My axis bank account has been debited but i din't get cash in icici bank atm
I have logged complaint (Complaint no. [protected] dated 25th feb 2018) in the axis bank customer care department. But their tat for resolving this issue is 7 days which is not acceptable. Their complaint logging process is very poor & they don't update the status it can not be track anywhere every time you need to call customer care department their is no acknowledgement in any form thru mail/sms.
This is very bad habit i don't want to continue my salary account with axis bank.

    I have blocked my credit card as i have missed it...

    As i found my lost card i am unable to unblock my credit card again.

    In internet banking also, i am unable to see the credit card section. Due to this i cant able to pay my credit card bill. I am receiving mails to pay my credit card bill. I am requesting to enable to credit card section in net banking

      Dear sir,
      I took a personal loan top up from the previous loan on nov 15 and have been paying the emi without any mess for the past two years. Due to my job loss and my health condition, i missed my emi and has been paying emi by borrowing from my friends. Last month itself collection executive named peter visited my home and he was so adamant that without payment he said he wil not leave my home. I pleaded him that i wil pay next. Day. And after so many requests hr left home and i paid the next day.
      This month feb 2018 i am exhausted of all sources. I have asked all my friends but nly in vain. I have explained my situation to the collection team but still they are asking me to look out for alternate source.
      I am personally hurt because my parents and neighbours see me as a looter. I have even mailed ms. Bhavya (Assistant manager) @ bhawya. [protected]@axisbank.com for me to give some time, but all i was informed was i should pay at any cost by trying any other source..
      I hope my personal loan is insured. Pls let me know if i commit suicide then wil the bank get insurance amount. I am asking this because after my death wil the collection agents ask for payment from my parents.
      I agree i am committed to my payments but when i am unable to what shall i do..
      Pls let me know i could close. This quickly.

          I have made a IMPS transaction at 4:58PM today and the transaction status is SUSPECT and I had to pay the loan amount urgently as it is last day for payment and will be charged additional 3% as the payment will happen beyond subsidy period. AXIS bank people report it as timed out transaction and need 2 - 4 working days to fix the status. This is a poor service and needs to be addressed with utmost concern as the IMPS is mentioned for immediate transfers and reasons like this is inconvinience to customers and I would demand compensations for this negligence.

            Dear team,

            I have made imps transaction on 27th Feb 2018 for the amount rs.5000 from my axis account to SBI account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

            One week gone. Still not yet resolved the issue. Complained to customer care, Complained through written letter complaint in bank, complained through this www.consumercomplaints.in, but no use. Customers always will suffer, but banks will always busy on collecting the fine. I need to pay my EMI for tomorrow(desperately needed the money), but you guys blocked my money from last one week. Will you give atleast one hour extra to pay my EMI. No right.

              This is to bring to your kind attention that that my late husband mr. Yogesh jain was an account holder of saving accounts with axis bank, road no 36, jubilee hills, hyderabad (Details mentioned below).

              Branch name: axis bank, jubliee hills, road no 36, hyderabad

              He was also the debit card holder ([protected]) with the bank. He had a sudden demise due to accidental fall from terrace on 11th april, 2017. The respective branch officials mrs. Sandhya rani and mr. Phani were intimated of the same via an application dated 20th april, 2017.

              They were also requested to initiate the personal accidental (Death cover only) of rs. Five lakhs as promised on the debit card which he was actively using. I had furnished all the formalities as desired by the bank officials from time to time.

              I have been enquiring from the branch about any update or progress on the death claim but they have not been able to furnish any satisfactory reply till date. I have visited the branch also multiple times and enquired about any update or progress about the death claim on the said debit card but no satisfactory reply. The branch head says that from their end they have done what they could, more than this they have no information to provide to me.

              At last i raised this claim issue with the cluster head and the nodal officer appointed by axis bank on october 25th and also with bank ombudsman on 18th dec. To which i received a reply that the update on the same claim will be shared with me within three days time (Which i never received as on date). I sent a reminder to them on november 3rd and december 1st also and still i did not receive any reply from them till date.

              Now i am absolutely disappointed and tired with the bank officials as to at what level i can get to know the status of the claim. I really do not know whose office door should i knock to get any resolution at all.

              I request you to kindly look into the expedition of claim request as its been already more than eight months for me to keep inquiring about the claim settlement. This amount will help me and my son (12 years old) to have a respectful survival.

              Your support and acknowledgement of this mail will rekindle the small hope in me that what bank promises while building a customer relationship, they also fulfil those promises.

                From 5 days i am running to both the branches to take statement of six month always they are telling printer is not well or link is not there, but another all things are having well in printer and link.
                Yours bank response is very bad.
                Always they give good response to hi-fi customer.
                There are lots of complains, about. Talking with customers.

                  I have a credit card in the name of shaiby johnson card number [protected]. I was regularly making the payment against use of card but since last 3 months my father was hospitalized and i am not able to pay my dues.

                  I am getting calls from the bank to make the payments which is correct from the bank end but they are pressurizing me to pay it immediately or legal action will be taken from the bank.

                  I am requesting to grant me 3 day time to make the payment as my salary will be credited on[protected]. But the bank collection agency is not ready to accept my request.

                  I got a message for the due date to pay the amount i. E. By[protected]

                  Please grant me 3 days time.

                    This is to state that a fraud, fraudulent debit on my credit card ([protected]) in the amount of (Rs. 18006.03 & Rs. 1842.48 done with OS, OSTRVK) on 23/02/2018.I am a victim of identity theft, and i did not make this debit. Against this fraud, I have raise two complains to customer care with reference no. 39034261 & 39034234 on dated-23/02/2018.
                    Enclosed are copies of transaction message that was received from axis bank on 23/02/2018 at approx. 8:30 pm supporting my position.

                    Police Complain, Dispute Form, Application regarding fraud is attached for reference.

                    Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent debit as soon as possible. I suffered a lot (Personally, mentally & financially) from this incident.

                      I contacted C.I.T road branch on [protected] and sent my brother to collect the form to lodge a complain. The executive is not at all helpful. They are asking for us to wait for more then 5 days. I am in urgent need of the money but they are not bothered. Worst branch want to close the account after settling my dispute.

                        After getting an information that axis bank is offering incentive of a branded watch for new deposit above rs 50, 000/- before dec 17. I transferred money from other bank and deposited two fixed deposits (1) for rs 50000 on[protected] and received f. D certificate [protected]

I went to the bank at 15:45 sharp for doing rtgs to other bank which is highly important for me because i am doing government construction business. So for after 2 days holi festival is coming there for govt. Paid me work running bill for give the payment to the labour contractor.
                            But in axis bank nicol branch ms. Hetal patel is having very rude and not supporting behaviour. She said timing for the rtgs is over at 15:45 but as per my knowledge rtgs to be made till 16:30.
                            So hetal patel give the wrong information for the rtgs and therefor my labour contractor suffering too much without not transferring the money on his account.
                            So dear sir please clarify who is the responsible for that. And do the favorable action against the axis bank rude and misbehavior staff.

                              I received a call from axis bank's side for one assist service but i do not confirm this scheme and without my permit they deducted my 1899 rs from my axis bank account. I need my whole money back.
                              So i tried to call on axis bank customer care and one assist care many times in past 2 days and requested for refund my money but axis bank and one assist are ignoring my calls continuously.
                              I am got disappointed with one assist and axis bank and i just want my money refund now.

                                  Axis bank is playing with common men. I have an account in axis bank sector 17 b chandigarh branch. I lost my credit card 5-6 months ago. I blockd it from my mobile app and raised a request for a new card. But i did not receive my card yet. I drop many emails to customer care and even my home branch also. But they guys are not taking serious. I am out of india so thats why i can’t visit branch. Today i checked my account and i saw my account balance is negative - rs 17000. I think due to some due amount of credit card my account is showing negative. But there is no credit card in my hand. I didn’t receive card from bank end, then why should i pay this amount. Kindly help me and pls give me appropriate. I have attached some screen shot for yor ref.

                                    My mother took a personal loan from axis bank, but she died in harness. There is no gaurantor of the loan (As per the documents). But the recovery agents of the bank are threatening me and my family to repay the loan. Am i or my family members liable to pay my mother's debts (We have never guaranteed her loan)? Please advise me on this issue and the steps that i could take to counter this problem.

                                    I have applied for Education Loan in July 2017 and After long time they have provided me the Sanction Letter for the same.Then After getting my Visa in December 2017 I have submitted all the required documents for disbursement of loan .But still they have not disbursed my loan amount.
                                    Axis Bank customer care executive does not give any satisfaction of customer. Even they dose not tell their full name also. They dose not know how to talk with customer, after long time hold the call they only say please call us after sometime or please hold the line for more time, Is this is a Joke?

                                        I have made imps transaction of 14000 from axis bank to sbi bank on[protected]. It is debited from axis bank but not credited to sbi. It is showing the suspect status when i made it through net banking. I made the transaction properly but it is showing the suspect status. It never happened like this.. I am in need of money to pay for loan. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue
