through corporation bank's atm counter residing at sinthi, kol-700 050 on 15th mar, 2018 at around 8-45 pm. I didn't receive money but my sb a/c has been debited rs.8000/- vide my a/c no. Is [protected].

                    In this regard i went to your nabapally (Barasat) branch (Card issuing branch) and lodged a complaint on 19th instant, but till today i didn't get any positive result.

                    Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

                      Hi i am your customer holding your credit card for the past so many years i have got a last month bill they have charged rs 3500 as renewal fee which has been raised in the bill without my knowledge and i have call up customer care to enquire about the charges but they fail to sorted out and saying me to pay the amount if fail to pay will move your name to civil it will damage your credit score so i have plan to cancel my credit card so please sort out my issue and waive off the renewal fee asap

                        They have issued The DD For property registration
                        And also received message ( Congratulations! Your PWR_LAA2 loan has been disbursed on 23-03-18 with Loan a/c No. PHR[protected] for Rs.2271000/-. Your Pre-EMI/EMI will be due on 10th of every month.) but now they saying that they can't process my Loan. I have spend money more for registration. If they have any problem in that property means they should say me before legal and technical discussion now I have spend more money and now they saying me very easly that they can't process further. I need a proper guidness I never expect this form axis bank. Kindly revert me for this mail Id [protected]@gmail.com

                          I have the non operating salary account at mumbai branch which converted into saving account. And for nonuse of account i gone to nagpur gandhibag branch to close the account on saying of executive i have deposited 710/- rs on 24/1/18 from which near about 150 rs deducted instantly because of minus account. But after this till date my account not closed and remained balance also deducted. Now i am not liable for pay minimum balance charge and i also want my money back by bank as your executive says returned remaining balance by dd.
                          And why another branch of same bank take so much time for this type of work another work like deposits are done very fast. And as per law bank will liable to pay for not worked at proper time as 100rs per day

                            Hi,

                            I have account in axis bank which was converted from salary account (Zero balance) to normal saving account because my salary did not credit in account.
                            Actually i left suddenly job in between due to medical emergency.
                            Later all remaining balance in account was deducted on the name of charges because minimum balance was not maintained.
                            In dec-2017, i contacted branch again and explained about all problem happened in past and requested that if you reverse all my deducted charges, i will reactivate this account and now onward i will maintain more than minimum balance required. I got confirmation from branch to reverse all charges and after that i submitted application and documents in axis bank branch to reactivate my account.
                            Also deposited money in my account which was much more than minimum balance required.
                            In place of reversing the charges deducted from account, same charges were again deducted from my account in jan 2018. I am doing followup with bank, their escalation chain nodal-officer, principle nodal officer but nobody is caring it at all. It is almost 3 months but charges are not reversed.

                              Dear Customer, Mandates reference No: UTIB[protected]XXXXXXX issued to M[censored]tilities India Pvt Ltd with value 500000 and frequency Adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with XXXXXXXXXXX4555 . In case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

                              I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screenshot of the sms is attached herewith.

                                  I have received four to five times phone calls regarding axis one assist service. I have refused to talk but at last they have given me a call asking my mobile number etc. And without informing me about the the deduction of amount towards activation fee of the scheme. On 14th march, 2018 i received a message of rs.1899/- deduction from account. Screen shoot of the message attached. I immediately called customer care for refund of said amount but they are saying we will refund only rs.900/- this is very unfortunate that your people are fooling the customers without informing the fee etc. Yesterday also i asked for refund but they are telling nothing about the refund of my money.
                                  I once again request you to refund my whole amount of rs.1899/- immediately otherwise i have no option but to close down my account in your bank and make a complaint to your higher ups and media about this type of bugling you people are doing for meeting your targets.

                                  I m rupinder singh My axis a/c no. [protected] is close 2016. My sbi new a/c no. [protected] is active. Because subcidy is pendig i update aadhar card in sbi bank but one and half year not link my sbi account my lpg account.pls check and help me.
                                  Axis bank Credit card Payment done with all interest Charged by bank & requesting for Cibil Score to update from long time through calls & Mails But no response from Bank neither changed status.

                                    . I am Akash Kumar Gupta. Loan A/C Number - PPR[protected] from Axis Bank I took a loan for 2 lac & the premium is due for 5, 000 approx which I have informed them that I will be paying it on Monday 26/03/2018..I was supposed to pay on Saturday 24/03/2018 but the bank was closed. The Axis Bank Call Centre (Collection Dept) in a day they are authorized to give a call 4-5 times in a day for recovering the amount from there customer as per floor supervisor KRUPAL SANGHI & when I have ask him he confirmed it correct. As they have created a massive mental pressure on me & fewer times they have disconnected the call when I ask for supervisor from different Rep. Just to add few of the agent don't know how to speak with the customer.Axis Bank has loose his quality this much that they are hiring road side guys to speak with the customer. I would request you to take strict action against this kind of mental harrasment..

                                      I have opened asap a/c no.[protected]. As per bank's instruction i had visited nearby gurukul branch with my original aadhaar card and other relevant details.
                                      I was informed by authority of said branch that my above cited account is closed. They did not answer me for closure. I also asked by email the status of my account. But i have not received any reply.
                                      Kindly let me know the status of my said account and reason for closing of account if so, sespite have aadhaar card and pan.

                                        I have received a call from axis bank executive that they are providing my zone credit card with a lifetime free validity.. I have applied 15 days back. They said i will receive it in 10 business days.. But havent received yet... Can u pps provide me with the info like whata d matter with the delay delivery of my credit card... Please kindly send me my credit card asap.. Waiting here... Your executive had came my home and verified my documents etc... So i dont think their shud b a prob from my side.. Surely it must b u ppl's failure..
