My account is being debited in the range of rs 5000 to 6000 every now and then. Today i noticed duplication of this as saying cheque return and ecs return charges. Whereas it's only the ecs returned but not each month. Bank branch doesn't give proper answers to this. They've very poor service and fraudulent in nature. Earlier also i had issues with them.

Now they don't have option to send email neither through net banking nor through their website.
Dear Team,

I have foreclosed my Axis Bank Loan No. PP[protected] on[protected] as per information given by bank and the status of same is also closed, but I am surprised to see balance of Rs 10801 in my Cibil report after closure of 6 years.

Please check and issue noc against my personal loan

    I went to the vaishali branch of axis bank today 19 feb 2018 at 12.00 pm for a query regarding my bank account and the security guard of the bank behaved very unruly and threatened to hit me. I was speaking with him very politely and he threw me out of the bank branch which was very wrong and indescent behaviour. Being a prime bank of india this was the worst behaviour i have ever seen from any of the indian banks.
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My problem is
    I give the All document at 02 Feb 2018 and fill all the formalists at
    Axis Bank Sector 56 Gurgaon (HR) Branch and Amount Deducted my Another
    Account at 4th Feb 2018, till Now i am not getting Account number. i

      I hereby want to complaint against axis bank. 5059 rs was deducted from my account nd the payment was not successful. By continuously contacting nd even mailed no response from the bank side. The bank is very irresponsible nd harassing the customers. I want your kind attention in my case. I have talked to customer care several times but not a single response from their side. Palease solve my problem

      I have not used my debit card today anywhere. But it is charged with 11.80 rs and given an info as TIP/SCG/POS/MAHAKALI PETROL/DT. 11-FEB

      Don't know why they have deducted my money. I think I should close my account from axis bank because it is not secure. without any reason they cut our money.
      Particular one of the non Gujarati Staff of Axis Bank, Asura branch, Dharampur valsad is not responding politely. Having very ruff behavior. Always branch manager is absent. Staff is not keeping word. For it is village branch customers are not treated well by non Gujarati staff. Pl remove him from the bank or send him to other branch

        I was having an axis bank saving account, but i have not used it for some time and the make the negative balance as amc charges. I read somewhere that according to rbi guideline amc charges cannot be reached negative. Even my lpg subsidy that goes in the same same account turns out to be deducted in maintaining the amc charges. I want this account to be closed as soon as possible. Support me with the issue.

          I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription of one assist and please cancel my subscription for my axis bank debit card. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account (395739). My relationship no. Is 3826992. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

            money deductions.

            Axis bank is simply debeting money from account saying different charges each time. This month a amount of 1050 debited from account mentioning consolidated charges. Last month around 400 debited for some other charges. Apart from this there are many charges likes annual account maintain charges. Atm service charges. Minimum balance maintenance charges, cash deposit cahrges, [protected]@18% and many other charges. Is banks making money they last...

            I have initiated a refund request on myntra site on 1st feb'18 and today is 18th feb'18 but still the refund amount has not been credited in my account while the same has been processed from myntra as discussed with them.

              Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1474 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. Also he send deducted msg, please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples. I do not know why deducted this bank consolidated charges.

                I want to register complaint on axis bank regarding the charges for innoncent account holders. Axisbank charged me for consolidated charges as 2930 plus 527 gst. I want to know the complete statement for this and they are cheating innocent people with this charges. I maintained 10000 account balance last month still they charged me this charges so i need clarity.

                  I hereby inform that on 28.01.2018 we have booked 8 tickets (Rs.965.48 total ticket) for ‘padmaavat’ hindi movie in cine plus multiplex jagdalpur 6.40pm show for 28.01.2018 through book my show booking id: cpmj[protected]aaf and on the day of show we were told by the staff that there were some issue with projector 📽 and so we were forced to move out from the theatre as show was cancelled. Due to the inconvenient caused they promised us to refund the amount within 3 days but we have not received the amount from book my show till the date, so we request you to please enquire the above matter and refund my amount as early as possible...

                    Sir, on dt. 17-02-18. I used my atm card in snist (Sreenidhi college, hyderabad) for withdrawal rs.500/- but i not received money from atm then i try again, and then i try in other atm but i still not received money, then next day i try again, but i have reduce money in my account rs.500/- which was i have not received.

                      I visited the sholinganallur branch today at 3:45 to get my account statement with bank seal on it but the bank employee denied to provide the same saying they would not be able to do it post 3:30 as 3:30 is their closing time. Later they came up with 10 another reasons for not giving it, creating so much confusion around all the reasons. I am still wondering if they were saying to truth or just lying to me.

                        I had done a transaction of rupees 2700 to institute of chartered accountant noida, the balance was deducted but in the ica site it is showing that there is no transaction done, please help me out from these. The transactionn was done by me 3 days back and i have mailed a complaint to axis mail id but i got response. Please help as i am a student and have no extra money to re submit the form by adding 2700 rupees to my account again.

                              I am having a credit card and last month i have paid a minimum balance and this month also i ll pay the same, even though im ready to pay the minimum balance on monday and i inform the same then also they are forcing me to pay today itself but still your employees are kept on visiting my home on daily basis which is really unfair and this is the matter of my respect & dignity. For safer side i will give a written complaint in our respected police station.

                              I have one job and one salary and one account, if you guys block that also how can i repay your bills or any other bills.

                              Even i have some responsibility, i have taken public amount and i know how to repay it and i don't want your people to remind me every now and then.

                              Mom is a heart patient, if something goes wrong i am gonna file a case on your bank.

                              If your people comes next time for this again for sure i will post this in social media and make this a big concern for you people.

                              Note: when every he calls me he use very uncomplimentary words.

                                I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment.

                                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I have intimated customer services 3 times and no one is getting in touch with me ever since. Please do the needful.

                                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                                Not sorted yet. They made a fool out of me. One of the members from Rajkot team called me and did the settlement . But i still recieved the bill. The settlement email was never sent to me. No one is taking care of it after calling them several times.

                                  Hello,

                                  Axis bank was deducted money 18 times from my account, happened from oct-2012 to feb-2016 and total money was rs.3119.52 with description in my statement was "consolidated dp charges".
                                  Tried to reach customer care and wrote many mails, they never responded.

                                  This is completely cheating your own customers, if you are doing correct practice it should be better if you could provide an email information or message at least about deductions.

                                  I lost hope in your bank and considering other options.

                                  I have got 2 fake Amazon e-vouchers for my nearly 22000 eDge loyalty points redemption, tried to reach customer care and wrote several mail. They are saying we will resolve in a day but 4 months were gone no progress. Looks like Axis bank not at all bother about their customers.

                                    After using the swipe transition from the customer we are not getting the money in account. What the error is occurring related to transiction. I could not understand. This is creating a lot of problem to us. So pls resolve this problem as soon as possibe. Im a new costumer in ur bank but u r not providing the best service to us. If this the continoius problem then i want to quit this account from ur company.

                                      I am dr nirmalya from bishalgarh. Tripura. Northeast india. I went to axis bank bishalgarh branch 6th feb 2018 for opening a joint account with my father but they couldn't. Till date they are giving vague excuse for the delay and i am really disappointed with their performance in a nationalised bank like this. They already taken rs 5500 as a minimum balance required and ac no as mentioned in the kit provided by the bank personal is [protected]. Please help me out of this problem.
