Hi,

I took pl from axis bank now paying emi on time last month. They did not charge my account. I called customer care center that why emi not charged yet it was 10th feb'18 evening 6 o'clock. He told me sir its second saturday may be due to this payment was not deducted yet he disconnected the call. But i did not trusted him what i did was i did emi payment manually to avoid future issues. Next day on words i started getting message for late payment charge. I sent a copy of emi payment to axis bank customer care email address. I did not get any response. I called once again customer care center he promised me that payment was on so there would not be any extra charges. Now on 3rd of march 2018. They deducted 590 inr from my account stating that i late payment charge called service center it was very very poor service. That gentleman only one answer its late payment charge for emi when i ask check on which date payment was done. Then he put me on hold later he transferred my call to loan department lady was talking for new loan she was not interested to listen my issue finally she transferred my call to someone else in this total process i wasted more than 15 inr but still issue was not resolved. Now they are not picking my call and i did not see any hope to get my money back i am worried for my future emi if they will do the same how i gone survive.

Please help to get out of this issue

    Problem stated almost 2 months ago and still pending - message and otps not getting for all transactions making me financially handicapped

    Axis bank does not have proper responsible grivence redressal mechanism..
    Contacted twice to nodal officer and not resolved till time

    AXIS BANK STILL WANT ME TO CONTINUE WITHOUT GETTING OTPS AND MESSAGES OVER MOBILE...

      Hi team,

      I have been at serious risk for transactional fraud as i am not getting otp and bank message on my registered mobile number.

      Raised this issues several times, seems no one interested in resolving this.

      Due to this, i an not able to do transact.

      Kindly do needful and treat this urgent.

        Very frequently i'm receiving repeated calls from axis bank regarding credit card issue. They call me atleast once in a day and ask we are issuing you a credit card based on your transaction. All the times i have responded no i don't need one please don't call me
        Again, but those stupid people disturb me all the time by calling for credit cards. I feel like its their objective to irritate customers who are not interested. Repeated
        Calls for personal loans also.

          I took travel card from axis bank nilambur branch kerala. For the travel card i paid 300 inr and for loading euro i paid 150 inr. I loaded 500 euro from my branch nilambur. The officer told me that this card will not take any charge for conversion only atm charge will be deduct. That's why i took card from here. After i reached poland i took 400 euro from bankomat atm from warsaw centralina. After i check my balance amount in my mobile application. The application showing that the withdrawal amount is 444.68 euro and they charged boarder conversion charge 18.37 euro and atm charge 1.77 euro. I attached a photo of transaction. And i contacted with the bank but they saying that the problem is not their. Please kindly take a action.

            Hi my salary account was opened on 29th jan 2018 with a/c no. [protected] but it is still not activated. My last 2 months salary is credited in it but cannot withdraw the money from atm or cant transfer it through online. The sales person who has come to open the account is not responding calls or msg's. I have visited the local branch to check about it but there they said salary account activation is not in our hand so please contact the respective sales person. Can anyone help me about the same.

              On 28th feb 2018, i ordered some stuff from one site and payment was to be done but the message never pop up, though the payment was debited from my account but not reached the specific site. Then i decided to cancel the order but payment was deducted after that cancellation and not refunded yet. The payment was being done through paytm. I had a word with the site executives but payment was not successful on their end and never reached them. Please look into this matter and resolve the issue.

                Dear madam/sir,

                Greeting for the day!!

                This complaint is regard to unauthorized cheque transfered. Rs. 97000/- ninety-seven thousand which was transferred from axis bank panjim branch goa through cheque number 024212 from my current account no [protected] named 7sea facility management multisolution services having current account in axis bank agasaim branch from september 2014. This unauthorized money transferred happened on 05/01/2018 at 14:31 hrs. To an unknown account no [protected] shrikant kumar having his account in muzaparpur bramhapura bihar axis bank (As per inquiry) i don’t know this person and i have not issued any check on this name, this transaction is unauthorized this cheque was misplaced which i don’t know before this transaction happened. The same time i had informed to axis bank branch in agasaim, and bank staff mr. Krishna and ms. Parneeta rege branch head helped me to fridge my amount which was transferred.
                I met with mr. Anil naik branch manager and ms. Shameen fernandes operation head in panjim goa axis bank branch which transection happened thought this branch said they are helpless in this case and they need court order to release my money.
                I requested bank for that cheque photo copy of cheque no 024212, i checked and found that singed cheque was old and spelling was wrong i brought this mistake to the notice of mr. Anil naik branch manager and asked him that spelling mistake cheque how they accepted and why they didn’t call or sms me to inform about this big transection as per bank procedure but he said this type of mistake is not big and he is not accepting this mistake and advise me to do the police complaint and try to get court order to release the money.
                The same way i investigated with the bank and i got the contact number ([protected]) of mr. Abhishek kumar operation head of axis bank muzaparpur bramhapura bihar branch which money transferred in this branch, i explained him about all this incident and he helped me and spoken to that account holder shrikant kumar but he said that shrikant kumar is not good person and his record is not good he is not ready to come to the bank.
                Mail has been sent to ms. Parneeta rege branch head agasaim goa about this unauthorized cheque transfer incident scenario.
                Application has been given to the panjim axis bank branch (Inward no 1725) and also police complaint has been made in the panjim police station (Inward no 328/18).

                Requesting you to investigate on this, past two months i am suffering and not getting my money back which laying in unauthorized account. I am a regular customer of axis bank please consider this mail as a humble request from me and refund the amount in my axis bank account.

                  I am dr jayant jadhav from virar. I am 62 years old now, i was holding two separate savings accounts in virar west branch ([protected]/[protected]) on my and my wife name late mrs chetana jadhav my wife expired on 11 february 2018 following prolonged illness we had also two demat accounts linked with our s/b accounts 1) jayant/chetana 12651823 & 2) chetana/jayant 12651815 i approached bank after death of my wife during third week of february to cancel the name from account and to close both demat accounts and to open new demat account solely on my name so that i can combine all the shares from above mentioned two accounts to the new
                  After submitting all the necessary documentation there was very big delay from the bank where i had to make repeated visits as i used to get all incorrect answers on the phone on visits also i used to find out answers stating that mistakes were done by staff who are absent on that day it took almost eight months to get the new demat account after opening of the account i was expecting a welcome kit as routine but i didn't get one when i went to the bank regarding this as i needed delivery book i was told that i didn't ask for the same now i again i had to feel up new set of documents give fresh kyc and got the answer that i will get in seven working days
                  I really don't understand the equation of "so many working days" from your banking staff it can't explain the period of eight to nine months for a simple job like this together it done i found your staff lethargic irresponsible and has a habit of pushing the blame on others i found your branch manager also sailing in the same boat as i wanted to bring this to her if such things happen with a person like me who is educated and senior citizen what must be happening to other lay persons
                  I sincerely request you take this matter seriously do detail enquiry and give me the feedback as soon as possible

                  (client id[protected] i was not getting sms alerts of the same on enquiry regarding this the banking staff yet could not give me satisfactory answer and i am not yet getting the alerts so please look into this matter also.

                    I had cancelled train tickets on 9th Feb, 2018 and the refund has still not appered in the Axis bank account.
                    I was supposed to get a total of Rs. 1420 as refund upon cancellation of 4 tickets. Refund history on irctc portal shows refunded on 12th Feb, 2018 into PAYTMSDK.
                    I have enclosed a screenshot of the ticket details and refund history. Please look into the matter and help in securing the refund.

                      So i was completing my payment using my phonepay upi id [protected]@ybl bhim upi id

                      While adding money, transaction of 1000 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

                      But transaction of 1000 rs is successfully completed from my phonepay upi id

                      1000 rs is credited in

                      For proof i am attaching all the screen shot of transaction history
                      Sir please help me to solve this issue

                        I am jasobanta barik working in pennar enviro ltd. i was taken a loan from axis bank surat of amount 6 lacks on dtd.-09.11.2017 and my processing fees was dedudted 1.5% instead of 0.99%. after several followups with axis bank agent & customer care executive. i did not get the refund of excess amount till date.

                              My axis bank account has been debited but i din't get cash in icici bank atm
                              I have logged complaint (Complaint no. [protected] dated 25th feb 2018) in the axis bank customer care department. But their tat for resolving this issue is 7 days which is not acceptable. Their complaint logging process is very poor & they don't update the status it can not be track anywhere every time you need to call customer care department their is no acknowledgement in any form thru mail/sms.
                              This is very bad habit i don't want to continue my salary account with axis bank.

                                I have blocked my credit card as i have missed it...

                                As i found my lost card i am unable to unblock my credit card again.

                                In internet banking also, i am unable to see the credit card section. Due to this i cant able to pay my credit card bill. I am receiving mails to pay my credit card bill. I am requesting to enable to credit card section in net banking

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I took a personal loan top up from the previous loan on nov 15 and have been paying the emi without any mess for the past two years. Due to my job loss and my health condition, i missed my emi and has been paying emi by borrowing from my friends. Last month itself collection executive named peter visited my home and he was so adamant that without payment he said he wil not leave my home. I pleaded him that i wil pay next. Day. And after so many requests hr left home and i paid the next day.
                                  This month feb 2018 i am exhausted of all sources. I have asked all my friends but nly in vain. I have explained my situation to the collection team but still they are asking me to look out for alternate source.
                                  I am personally hurt because my parents and neighbours see me as a looter. I have even mailed ms. Bhavya (Assistant manager) @ bhawya. [protected]@axisbank.com for me to give some time, but all i was informed was i should pay at any cost by trying any other source..
                                  I hope my personal loan is insured. Pls let me know if i commit suicide then wil the bank get insurance amount. I am asking this because after my death wil the collection agents ask for payment from my parents.
                                  I agree i am committed to my payments but when i am unable to what shall i do..
                                  Pls let me know i could close. This quickly.

                                      I have made a IMPS transaction at 4:58PM today and the transaction status is SUSPECT and I had to pay the loan amount urgently as it is last day for payment and will be charged additional 3% as the payment will happen beyond subsidy period. AXIS bank people report it as timed out transaction and need 2 - 4 working days to fix the status. This is a poor service and needs to be addressed with utmost concern as the IMPS is mentioned for immediate transfers and reasons like this is inconvinience to customers and I would demand compensations for this negligence.

                                        I have made imps transaction on 27th Feb 2018 for the amount rs.5000 from my axis account to SBI account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                                        One week gone. Still not yet resolved the issue. Complained to customer care, Complained through written letter complaint in bank, complained through this www.consumercomplaints.in, but no use. Customers always will suffer, but banks will always busy on collecting the fine. I need to pay my EMI for tomorrow(desperately needed the money), but you guys blocked my money from last one week. Will you give atleast one hour extra to pay my EMI. No right.
