Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I contacted C.I.T road branch on [protected] and sent my brother to collect the form to lodge a complain. The executive is not at all helpful. They are asking for us to wait for more then 5 days. I am in urgent need of the money but they are not bothered. Worst branch want to close the account after settling my dispute.

    I am a preferred customer for past many years & relatively satisfied with the service rendered by branch at bistupur jamshedpur. My cust-i. D is[protected]. I hold good amount of fixed deposit as first depositer.
    After getting an information that axis bank is offering incentive of a branded watch for new deposit above rs 50, 000/- before dec 17. I transferred money from other bank and deposited two fixed deposits (1) for rs 50000 on[protected] and received f. D certificate [protected]
    2) for rs 2, 40, 000 on[protected] & received f. D certificate no - [protected].

      I have applied for credit card 1 week ago through a axis bank person name naman shringi [protected]. He took documents andnow not responding to my calls not even the authorities handling the issue from banglore office. As i need my card before 28 feb. So please look into my issue as this kind of behavior is appropriate from a bank like a good reputation and this will affect all the customers of axis bank

        Dear sir,
        I have a current account in axis bank nikol branch, ahmedabad, gujarat. I went to the bank at 15:45 sharp for doing rtgs to other bank which is highly important for me because i am doing government construction business. So for after 2 days holi festival is coming there for govt. Paid me work running bill for give the payment to the labour contractor.
        But in axis bank nicol branch ms. Hetal patel is having very rude and not supporting behaviour. She said timing for the rtgs is over at 15:45 but as per my knowledge rtgs to be made till 16:30.
        So hetal patel give the wrong information for the rtgs and therefor my labour contractor suffering too much without not transferring the money on his account.
        So dear sir please clarify who is the responsible for that. And do the favorable action against the axis bank rude and misbehavior staff.

          I received a call from axis bank's side for one assist service but i do not confirm this scheme and without my permit they deducted my 1899 rs from my axis bank account. I need my whole money back.
          So i tried to call on axis bank customer care and one assist care many times in past 2 days and requested for refund my money but axis bank and one assist are ignoring my calls continuously.
          I am got disappointed with one assist and axis bank and i just want my money refund now.

            consumer complaint not help me i think.
            no one call me and no email has been recived to me
            my complaint date is 3-feb-2018
            today till now 8-march-2018. after a month ago . my complaint is till stand know.
            my problem is not resolve. this is the last complaint to consumer complaints. if not take

              Hi team,
              Axis bank is playing with common men. I have an account in axis bank sector 17 b chandigarh branch. I lost my credit card 5-6 months ago. I blockd it from my mobile app and raised a request for a new card. But i did not receive my card yet. I drop many emails to customer care and even my home branch also. But they guys are not taking serious. I am out of india so thats why i can’t visit branch. Today i checked my account and i saw my account balance is negative - rs 17000. I think due to some due amount of credit card my account is showing negative. But there is no credit card in my hand. I didn’t receive card from bank end, then why should i pay this amount. Kindly help me and pls give me appropriate. I have attached some screen shot for yor ref.

                My mother took a personal loan from axis bank, but she died in harness. There is no gaurantor of the loan (As per the documents). But the recovery agents of the bank are threatening me and my family to repay the loan. Am i or my family members liable to pay my mother's debts (We have never guaranteed her loan)? Please advise me on this issue and the steps that i could take to counter this problem.

                I have applied for Education Loan in July 2017 and After long time they have provided me the Sanction Letter for the same.Then After getting my Visa in December 2017 I have submitted all the required documents for disbursement of loan .But still they have not disbursed my loan amount.
                Axis Bank customer care executive does not give any satisfaction of customer. Even they dose not tell their full name also. They dose not know how to talk with customer, after long time hold the call they only say please call us after sometime or please hold the line for more time, Is this is a Joke?

It is showing the suspect status when i made it through net banking. I made the transaction properly but it is showing the suspect status. It never happened like this..                       I've an account in axisbank joynagar branch. Account number [protected]. I paid to nios 758rs but that was failed and was not refunded automatically so i raised a complaint against fraud/disute with complaint number 38915185. The maximum days needed was 120 but within 3days the amount was refunded but that is kept as lien balance and i'm unable to use the amount. There is no option fir me to unlock and no proper time is given for the amount to be unlocked.

                      Please help me by unlocking the amount.

                        On 30-11-17 a customer purchased a goods from our shop and swiped her card for the payment, but due to server issue the ammount was debited from her account twice but it was credited to our account only once as is clearly reflecting in our account statement. On mid january i received a letter from the bank which said that the customer had complained about the amount being debited twice from her account and wanted a refund. The bank letter asked us to submit the invoice slip and account settlement slip to prove that our account has been credited once only. But when i go to the bank with the required document and check the account statement i see that the bank has already debited the amount from our account on dt 18-12-17 before even issuing us the complaint letter. I have since been visiting the branch asking them to solve the issue and they have been dragging it saying it is a trivial matter, will get resolve soon. But today nearly after a month of dragging the issue, they say that the time has barred. So i request you kindly look into the matter and take strong action against them. I have all the documents with me as a proof if you require.

                              I have opened a asap savings account... I got account number, virtual debit card and even set atm pin also... Even my aadhar verification also done.. Even i am able to login to mobile app everything set so i deposited 5000 in that account now they are saying account not got activated even my aadhar is not registered u need to close the account etc etc... As i transferred the ammount for an emergency purpose am now unable withdraw the amount... Worst asap account service from axis bank... No intimation regarding account state.. When i cal to customer then they are saying it is only debit phase where u can put money but cant withdraw...

Inspite of repetitive follow up of the status my issue was not resolved. After visiting the for 5 times, the concerned person named santosh attending counter number 5 gave me the bank statement of the account and on further questioning about the draft he insulted me in front of other customers and asked for the bank statement...

                                There is an taxes (Gst @ 18%) extra on the above values which you people have debited without prior notice and even notification after deduction

                                Kindly clarify with full details. If it is a cheque bounce charges please provide cheque number and date of cheque and to whom i have issued.

                                    Hi I am Akhila, I tried to withdraw ₹6000 from ICICI ATM on Dec 8th 2017 at 3:20 pm but I didn't get the money from atm, but money was debited from my accouny.so called axis bank customer care and I raised the complaint they said it would take 7 days to resolve the issue. but i didn't get any response after 7 days so I had to call again to know the status of the complaint. They said it would take another 17 days to resolve the issue. I waited for untill 17 days but there was no response ..it's really frustrating and pathetic service from customer care. They closed the complaint request stating that my account got debited and but I didn't not received any money.When I approached the axis bank and spoke to the manager regarding this issue he was least bothered about it and advised me to give a police complaint..this was very unprofessional manner to communicate to the customer.

                                      This is anasuya with savings account number ending with 1859. My registered mobile number with the bank is [protected]. Today i got a call from axis bank and they didn't clarify that they would be deducting 1899/- from the account to activate that service. So, please look into this issue and deactivate the service and refund the money back into my account as soon as possible.

                                      I have got 2 accounts in axis bank and this kind of behavior will compel me to change my banking partner.

                                      Please go through the complaint as early as possible and refund my money into the account.
