I can't do the payment for facebook ad services.. For tht my work is getting delayed. Everytime i try to use my debit card.. Its showing suspended or declined for some security reason idk what.. Pls do something.. Otherwise i hve to stop using axis debit card forever. I hve tried several times my axis debit card.. But it contnously getting suspended for security reason. I m fed up n frustrated pls do something.

    I have been facing a big trouble due the lack of proper management & administration of axis atm machine.

    Due to an emergency, on 15th feb, 8pm, i was withdrawing 11000 from atm, got the debited message but unfortunately at the same moment the power has gone & the cash stacked into the machine.

    The bank staff asked me to wait till the power would come back so that the amount shouldn't reach to others hand.

    I waited till the power came back but vain.
    As per the information of banking staff i was expecting a refund message.

    16th feb i filled a complaint form & the staff refused to give any acknowledgement & asked wait for few days.

    This is the 6th day, i didn't get any message yet.

    Moreover, when i tried to talk to the customer care, there is no option at all to complain about the issue of atm withdrawals.

    I don't know why a customer has to wait soon long to get back his cash, although the ladger balance shows a higher limit of 11k.

    If this issue is not solved by tomorrow, i have to take n action.

      Axis bank is playing with common man.. On 27-jan-2018 an amount of rs.4718.82 has been debited to my credit card which is a fraud transaction done with microsoft (Microsoft xbox live gold). And when this transaction has done i haven't received any otp. And after debited to my credit i haven't received any transaction alert. I have checked this once my credit bill has been generated on 14-feb-2018. Once as soon as i have seen that fraud transaction i have complained to axis bank. They have asked to send my entire passport and came back that the transaction has done on 27-jan-2018 and we should complain with in 7 working days. As my bill has been generated on 14-feb-2018 as it is more than 7 days they couldn't get the insurance.

      Friends in this case whom should we suspect.. Axis bank or microsoft...

      I am thinking axis bank employees are giving our credit card date to microsoft people and doing this type of fraud transactions.

      When we haven't received any otp or message how can we know about transaction.

        I have cleared my axis bank credit card dues on 6th january 2018, i was told that i will be receiving the credit card dues clearance certificate after 15 days through my registered email id sandy. [protected]@gmail.com. But when i followed up with them for the dues clearance certificate mr. Subhas das from the axis bank credit card department in kolkata behaved rudely with me instead of sending me the clearance certificate.

        I have 1 credit card with axisbank chennai region.I already paid my all dues as per settlement letter i received .I talked with them after my payment.So they told they will send all clearance papers with in 15 days .But i didn't received upto yet and i received a call from their office regarding outstanding amount.So i am irritating and i need to resolve and close my card immediately

          I had been to the branch, in Rajmata Chowk, in Andheri East for Internet remittance, they gave me details, but i informed them that I was not able to get it done previously, they said to download the app and i shall be able, after downloading the app i was told that from the app i cannot do remittance but only through the website. I also asked for master card details, they were not able to assist me and said that they would get back to me through mail. Now I have been trying to do an online remittance and not able to do it, i am away from the country and wrote them mails several times, but no response. Also i have not received any reply with regards to the master card details from the branch, the service at the branch has deteriorated with time. Have to consider moving to another bank now. Additionally I am not receiving points to my edge loyally card, when contacted the branch, they told me to call customer care, then contacted the customer care, they told me contact the branch, when i went to the branch, they told me to write a mail.
          What is this happening with Axis bank???

I didn't get any notification for that.

              Am Dr Mitul Bora, M.B.B.S, MD, DM(AIIMS) working as a senior consultant of Nephrology at International hospital since March 2012.Recently we had received two cheques of Indian Overseas bank, Dispur branch from our hospital. One cheque was in my name and the amount was 489811.00 Rs and the second cheque was in the name of Dr Roslin Loitongbam (my wife) and the amount was 5000.00RS.In both cheque our names were typed.I had deposited both cheques at Axis bank Guwhati branch ATM cheque drop box on 11.12.15.But after 5 days as there was no message from Axis bank (our salary accounts are at Axis bank Guwahati branch) i went to Axis bank on 17.12.15, Guwahati branch to enquire about the thing. Then the Axis bank manager told me that somebody had tempered the cheque box on 11. 12.15 and pulled out some cheques. I immediately consulted my hospital office so that they can call the Indian overseas bank, Dispur branch and can block the transaction, but it was too late as the transection had already been done to an account of Mr Manish Gupta whom i donot know.Although the Axis bank Guwahati branch came to know that ATM had been tempered by somebody on 14th, they were silent till i went to the bank.No information were given to the public or ins social media that the ATM cheque box had been tempered.Immediately i made a complaint to the Axis bank and also given an FIR at local police station.From our hospital administration they had also lodged a complaint to Axis bank, Indian overseas bank and to police.But now both the bank are washing their hands and i am the one who is suffering.Axis bank is telling that we are not responsible as transaction had not done in our bank and IOB is telling that we are not responsible as tempering was not done at IOB rather it happened at Axis bank.Since that time I am waiting but nothing has happened.

                Dear sir,
                I, rajdip malick would like to draw your kind attention towards the immense harassment caused to me by axis bank in the past few days. I have a savings account number:-[protected] and [protected] the above mentioned bank in the dasnagar branch located in howrah. On 12/02/2018date i found out that the bank has freezed my account without any knowledge of mine. I asked the officials repeatedly the cause of such an action. They could not give any answer. After that every each day i am asking them when my account will be reinstored, thay are answering that within 24 hours it will be reinstored. But 6 days have passed in the meantime and my account is still freezed. I am in dire need of money due to some urgent medical issues in my family. The treatment is getting delayed due to the uncouth and unprofessional manner and behaviour of the bank. Therefore i would like to present my grievance in front of you and would ask for its redressal at the earliest.

Today i got a call from axis bank and they didn't clarify from me of deducting 1899 from the account to activate that service. So, please look into this issue and deactivate that service and refund that money into my account.

                  Please go through the complaint as early as possible and refund my money into the account.

                    I am unsatisfied with one of your employee Mr YOGESH PAREEK . I applied one personal loan of minimun amount of Rs 130000/ only in the month of December 2017 and Mr PAREEK has taken my documents for this loan . In the same month of December 2017 I have cleared all the documents which is required for the loan . He asked my pan card, voter I'd, address proof, bank statement updated copy, November months salary slip n that's was enough as per his requirements n he told me I have to wait minimum 2 (two) days for the loan sanction n I did not call him for 6 to 7 days but m not getting any kind of information from his side so I called him and he told me that I have to submit January month2018 salary slip then my loan will be sanctioned. Ok I can give him the documents but my point is that why he is not asking me before of my calling him about my loan status . I have produced the january 2018 salary slip also and he told me that he thats all documents are clered from my side so I have to wait only 2 days for the loan sanctioned. I was waiting as per his words n when I called him on 4 th day He told me that he needs my Form 16 copy for 2016 -17 assessment copy . I submitted the original copy of FORM 16 assessment year 2016- 17 as he ask me then again he ask me to wait for 2 days and after 2 days my loan will sanction . Again the same way when I call him he told that my loan is pending because of my FORM 16 Assessment year 2017 - 18 have to submit then it will sanctioned . As per his asking I have submitted the original copy of Form 16 assessment year 2017 -18 n again he told me I have to wait only 2 days for loan sanctioned. He told me on 30th January 2018 that my loan file is logged in the Axis bank personal loan system so i have to wait only 2 days for loan sanctioned .I was in this way waiting n waiting but doubt comes in my mind so I called him when my loan will be sanctioned then he ask me to send my Form 16 copy of Assessment year 2017 -18 in what's up . Then I got surprised because I have submitted all documents earlier n that is also original copies so today I went to duliajan branch and I checked my loan file then i find that it is not log in n file is totall incomplete . I clicked the photos of my loan file and it is very sad for me that he lost my original form 16 copy of 2016 - 17 assessment year and form[protected] copy . In my file I saw only my pan card, aadhar card, bank statements copy, n all original salary slips but my Form 16 copies are missing . Then my doubt is clear that after i have submitted original Form16 copies why he asked me to sand pics of Form 16 in what's up .

                    Today I am clear about my loan process that my file is not yet log in so how after 2 days my loan will sanctioned . I applied in December ...still now I am running behind of this . I have to spend my busy hours and regular way I have to come for to the Branch to check my loan status. Mr PAREEK does not even provide me the loan application no . If my loan is not happening from axis bank then tell me the reason I will not spend my time and why one axis bank account also opened in my name .

                    Now please tell me this kind of liers are the real man power of the reputed bank like Axis? Bank needs business and this kind of stupid fellows ruin the business and reputation . So I request you please strictly monitor his activities and give warning to maintain discipline the Axis bank organizational working culture. More over I request you to ask him to find out my original Form 16 copies and give it to me as soon as possible otherwise I will put one police intimation and I will mention it clearly that Mr PAREEK has lost my original Form 16 copies.
                    I have attached the incomplete condition of my loan application form, my original salary certificates all which all i have submitted n my form 16 for assessment year of 2016 -17 and 2017 -18 year orginal copy was missing from my loan file in the bank . I have send all the pictures and I hope you will not do any kind of delay to help me in this matter .

                      My account is being debited in the range of rs 5000 to 6000 every now and then. Today i noticed duplication of this as saying cheque return and ecs return charges. Whereas it's only the ecs returned but not each month. Bank branch doesn't give proper answers to this. They've very poor service and fraudulent in nature. Earlier also i had issues with them.

                      Now they don't have option to send email neither through net banking nor through their website.
                      Dear Team,

                      I have foreclosed my Axis Bank Loan No. PP[protected] on[protected] as per information given by bank and the status of same is also closed, but I am surprised to see balance of Rs 10801 in my Cibil report after closure of 6 years.

                      Please check and issue noc against my personal loan

                        I went to the vaishali branch of axis bank today 19 feb 2018 at 12.00 pm for a query regarding my bank account and the security guard of the bank behaved very unruly and threatened to hit me. I was speaking with him very politely and he threw me out of the bank branch which was very wrong and indescent behaviour. Being a prime bank of india this was the worst behaviour i have ever seen from any of the indian banks.
                        Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        I give the All document at 02 Feb 2018 and fill all the formalists at
                        Axis Bank Sector 56 Gurgaon (HR) Branch and Amount Deducted my Another
                        Account at 4th Feb 2018, till Now i am not getting Account number. i

                          I hereby want to complaint against axis bank. 5059 rs was deducted from my account nd the payment was not successful. By continuously contacting nd even mailed no response from the bank side. The bank is very irresponsible nd harassing the customers. I want your kind attention in my case. I have talked to customer care several times but not a single response from their side. Palease solve my problem

                          Don't know why they have deducted my money. I think I should close my account from axis bank because it is not secure. without any reason they cut our money.
                          Particular one of the non Gujarati Staff of Axis Bank, Asura branch, Dharampur valsad is not responding politely. Having very ruff behavior. Always branch manager is absent. Staff is not keeping word. For it is village branch customers are not treated well by non Gujarati staff. Pl remove him from the bank or send him to other branch

                            I was having an axis bank saving account, but i have not used it for some time and the make the negative balance as amc charges. I read somewhere that according to rbi guideline amc charges cannot be reached negative. Even my lpg subsidy that goes in the same same account turns out to be deducted in maintaining the amc charges. I want this account to be closed as soon as possible. Support me with the issue.

                            I passed an order in bank to stop my cheques and filed a complain regarding this in the police station of my town... I request u to take my complain in ur notice

                              I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription of one assist and please cancel my subscription for my axis bank debit card. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                              Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account (395739). My relationship no. Is 3826992. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                                money deductions.

                                Axis bank is simply debeting money from account saying different charges each time. This month a amount of 1050 debited from account mentioning consolidated charges. Last month around 400 debited for some other charges. Apart from this there are many charges likes annual account maintain charges. Atm service charges. Minimum balance maintenance charges, cash deposit cahrges, [protected]@18% and many other charges. Is banks making money they last...

                                I have initiated a refund request on myntra site on 1st feb'18 and today is 18th feb'18 but still the refund amount has not been credited in my account while the same has been processed from myntra as discussed with them.

                                  Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1474 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. Also he send deducted msg, please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples. I do not know why deducted this bank consolidated charges.

                                    I want to register complaint on axis bank regarding the charges for innoncent account holders. Axisbank charged me for consolidated charges as 2930 plus 527 gst. I want to know the complete statement for this and they are cheating innocent people with this charges. I maintained 10000 account balance last month still they charged me this charges so i need clarity.

                                      I hereby inform that on 28.01.2018 we have booked 8 tickets (Rs.965.48 total ticket) for ‘padmaavat’ hindi movie in cine plus multiplex jagdalpur 6.40pm show for 28.01.2018 through book my show booking id: cpmj[protected]aaf and on the day of show we were told by the staff that there were some issue with projector 📽 and so we were forced to move out from the theatre as show was cancelled. Due to the inconvenient caused they promised us to refund the amount within 3 days but we have not received the amount from book my show till the date, so we request you to please enquire the above matter and refund my amount as early as possible...
