I have home loan from axis bank since last 4 years and paying emi regularly. Due to financial crisis, i couldn't pay emi for last few months and i am selling my flat due to financial crisis and informed the bank collection personal about the same. I also informed that i will clear out the complete loan once deal is final and till then you can follow the bank process like symbolic possession etc. Still bank personal (Vaibhav patil, jm road branch) is calling for payment and using the bad words (Galiya). I know, i couldn't pay the emi, but this is not the way to treat your customer. Very bad experience with axis bank and i do not recommend any body to go with axis bank.

    I have to transfer 50000 rupees in a/c no [protected] but by mistake l done in a/c no [protected] but my ifsc code and name of a/c holder was right it was. Nizampura branch baroda gujrat and fund transfer in faziyabad goshi up branch
    It was done by mobile banking l can't understant how it possible when ifsc code is right then how its go wrong lt is a big software technical mistake they must have to solve it

      I hold an account at axis bank raipur. Yesterday rs 43000 was withdrawn from my account by some frogein hacker without any information to me by axis bank. No otp was provided at my registered mobile number. On one hand government talks about cashless india on other hand our online transaction card details are not safe and are hacked by frogein hackers

        Transferred an amount of rs.6000/- (Two transactions each rs.3000/-) through axis pay bhim app. To sbi beneficiary a/c no.[protected] and not received. The amount was debited in my axis bank account. Kindly refund back to my accountthe amount was sent to wrong ifsc code by mistake. The upi contact was added with the same ifsc code. The transaction showed "success" and the amount not received by sbi beneficiery.

          I apply saving account at axis bank hamran road branch ludhiana
          Mr rajesh deal with me & i give four thousan rupees (Rs 4000) to rajesh & he give the axis bank kit. My account was not opened & my kit was expired. I visit many times at axis bank branch times from last one year, he always explain me your money is in bank system but i can't recevied my money from last nov'16,
          Please resolve my issue otherwise i will take leagal action.

            I got a call regarding my new account verification of axis bank and they said some benefits of axis bank and they asked conformation of my debit card and they just debited and they said its one assist added. I dont need to activate this service now since i am not having any interested in that. So please deactivate and refund my amount as soon as possible. Thank you

            My one assist number is 3927837 and my card last 4 digit is 5154.

              It's so annoying that they keep calling me for personal loans or duplicate credit cards every day atleast 5 times a day even if I tell them that I'm not interested to get loans and stuffs in the very first call that I receive ... Other person doesn't seem to get it right... Everyday receiving calls for the same reason it's frustrating 😤 moreover I'm working for night shift and these people are not ready to understand that to stop calling me... Even if I disconnect the Call they are calling me again in few minutes which spoils my sleep and patience!!!

                    I am amar dev from shamli i process my home loan from your meerut home loan center in 10 january 2018.
                    After that they login my file 17 january 2018. And it's process on 20 feb. 2018 i have received my home loan sanctioned 2156491/. Massage from axis bank and my home loan application id is 7771231. But till date there is not response from next level process from the bank. Last 15 days i was visiting in branch meerut home loan and panchkula sec. 10 (I am working in panchkula) branch. 2 to 3 time but there is no response from bank side. I am also meet meerut home loan sales manager and executive they process my home loan application. They told me we are doing well this case please wait.

                    As per your information sir my agreement last deadline is 20 march 2018. My home owner is inform me that i could not pay money on time he will cancelled the agreement. On agreement i paid 200000/- and if it cancelled. It will very difficult to me to manage all this.

                    So i am kindly requesting you to look this matter and please solve it as early as possible.

                      I received mail from yr site on 8/12/2017. That grab rs 500, voucher from book my show, simply use bhim axis app for 3 mobile recharge or dth recharge.

                        I have received sms from axis bank in which i have been informed that rs.1899/- was deducted from my account to provide "one assist plan" on 27/10/17 without my permission. I have already informed this matter after calling in the customer care no. [protected] and lodged complain on the same day, but unable to receive any complain number from their end.
                        You are, therefore, requested to note that i am not interested to accept this type of services and as such you are also requested to make necessary arrangement to deactivate "one assist plan" and get back my deducted amount of rs. 1899/- to my account at an earliest.

                          With reference to the Complaint no.[protected] and Loan No. PCR[protected] I have been continuously been following and been harassed by bank on 2 accounts.
                          Last month my EMI due on 10th was not presented for payment to my HDFC account, when I called bank helpline on 12th the system was not updated and they had no clue. Later they called after 2 days asking for payment, saying bank returned the same. To which I have cross checked with HDFC and my account more than adequately funded and the ECS was not presented to them. While I remitted the amount through NEFT the next day, I asked for an email with written reason for return, which has not come till date. Also I have updated my email through the app and call centre, the same is also not updated. THe Executive was hesitant in giving a complaint number, which after 3 calls I recd from ANITA.
                          Also. the HDFC bank is not able to figure out as the only verbal communication I recd. was bank says it-EXCEEDS ARRANGEMENT. Please share a detailed with return instructions from HDFC. Secondly, I was told to send my bank statement showing I had balance, but I was not given an email id to write to? I was also told that someone will collect new NACH/ECS form tomorrow but over 10 days have passed but no one has contacted me.

                          The cheque bounce charges, though should not be levied as its bank mistake, were again paid and I received confirmation SMS that same was credited to my account on 26th Feb. Still till 6th March I keep getting calls for same.
                          It is causing undue harassment, and I don't have a resolution for the new EMI is due on 10th. So will it go through same process or will it be unattended

                              I have been receiving calls from 66237420 from on agent named latha

                              She has been very abusive and calling names. I request your good office to let me know the rule in collection procedures. Iam not in india currently and that i will handle it before the end of this year when i come to india is not being accepted.

                              She repeated asks me to acknowledge that iam a fraud.

                              This is mental torture.

                                  I am a customer of axis bank. 3/3/2018 [incident date]

                                  I work in an engineering college. I am from a middle class family and my entire family runs with my income alone. I am getting roughly 18k per month.
                                  My own brother has just joined in an engineering college for his studies whom i have stopped him from the college since i was not able to pay the fee and his future is also a question mark. I don blame anyone for it but my fate.

                                  I do have my educational loan from a bank and i ll have to pay around 6k there monthly. Other than this i ll have to pay my house rent electricity bill and for my fuel expenses and for few basic needs alone and not more than that.

                                  I was using credit card for few purchases and in between got some medical expenses so i couldn't pay emi for last three of four months.
                                  If at all at least i should make it for the next meals each day my monthly salary is the only source and i am completely relying on that. Only if it comes without any difficulties i could think on the other side on how to pay the credit card payment etc.

                                  One month back i have been called by the collection agent belong to my area and i have been informed about the non payment and i have been asked to pay min 3k atleast to save my account. Which was too difficult for me and i borrowed for interest and paid 2k to him and that was paid towards my credit card.

                                  I was not able to pick the calls for a while but for the past one month i was in contact with the collection agent and also tried to keep my account alive by paying minimum amount i can. But still...

                                  I have asked the agent to get me connected to the higher officials whom could i can speak regarding this. And twice he told me that he will connect but i am yet to get connected. Also i have explained him briefly that i need atleast 2 months time for any settlement or i need a min emi of 2k more than that i cannot.

                                  And yesterday i have received my income but my account is frozen that i couldn't move at least for my house rent so that i may not need to vacate. Only with my income i can pay the amount which i got for interest and paid for last month to the agent. But now i am in a tedious position
                                  I contacted the agent and informed him about the frozen account and he replied that he can contact the branch by tomorrow and reply me. Even if in case of defreezing the account i ll have to pay a minimum amount of 7k which will fetch me only 10 k approx for my next 30 days including all the expenses. To be frank i am on the platform.

                                  Right from the beginning i never wanted credit cards which i know the seriousness.
                                  Your representative called me continuously torchured me and asked me to get card. And so i got and now i am helpless.

                                  18k salary monthly on what criteria you people are providing credit cards of maximum limit 50k?
                                  On the idea that you will screw the middle class people by freezing the account for 90 days and collect your money that is ok but what will happen for the middle class victim and how will he atleast have food for 90 days even if he was not able to manage any other expenses atleast?

                                  And i wish to tell my students and people over social networking sites so that people can know how axis bank screws the middle class customers till death. And what are the things happening actually and i will suggest them the seriousness of credit cards.

                                  At last i am writing with a hope that at least one in this entire planet will have solution for this issue. If i could not pay my house rent by tomorrow morning then i am finished. I do have self respect. If someone shouts at in front of my home then i will have to end my game and no other option.

                                  I am a college professor and i teach my students about ethics and i do have my ethics. I was desperate to pay it back without a single rupee pending. But now this incident made me blank i was humiliated to an extreme extent.

                                  I was happened to speak to the official who is heading the credit card section.

                                  Such a careless words she uttered.

                                  She is asking me to pay 18k to release the account which has 19 k
                                  Her words really hurted me. I was begging to release that 19k to pay all the needs i have here that includes the 2k i borrowed for paying last month.
                                  Then how will i make it for my rent food and other expenses?

                                  I also have the phone call conversation recorded.

                                  I was polite enough to explain my situation and asked her for a solution but she was really very careless and just speaks like she was speaking to a _. Are the customers of axis bank are _?

                                  She was not even ready to speak.

                                  Since my salary account was on their handle... I ll have to beg... Yes... I ll have to do whatever they say now... Whatever...

                                  Axis bank really never care about their customer safety.
                                  They really doesn't care about customer self respect.
                                  I was begging to the official for a grace period atmost 2 month. I can make a settlement. She humiliated me... Asked me the question... How will u make it to the settlement i[censored] were not be able to manage to arrange 18 k then how will u pay the full amount. I don have answer for 3 seconds. She cut the call without a proper intimation atleast... Is this the way axis bank is educating their officials to behave with the customers? Is this the way a civilized people behave?

                                  I don have any other option. No one to help me.

                                  In fact i mailed my grievances to axis bank and i never got a reply mail from them too. I am helpless.

                                  Dear axis bank... Yes you can check mate your customers easily. But is that your vision and mission?

                                  Excellent support from the bank.
                                  If this is how they treat an educated professor then how will they treat an illiterate?

                                  Long live axis bank... Earn more profit...

                                    I am a customer of axis bank. 3/3/2018 [incident date]

                                    I work in an engineering college. I am from a middle class family and my entire family runs with my income alone. I am getting roughly 18k per month.
                                    My own brother has just joined in an engineering college for his studies whom i have stopped him from the college since i was not able to pay the fee and his future is also a question mark. I don blame anyone for it but my fate.

                                    I do have my educational loan from a bank and i ll have to pay around 6k there monthly. Other than this i ll have to pay my house rent electricity bill and for my fuel expenses and for few basic needs alone and not more than that.

                                    I was using credit card for few purchases and in between got some medical expenses so i couldn't pay emi for last three of four months.
                                    If at all at least i should make it for the next meals each day my monthly salary is the only source and i am completely relying on that. Only if it comes without any difficulties i could think on the other side on how to pay the credit card payment etc.

                                    One month back i have been called by the collection agent belong to my area and i have been informed about the non payment and i have been asked to pay min 3k atleast to save my account. Which was too difficult for me and i borrowed for interest and paid 2k to him and that was paid towards my credit card.

                                    I was not able to pick the calls for a while but for the past one month i was in contact with the collection agent and also tried to keep my account alive by paying minimum amount i can. But still...

                                    I have asked the agent to get me connected to the higher officials whom could i can speak regarding this. And twice he told me that he will connect but i am yet to get connected. Also i have explained him briefly that i need atleast 2 months time for any settlement or i need a min emi of 2k more than that i cannot.

                                    And yesterday i have received my income but my account is frozen that i couldn't move at least for my house rent so that i may not need to vacate. Only with my income i can pay the amount which i got for interest and paid for last month to the agent. But now i am in a tedious position
                                    I contacted the agent and informed him about the frozen account and he replied that he can contact the branch by tomorrow and reply me. Even if in case of defreezing the account i ll have to pay a minimum amount of 7k which will fetch me only 10 k approx for my next 30 days including all the expenses. To be frank i am on the platform.

                                    Right from the beginning i never wanted credit cards which i know the seriousness.
                                    Your representative called me continuously torchured me and asked me to get card. And so i got and now i am helpless.

                                    18k salary monthly on what criteria you people are providing credit cards of maximum limit 50k?
                                    On the idea that you will screw the middle class people by freezing the account for 90 days and collect your money that is ok but what will happen for the middle class victim and how will he atleast have food for 90 days even if he was not able to manage any other expenses atleast?

                                    And i wish to tell my students and people over social networking sites so that people can know how axis bank screws the middle class customers till death. And what are the things happening actually and i will suggest them the seriousness of credit cards.


                                    At last i am writing with a hope that at least one in this entire planet will have solution for this issue. If i could not pay my house rent by tomorrow morning then i am finished. I do have self respect. If someone shouts at in front of my home then i will have to end my game and no other option.

                                    I am a college professor and i teach my students about ethics and i do have my ethics. I was desperate to pay it back without a single rupee pending. But now this incident made me blank i was humiliated to an extreme extent.

                                    I was happened to speak to the official who is heading the credit card section.

                                    Such a careless words she uttered.

                                    She is asking me to pay 18k to release the account which has 19 k
                                    Her words really hurted me. I was begging to release that 19k to pay all the needs i have here that includes the 2k i borrowed for paying last month.
                                    Then how will i make it for my rent food and other expenses?

                                    I also have the phone call conversation recorded.

                                    I was polite enough to explain my situation and asked her for a solution but she was really very careless and just speaks like she was speaking to a street dog. Are the customers of axis bank are street dogs?

                                    She was not even ready to speak.

                                    Since my salary account was on their handle... I ll have to beg... Yes... I ll have to do whatever they say now... Whatever...

                                    Axis bank really never care about their customer safety.
                                    They really doesn't care about customer self respect.
                                    I was begging to the official for a grace period atmost 2 month. I can make a settlement. She humiliated me... Asked me the question... How will u make it to the settlement i[censored] were not be able to manage to arrange 18 k then how will u pay the full amount. I don have answer for 3 seconds. She cut the call without a proper intimation atleast... Is this the way axis bank is educating their officials to behave with the customers? Is this the way a civilized people behave?

                                    I don have any other option. No one to help me.

                                    In fact i mailed my grievances to axis bank and i never got a reply mail from them too. I am helpless.

                                    Dear axis bank... Yes you can check mate your customers easily. But is that your vision and mission?

                                    Excellent support from the bank.
                                    If this is how they treat an educated professor then how will they treat an illiterate?

                                    Long live axis bank... Bury more people... Earn more profit...

                                    Not even a single reply or phone call or even mail from Axis bank. its already 14 days. Still my salary is locked. Running out of money... Eating once in a day. Dont know where will i get a solution. I am just having rs 100 in hands to spend for this entire month.

                                    Got JIO recharged last month. Thank god. Atleast i could write here.

                                    My hopes are fading.

                                    They never care about their customers.

                                    Cruel behaviour.

                                    But there is someone who is watching all these...

                                    As you sow shall you reap.

                                    The officials who took this rude decision against me... Note my words... You will see your next generation suffering begging for food and money...

                                    I thought my account was freezed. Yesterday i got another shock. My entire salary is debited.This is not yet over it seems.They have planned to debit my next two months salary to equal the amount. I dont know from where will i pay the amount i got to run these past couple of weeks. Or From where will i manage to get my basic needs for the next two months.
                                    To manage these two months i must get money from outside that is double the amount of the credit card pending. So credit card pending will be over by next two months but double the times burden for me. As a valuable customer of Axis bank thanks alot for the prescious gift...

                                    I strongly believe that i will close my axis bank account and i will strongly recommend my students and wherever i go... that not to be a customer of Axis bank where no mercy is shown. I will educate my students not to get caught by the credit card and never invest money in banks since where there is no mercy then there is nothing to believe them . From now on this is my main statement before i take class. I will insist my future generation and students.

                                    And As a reply to the axis bank team in the above comments.I have already contacted axis bank support. I never got reply. But still respecting your comments I will definitely share my concerns there. I will keep update here the status often.

                                    Atleast people should know how a customer can suffer being a valuable customer of Axis bank.

                                      I transferred 3400 from my account ([protected]) ref id :[protected] to some one however transaction status shows suspect.

                                      Don't you thing that you are going trouble to customers???

                                      Also i tried to use your chat facility however it also does not work, endup with the error :
                                      E22chat service is not available at this time. Please try it later. Object has not been initialized.

                                      My humble request, please avoid giving trouble to customers as no one have time to follow up...

                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I received a call from AXIS BANK'S side in that without my permission they activate one assist service and deduct my 1899 rs. from my axis account I need my whole money back. So i tried to call on Axis bank customer care and one assist care many times and they ignored my all the calls...
                                      Kindly provide me whole amount refund.
