I had been to the branch, in Rajmata Chowk, in Andheri East for Internet remittance, they gave me details, but i informed them that I was not able to get it done previously, they said to download the app and i shall be able, after downloading the app i was told that from the app i cannot do remittance but only through the website. I also asked for master card details, they were not able to assist me and said that they would get back to me through mail. Now I have been trying to do an online remittance and not able to do it, i am away from the country and wrote them mails several times, but no response. Also i have not received any reply with regards to the master card details from the branch, the service at the branch has deteriorated with time. Have to consider moving to another bank now. Additionally I am not receiving points to my edge loyally card, when contacted the branch, they told me to call customer care, then contacted the customer care, they told me contact the branch, when i went to the branch, they told me to write a mail.
What is this happening with Axis bank???
